The Hills - Lizard x OC - The Hills Have Eyes Fanfiction
Summary: The mutants had lived in the hills all their lives. They have a way of life. What happens when that way of life is threatened?
Pairing: Lizard x OC
Chapter Three
Liberty had done her best to fight Lizard, but his strength was too much for her. He had dragged her from the car and through the desert to a small village hidden within the valleys. She watched as Cassie and Faye had been pulled out of the car by the other two mutants. The first the one she had seen in the car window and the other a large man with a facial deformity. Austin, however, was nowhere to be seen. Had they already taken him?
She ached all over, from the crash and from the desert floor she was dragged across. They had been chained up in a basement of some kind in the middle of this village. Faye was still unconscious in the corner of the room whilst Cassie continued to weep to herself. There was still no sign of Austin.
They had been rough with them, making sure the shackles around the wrists were tight and also low enough to the ground so they couldn’t stand comfortably. She tried to console Cassie but there was no hope, she was deaf to her in her panic.
She could hear footsteps above them, walking up and down the wooden flooring, dust falling as they did so. There was a foul smell in there, like blood and rotting meat, it almost made her want to gag. She had to be optimistic though, perhaps these people were just protecting their property, maybe they had taken a wrong turn and gone onto private property. Though it seemed odd that the gas man didn’t say anything to them when they stopped there, Jeb was his name she thought.
The door flung open upstairs, and a heavy-footed older male came down to them. He wore an oversized trench coat and had a long greying beard. Behind him came a large woman who wore an obvious black wig on her head, they both wore a stern expression.
They centred on her, being the only one really capable of speaking. ‘What is your name girl.’ The man spoke first, deep in voice.
‘Liberty.’ She forced out, inwardly wondering if she should have given them her real identity. The two looked between one another, the woman coming forward, bending down to her level, and brushing a hair out of her face.
‘You banged ya head up really good Liberty, gonna have to clean ya up.’ The woman was soft spoken but remained stern in her expression.
‘Thank you…um…my friend… she hasn’t regained consciousness yet…’ Liberty motioned towards Faye’s limp body in the corner of the room, shaking her bloodied blonde hair out of the woman’s grasp.
‘She’ll be alright honey, just a bang to the head, like yours.’ The woman headed over to Faye, as the man remained where he stood, gazing at her with a quizzical expression.
‘Where are we?’ Liberty tried speaking to the man, but he remained silent.
‘Ya in the Test Village sweetheart. This be our home and ya trespassed. We don’t take kindly to strangers in our land.’ The woman came back over her, a displeased look on her face.
‘We never meant to; I swear! We thought it would get us to California quicker, I’m so sorry, please let us go!’ her voice broke at the end, tears threatening to fall.
‘I’m ‘fraid that won’t be possible Liberty. You belong to us now; it be up to us what happens to you three now.’ There was an almost sympathetic look on the woman’s face.
‘Austin…’ Cassie squeaked from behind them all, getting everyone’s attention. She continued to cry heavily, forcing the words out.
‘You said three, where’s Austin!’ her voice was louder this time, shouting almost as she demanded to know where her boyfriend was.
They looked between themselves at her statement. ‘You said there was only three!’ The woman spoke in a raised whisper to the man.
‘That’s what Liz told me.’ He looked displeased at the woman before turning and storming up the basement stairs, the woman following behind.
Cassie cried after them, calling Austin’s name. They didn’t know, which meant that Austin was still out there somewhere. They had hope.

Fezco and Ashtray.
fem x reader!
Not my gif
When the boys' girlfriends are on their period together, driving them crazy.
You and Ashtray started dating a little before Fezco and Howard. Their relationship was so cute, so cute it was irritating at times. Since you and your boyfriend almost always had to witness Fezco and Lexi cuddling and saying really corny things, but that was their love, they were lovers of old-fashioned romance; as Ashtray once said, making you all laugh at his speech, you didn't even know he knew those words.
You guys were always together, and sometimes you even did couple shows where Ashtray would always go around muttering something about being too corny, but you knew deep down he loved those moments. You literally lived in their house, your parents were absent and didn't care where you slept - or whether you lay in bed to fall asleep, you just couldn't show up pregnant, or they'd kick you out of the house.
On the same day, you packed your bags, determined to leave that house that you felt never belonged to you, that was never your home. You never really felt at home like most kids with their family. You almost didn't see each other, because their work was extremely busy, but when you were together at home, you didn't talk or do anything as a family, just each one in your room.
Like real strangers. You lived together but had no interaction at all. You weren't surprised when you showed up with suitcases in the room and they said, "Okay, do what you feel you have to do. We'll send money every month while you don't have a job." You smile as you walk through the door, feeling free to be officially leaving a place that never welcomed you. When you arrived at the boys' house, you were greeted with lots of kisses, hugs and pizza. You were sure for the first time that you were without your true home, with loved ones.
With Lexi it was almost like that. She hadn't moved into their house, but spent most of her time there. Since she shared a room with Cassie and didn't like it, she didn't respect her privacy. Like Faye, Custer didn't show up to pick her up or text her anymore, he just disappeared. The three of you didn't have a good relationship before, Lexi didn't like her because she thought she had an interest in Fezco, and you for your extremely short robes in a house full of boys.
But as the weeks went by, you started talking to each other when the boys went out for your sales. And you realized that Faye was definitely not what you thought, she was sweet, polite and kind. But she had a good part of her innocence and life stolen from her by her boyfriend. She might have her drug problems, but she never brought that shit to you guys.
Since those days, the three of you started treating each other like sisters. You did everything together, bought clothes together, watched movies together, read together, you even studied basic math things with the blonde so she could help out in the store. You also cooked together with Lexi reading a cookbook with you and Faye horribly going on trying to make a delicious dish for your boys, she wanted to thank you for staying, you just wanted to please them. Resulting in raw rice, undercooked meats and a terribly salty salad full of dressing.
Your coexistence made you interconnected in some way, so your menstrual cycles did not escape that. You were the first to bleedwere, and then Lexi and then Faye on heroin. But one day, the three of you woke up with pains in your stomach and blood running down your legs, on the exact same day.
For you, it was nice in a way, but not for your boyfriend and Fezco, who had to go to the candy store and buy a bunch of goodies when Lexi started harassing him, and Ashtray who had to literally run minutes before local pharmacy close because you needed colic meds and pads. And it was even more terrible for him to hear the three of you saying your preferences, with tabs, without tabs, o.b, night... And to top it off, he had an even greater embarrassment when he arrived at the cashier with all the tampon options that were in the shelf, earning a judgmental look from the attendant.
He comes home slamming the door shut and flinging the bags walking towards you who have been lying on the couch moaning in pain for more hours than he could count. "Done, damn it. Don't ever make me go to a goddamn drugstore again for this shit! The clerk looked at me like I was a fucking pussy." he grumbles, running his hands impatiently through his hair, catching his breath from a four-court run. "Oh baby. Thanks." you smile blowing him kisses "But did you buy all kinds?" you say, he looks at you "Yeah shit I couldn't remember which ones you guys talked about so I thought I'd bring them all." he explains, your heart melts when you see him tired, he was before, but he didn't stop doing it for you.
You want to cry and hug him, but hold back the crying until it disappears, you don't want to sound like a crying baby over something so simple. You get up from the couch, walking towards him in long steps because the pain was indeed too much, Ashtray is in the kitchen having a glass of water. You go to him and take his face in your hands, kissing his lips. "Thank you, really." "They're just absorbents." he says, you shrug. "I know, but I appreciate the gesture."
You walk out of the kitchen with him exclaiming "You're welcome!" You smile as you head to the bathroom with a packet of sanitary napkins in your hand. You take a quick shower and change them by discarding the used one in the trash, replacing it with a new one. You walk out of the bathroom feeling much better, a hot, relaxing shower was what you certainly needed.
