C!Dream brought c!Sapnap home before he died, but now has to confront something brand new to him: a worried adult. 

Dream was very relieved when the demon scooped up Sapnap, but less relieved when he was also pushed towards the house. He considered running, he really did but-

His entire body was tired and sore and the house didn’t look quite like a nest but it did look warm and safe.

So Dream let himself get pushed inside for whatever awaited him there. 

As it turned out, the demon was far more preoccupied with Sapnap. The demon handled Dream’s friend very delicately, putting him down right next to the roaring fire and running to grab potions. 

Dream wasn’t quite sure what he was supposed to do, but after deciding that the demon didn’t seem too dangerous, he shuffled a bit closer to the fire. His hands still felt numb, and he’d only just realized he was shivering. 

The demon fussed over Sapnap for another few minutes before rather suddenly snapping his gaze towards Dream, as if he’d just remembered Dream was there. 

 “Are you- I’m so sorry, I almost forgot- Are you alright? Did you get hurt at all? What happened?”

Dream just barely made out the questions, and once again he considered bolting for the door. 

 Still, what if the demon needed to know what happened to Sapnap? What if he didn’t let Sapnap come out to play anymore if Dream didn’t tell him?

 “I’m- I’m okay. Don’t think I’m still hurt. Just cold. We were cavin’ and the floor broke. We fell into a really cold river. I dragged ‘im out and gave him regen. Me too, for my hands. And strength ‘cause he’s heavy.” 

As Dream spoke, he shuffled his feet nervously, not sure if this demon was going to get mad at him. The man did have a tail which was helpful but he didn’t have wings and his tail movements were very different from what Dream was used to reading. He couldn’t tell if the demon was angry or not. 

When the demon responded, his voice didn’t sound angry. 

“You were- Okay. You two were in a cave. Okay. I- I’m glad you got him out. That was very brave of you and you must’ve been very determined to keep him safe. He’ll- he should be okay. He got cold, and that’s very scary for a blaze hybrid, but he’s warming up now. You should come here too, to warm up.” The demon then paused for a moment, seeming to realize something.

“You’re Dream, right? The boy that Sapnap keeps telling me about? I’m Badboyhalo, Sapnap’s father, but most people just call me Bad.”

Dream wasn’t quite sure how to respond, so he just nodded to confirm his name as he shuffled closer to fire. The shivering hadn’t quite stopped yet and his fingers were starting to ache more. He must’ve gotten pretty cold to not feel that.

The demon- Bad, didn’t seem happy with that. His brow furrowed and he reached out, gently grabbing Dream by the arm and pulling him until he was next to Sapnap. 

“Here, come here, you’re obviously cold. Sit here, let me go-” 

And as he spoke the man stood up, bustling over to the couch to grab a thick blanket that he draped around Dream’s shoulders. It was warm but a bit scratchy. Dream put up with it regardless. 

“There, that should help you warm up. Let me go make you something- Do you like hot chocolate? It’s Sapnap’s favorite drink. You aren’t allergic, right?”

Dream wasn’t sure what all-er-gic meant, but he shook his head regardless. If he didn’t know what it was, then clearly he couldn’t be it. He also didn’t know what hot chocolate was, but he knew that XD sometimes gave him chocolate ice cream and that tasted pretty good. So hot chocolate was also probably good?

As Dream quickly discovered, hot chocolate was actually amazing. Bad had even brought him a little tube that was much easier to drink with. He didn’t even need to move his mask!

As he sucked at the drink, Bad checked over Sapnap again, smiling at whatever he found. Which was a good sign probably? After his check, Bad turned back to Dream.

“Before I forget, Sapnap mentioned that you had a guardian- The two of you have been gone for quite awhile. It’s been almost a full day. Have you been able to contact them? I imagine they’re quite worried about you by now.” 

Oh, That was longer than Dream thought they’d been gone, but XD wouldn’t be worried. Dream had met him only a sunrise before he’d set out with Sapnap, so XD wouldn’t be looking for him for another few days. But Bad seemed to think that XD should be, which was weird. He’d need to pick his words carefully. 

“My guardian won’t be worried. They can always find me if they need to. If Sapnap’s okay then I should probably head home though. The hot chocolate was very nice though, thank you for making it.”

That seemed to alarm the demon, as Dream shrugged off the slightly scratchy blanket and offered the now empty mug back to him. His tail quickly lashed back and forth, something that set Dream on edge. 

