AU where Dream gets turned into a werewolf but he's not a wolf he's actually an alligator bc Florida and is so embarrassed that he's not a real werewolf that he's not gonna tell George but he DOES tell Sapnap so at least SOMEONE knows and whacky hijinks ensue as he and Sapnap try to hide the fact there's a a gigantic ass alligator randomly in the house every full moon. Patches is fully aware this is her bff and keeps hanging out with him.

Cave au crumbs?

Cave AU!!!

During the period of time after Dream escaped and wanders the caves alone, he sometimes suffers from bouts of claustrophobia and will seek out larger caverns, especially if they have lichen on the walls, to remind him of the night sky.

But at the same time, he doesn't like feeling Exposed, so hes frequently going back and forth between that and more confined areas.

And if any of the caves where Dream chooses to take shelter happen to remind him of Pandora, with dark stone and lava and slow steady drops of crying water from the ceiling, well that's surely just a coincidence.

That said, Dream is much more used to confinement than the others, who also don't fare too well at times. Traveling in a large group, tensions get high more often the longer they're down there. This causes them to make more rash decisions out of a desire for normalcy and to see the sky, which leads to Trouble. All the more reason to find Dream and therefore the revive book. As insurance.

On that note, there probably is a bit of Drama with people splitting off from the main group after arguments. But I think Sam especially would put it upon himself to keep people together, and go after them. Only he is thinking straight, after all! He knows whats best for everyone. They just need to see that :)