You walk back to the living room where you see Fezco arriving and handing two bags to Lexi, who smiles brightly, not even knowing what's inside. "What do you have there?" Faye asks about you two. "Yes, love, what did you buy?" Lexi reinforces the question, the redhead smiles slightly at her. "The chocolates and candy you ordered, baby. It was so fucking hard to find your favorite. My knees fucking hurt from waiting ten minutes in a giant line to buy them, but there you have it." he strokes her dark red hair, Lexi opens her smile even wider, hugging him. "Thanks, Fezzy."
Her eyes fill with tears at that cute scene, Lexi hugging Fez's waist as he strokes her back. He leans in to whisper probably cute and romantic things in her ear, they start a kind of love vow. You don't know exactly when you started crying, but you could feel the hot tears coming down without your control. You were sensitive and fragile, as you always were in that period, you certainly wouldn't cry if it weren't for that.
"Hey Y/N. Why are you crying?" Faye asks, you blink when you come back to reality. "It's just cute, Faye…" you mutter, running your fist over your eyes, pushing back some tears. "Hey, what happened?" You hear Ashtray behind you, he looks at her belly and then at her face. "Are you in pain? Do you want another pill or jelly beans?" he asks coming up to you and pulling you into a hug, you instantly go back to crying like a little baby on his shoulders, which you try to stop when you realize you're worrying him.
"Oh, they're so cute." Faye groans smiling "Yeah, they're like strawberry and chocolate." Lexi completes, they laugh and Ashtray breaks the hug casting hateful looks at them. "There's nothing fucking cute here, she's crying and in pain." he says rudely and rolls his eyes, you wipe your wet face on his sweatshirt. "I'm not in pain, I'm fine, Ash. Just emotional about stupidly cute assholes like Fez and Lexi." you speak, confused looks go to you.
The couple laughs when they understand what you mean, the redhead walks over and stops beside Ashtray, patting him on the shoulder. "That's fucking neediness bro, you need to spoil your girl. Or she'll spend the afternoon crying." he whispers, smiling playfully, but enough for you all to hear. "Oh, damn! What's wrong with you women, you were perfectly fine and happy before." he sighs in frustration, playing on the unoccupied couch, everyone laughs.
"It's the hormones I think. My gynecologist says I get as sensitive as a pregnant woman." Ashtray snorts "You're only fifteen Y/N. You can't be feeling pregnant." he sighs, you don't even understand exactly what he said but it made you upset, thinking he thinks you're a fool for silly moments when you cry like this. "Yes I know." you grit your teeth feeling more tears form. "It's almost uncontrollable, I'm sorry." You say hoarsely in between crying, your boyfriend quickly gets up from the couch and comes to you
"Oh ok, bear, sorry." he says hugging you passionately, encircling your waist in his piebald arms, you returned the hug, but still slapping your chest for the nickname. "Hey, that shit hurts!" he grumbles, you squeeze him more fearing he wants to separate with you. Ashtray chuckles with your amused laugh as you bite his chest "oh fuck-" he doesn't try to say anything else when he understands that you totally want to have him right now. Ashtray squeezes you tighter against his body, ensuring you get all the affection and love you want and deserve.
The others in the room exchange amused and warming glances with each other at how surprisingly cute Ash is now. They smile at you before leaving the room, Fezco goes upstairs with Lexi to your room, probably to sleep. And Faye goes out on the porch to smoke some joint. "Hey baby come on here. Do you want to go to my room?" he asks taking your hand and taking you with him to the three-person seat.
"No, love, it's great here." you smile gratefully as you sit there, Ashtray nods giving you a kiss on the forehead and saying he's going to get some things. He returns a few minutes later with blankets, pillows, and some candy that Fez bought. He sets everything neatly lined up on the couch, he feels himself pulling you to sit on his legs. Ashtray covers her body with the warm blanket, turning on the television and leaving it on a show you both like to watch.
You feel his fingers touching your hair, then back and forth movements through your strands, like a shampoo application, a caress from him that you loved to receive. He opens a chocolate and puts it in your hand, you thank him with a piece in your mouth. You spent a few hours there, watching TV with Ashtray playing with your strands, twirling them around your fingers.
You feel your body relax completely, you don't even feel the cramping pain anymore. You incredibly ate four bars of chocolates, jelly beans and a few gummy candies, I couldn't be happier. "I'm going to brush my teeth." you say getting up, groaning in frustration at having to get out of there. "Ok." You walk to the bathroom where you find Faye and a syringe of heroin in her hands, you feel a pang of sadness in your chest.
"I thought you were just into weed." you speak, she looks at you with visible disappointment in her eyes. "Yeah, I tried. But I don't think I can stop." she shrugs her shoulders slightly, you go to her. "Yes, you can. Have a chocolate instead." you smile sympathetically handing over a leftover bar that you haven't finished eating, she takes it from your hand with a comforting smile. "Thanks."
"You're welcome. Now get out of here bitch, I'm going to use the bathroom." you say, obviously joking with her who leaves the room smiling. You brush your teeth quickly, walking back into the room as fast as a rabbit. "I was with Faye, where did we stop?" you ask lying down on the couch and covering yourself with the velvety blanket. "The woman finds out that the guy is cheating on her, it was pretty crazy for her to break the whole house." he responds by laughing, you laugh too.
You stop for a few minutes to watch it, but you really can't help but fall asleep. "Uh…I think I'm going to sleep." you almost whisper so low your voice comes out. "Uh, ok baby. Do you want me to turn off the tv?" he asks caressing your face, you deny smiling slightly. "No, you can watch. Just turn the volume down." you ask, he nods pulling you closer to him. You turn to Ashtray as he hugs your body making you lay your head under his chest.
"Thanks for today. Especially for the meds and pads. It must have been weird showing up in line with a basket full of pads." you laugh, he nods several times. "Yeah, it was annoying. The guy looked at me like I was a workhorse." he says grimacing, you laugh. "Other than that, it was nice spending the day with you too. Minus your crying, I hate to see you cry. You look prettier without tears on your face, honestly." he kisses your cheek, you smile brighter than the rainbow, snuggling closer to his chest. "Okay, good night, love. Love you." "Night, bear. I love you."
sorry if this sucks, english is not my official :/ 😘

Eye for an eye | Fezco x Reader
Summary: Cal Jacobs is out for revenge and so are you
Pairing: Fezco x Reader
Word count: 0.8k
Prompt: Can you write the scene where Nate’s dad comes to the shop?
Keep sending requests!!
-
According to Lexi's last text, Nate's dad showed up at their house and Cassie, scared and under pressure, had told him about Fez. As in she let it slip that Fez was the one who put Nate in the hospital. And now Cal Jacobs was out for revenge - and so were you.
You used to call Cassie a friend, but if she wanted to play these games, you weren't going to stay on the sideline and watch.
So, you ratted her out to Maddy.
It was breaking your heart to tell her about Cassie and Nate's little adventure in the bathroom on New Year, but she deserved to know. Although they weren't dating anymore, it was still considered a betrayal. Best friends don't date or fool around with each other's exes.
Lexi told you to keep an eye out and tell Fez, but when you arrived at the store, Faye was there. You didn't bother hiding your eye roll. She wasn't the worst person you knew, but like Ashtray, you weren't happy that she was living under your boyfriend's roof. She was annoying, always talked shit and had the tendency to make every bad situation worse.
A small smile curved on Fez's lips when he saw you coming in. ''Wasn't expecting you tonight,'' he said, casually sitting on the register counter.
You walked up to Fez, standing between his legs, and kissed him. ''I was meeting with a friend.''
''Someone I know?''
''Maddy,'' you replied. ''I told her about Cassie and Nate hooking up in the party bathroom.''
A mischievous grin spread on Fez’s face. ''Little troublemaker. You like stirring some shit, uh?''
You shrugged. ''I wasn't planning on telling on them, but Cassie fucked with my people.''
Fez frowned, missing a part of the story, but before you could tell him about Cassie snitching, a new customer approached.
''Good evening.''
You turned, the sight of Cal Jacobs making your stomach drop. Rich folks like Nate’s dad never came around the shop. It didn’t make sense for them to come to the neighborhood - unless it was for business.
He had one hand stuffed into his jacket pocket, eyeing Fez. Please, don’t let it be a gun.