“Wait, that’s not- I mean, it’s past nightfall. Mobs will be out right now. It’s not safe for you to walk back alone. Maybe your guardian could come pick you up? Or if you could wait just a little, Skeppy should be back soon. He was out looking for Sapnap, he could stay here and I could walk you back home?”

Uh. Dream had to pause in confusion. Why would it not be safe to walk at night? Night was very safe. It was when there were friends around that would give Dream directions or let him know about dangers. Plus it felt like home. It reminded him of the comfort of the void. His eyes weren’t quite as good at seeing in the dark as they used to be, but he was still well adjusted to it. Night felt far safer than day, it was much easier to go unnoticed. It was also easier to navigate when he had familiar stars above him. He also felt more connected to XD at night. It was far easier to call his guardian under the cover of darkness. 

Demons were from the nether, right? The nether didn’t have nights, so maybe that was why Bad was scared of them? That made sense to Dream, so he tried to explain, 

“I know night might seem scary, new things often seem scary, but it’s actually very safe! I know you don’t have it in the nether, but it’s a lot like day, it’s just darker. Your eyes get used to it pretty quickly. Maybe. I mean, my eyes get used to it quickly. I dunno about demon eyes. But once you learn how it works, you can use the stars to figure out where you are.” He gestured widely, trying to convey the wonders of the sky. (sometimes he missed flying, most times he missed flying). 

“Mobs really aren’t that scary either. They don’t bother you unless you bother them, and some of them are actually quite nice. Enderman are very nice and very safe. They help me reach fruit sometimes, and one even helped me get down from a very tall tree.”

He was trying to be comforting, Bad was probably just unused to the overworld, but the demon’s brow furrowed further and he seemed… confused? More so than before. And then his eyes fixed on Dream’s mask and went wide in some sort of realization. 

“Ah- I supposed that would make it a bit safer. Still, you’re too young to be out there alone. I would feel a lot better if someone was walking you back. You said they can find you- could you call them? Surely they wouldn’t mind coming to take you home?”

If Dream asked, he was sure that XD wouldn’t mind coming to take him back home. It actually would probably be nice, his legs were very tired and achy. Night was comforting, but it was also cold. But… XD was very nervous about strangers. He might not want to be seen. He might be worried about this demon or about Sapnap. Dream didn’t want his guardian getting nervous. So he stretched the truth a little.

“They’ll be with me. I’m never walking home alone, particularly not at night. If anything happens that I can’t handle, they’ll be there.” As he made his assurances, Dream shuffled his way to the door, with Bad hovering nearby. Not stopping him, but clearly not quite convinced. Hm. Oh! Right at the edge of his hearing, Dream heard a familiar noise. Something that reminded him of home. 

Throwing open the door, he called out with a loud VROOP and got a low whirr in response before a familiar black and purple figure strode out from the forest.

The enderman was tall, most of them were, and it seemed happy to see him. It did seem… nervous? Probably the lights of the house. It was a bit much. But it held out a clawed hand that Dream happily took before looking back towards Bad. 

Weirdly enough, the demon was looking at the floor he seemed… scared? Had he never met an enderman before? They were very nice. Or maybe there was something important about the floor? Oh well, Dream needed to get going.

“Okay, I have someone to walk with me now, so I’m gonna get going home. Goodbye, Bad! Thank you for the hot chocolate!” 

With his thanks given, he led the enderman out of the yard and into the dark, feeling his guardian’s presence wrap around him as he did so. The soreness in his muscles eased and he felt a new spring in his step as he hurried along back towards his treehouse, back towards home where safety awaited.

so like. scenario where squidcraft is real and dream should have died in the last one but george and sapnap cooked up a deal with a mildly sympathetic (and very tiny) guard that if they got dream out and he lived that one of them would win and they'd give the entire prize money to tiny guard

then sapnap does win and tiny guard kept their promise and dream lives and tiny guard also gets george out alive. and it's a long difficult recovery for dream and they're just sort of in hiding because no one is supposed to know dream (or george) is alive

and like... sapnap wins the game and maybe he doesn't have money but he could still walk away and just live his life but dream and george would be taken back in and killed if they were found out to be alive and sapnap won't just abandon them.

