I’m not sure what to do.
Direct Aid:
I’ve been trying to fundraise since May and I haven’t even reached half my goal. I’m not sure what kind of curse I’m suffering from where I can never do the things others are able to do. I have seen hundreds of people be able to crowdfund effortessly and I wonder what I’m doing wrong. I was sexually assaulted in the workplace, wrongfully terminated and threatened with a gun. I have overshared to the point that the only thing keeping this case together is that I haven’t shared my employers name. I’m not sure what get’s people’s attention. I’m not sure what to do. Not sure what to say or post

I wrote an essay. It s about a movie, and it’s about how the world falls apart. If you’re a millennial traumatized by the financial crisis or if you’re interested in finance, you might like it.

Rich Dad and Poor Dad
Once, a boy had two father figures in his life. His real father, the "poor dad," was highly educated but struggled financially. His best friend’s father, the "rich dad," lacked formal education but was a wealthy businessman.
The poor dad believed in getting a secure job and saving money, while the rich dad believed in taking risks, investing, and making money work for him. The boy learned valuable lessons from both. He understood the importance of education from his poor dad and the value of financial knowledge from his rich dad.
Inspired by the rich dad, the boy decided to learn about money, investments, and building wealth. Over time, he used this knowledge to achieve financial freedom, combining the lessons from both dads to live a successful and balanced life.
Summary
A boy learns life lessons from his educated but struggling father and his wealthy, business-savvy father. By blending their teachings, he finds success and financial freedom.

#Marco-Marathon | The Crow
Film Name: The Crow (2024); Production Studios: Lionsgate Films, FilmNation Entertainment, Davis-Films, Pressman Film 30WEST, Ashland Hill Media Finance, The Electric Shadow Company, Media Capital Technologies, Hassell Free Productions, Edward R. Pressman Film, Czech Anglo Pictures; Director by: Rupert Sanders; Screenwriter: Kevin Cornish, Cliff Dorfman, Zach Baylin, Alex Tse, Jesse Wigutow, William Josef Schneider; Starring: Bill Skarsgård, FKA Twigs, Danny Huston, Josette Simon, Laura Birn; Genres: Fantasy, Action, Criminal, Melodrama; Running Time: 1 hour 51 minutes;
"The Crow" (2024) is a failed attempt to revive a cult classic. Despite a promising cast, including Bill Skarsgård and FKA Twigs, the film lacks the depth and style that made the original so iconic. The plot, which focuses heavily on the backstory of Eric and Shelly's love, feels generic and lifeless, failing to create any real emotional connection between the characters. The villain is equally forgettable, and the film’s overall aesthetic is disappointingly bland.
Directed by Rupert Sanders, known for his mediocre remakes, the movie lacks the dark, gothic atmosphere and stylish flair that defined the original. Even its action scenes, save for one gory sequence near the end, are unremarkable. Ultimately, this reboot feels unnecessary, offering little more than a pale imitation of what made the 1994 version memorable.
One Star is a weak attempt to reboot an iconic franchise that falls short of expectations.