'' 'Sup, man,'' Fez said casually, completely clueless of his identity. If only he knew who was in his shop…
Your body tensed as you watched Cal walk to the aisle. At your reaction, Fez picked up that this guy was suspicious and glanced at Ashtray through the coolers, sharing a knowing look.
Fez kept an eye out on Cal through the large mirror, watching him walk around the store, picking up a pack of ramen and trying to read the fereign packaging. He put it back, rounding the corner of the aisle.
''You got any spearmint gum?''
Although the question was to Fez, Cal's eyes were on you, watching you intently. He had recognized you from school, having been a classmate of Nate since fourth grade. You began getting uncomfortable and, by instinct, got closer to Fez, who pulled an arm around you. Could this man get any creepy-er?
''I don't know, man. Gum's right here.'' Fez pointed to the shelving unit beside the register.
Cal nodded and followed the direction, searching for the gum. ''This your store?'' he asked, finding what he wanted and taking a single pack.
''It's a family business.'' For the second time, Fez looked through the coolers.
From the back, Ash, who was sitting at his usual table, could tell this man was trouble.
''Your parents own it?''
''You usually ask this many question, man?''
''Did she tell you who I am?'' Cal nodded in your direction.
''Nah, man,'' Fez said quickly.
''Are you a cop,'' asked Faye, sitting on one of the freezers.
A cop? How did she think he could be a cop?
shut up and not make the situation worse.
''No,'' Cal answered.
Faye glanced at you, but your eyes were glued on Cal's hand that slid in his jacket pocket. You held your breath, afraid he was going to pull out a gun or something. Fez caught onto suspicious gestures too and heard some rustling in the backroom as Ashtray took the gun hidden in the cereal box, ready to protect his family.
Just as you thought he’d pull his gun and shoot, Cal surprised you with a bill of twenty. He set it down on the counter.
''Just a concerned father.''
After Cal left, Fez hopped down the counter, watching the man get in his truck and drive off, tires screeching.
''I thought this guy was going to pull a gun out,'' Faye said once Cal's truck was gone.
You turned to her, mind blown by her stupidity. ''Because he probably had!''
''You know that guy?'' Fez asked, returning to your side, still on his guard.
''That was Cal Jacobs. As in, Nate Jacobs' psycho dad,'' you explained. ''He knows, Fez. He knows. He was probably here to shoot you, but there was witnesses so he backed down.''

sorrows pt. 3
pairing: fezco x black!fem!reader
warnings: swearing and smut.
a/n: okay so maybe you all won’t hate me too much after this…then again you might because i like suspense. enjoy babes </3
words: 1.1k + not proofread
part one | part two
hit the party and get friendly. honestly no, i don’t got it in me. it’s no fun when you’re not here with me.
“you miss me huh?” you laughed at the boy who had you pushed up against a wall in the hallway. you felt a bit of rage and satisfaction in his earlier words towards McKay.
the same McKay who almost shit his pants before shuffling away to find Nate who you just knew was balls deep in Cassie right about now.
you were truly alone now.
“you’re the one who broke up with me Fez.” you said in a small voice, avoiding his eyes as he stared intently at your face.
“the fuck was that baby girl?” Fez asked you pulling at the bottom of your dress. you turned your head and just stared at him. no words leaving your glossed lips as you examined his reddened face.
he was obviously jealous.
“i miss you baby. so please just say something.” he pleaded. he looked so sad and all you could do was laugh.
“i told you, you broke up with me. i heard from Gia like two weeks ago there was some girl in your house. she told me Ash didn’t like her, Faye i think? then today your hugged up with Lexi? you wanted to break up for some new bitches?” you laughed at him.
it wasn’t funny that all these years went down the drain for some pussy, but all you could do was laugh.
“mannn.” Fez’s voice drawled out. “it ain’t even like that ma. listen-“
“it “ain’t even like that?”, huh?” you said doing air quotes. “please stop fucking playing with me bro. i just saw yo-“
“i cant have that shit bro.” Fez said interrupting you, his hands holding your shaking ones as he stared into your eyes.
“you can’t have what?” you said slightly easing into his touch.
“that shit…when Laurie had them dudes grab you.” Fez said shaking his head and looking away. you grabbed his face to refocus him and he sighed.
“that shit hurt me and i couldn’t do shit about what was going on. you didn’t need to be in that position because of me, ma. Faye’s at my house for a favor and Lexi just sat down and started saying random shit. there’s nothing going on between me and those two. i’ve always wanted you. i want you so bad i almost beat the fuck outta McKay for even touching your hand…i love you so much i let you go…and after all these weeks? i don’t think i should’ve even done that.” he mumbled looking every which way before settling back on you, he saw the tears in your wide eyes at his confession. he placed his forehead on yours and finished up his words.
“i had good intentions, but letting you go was the worst mistake of my life y/n.” Fez sincerely said.
you rolled your watering eyes before getting closer than you already were to Fez.
“Kitty would probably whoop you at your big age just for doing that. Fez you should’ve told me you had concerns…i told Moshi she can’t even talk to you again.” you giggled. this caused Fez to break out into a small smile before sealing your laughing lips with his.
you greedily kissed back. you had been missing him forever, and he felt the same way.
his hands trailed down your hips, gripping them as he pushed you back onto the wall. your dress rose up and although it left little to the imagination already, you were really exposed now.
“fuck y/n.” he mumbled grinding into you. your hand reached out to the door beside you two. opening the door and nudging Fez inside, you two closed the door quickly before stumbling to the bed.
he placed you down gently, looking into your eyes as he did so. he massaged your legs before taking your shoes off, never taking his eyes off you.
you sat up and kissed him, tugging his shirt off and he fiddled with your dress.
“w-wait.” he said between the flurry of kisses. you looked at his swollen lips and almost got lost in a trance before you heard him speaking.
“it’s been so long i don’t know if we should go this here-“ he was cut off by the sound of you pulling his belt off and unzipping his pants, his pants now down his legs and your hands grabbing at the bulge in his underwear.
all thoughts and concerns are pushed for the side as he felt pleasure. “fuck baby.” he moaned as you rubbed him.
Fez reached down and palmed at your breast, playing with them until your nipples reached peaks, his own lips capturing them soon after.
“i missed you.” you mumbled as he sucked at your exposed chest. your hand sped up as his tongue sped up the swirls around your nipple.
his lips released you with a pop before he pushed you down. legs in the air, he ripped your panties off before yanking himself out of his own boxers and rubbing his dick on your pussy.
“mmm fuck.” he groaned before pushing your knees back as close as he could onto the bed. “i need you.” he mumbled before sliding in.
you both moaned in unison. he felt bigger than usual and you felt way tighter to him, it didn’t help you were soaking wet either.
“go faster please.” you moaned out as he started rocking his hips into you. his dick hitting your sweet spot causing you to clench around him.
you missed this so much.
“you’re pussys so good.” he breathed out into your neck as he pushed your legs back even further. you hands started to scratch at his back at the new angle. you let out a loud moan as your chest moved upwards towards him, your release coming quickly.
the sounds of your skin slapping and your wetness rang against the walls in the room along with your moans were the only noises to be heard.
“i’m fucking cumming!” you called out before cumming and creaming all over his dick. you hadn’t felt anything like this in so long. Fez groaned into your neck before speeding up causing you to twitch. you were completely overstimulated, but it felt good. it wasn’t long before he let out a low groan and you felt him cum inside you.
he rolled beside you to catch his breath, pulling you into his chest as his lungs tried to regulate themselves.
you snuggled against him as basked in the moment. you had been deprived from this for so long, it felt nice to be normal again.
even though you could feel him oozing down your thigh at the moment.
“i’m so sorry baby.” he felt him say from his place behind you.
“don’t let that shit happen again O’Neill.”
“i promise it won’t, ma.”

