Hi! I'm after a fic that I can't find ANWHERE and it's driving me crazy! Essentially, Stiles signs up to go an omega version of the Bachelor, where alphas vie for his attention etc. Derek is an alpha and one of the producers/creators of the show. There's an additional twist in that the bottom two alphas of each elimination round have to fight each other and the loser gets eliminated. Any help in tracking this one down would be so appreciated!

I feel like this was asked before? Either way! I know one where Derek is a producer or maybe a camera man? But I'm lost with the "hunger games" plot twist.

OOOOOOHHHH that's a good one - funnily enough, I haven't read many sickfics for Steddie (yet!) but I always, always have to think about linger by my dearest @yournowheregirl when sickfic gets mentioned because it has the most amazing sick!Eddie scene ever. This moment (as does the whole fic) lives rent free in my head!

Summary:

Eddie hates the library, he hates how quiet it is and how he’s always getting shushed by that librarian hag Muriel. But he hates his idiot roommate and his tendency to hog their dorm room to have loud sex with his girlfriend all night long, even more. And now he has to spend all night in the library cramming for an exam, which would be fine, if not for the fact that some polo-clad douchebag shows up and declares that Eddie’s study spot is actually his.

Or: Steve and Eddie fight over a study spot and accidentally fall in love over coffee, Vivaldi and the horror that is finals week.

if you leave the light on by cloudydaisies is a post-canon fic that skips the messy bits and goes straight to a place where Buck and Eddie are free to be with each other. Though of course nothing is ever that straightforward, and here the speedbump comes in the form of an extended jeep engine light metaphor that works so beautifully. A delicious slow burn, in which Buck trusts Eddie when he says he can fix his truck and it's best to just stay with him and carpool until it's ready. Some really really lovely romance.

loves a game, wanna play? by @exhuastedpigeon have I ever seen a single episode of Love Island? No! Did that stop me enjoying the heck out of this wonderfully indulgent and fun fic. Absolutely not. In an effort to get Eddie out of his post-canon summer without Chris funk, Buck convinces him to sign up to Love Island with him. Has Eddie seen Love Island? No. Will that stop him from finding the love that's been right in front of him all along (and get a tan whilst he's at it?) Absolutely not! So funny and playful. A genuine and utter delight.

Drink in Hand by EiraLloyd a Hen POV Eddie coming out fic, with bonus Karen. In which Eddie kisses a guy at a bar and likes it:

She asks, “How bad is this going to be?”

Eddie holds out the bottle he’s carrying so she can read the label. “I brought mezcal.”

Translation: I’m having an existential crisis.

How is Hen supposed to turn him away? He brought mezcal.

so much left in store by @lesbianrobin in which Eddie is a single Dad in college, and Buck is the adhd punk kid at the back of the class, but of course he's an absolute baby whisperer. As they quickly become best friends and each other's support systems, Buck lets Eddie into a way to blow of steam...but a small disaster might accidentally lead to firefighters showing up.

all your letters in the sand (cannot heal me like your hand) by @dadbodbuck ok a sharp left turn into some hard angst here, so heed the trigger warnings and make sure you're safe when reading, this explores an on the page suicide attempt and subsequent recovery. In the wake of his mistakes and struggling with Chris' absence, Eddie's mental health rapidly declines. Buck and Tommy are there to catch him and offer a safe space to land. Not sugarcoated, this is crunchy and painful to read at times, but the love shines through, and though it's not a simple or easy journey, Eddie finds the support he needs to let professionals help him.

With a Friend in the Dark by Uncertainty_Principle and apparently I was in an angsty mood whilst fighting off this stupid cold because I also really loved this S3 post lawsuit, nobody is speaking to him, 'what if Buck found out his clots were lukemia' fic. Poor Buck just can't get the words out when he needs them, stuck in a miscommunication nightmare, and with a childhood secret about to blow up in his face. Maddie and Chim step in and soon the 118 realise just what the price is of holding on to anger. Just so much emotional whiplash. Whilst part one is complete, the follow up fic is a wip in progress now!