then squidcraft 3 is announced and dream and george are like fuck we gotta get out of here now or they're gonna make you play again. but sapnap decides he's gonna go back in voluntarily, because if he wins again and gets to actually keep the money this time then that'll set them all up for life and they can actually just escape somewhere

so dream and george are just holed up in some cabin right now clinging to each other waiting for reports to come through the grapevine every day about who has lived and who has died and maybe distracting each other by taking advantage of the first real stretch of time they've had alone together in a year. they're both ignoring that if the worst happens then they may have to face a life together without their best friend but also both secretly, equally grateful that it's not the other back in the games. because even if the worst thing happens at least they won't be alone.

but they also know that - even if it was his choice - if sapnap can't figure out a way to win or barter his way back out again they'll also have to live with that empty space in the room where he should be for the rest of their lives.

Clearing out old posts in my project folder. I have a stack of lore doodles for my dream monster doll AU.

Picking up right where the first post left off, after Sapnap rescues Dream, he tries to tell Skeppy and BBH about him, but they don't believe him. It's just Sapnap's doll that he carries everywhere.

Not knowing where the monster went, thinking it could maybe even be invisible, BBH and Skeppy are really worried about Sapnap's safety. Until the thing turns up again and they can get rid of it properly, BBH brings Sapnap to sleep in his room.

Dream can disguise as a doll, but he's still a living creature that needs to eat, so when Sapnap bring him to bed, he has to sneak out without waking up BBH.

He wakes up Sapnap, who is not too keen on staying in bed.

Dream knows Sapnap isn't supposed to be up this late and, despite his struggling, takes him back to bed.

But Sapnap makes a lot of noise during this, which wakes up BBH and alerts him to the fact that Sapnap is missing from his bed. Skeppy was awoken by the noises too and they both go to investigate the source of it. They find Dream carrying Sapnap and immediately start trying to figure out how to rescue Sapnap. Skeppy hits him as hard as he can with a wooden baseball bat, but the bat just breaks and Dream in unphased. Before they can think of anything else, Dream just approached BBH and gently offers Sapnap to him.

He then returns to his toy form.

So Skeppy and BBH are finally putting together that the toy and the monster really are the same, and maybe the monster is Sapnap's friend after all. But it's still clearly a REALLY dangerous creature and they don't know if they can trust it.

For now, BBH declares a truce between them and Dream on the condition that Dream sleep alone in Sapnap's room tonight so they can all get some sleep and talk about this situation properly in the morning.

Dream agrees to these conditions.

In the morning, Sapnap comes running excitedly to wake Dream, who is extremely groggy and still pretty hungry.

Dream turns into his toy form so Sapnap has to carry him to the kitchen.

At breakfast, while Dream and Sapnap are really excited they don't have to keep their secret anymore, Skeppy and BBH still really don't know how to feel about all this.

The only drawing I have concerning the family meeting is this one about Dream's lack of table manners.

And then I have one last drawing where Dream learns about Sapnap's fire powers for the first time. It was from a later segment where BBH gives Sapnap some trash and tells him to take care of it. Dream follows Sapnap into this mysterious metal shed where the walls and floor are covered in soot. Dream is extremely uneasy. He thinks Sapnap is going to be irresponsibly playing with fire so he keeps trying to stop him. In the process Sapnap accidentally gets a papercut, and then deals with it by summoning a flame to cauterize the wound. Dream is eventually properly informed that Sapnap is a fireborn and that BBH and Skeppy regularly give him burnables to take to the shed to practice controlling his powers.

Dream has by now physically healed for the most part. He has a prostethic for his missing foot, his shakiness has lowered, scars decorate his skin but there's no big open wounds. He was staring at you. You even thought it would be something like a little of food on the corner of your mouth, but it wasn't. He was physically staring at your lips. He couldn't stop looking at how soft they seemed to be, and he wanted you to be with him right now.

He slowly comes closer. It was so weird and awkward. He puts his hand on your shoulder and leans close until his lips are against yours. It doesn't take long until you kiss him back. He wanted it for so long. He was actually realizing a dream.

When you pull him away, he starts to feel guilty. But you wrap your arms around his neck and sit on his lap, your waist both against each other like a perfect piece like a puzzle. "That was.. something." You smile and then kisses him again. He was lost, he didn't understand if you liked it or not, but he wouldn't stop you from kissing him again.

SO! The Team did actually call dibs to see who would get to watch Sapnap kill first. They’re excited by it! 

