So “womanarentpeople88” is clever from the artist since transphobic people are very often also misogynistic and racist.

The 88 at the end is not an accident from the artist I believe. Racists online like to be cute and send dog whistles to other racists in ways that seem innocent or plausibly deniable to normal people.

8 = H in alphanumeric code

88 is alphanumeric code for “Heil Hitler”

Just to give you another example of hidden meanings; the number 14. It refers to the 14 words, a popular racist slogan (the most popular racist slogan in the world according to ADL) the slogan reads:

“We must secure the existence of our people and a future for white children”

So for example you might see usernames with 1488 at the end, seemingly harmless right? Well now you know. If they have other hot takes or seem questionable, one could reasonably assume.

Also the chances that someone innocently picks 1488 as the number for their username out of every other number ever is kinda low I’d say.

Obligatory context is key. This doesn’t mean everyone with these numbers is racist (but it is a possibility)

All I’m saying is the artist is clever and I don’t think the 88 they put at the end was an accident.

For some reason, I just felt compelled to stare at the big picture frame with cut outs of pictures of both my parents’ youth. And for some reason, the longer I stared, the more tears poured from my eyes.

None of the pictures are sad.

I just can’t fathom why I feel so compelled to cry.

Why I feel so compelled to search each and every picture.

What am I searching for?

And why is it making me cry so much?

Perhaps it’s the realisation that they looked happy together? Perhaps before I came into the picture? Perhaps I ruined them.

Or is there a strain in their smiles when together? But it could just be me trying to reassure and cement in my brain the idea that it’s not my fault everything is so shit. And maybe I cry as I desperately search, realising that this is not the case.

But both feel true at the same time, I’m not sure of either interpretation. Perhaps I’m trying to search for a connection. To see resemblance of myself in them. Especially now, trying to recognise my face is their childhood pictures. But I don’t see myself anywhere. They all feel so foreign, like they could be a stranger passing me in the street and I wouldn’t look twice.

Why is it that I feel so disconnected from them? Is it the yearning to know more of them not as my parents but as people? Maybe if I knew them from the very beggining, knew then inside out as people, maybe then I could empathise more.

Is that why I cry, then?

I don’t know in the end. Perhaps it’s the time. Perhaps my brain is too tired to string together coherent thought. Hormones, idk.

Sleep calls me, I atleast hope it’s pleasant.

It is not considered that throwing Ford at Bill so soon after Weirdmageddon could instead make them both WORSE - in new and altogether special ways! :D