Flipped Jealousy *Part 3*
Chris Halliwell X Reader
Word Count: 707
Requested: Anon
Request: Dang I meant part 3 of flipped jealous. Sorry
*Part 2*
After finding Melissa which was entirely unentertaining, it turned out that her phone had died and she was out the night before, so that was why no one knew where she was, but on the other hand you had finally been able to do some magic and you were able to help people. The other thing that came from that day was the kiss that Chris had given you and the fact that you were barely ever seen apart anymore. One morning you were in bed, you hadn't actually gotten up yet, you had things that you needed to do but you really couldn't bring yourself to actually do any of them. "(Y/N)!" Cassie called as she walked into the room, you looked at her and smiled.
"What?" You asked. "I'm going to meet the others so make sure that you get everything for dinner tonight." She ordered and you looked at her and nodded. "Yeah, I will." You waved her off before kicking your feet out from under the cover and pulling them back in "oh no too cold." She rolled her eyes. "Chris!" Cassie called and then the boy appeared in the room. "How can I help you?" He asked as he looked at you. "Can you make sure that she actually gets everything for dinner tonight, while I meet with the others?" She asked and he looked at you and smirked. "Yeah sure." He answered as he walked over to the wardrobe looking for something that you can wear, he grabbed your favorite jumper and a pair of jeans and he walked back over vaguely aware that your sister had left the room "good morning." "Hi." You smiled. "I'm starting to think that you are doing this on purpose." He teased as you sat up putting your phone on the side. "I'm not doing anything." You answered as he pressed a kiss to your forehead. "That is the problem... Now you need to go and take a shower and I'll wait for you and then we can go shopping." He suggested and you nodded.
Later that day you decided that you would go and meet your sister at the house so that you guys could make dinner but as you walked in hands connected with Chris they all stopped talking and they looked at you "Are you guys okay?" You asked. "We're fine," Diana answered as she smiled but you didn't feel like that was true. "Okay well Cassie are you done here, we have a whole dinner to cook remember?" You asked. "Yeah, I'll meet you at home." She said and you looked at her and frowned. "What's going on?" You asked. "You want to know?" Faye asked. "Faye don't." Cassie pleaded but Faye stepped forward. "There are a couple of people here that think you've gotten too strong to be here with us, you know maybe you should head off and find your own place to be your own witch." Faye explained, "with all your new power I'm sure that you are going to make all sorts of enemies." "You want me to leave?" You asked. "My family is here in Chance Harbor." "You don't want them to get hurt do you?" Adam asked, your eyes widened as you looked at them. "Right." You nodded as you bit the inside of your cheek, Chris pulled you into his chest and orbbed away with you, you were back in your room. When you realized where you were you turned to your wardrobe and started packing everything up "she didn't even say that she didn't want me to leave." "Do you want to leave?" Chris asked. "They don't want me to be here." You reminded him. "This isn't about them, do you want to leave?" He asked again. "I don't want to stay somewhere that they don't want me." You explained. "Alright well, my parents always wanted to meet you, you can come to stay with my family in San Francisco how does that sound?" He asked. "Is that okay?" You asked. "Of course." He smiled "get what you want to take and we can get going." "Thank you." You sniffed as you rubbed at your eyes. "No problem, love." He said softly.

tldr;
imagine the neediest, try-hard, insecure girl you can but hide her behind a vivacious, ostentatious façade and you have edie. spent her formative years watching romance movies and idolizing the idea of being loved and belonging somewhere. painfully sycophantic; always wearing masks, trying to work her way into your heart. an insecure mess; the human embodiment of trixie tang’s “tell me i’m pretty!!!”. rich girl probzzz bc her parents are rich/famous but did nawt give her any love. used to coming in second place and being ignored so she’s total mess of a person but super sweet…unless you reject or slight her, then she’s all unhinged drama. embarrasses herself on the reg. <3
background
— born to a hollywood dynasty family like the coppolas or the barrymores. they’re very well connected. grandpa holloway was a famous actor turned executive during the silent era in the 20s. he married a film star and had edie’s dad in the 40s. yes, edie’s dad is old. more on that later. edie’s mother’s side is also noteworthy, as she’s the daughter of a famous composer.
— edie was an accidental pregnancy. she doesn’t just suspect this, she knows it. since her mom has multiple interviews expressing how she never thought she’d be a mother. or wanted to be one, for that matter. ( she’s always applauded for her “bravery” and “honesty” regarding motherhood and regret while edie is just like uhh…wtf ) edie’s dad is an acclaimed director. he’s one of those ones where if you don’t like their movie, annoying film bros claim you just didn’t “get” it. i think of a david lynch or charlie kaufman type. he and edie’s mom met while filming a show. he was 52 ( with two other adult children from previous relationships ) and she was 44. needless to say, they weren’t exactly expecting to get pregnant.
— neither of edie’s parents were super involved in her life. they were always busy ; traveling, press junkets, the oscars, film festivals, vacations…edie spent a lot of the time being cared for by nannies. a cliché rich girl tale if you’ve ever heard one. as many celebs do, her parents went through a contentious divorce due to an affair scandal. during the ensuing paparazzi storm, edie realized the cameras gave her the attention her parents didn’t. so while her mom pulled up the hood of her sweatshirt and shoved her sunglasses down to avoid being seen, little edie would stop to show off for the cameras.
— seeking out attention was a constant in young edie’s life. her parents never engaged with her or made her feel wanted at all so she became the type of child who would seek out attention and cling to whoever gave it to her. she was a needy girl and had a pathological desire to fit in. when one of the “cool girls” in school got a new pixie haircut, edie took a pair of safety scissors to her own hair that very same day in the girl’s bathroom. she desperately wanted to be liked which, ironically, made her quite disliked. she was the one kid who, if the teacher gave someone else a compliment, she’d be like “what about me? is mine good too? am i doing a good job too?” just generally a tad annoying.
— edie actually wasn’t particularly popular until she got older, when money and status determined who the “in crowd” was. people knew she was hollywood royalty so they treated her as such. but even so, she couldn’t secure prom queen. or get her crush to choose her. or land the lead in the school play. she was always runner up to someone else, never quite good enough. including at home, among her successful family.
— she was obsessed with the idea of love. she garnered a reputation in high school for being a girl who’d do whatever with a guy. she experienced a traumatic situation involving guys from her high school as a result. and after that she developed an affinity for toxic ass relationships and putting herself in shitty situations.
— she never went to college after graduating. obviously she doesn’t need the money. and she’s never had a talent or passion. her biggest accomplishment is her instagram follower count. she loves social media. she’s a compulsive oversharer and definitely goes on instagram live in the bathtub with a glass of wine. besides that she’s in the tabloids for being a magnent for drama. recently broke up with a guy and was seen literally causing a public disturbance after he kicked her out of his house. a neighbor filmed her reaction and put it on tik tok where it went viral. rejection and abandonment are, like, her biggest fears. and she was very intoxicated oops
personality
social butterfly. huge social fucking butterfly. flits around from one person to the next.
v e r y agreeable, easily influenced and impressionable. eager to please underneath it all. the one thing being a people-pleaser means is that edie never became a rich bitch. she wants to be loved so much that she’s very sycophantic
seems like she has main character syndrome but make no mistake, she is a total wannabe. has 3498398929 saved instagram posts bc she keeps trendy outfit ideas and aesthetics she can copy on hand. relentlessly follows trends. craves validation above all else.
romanticizes at epic proportions. falls in love with one-night stands.
she tries really hard to make you love her but if shit goes south, she can actually be catty, petty & dramatic af. she doesn’t care about being messy.
doesn’t come across as the smartest per se but is actually quite intelligent in other ways. she’s perceptive. edie can actually be a bit scheming and manipulative. she’s good at reading people, adapting herself. she could probs be successful in numerous fields. unfortunately, her only end goal is being loved tbh. it’s not very #girlboss of her i know.
as a kid her parents just…didn’t like her much. so she tried to be The Very Best Daughter™ so they’d love her. and when that didn’t work, she settled for any sort of attention, negative or positive. edie kinda operates like that even now. she’s always performing. wearing masks for people and trying to charm and joke and bribe her way into their hearts. and then if they reject her, she’s reverted back to childhood edie throwing a tantrum ; breaking china, crying, pulling the plush from stuffed animals.