(Shadoune saying he already won cause he’s watched Sapnap beat people to death in some of the underground fights, but that doesn’t count. Shadoune fights with them that it does. No one listens to him lmao)

Sapnap is in… “training”…..with them for about a month, learning how the Team works and getting to know everyone. (That month is all he needs to fall in love with them….) However, actually going out onto the field is a whole different story.

Serpias did end up winning the Team’s gambling match to get Sapnap’s first kill haha. The asshole they’re going out to meet was already marked for dead, they found out that he’s been scamming some of the lower associates and Serpias was already tasked to investigate and take the guy out. Sapnap is just his +1 hehe (None of this is explained to Sapnap…which proves to be the cause of many issues…)

So Sapnap was kinda right in thinking this was a kind of “training”. He didn’t…fail per say. Serpias just got pissed off and couldn’t hold back.(That's /his/ Sapni. Its what he tells the others, he couldnt help himself.) Though, Serpias will report back to the other guys and says that Sapnap was extremely passive for most of the interaction. Which is…not the Sapnap they’ve gotten to know so far. He’s loud and cocky. Yes he’s smart and they know he could take on a more leadership position if he keeps learning under them directly (they know he was in charge of his own division at the least when with Dream, so they know he can hold those kinds of responsibilities). They think maybe just cause it was his first time? (They know that’s not true. Especially Serpias, having witnessed Sapnap speak with the bastard..Sapnap was way more professional than he’d given him credit for. It’s not what they’re looking for in him though.)

After a few times of going out with the guys and Sapnap not…being their reactive aggressive attack dog, they just start putting him in more….dangerous situations. Nothing they know will harm him seriously, but they need to see what actually gets him to /kill/. They’re eager for it, almost desperate. They’re all killers, Shadoune knows for sure Sapnap is one too. But they’re wondering if maybe that’s just not the kind of guy Sapnap might be? There seems to be a kind of switch flipped in Sapnap whenever they go out on business with him…

Sapnap…well he can tell something’s up. And he feels like he’s doing something wrong….He’s still not exactly used to how they operate, he’s not used to tagging along and having to speak up as well too…He assumes it’s them trying to get him to learn Spanish faster, but he’s shy and hates the idea of stumbling on his words and embarrassing not only himself, but whoever he’s tagging along with. And every outing he’s a part off, the other guy is always an asshole, there seems to be no shortage of them. He wonders if it's because the Team’s territory is so much larger and that’s why there just seems to be more idiots they have to deal with…The Team are the only group he’s comfortable talking back to (when the time calls for it) and just being himself. He’s had years of learning on how to act when with dealers and opposing mafiosos. It was always a pain having to tiptoe and figure out what dance each guy wanted. And its even worse here cause he doesn’t even understand what the other party will be saying. He misses Dream the most during this. Dream was always so much better at speaking than him, always knew what Sapnap wanted to say and expressed it for him…..

Sapnap did pick up on the pattern that anytime he’s with someone from the Team and they’re out to meet some other asshole, the guy ends up dead. Maybe it's his fault? Maybe he can’t get his words out correctly and the business deals fall flat cause of it? Sapnap has seen his fair share of corpses, caused many deaths himself, but it feels odd. He feels guilty.

He also picked up on the pattern that he seems to be a sort of punching bag at these meetings. Not a physical one per say… It’s never to whoever he’s with, only he seems to be the target. He can understand most insults and while it seems to be just common to use them every other word, the opposing person always seems to be directly insulting or mocking him. He tries not to mind. Though it does start to get to him, wondering if the Team are doing this on purpose. Maybe he isn’t their beloved guard dog….these meetings are just a reminder he’s only a mutt to them, useless…and then they force him to talk just to add onto the embarrassment…

The Team are slowly noticing Sapnap becoming more reserved even with them. The worst they’ve seen Sapnap do is break someone’s wrist after they tried to take a punch at him, but never kill. (He even refused to leave his room after that meeting too. They all were distressed.) Anytime a gun was pulled on Sapnap, he always managed to disarm the person and asked for the meeting to continue. It was extremely frustrating for the Team.

