What about an injury like a minor stress fracture in someone’s foot but instead of being able to rest it for a few weeks to let it heal, they have to train/go on a journey/are forced to use it somehow and it gets worse and worse until they can’t walk without extreme pain?

Exhausted, but happy.
Enjoyed Dawn at one of my favorite beaches.
Breakfast pit stop.
And hiking with Sean! Saw many tracks, and left some of my own. I could not resist playing in the mud 🤣🤣🤣 cleaned my feet off with some snow after. The first warm days of spring are always magical 😁 we also stopped to slide on the ice.
How do Ice fishermen stay focused??? This was too much fun 🤣🤣
