I never played FF6 before, but my partner has and really wanted me to see it. I gotta say the story is pretty cool and I love the progression of the main female leads. The art though… is very difficult to follow along, since the in-game art deviated from Amano’s concept art by a lot (and for good reasons… they were working with tiny pixels and needed to make design decisions to help readability on low res screens). Terra is one of the female leads and has blond hair in the concept art, but was switched to green to make her distinct in-game. She’s probably my favorite. Both to play with as a mage and to follow her story.