They decide maybe enough with taking him out. There’s something they’re clearly not figuring out. It’ll be Shadoune and Conter who end up actually speaking with Sapnap and asking about everything. But Sapnap is not….the best with his words in English either…. When with Dream and George, they all just /knew/. It was from years of growing up together. Sapnap doesn’t know how to explain himself and ends up just saying he’s….shy….he won’t tell them about his anxieties, he thinks its dumb, he rarely ever shared them with Dream or George.

“Ah! Espera, yo pienso que está estresado porque cada compromiso ya está marcado a fallar, y él no lo sabe.”

When the two reveal to Sapnap they’re not gonna be taking him out anymore, it's basically confirming his anxieties. They’re gonna kick him out cause he’s worthless. He’s gonna have to return to Dream empty handed too, having failed him as well….Sapnap can feel himself spiraling. He begs for another chance. He’ll practice his Spanish more, he can make a deal go well, he promises!

Conter says something to Shadoune that Sapnap doesn’t understand at all. Shadoune looks like he’s realized something as well…

Shadoune chuckles before saying, “Ya, ya, entiendo. Pues..que vaya con Farfa mañana, no?”

Sapnap recognized something about tomorrow and Farfa…? He’s never been out with Farfa before. Fuck if they’re sending him out with Farfa that’ll be worse he thinks….

”Farfadox…?”

They both look at him. He feels nervous.

“Yea, tomorrow. It will be good for you!” Conter looks excited by this. Shadoune is nodding in agreement.

”O-okay.” He won’t refuse an order. Not right now. Not when he’s feeling…like /this/. He won’t fail Farfa tomorrow. He swears it to himself….

And when the time finally comes, it’s… easier…? Farfa is making sure Sapnap knows what’s happening in this meeting. Explaining everything in English. But isn’t asking him for an opinion. He’s not being asked to speak. It’s such a relief.

The meeting is wildly different to what he’s used to. Everyone is curt, straight to the point. There is no yelling or arguing, the opposing party barely looks at him, he’s practically ignored. He counts his blessings.

Sapnap is trying to calculate everything in his head and tries to take note to as much as he can….There’s a small detail he notices that he thinks Farfa may have missed. It must mean nothing but….it’s screwing with his internal calculations, something is /wrong/. He doesn’t think these type of people would try to wrong Farfa either…? The environment is so different from what he’s been going through recently, nothing wrong is /happening/, its all so professional, like when he accompanies Dream…but even Dream has missed some vital but almost ignorable detail in contracts before. 

“Farfa…?” He interrupted the two. They were speaking about something, he thinks the meeting was about to close…? But…he needs to make sure first. 

Farfadox is looking at him, expectedly. Not annoyed, patient, it helps builds Sapnap’s confidence. He can do Farfa proud.

“El…uh. Uno dos tres cuatro cinco... says….siete..? El siete uh pa...page? Es mal. Número malo? I think…?”

He gets through his broken spanish and looking from his hands where he was trying to recall his numbers, looks back at Farfa. There’s a small grin on Farfa’s face. Sapnap feels like a kid…..

Farfa understood though. He goes to the 7th page of the contract, its the one that had a listing for some new drug Sapnap has never heard of. But he swore the listing for weight compared to the amount of product they were supposed to receive for their men to sell was…off? And that caused the pricing to skew drastically in his head. He looked over Farfa’s shoulders, reading the numbers himself to make sure he wasn’t wrong and he wasn’t! 

He pointed to the discrepancy, “Aquí! Aquí!”

He noticed Farfa’s brows frown. He looked back at the dealers. So did Sapnap. They were looking at Sapnap, angry. Oh. Did he mess this up again….? Surely not though…

Farfa starts talking, his voice is louder than it was before. It booms. The dealer is raising his voice too, Sapnap assume’s trying to justify the error or something. Now they’re arguing. Fuck, he really does just cause issues….

He’s watching the dealer. He’s furious, his face is red and staring at Farfa. He’s cursing, Sapnap can tell. Farfa is looking back at the contract, continuing to argue. He notices…the dealer’s hands are going into his jacket….

His head is yelling DangerDangerDangerDANGER.

It’s dead quiet now.

Sapnap shoots. Not even realizing he’s taken his own gun out. 

”Sapnap.” He jumps and drops his gun. He’s fucked it up again. It’s worse now. He /killed/ someone. He wasn’t ordered to. He hasn’t been ordered to kill anyone this entire time and now he fucked it up. Oh fuck. Oh /fuck/.

”/Sapnap/.”