hcs
she has a huge age gap between all of her siblings. her eldest siblings are 50 and 41 respectively. it’s because her dad’s so old. and then his geriatric ass got his new wife pregnant so she has a toddler little sister. which pissed edie OFF bc why was her dad bemoaning about having her at 50 and not wanting more kids but at 78 (!!!!) he’s super excited and involved with his new toddler, teo, bragging abt her and fatherhood in interviews and late-night appearances. anyways it makes edie think there is something fundamentally unlovable about her.
she’s a huge astrology girl. will ask you your sign. she also has a psychic that she goes to as often as some girls go to the nail salon.
has an oral fixation so she always has something in her mouth…gum, candy, little drinks. she vapes too. def started bc the other kids were doing it and she wanted to be on trend. she smokes cigarettes at parties for the aesthetic and thinks it makes her look cool.
was actually very lonely as a kid and watched a lot of movies because, well, her dad is a director and had a massive film collection. so if she acts like a film ingénue, it’s completely intentional. she used to watch romance movies and mimic the female lead ; their affect, their mannerisms, the things they did that made the male lead love them so much. and then she’d emulate it. like in the mirror alone. it was a bit…concerning lol. but yeah ! she looooves movies and the idea of a happily ever after.
huge partier. microdoses lsd and shrooms. keeps pills in a heart-shaped locket. drinks a lot but gets these, like, bright blue drink concoctions that she drinks using those novelty bendy straws to seem ~fun~ and ~kitschy~ instead of, like, an alcoholic.

So I love Euphoria. I love the themes, design, cinematography. But the writing? No, not really. And that was really made clear in the second season. Of course there were scenes quite good and I loved it. Levinson is not an awful writer. For example, Rue's scenes were great and I have no complains. I liked Fez, Ash, Lexi (even though I actually like season 1 Lexi more for reasons that I will talk about) even Faye and Nate with Cal were nice. I do have problems with Cal but nevertheless I agree it was important to show his beginnings to say so.
First of all, Kat and Maddy weren't that developed this season. Maddy had some scenes here and there but Kat was basically inexistent. Ethan was there only in the play but I felt he was ignored in the rest of the season which was kind of a disappointment. McKay was also inexistent and that was weird af bcs with the entire Cassie x Nate plotline I feel it would be logic for McKay to actually have more scenes....Also we basically forgot Cassie was pregnant and had an abortion. If that was one of the reasons she was despressed I feel like it should have been talked about?? I understand the development of Cassie's character and I think it's a believeable change. There were too many scenes with her and Nate. Scenes that were irrelevant to anyone bcs we already knew how their relationship is.
Now about Lexi. I liked her relationship with Fez, it was nice to see them together. But I feel season 1 Lexi has a different vibe than season 2 Lexi. First of all, yes she was always just a side character in others people lives and I was quite impressed with the scene in which Lexi was described as an "observer". That was probably her best scene. Even so I don't agree with Lexi's play. It was fine to give her this interest and make her a writer, but I don't understand how s1 Lexi turned that bad against her sister and humiliated her with the carousel scene etc. What I think bothers me the most is that I can't see the first season Lexi. I feel she is a different character that looks the same and has a similar life.
About Jules, yeah I absolutely think it's in character for her to cheat, as seen in s1.
Oh and hello what about the lady drug dealer THAT BASICALLY TRIED TO SELL RUE? Did we just ignore that? Amazing how Rue just...moved on... and didn't say anything to anyone. I WOULD assume the next logical step would have been to talk with Fez at least. But no, let's just ignore that like it never happened. I can’t talk about Ash bcs I can’t be civil

Cast your mutuals as your ocs!!!
This is an awesome question, thank you so much!
@whindsor I actually have two for you! Okay, so my first and favorite choice is Lynn Allen, my biggest sweetheart for the biggest sweetheart I know! Also she’s for the x-men univrse, which you like! The second is a new oc, summer Simmons, because your both extremely sweet physical therapists, who have to deal with a lot.
@iron-parkr i also have 2 for you! Okay the first is Ronnie Curtis, because she’s baby and so safe you, and her fc is Jenna Ortega which I associate with you! The second is evander Salvatore, a baby, because that’s something I really do associated with you!
@twinmasks okay, so I don’t believe I have any ocs that really have your personality, so I am casting you as three very import ocs. One, Dinah laurel Winchester, the first real oc I ever made (Also your-high key as cool as her!). The second is rylee O’Connell based on my real-life buddy, bc I consider us pretty close, and I wanted to cast her as someone I was close to! And third is max, and you are no where near in trouble I am sure, and your actually way cooler, but I wanted to give you max!
@papergirlpapertownn okay so you have two as well! First is poppy halliwell. I know you don’t really The of charmed if I’m correct? But poppy is adorable and strong, two traits that are very you! Also Theresa hwang senior, who is named after you, and like the coolest one of my ocs. I’d cast you as Sam, but your way too good!
@randomestfandoms I’m casting you as Rory! Okay so Rory not as approachable as you are, but you give me Rory vibes and your definitely as bad-ass as she is.
@cassercole okay, so she is a new oc, but I cast you as Rashida Aziz. Both your both very moral, hardworking people. She doesn’t take the easy way out, and I don’t think your someone who does either!
@ocfairygodmother admittly, this oc is a little under-developed, but Chris my oc is a total mom friend who looks out for people and from what I’ve seen that’s totally you!
@ofbadchoices okay, so more new ocs, I’m casting you as Angela aka angel, and she’s a literal angel! Which reminded me of you, because yes and your both very welcoming! Also I would cast you as Lizzie, but you are far too nice and not as angry. But I do associate you with her!
@raging-violets I cast Riley as Kayla “kay” wainwright, and rhuben as Winifred yang. Okay so there both btr ocs, a fandom I associate with you. Kay is very passionate, something I associate with you specifically Riley. Winifred is very funny , which is something I’ve associated with you rhuben! Of course I think your both very passionate and funny!
@darknightfrombeyond okay so, I’m casting you as cj, my person of interest oc, because all of your ocs/stories are so nuanced and attention to detail, I wanted to give you a high-quality oc with both. Also cj is very smart and you give off those vibes!
@psychchesters I’m casting you as Polaris, a oc from ouat. Okay so, I’m really only casting you as her fairy side bc it reminds me more of you, but your definitely also post-curse Faye!
@abbysarcane okay, so I absolutely had to cast you as wakely. The first female knight of Camelot? She’s so you! Also she’s not afraid to stick up for the little guy, which is very you!
@whctsherncme I’m caring you as ivy lane! She’s for the umbrella academy, and while not always the nicest to her, she’s always great and very interesting, two things that are very you!
@notxjustxstories I’m casting you as Josie Jax. She’s baby, your baby. Your both very talented, sweet, and not afraid to speak up! Also you give off Josie vibes!
@inkoutsidethelines okay, so I have two for you! The first is Sophie wicker, post redemption arc. I feel like you two have a similar sense of humor, and she’s also your felicity fc! I’m also casting you as Cassie, a soft witch bc she gives me You vibes!
@anotherunreadblog Last but certainly not least, i am casting you as Louise “Lois” lim. Lois’s is a hard-worker, book lover, and her greatest strength is caring for others, and she reminds me of you!

Cassie heels clicked against the marble floors that shifted to stone as she followed the staircases down to the castles dungeons. After yesterday's skirmish with the Kesley's they had been rightly siezed and thrown into captivity. She would have waited for the Iquistor for better formality's, but he was well distracted with the death of the Raj, so Cassandra took the Kesley's fate into her own hands. The gaurds outside the cell looked a little weary at the well-born lady's arrival, but she easily explained, "Lord Fane requested I deal with the Kesley scum. Please, allow me access." The pair tilted their head quietly in aknowledgement and left after unlocking the iron door, but only because the High Lady had another cloaked figure with her. Cassie stepped inside, nose wrinkling at the smell before she stared down at the Kesley Lord crumpled on the floor, "You fool. Did you really think you could get away with it?"