Maybe We're Strong by @ponyregrets finally it's time for some buddie meets The Good Place crossover fic, in which Bobby is Michael and Buck and Eddie are trying to figure out how they ended up in the good place when they've barely even lived their lives yet, Eddie's still in the army and Buck has been travelling but was thinking about maybe being a firefighter. Putting the firefam in this dynamic just works so well!

funnily enough, ive been writing for around 10 years now 😭 i actually randomly stumbled upon wattpad when i was 11 and then when i was 12 i got super into 5sos bahahha. I think everyone gets into fanfic when they stumble into a fandom and well, after reading a bunch of 5sos fanfic i decided to write my own because i just thought it would be fun!! aand here i am 🙂‍↕️ i wrote fanfic for many diff fandoms but then i kinda stopped for around 2 years and picked it back up when i got into kpop and got into tumblr !!

everyone knows i am the biggest fan of beam @sungbeam so i have to recommend mainly her masterpiece night terrors and my beloved flight risk. @yojeongin 's it's too bad you're married to me is a literal masterpiece i think about it daily. @dkfile has amazing AMAZING fanfics always but the soulmate service has a very special place in my heart. and if you had to ask me about my favorite fanfic of all times it would absolutely have to be pussy blocked by @luvdsc 🩷

I think i fulfilled my dream theme with partners in crime a little, since this idea has been in my mind for literally years. but i am kind of basic and i really dream of writing a hockey player au and a podcast host au one day !! (both are a wips and in my drafts and both for eric so..lets hope i get to them one day haha)

S6. Reconciliation is hard but they get help. Hits you right in the feels - and hard. SO well done, truly its a gem. Meeting little Kara and Lena was a real treat, wish we'd had more of that in the show. She writes them both so well and just knows how to cut them to the core. Brilliant!

The mad king killed laura I think. Then stiles married derek and they go to winterfell for some time but the hale family doesn't like him especially cora. 👻 - what is your wildest headcanon?

answered, but here are some more!

ArmTankhun - Tankhun is a pillow princes probably 98% of the time but can occasionally be provoked into being an Active Top - usually by being forced to spend time with Vegas, which fills him with such rage and Feisty Energy that he channels into active topping exactly one (1) time every few months dhfdjndf. Arm is still trying to decide how he feels about intentionally provoking this rage. on the one hand, he never wants Tankhun to be upset, but on the other.......... sometimes a man just wants to get railed!

after Chay moves into the compound he develops some embarrassing crushes. he's crushing on Arm, he's crushing on Tae, he's crushing on Tankhun... he's a baby gay surrounded by attractive men! Arm helps train him in self-defence and Chay is all giggly and blushy around him for a while.

Kinn is the only one of the three main family bros to Come Out. Tankhun just assumes everyone knows (he assumes correctly), and Kim would kill himself before he told anyone any personal information about himself. Chay tells Kinn and Porsche about what happened with Kim and Kinn's just like "KIM'S GAY?!?!"

Zoltan/Letho/Geralt?

Hi Nonny! I’m not sure if you’re asking my opinion on this as a ship or whether it’s a prompt.

If it’s an opinion... I adore Zoltan from the books, and I think we all know how I feel about my boy Geralt.

However, Letho I only know through reading fics! I only know the fanon version of him. I’ve never watched his scenes in the games. I’ve never even read his wiki entry. I just dive right into fics letting the authors paint me a picture. I just toss my raft in the river and go.

I got to know Letho mostly through writers I love writing him with Eskel. And actually I did a few ficrecs for that pairing in my extra rare rarepair ficrecs post. Zoltan also makes an appearance in that ficrec post because I loooove Zoltan/Dandelion, so there’s some recs for those two in there too.

And I have read him with Geralt once or twice. If I love a writer I’ll read just about whatever they write as long as I know at least one of the characters and have an “in” to the story. (And if I really really love a writer I just read any they write)

Now, if you meant this to be a prompt, I’m probably not your best person for that since I would need to do some research and watch more of the game to figure out how to write Letho.

💖: Fic featuring my favourite ship/pairing

I'm not sure if that means your favourite ship or mine but I'm pretty sure it's the same anyway 😅

I went into my bookmarks and looked for one I read when I freshly started to get into steddie, to bring a few older stories back.

So, the first fic I truly fell in love with was Keep it Steady, Eddie. It started a whole can of worms I still haven't been able to put a lid on.

Summary:

Eddie Munson doesn't mind working at the Family Video Store. It's a nice sense of normalcy (not to mention money) and he gets to see Robin more because of it. However, between working together and sharing the same best friend, he's also been seeing a lot more of Steve Harrington.

He wants nothing more than to enjoy mindless fun with his friends now that everything with Vecna is over, but Eddie's finding it hard to move on from what happened. Even if the strangest thing in his life right now was simply the fact he and Steve Harrington might actually be friends.