There’s hands on his face, “Mira me, mira Sapnap. Respira, breathe.” He’s locking eyes with Farfa now. His hands are gentle. Farfa is smiling.

”He was- He was gonna shoot. He- I saw him. He-“

“Ya, ya. Te creo.” Farfa believes him. Good. Good… Farfa is so nice to him right now. He’ll take it. He knows he’s in trouble. He’ll soak it all in. Before…before whatever punishment they decide (He hopes it’ll just be a punishment. He hopes it isn’t worse)

“Good job. Buen perro.” Sapnap lights up. Oh. Oh! He knows that means he did good. Like really good! They rarely ever say that to him. He doesn’t think he’s ever heard Farfa say it himself.

Its crazy how all his worries seem to vanish from the past few weeks. Like just that small reassurance was all he needed. He did good. He smiles.

“Hermoso.”

Sapnap doesn’t know that word.

“Casa?” He asks instead. Farfa laughs.

Sapnap will be getting settled to go to bed when the rest of the members rush into his room(except Spreen he realizes. But he’s at the doorway with Farfa smiling at him). They’re basically dogpiling him. Cooing at him and hugging him and petting and praises and kissing and snuggles and he doesn’t understand, he doesn't get it. 

He slowly realizes they’re all congratulating him. His first kill. His first kill? He tries to tell them he’s killed before. They don’t listen to him. They start talking about setting up a fight with him, so they could all watch next time. Sapnap feels his face getting red. They're all gushing over him....But! He feels like its been forever since they’ve all mobbed him like this. He feels so warm. 

(The next morning he gets breakfast in bed. It all feels very silly to him)

I'm not sure how many people know about this, but the entire script for the Green Festival was actually shown in Tommy's DSMP tribute video from last year. It seems to have been written by Dream (it mentions "I" at some point when referring to Dream), and it's pretty interesting to see how they planned out the lore streams and what changed in the actual streams.

Transcription The festival is happening. Fundy, Tubbo, Quackity, Ranboo, Niki, and anyone else that is generally around lmanburg can attend. Everyone starts streaming early for the festival. Before the festival starts, Quackity Tubbo and Fundy (and ranboo? I'm not sure who was there originally), have a meeting about how they're going to kill Dream.

They talk about how Dream trusts Tubbo so Tubbo is going to have to be the one to do it. That they've become sort of friends since Tommy was exiled. Tubbo agrees, still slightly doubtful that it would work. Tubbo says that Dream agreed to show up with no armor to for the first time ever, honor lmanburgs laws.

The meeting ends and they start the festival, talking about how Dream said he would be a little late.

Tommy and Techno at this point have been planning how they're going to ruin the festival (and get back Tommy's disc from Dream). They know that Dream will show up, but they don't know how they'll fight him without him escaping. (Ranboo finds them on the outskirts of lmanburg and tells them that Dream agreed to show up in no armor? possibly?) That sparks that they can hide around lmanburg and ambush Dream when he's at the festival. Tommy and Techno improv and mess around while trying to build an "ambush spot" (all of this is sort of unimportant to the plot so can be adjusted to make funnier/better streams for those two).

Tommy and Techno start streaming about 30 minutes after the others.

After some festival activities have been done, Dream shows up in full armor, placing obsidian again in a wall formation. Everyone sees him and runs over confused about what's happening.

They hop in a call with dream (techno and tommy join too but tell eachother to be quiet before joining.) Dream starts screaming about what Tommy did and how he really screwed up this time (tommy is kind of afraid and is looking at techno for assurance), and everyone is confused about what Tommy did, especially tubbo. Dream yells about the fact that Tommy destroyed the community house, the longest standing structure on the server, and how he has to pay for it. Quackity and the others don't believe it and decide to go look with Dream. (Techno and Tommy follow stealthily behind (invis), no one should see them).

Sapnap and anyone else from the original Dream SMP can log on now or already be on and come over to see. (Awesam, Callahan, George(probably not), Sapnap, BadBoyHalo, Punz)

They stand in front of the shattered remains and everyone is shocked that Tommy would do this, and upset. Everyone is insisting that Tommy really screwed up and that it's horrible.