A Kesley looked up sullenly, but once he saw that it was Grand Lady Cassandra, he clambered to his feet. "You..." he sneered, gripping the rusty cell bars with scraped, red-tinged hands. "How did you get past the guards? I am under their protection, as per the command of that bastard Inquisitor of the North." He looked smug in the fact that his justice would be served later. "Whatever you've come to say, say it now. You stupid woman." He insulted her, but there was a slight thin taut string of fear in his voice that he tried to mask with disdain.
Cassie scowled at the man as he seemed to clearly doubt her, and then he went as far as to blatantly insult her? Did he not realize where he was? "That's hardly a way to speak to a Queen." She folded her hands in front of her body and let out a dramatized sigh, "I've simply come to informm you I no longer require your services. You've failed them, as far as I'm concerned landing behind these bars. These pathetic crumbling walls are the last thing you'll see Kesley. I hope you've come to terms with that."
A Kesley "Know that I hate you, vile woman. I curse you, and you will pay for what you've done to my men. But I did do exactly as you said--" he rattled the bars then, spittle flying from his mouth in his rage. "- and you must keep your end of the bargain. Send the ravens to your pathetic Summerset. Release my nephew, as you promised!"
Cassie If Cassandra was bothered by the Kesley's rage, she didn't let it show on her placid face and instead just quietly flicked away some of the spittle that landed on her cheek. When she spoke though, her voice was dark and sharp, and she stepped just a bit closer, "You stupid, stupid, man-" She let out a laugh, "Do you think I'd really let that bastard nephew of yours live? He's dead. Has been dead. All the Kesley's are dead. Do you think I'd risk my plan getting out?" She raised her hand to motion the cloaked figure forward as she turned slightly. The blade caught a glint of firelight before it slashed into the Kesley across the way.
A Kesley Too late the Kesley saw the cloaked figure and he tried to step back from the bars, but something seemed to hold him there. "Guard! Guard, please! The G--" but his words cut off in a gurgle, and a fountain of blood that spilled across the bars and the stone floor. He slumped ungracefully across the bars, then slid down in a sodden, wet heap of blood and urine.
Ciara stalked the halls in a hurry, running her hand through her hair anxiously as she did. There were things she knew, that others did not. A missing spy, a venomous snake, and whispers about the Kesleys. So many whispers about the Kesleys. And here were some, locked away, perfect for her to speak to. Ciara made her way down the hall, a shawl covering her hair, an appropriate rite of mourning. She slowed suddenly at the sight of a shadow coming up from the stairs of the dungeon, cleared her face of any concern, and turned her attention to a letter from her father as she walked more idly. It was Lady Cassandra coming up the stairs. There were other places those stairs led, of course, but most of them were no places for a Grand Lady. It was too late. They had already seen eachother.
Cassie As Cassandra was coming up the stairs she was concentrating on not tripping over her heels or skirts, so when she saw the darker figure of someone looming about, she was taken off guard. Seeing it was Ciara of course made the Summerset heir straighten, and silently thank the gods she had paid off the assassin in private. Her blue eyes blinked for a moment before Cassandra smiled softly and continued down the hall towards Ciara, "My dear, you look absolutely flustered, I think even royal informants deserve a break in the Grand Hall, don't you?"
"Do I?" Ciara asked, smiling just as softly, keeping her gaze kind and easily on Cassie's expression. Looking around now would only be suspicious. "I must admit I find all the people in the hall a little overwhelming at times. I am not used to such crowds." She glanced down at her own hands, gloved and clasping the letter from her father. "And sometimes there isn't even privacy in one's own room." She looked back up at Lady Cassandra. "I hope I am not disturbing you."
Cassie couldn't help but laugh some at the comment about the others in attendace currently at the castle, "No, I don't think I could blame you for that. Everyone is especially on short fuse and patcience these days. If I could eat in private without causing some sort of alarm. I would." She waved her hand as if in dismissal, "Even in a palace such as this we are bound to cross paths, it's hardly a bother." Her eyes flicked down to the letter, "Are we any closer to finding the High Raj's killer then?"
"That I understand," Ciara chuckled, "But I fear the prince and lord Cardero might revolt to be denied time with their niece." She followed Cassandra's gaze. "Oh, this is merely from my father. Regaling me with tales of my own nephews. I miss them, but my duty is here. In truth, I do not know. The Inquisitor does not share with me." Not intentionally. The Eagle Commander had left a meeting with the Inquisitor looking green around the gills, and had started chasing his captains. Ciara's mice had felt his urgence in their whiskers, nervous that blame might be assigned the wrong person in all this, and audible relief when his hurry passed them by. And now one of them was dead, by his own hand, reportedly. A man who believed himself acting for Juan Carlos. Ciara had assumed the Prince Cardero was to blame, but this was perhaps to coincidental a meeting. "Part of me wonders if he is not sharing because he is not truly looking. He has benefited greatly from this." Deflect, mislead.
"Indeed." Cassandra nodded, "They do enjoy to dote on her so." Which was validating and comforting enough for Cassie. "Ah-that's kind of him to write." She commented about Ciara's father. She wondered if the girl was really telling the truth, but it wasn't as if she'd command to see the letter. She frowned though at the information that she Ciara was suspicious of the Iquisitor. "Do you think? He seemed pretty enraged by the Kesley's out in the courtyard the other day. Imagine, a never ending Inquisition." She wrinkled her nose, "I don't think the Kingdom could withstand it."
"It is. He wishes he were here instead, but I do not think he would feel that if he were." She folded the letter between his hands and tucked it away within her robe. It was cold, this deep in the castle, the rocks cool to the touch. One could catch one's death in here. "I do not know," Ciara replied instead. "Or perhaps he serves another cause." Her voice dropped low, looking right in Cassie's eyes. "The kingdom could not stand another war, and yet here we are. We need a new ruler, and soon."
Maya sat in the Great Hall at the long wooden table. Taking a break from investigating she was eating dinner. A dinner which, of course, had been tested for poison before she started eating. It was better to be safe than sorry. One of the doors opened, drawing her attention. She had to resist the urge to stand, curtsey and make excuses for her presence. Instead, she asked, "Have they called another meeting?"
Faye had finally had to come out of her rooms to find something to eat. She was starving, and after the events of earlier, she found herself still feeling slightly ill. So she went to the Great Hall, hoping to find someone that could tell her where the kitchens were. When she entered, she didn't expect to find anyone (thought why she hadn't expected it, she didn't know), but instead found the girl who's name she knew to be Maya. "Oh. No. I'm just... a bit too hungry to wander around for ages in search of the kitchen. Pardon the intrusion."4
Maya turned her head towards one of the side doors in the hall, "Hey Annabella!" After a moment a young servant women appeared. "There's some extra of this in a pot downstairs, can you please grab a bowl for Lady Lacroy?" Maya asked. The young woman nodded and curtsied. Maya couldn't help, but shake her head, "No need for that Annabella." The servant nodded again before disappearing. "It's just stew, but it's better than nothing to eat at all," she said, turning back to Lady Lacroy and gesturing for her to sit.
Faye glanced at the girl who ran off to get more stew. "That's kind of you," she said to Maya, coming to sit. She appeared a bit more pale than usual, her countenance slightly unsettled. "I haven't had a good stew in ages. I'm sure it's wonderful." She adjusted her skirts, looking around the hall. "You're of Lord Savin's House, are you not?"
Maya shrugged, "There was extra and I know it won't kill anyone." She took another sip of her wine. "Plus, I was a servant up until last night. Old habits die hard and all." She nodded to Lady Lacroy's question. As far as Maya was concerned she was still part of Lord Savin's household although her title had changed. At the very least, she was not of House Parker anymore. "Are you all well?" she asked, "I imagine that scuffle earlier was quite trying."
"Not dying is always preferable." A small smile turned the corner of her mouth. "They do," she said of habits. Faye knew that all too well. Having been virtually a recluse for so long left her uncertain of the world at times. "I'm no less well than I've ever been," she nodded. The mention of the events of earlier had Faye taking a deep breath. "I haven't witnessed violence like that... in some time. It was... shocking, yes. I didn't get a chance to thank you for what you did, by the way. With a frying pan no less."