Tubbo agrees but insists that he and lmanburg had nothing to do with it. Dream says that as long as Tubbo has one of the discs, he has everything to do with Tommy. Tubbo seems shocked and thinks about what Dream said. All of the Dream SMP original members agree and are talking about how he should give it so they can burn it once and for all. Tubbo is reluctant but seems to agree that Tommy keeps doing things that would put lmanburg in danger, so he doesn't want association.

He seems like he is about to give the disc, so Tommy reveals himself (techno too) and gets into a screaming match with Tubbo about it.

--Tommy and tubbo fill in what happens here, but it's a big argument and fight probably mostly improv-

Eventually after both nearly dying, Tommy realizes that he's fighting his best friend and stops. Tubbo is angry and gives the disc quickly to Dream, saying that it's just a stupid disc. Tommy is hurt by that but realizes that he's been blinded and has lost friends because of it. Tommy realizes that Dream now has both of his discs, and that they're back at square one.

Dream has an evil speech about how Tubbo is an idiot and that he never should have given him the disc. That Tubbo was never the president of L'manburg, but that everyone else had more control than him of his own country, even Dream. That he's the worst president because he was no president at all. Expose Ranboo as a traitor that has been working with Techno and Tommy, and that he can't even keep control of his own people. Give Tubbo the book with proof. That l'manburg is weaker than it's ever been, and that the only thing stopping Dream from completely destroying l'manburg was the fact that Tubbo had the discs and so Dream had to befriend him.

Now there's nothing stopping Dream from completely obliterating l'manburg. Everyone seems shocked and tries to talk Dream down, but Dream screams and tells everyone to shut up. Everyone goes completely silent. Dream asks Techno if he has any withers left. Techno responds basically like "oh do III" because he has so many.

--Techno should add more here so he has more of a role-

Dream announces that tonight is the final night of l'manburg forever. That he and Techno will finish the job that Wilbur started, and that l'manburg will be blown all the way to bedrock at (TIME, the next day). He tells everyone to say their last goodbyes, and to not try and stop him because Techno and him will kill every last one of them.

Dream leaves.

Everyone is left in shock, (maybe techno has some funny monologue here like it's awkward that I just left him there with everyone or something)

No one knows what to say. They realize that Dream has gone completely insane and that he has to be stopped. (techno is gone by now) They realize that Dream made a mistake by telling them the time, and they decide that they will all plan to work together and stop them. If all of the server fights together they can beat Techno and Dream. They get hyped about it and Tommy and Tubbo agree to fight together, despite having 1 canon life, that they're willing to put their lives on the line for l'manburg. They kind of have a reunion.

--Possibly Tommy leaves or ends here?-

Quackity seems blood thirsty and wants to punish Ranboo for conspiring with them and being a traitor. Tubbo disagrees and Quackity and tubbo get into an argument, Quackity insists that he HAS to execute him because he was a traitor. Tubbo gets mad and flips out on Quackity insisting that he's not going to be like Schlatt and execute him next to his own festival decorations (call back), that they need to ALL be together, ALL of them, otherwise they will lose to Techno and Dream. As long as he agrees to fight, he will fight with them. Quackity still seems to disagree, Tubbo puts his foot down and mentions what Dream said. That everyone else always pushed him around, but no HE'S the president, and his word is final, anyone who goes against it is committing treason. Quackity reluctantly agrees, but says that what Tubbo said doesn't mean they can't deal with the traitors after they stop Techno and Dream.

SO, there are three AUs I've developed (with the help of the Dreblr server):

C!Dream was born with cloudy eyes (cataracts). When his parents realized he couldn't see, they threw him to the streets. He managed to survive long enough to find Sapnap and George, and together, they lived into adulthood.

C!Dream was always able to gauge weaknesses in people, so he did a lot of the planning to get food, find places to stay, etc. Moreover, Sapnap and Dream loved him for his wit and humor, so he wasn't in danger of dying because of his blindness.

Around 15, they come across an abandoned mare. She's a bit underweight since she didn't know how to live in the wild, but with some help, she gains enough weight back to handle a saddle and rider.

While Sapnap and George like her, Dream adores her. He's the one who gets her apples, makes sure her coat is all clean of dirt and ticks, and removes pebbles from her shoes. He nicknames her "Spirit," for her fighting spirit, and they become inseparable. While on Spirit, he can be much more mobile (since Spirit isn't going to crash herself on purpose), and his confidence in himself grows. For years, they are a duo, up until the fateful day when Wilbur and Tommy take her from him...

C!Dream Turned Blind After Prison Drunz Hurt/Comfort AU

So, you know how Quackity lost an eye because of Techno?

Yeah....he takes out his anger on Dream in prison.

Quackity rationalizes that Dream hs no need for eyes since he's never leaving, and Sam accepts that in this AU. So, when Techno frees Dream, Dream can no longer see.

This messes Dream up ofc.

Parkour, PVP, observation, and all skills inherent to him are now fundamentally changed forever. Sure, he can adapt new techniques, but all the OG techniques? Made obsolete.

But, at first, they don't realize it's permanent. Or at least, Dream refuses to.

They try revival at first. But, as Punz (and Dream) already knows, revival cannot cure "canon" injuries, and these are permanent.

Next, Dream tries healing potions. Every variation, every dosage. Nothing.

Punz gently tries to tell Dream this might be permanent. Dream refuses to acknowledge them.

Golden apples, god apples, trying to talk to XD, nothing.

Finally, Dream breaks down. Like, catatonic state breaks down. He refuses to eat or sleep because what's the point?

Ofc, it's Punz that manages to bring him back, like every time he revives him. Won't go into detail yet 'cause spoilers, but suffice to say, Dream ends up on the war path for Quackity :)

CC!Dream born blind, face reveal AU

Ngl, this is my favorite :)

So, right before George moves to Florida, Dream mentions:

"Oh hey, btw, I'm blind btw."

George thinks this is a joke, but he arrives in Florida, and low and behold, Dream is actually blind.

He does have some vision (retina pigmentosa), but it's only a pinhole of vision. He relies a bit on his vision, but he primarily relies on audio technology.

The main reason why he stayed indoors is he has agoraphobia (fear of the outside), which is common in blind people. He does have a cane, but he's hesitant to use it, and he didn't qualify for a guide dog for a long time because he couldn't meet exercise requirements.

When Dream face reveals and mentions his blindness, there is a HUGE controversy about him not disclosing the audio technology. People say it was cheating, people accuse him of deliberately lying, the usual. Dream does come out and say Technoblade was aware of it during the duel (since some people were accusing Techno of "taking advantage of Dream's blindness), but MCC was never made aware.

There's more but spoilers :)

Controversy aside, Dream goes to TwitchCon and breaks down. He's very nervous about his cane, people keep trying to pull him off alone to talk to him, and he's really freaked out. Luckily, George steps up and acts as a sighted guide. They navigate TwitchCon together, and it's super fun.

The whole fic delves into ableism, agoraphobia, independence, and more. One day, it'll be more than an outline, but for now, it stays at that

-c!eret and c!george are cousins who’s family lived on these lands for long before everyone else arrived, that’s why ruling them means so much to them. c!eret originally joined the revolution because wilbur said they would assist in taking back the crown once they were independent but once dream made the offer of the throne in return for betrayal eret took the quicker option. (also c!george also has cool glowing eyes in this because it’s a family trait, also both my c!george and c!eret are black, eret has very dark skin and wears long braids mostly, george is a little lighter and keeps his hair shaved short mostly)

-c!dream only has one canon life left from the first moment we meet him, we never know how he lost the others just that part of his obsessive need for control stems from his paranoia of losing his last life

-c!wilbur lied in the letters he wrote to c!phil during the revolution and in pogtopia, he never told phil he lost any of his canon lives, phil thought when he stabbed wilbur he would have enough time to haul his body off to a safe place to calm him down before he respawned, he was shocked and horrified when he saw that was wilbur’s final life

-c!wilbur is a lot less human than he presents himself to be, his father is an angel and his mother is a goddess, he has lived far longer than the age he appears already at the start of the smp and could likely far outlive most other characters in terms of natural lifespans. his refusal to wear armor is partially influenced by the fact that he heals far quicker than others, therefore his insistence on others not wearing armor is a rather selfish demand since he knows others are risking more than he is when going without.

-c!techno grew up under a horrible dictatorship, that’s the largest contributor to his anarchist beliefs. he wears his crown as a symbol of the fact that he will never let someone else rule him ever again.

-c!tommy is religious like in canon but he primarily chooses to worship Lady death (mumza/c!kristin), she has shown him her favor many times in various ways over the years and was who guided him to wilbur in the first place. tommy has a elevated level of both respect and fear for c!phil throughout the smp no matter what because he is deaths angel.