Danny had departed from the door of the Queen's chambers when one of her men relieved him, hungry he came downstairs in the hopes of grabbing something to eat while royalty was not in the room, and he was lucky. Perhaps not entirely since Lady Lacroy still held a very high position but no one who would imagine he could not eat with them. "Do you mind if I join?" he asked the ladies, not having heard a lick of what they had been saying.
Maya had her own curiosities about her lord and Lady Lacroy, but they were probably best kept to herself for the moment. After all there was a much more important investigation to focus on. She did raise an eyebrow when Lady Lacroy claimed to be well. She didn't entirely look well. Maya chose not to comment on that though. "Hmm...I wish I were more surprised by it," she replied. She shook her head though at the Lady's thanks. "I think you'll agree that enough innocent blood has been shed already. As for the frying pan, you learn a few things down in the kitchens." Her attention was drawn to the great door again by its opening. At the knight's question, she shook her head. Still, she looked to Lady Lacroy who had the final say in the matter.
Faye nodded at Maya's lack of surprise. Faye had been waiting for it in all honesty. For fear and uncertainty to evolve into violence and outrage. It had happened a bit sooner than she'd expected, but otherwise it was par for the course. "I do. The innocent always pay the price for men's fear. Or their greed." She turned her head as someone else came in, and greeted the knight with a nod. "By all means, join us." Faye gestured to the table. "How fare you, sir knight?"
Their conversation seemed to halt when he came in so Danny looked behind him, wondering if perhaps he should just eat in the kitchen but they invited him in. "Tired," he admitted to the women. "I suspect we all are, but having to stay awake a lot longer than the rolls has me falling asleep at my post, I figured some food might help me survive the night." Danny wandered over, looking at the tables food and picking at some meet with his fingers.
"I think everyone pays, eventually," Maya replied. Of course for some that payment was long time coming. As they turned their attention to the knight, Annabella returned and set a bowl of stew in front of Lady Lacroy without a word. The knight explained his troubles. "Perhaps we should ask one of the servants to brew some coffee for you and your fellows? I saw a bit in the kitchens yesterday morning."
Danian shuffled into the Great Hall, rubbing their eye. They didn't look to be in the best shape -- shadows under their eyes, hair messier than usual, clock not sitting quite right on their shoulders. They looked like hell. Fortunately, that hell had nothing to do with too many drinks at the tavern. No, this was all work. They weren't made for staring at books and scrolls through the night. Candles made harsh light for reading. But, they had wanted to get things and here they were now. The hand that wasn't wiping the haze from their eye held a bowl with a few scraps of venison dropped inside. They didn't want to bother anyone to make them a meal when they knew it would be easier and quicker on all parties involved if they simply walked into the kitchen and asked what they had left over. It earned them a couple of stares, but the young lord was used to that by now. Besides, they could do with a reminder of home and a simple hunter's meal was perfect for that. "M'Ladies. Ser." They nodded in greeting to the party as they sat down, a light huff escaping them. "Hope it's alright if I join you."
Faye gave a small nod to the girl who brought her stew, and then turned back to the conversation. "I'd chance to say that being to exhausted to stand upright hardly makes for a good watchman, does it?" The comment was curious, and slightly concerned for who he was supposed to be protecting.
Maya struggled not to raise an eyebrow again, surprised that a knight would know how to brew their own coffee. Then again he had claimed the understand the commoner's point of the view the night before so perhaps he had come from more humble background than most nights. She nodded to Danian as they burst into the room. "Please do," she said to them. "I'm well thank you, if a bit tired as well," she replied as far as the knight's question. It wasn't entirely true, but it would suffice for present company.
She turned to her stew, contemplating it as Maya spoke to the knight as well. Coffee sounded absolutely wonderful. Faye couldn't remember the last time she'd had any. Her eyes rose again as someone else joined the growing part. Danian she knew, having met them in the library. Faye nodded in greeting, and that it was certainly fine for them to join, before turning back to the knight. "Nothing that wasn't handled," Faye said, glancing at Maya, who had been there too.
"Handled?" Danny asked with a rise of his brows before his eyes flickered to the new addition, someone of stature he looked down, deciding it best that he not sit. "Perhaps I should go make everyone some coffee?" he offered.
Maya gave non committal shrug, "There may have been a frying pan, some light stabbing and House Kelsey ruffians involved. As Lady Lacroy said though, it's handled." She nodded, "That may be a good idea. I fear we all have long nights ahead of us."
"Have I missed anything exciting yet?" Danian asked of the conversation, putting on a slight grin. It was more meant to be a cheerful sort of amusing ask. Not entirely a serious question. They could all do with a bit less excitement anyhow. When the knight looked down at them and rose to his feet, their brows raised and they blinked, not quite sure why he felt compelled to do so. They certainly weren't the sort of nobility that demanded formality. "Aye, I'd bet Maya's right. Might as well prepare ourselves as best we can. Thank you." Danian gave him a smile.
Faye wasn't sure if spreading the word of what had actually gone on during the 'scuffle' would do any good. Rumors were no doubt already spreading like wildfire. Though if this knight hadn't heard anything, perhaps it hadn't got too far. She was about to reiterate that it yes, things had been 'handled,' when Maya beat her to it. "Coffee would be much appreciated," she said instead to the knight as he offered to fetch coffee. "And no, nothing overly exciting. Though I think we've all had enough excitement, haven't we?" She gave Danian a small smile before turning to her stew.
Danian nodded at Faye and sighed. "Maybe we have," their head tilted aside, "or perhaps..." as they spoke a mischievous gleam sparked in the corner of their eye -- the liveliest thing about them yet, "...perhaps we just haven't been having the right sort of excitement." But then they shrugged, which dimmed that glimmer in their eye. "I need to get out of here. Even for one hour in the city. I don't think I stand being trapped in here much longer. I was never made for cities in the first place. Now I'm being held in one like a prisoner."
Maya considered the offer for a moment. She could use a break. The last two days had been more stressful than she'd like. Still, she wasn't one to abandon a problem before it was finished. Then again it might be useful to know what the city's population were thinking of the last few days events. If someone had leaked the secret of the Raj's death, it might point to a suspect who wished to reignite the war. She couldn't help but snort a laugh though when Danian mentioned feeling like a prisoner in the keep. "You're telling me," she said before thinking better of it.
"I don't like cities either," Faye said quietly. "It's so... busy. All the time. There's never any real quiet."
Danian didn't see much into Maya's outburst. They chuckled at it, actually. "Maya, if anyone deserves a break, it's you." They hadn't forgotten how the Red Priestess had called her out at the Quiver of Houses. It was cruel and unfair, even if the woman thought her actions were just. That revelation, true or not, hardly changed Maya in their eyes. Danian had always enjoyed her company. She was sharp-witted and bold and was one of the few servants at Blackspire actually willing to loosen formalities around them. The lord leaned forward slightly, looking between the two ladies, "I say we go out. If we're not able today, then as soon as we've got the chance. I've been meaning to explore the Lower City myself. I've heard it's been rather chaotic recently. Why not have a look ourselves?"
Faye glanced at Danian. The thought of getting out of the keep was... enticing. But being out there in the open, with people that had already seen her attacked. With people that had - as Danian said - been a bit chaotic, only made Faye feel ill at ease. "I don't think I should venture out. I was asked to stay nearby." Fan- Lord Savin had asked her not to stray too far, lest another incident occur.
Maya huffed a laugh, "You're too good to me." She liked Danian. They tended to see the servants more as people than most nobles she knew. She turned to Lady Lacroy as the woman expressed hesitation at venturing out of the castle. "I don't know, if I escort you," she replied, "Plus I know a thing or two about disguising one's true identity."
"You can't change the color of my eyes, no matter what else you do." Anyone who looked at her would be able to see them, and it was her eye color that was her distinguishing feature. But Faye was grateful for Maya's offer, even if going against the advice of the Inquisitor seemed... unwise. Especially considering the trouble she'd already caused him. His ire wasn't something she wanted to provoke.
Danian looked at Faye with a slight frown. "Are you sure?" They understood why she was asked not to venture too far. She had been attacked upon her arrival. And with the way everything seemed to be going... They sighed, but of course Maya brought their spirits back up in an instant and they grinned. "I do try, m'lady." They might have given a mock bow if they had been standing. Then, they looked back to Faye. "Maya is right. You would have the both of us with you. A guard would be too obvious, but we don't need to worry about that." Glancing down, they patted the sword at their hip. Not to mention, Danian knew a thing or two about wielding knives and, in their own way, concealing identities. It was Faye's eye color that was the issue. "No, we can't change the color, but we could find a way to hide them. We would just have to get inventive."
"I don't know..." Faye said to Danian. "It would be good to get out of here, I'll admit that much. But... I don't wish to put anyone in any danger because of me. What reason do I have to venture out besides?"
Danian gave Faye a light smile. "I'm used to danger, but I understand. My only thought would be to offer you a bit of fresh air and some time to stretch your legs, if you wish." The woman had more stress surrounding her than most of those gathered in the keep. "Of course, if there is something else you'd like to do to relax a wee bit, I'm willing to help if I can."
"I'm not sure I should be that adventurous just yet. But... a walk possibly? Around the upper balconies might be enough to clear my head." Faye appreciated the offer, just as she had Maya's, but it felt selfish to break an order just to get some air. Though Danian and Maya weren't under the same scrutiny as she had recently been.
"I think I can manage a walk," the Northerner grinned. "The city isn't going anywhere. I could always head out later today or tomorrow." Danian crossed their arms on the surface of the table. "Is there anything you need to get to prior? Wrap up any investigative business? I know the whole point is to avoid it for a time, but I'd hate to take you away from something important."
"Thank you." Faye gave Danian a nod. "I won't keep you long." She shook her head that there was nothing pressing. Having already met with Lady Florent, and done enough reading in her room to burn down an entire candle, Faye needed a bit of time with nothing swirling through her mind. "I still have books in my room that I'm looking over, but I can come back to those afterwards."
"Alright then. And it's my pleasure." They could say the same in regards to books. Both of them had been drowning in literature for days. A necessary evil. "Would you like to head that way now?"
Bella felt the fur of her wolf beneath her fingers. Others had been summoned and distributed about the city, mostly in areas of unrest and crime. It had been a long walk to the edge of Bluesprings to direct them and felt like an even longer walk back, even with the short rest she had taken in the Inn. The closer she drew back to where the rest of the nobles were still kept under more stringent guard the more Bella felt as though eyes were on her, bare feet leaving bloody marks on the stone from the cuts of her jewels on her feet and the cuts from various rubble she had walked over but Bella was used to such pain and ignored it, far more concerned with whispered words she couldn't hear, especially in the daylight, her darkness not around to bring her comfort. "We're close, Bastian," she said to the wolf that snarled at anyone who gazed too long at her.
Commonfolk cringed and fled at the sight of the strange monstrous woman and her giant wolf. She was so small, but she radiated a permanent darkness around her that may not have been visible, but was certainly felt. It felt like being cold and alone and lost in deep woods that had no goal other than to hurt you. People were terrified of her - and they watched as she walked through them, and they wondered how the Inquisition could allow this devil-thing a seat in the Quiver of Houses. Some knew she hailed from the Dark Woods, a place renowned among the commonfolk as a place one did not enter, at the risk of their lives. And now she was here, and the rumours flew about what she was doing here, and why she was allowed a space in the Inquisition. Still, they were looking forward to the High Raj's Funeral, if only for the pomp and ceremony, and a way to feel a penultimate closure to the shocking event of his death.
When the Queen of the Dark Woods made it to the gate between the Lower City and the Upper City though, a person swathed in all-white appeared in front of Bellamy. Everything was wrapped in white, obscuring their face, even their gender. "Queen Bellamy, of the Dark Woods." The person pulled out two wicked-looking swords, made of an ancient metal that shone bright light, and repelled dark things like werewolves. "It is time to die."
Bella frowned in irritation, the wolf snapping at the air and growling feverishly as the light of the person's sword started to disrupt the magic in them that was keeping their human form at bay. Bella barely knew what to say, human threats not laid against her since she was in her family home, and they weren't for death but for something far worse, a life of chastity and constricting human attire. Fortunately human attire allowed for weapons and from the long sleeves of her dress came daggers, slicing her skin as she pulled them from the bands at her arms. "Bastian," she summoned but his head was twitching as his mouth began to pull back in and his shoulders shrank.
Some people fled at the scene that seemed to lay out before them; but at the same time, others remained to watch - terrified, curious, desperate for something new and exciting to happen to dispel the thrum of constant anxiety that lay over the commonfolk like a blanket more oppressive than any new ruler. This being the Lower City, some savvy old foxes even started trying to take bets: the dark witch against the white angel, et cetera. The white-wrapped assassin ignored all of it, but one might say that they wanted this to happen in plain daylight, in front of a crowd. The assassin pointed a sunsword at Queen Bellamy. In the name of the one True Church, and the Chevaliers," the assassin announced, before they flew towards Bellamy with a terrifying speed and nimbleness.
( tw self harm, blood, etc ) As the person attacked Bella's wolf fell to their human form, naked on the street still on all fours, snarling and biting but not strong enough to draw near the woman he was meant to be protecting. If he did not die that day the King of the Dead Woods would kill Bastian on his return, whether Bella survived or not. Bella herself was terrified, out in the light like this she had no help, no way to summon her Lord and beg his protection, so even with her daggers at her hand she ran, searching for any place hidden from the sun's high light. Bloody footprints stained the ground, no way to hide her direction, but she was fast, used to running over roots and bones that moved as her lord's energy flowed through them. "Octavia!" she called but it did nothing, and the people did even less. Bella finally shoved one aside to enter their home, shadows casted from the walls allowing Bella to fall to her knees, thrusting daggers into her thighs as she screamed to summon the darkness she worshipped.
The Assassin darted effortlessly through the crowd, their focus on the Queen alone. As they stepped under and through shadows, it was almost as if the Assassin glowed, bright as the angel that the bookies and other toothless lollygaggers dubbed the white-wrapped creature. How could they not? All their mythologies and tales in the Capital centred around the idea that dark was bad, and white was good. That the Dark Woods meant death and wolves and dark magic, and this white-wrapped creature was some summoning of the Cloverry, or perhaps even the Red Priestess's God of Light. Whatever it was, some people ducked and screamed, others followed to watch. The scream from the Queen was terrifying, but the Assassin was not deterred. The Assassin struck to attack the wolf-man first, knowing that the wolf-man was weakened against the imbued power of their werewolf-killer swords.
Perhaps it was her darkness, perhaps it was the scent of her blood, perhaps it was her scream of agony, but as Bella withdrew the daggers from her legs, blood pooling around her legs, soaking into the human attire she wore for the sake of decency in the city. They didn't know what the church of her home was, they didn't know it was suppression and self-loathing, that while perhaps her beliefs weren't good they were nowhere near as cruel as the ones in the Kingdom of Chevalier. What all would know, was the sound of dozens of wolves descending upon what they called their home. The rumble was loud as wooden carts were knocked over, windows were shattered, even walls fell as the werewolves bounced off them in an attempt to get to their Queen. This sound was far louder than the Assassin's blade piercing Bastian's form, burning him as it past through his core, even his growl was undermined by the growling of his sisters and brothers. Upon the small home Bella had hidden herself in the wolves came, claws shattering the stone pathways, broad shoulders knocking out commonfolk. Once there they leapt upon the one clothed in white bearing his sword, others snarling and sneering at any commonfolk that remained, insisting they keep their distance.
People fled screaming, and other Guards rushed forward - some from various Houses, others Capital Guards and Knights. They tried to get people under control as well, get the out of the way - but it was difficult to know (or remember) who to fight, at the sight of the growling werewolves collected in the tight space of the Lower City's cramped bowels. They'd been brief that the werewolves were on their side, but that didn't mean the Guards didn't find them fearsome and untrustworthy. They were beasts after all, not men. It was chaos all around: commonfolk running around, some hiding and watching, some breaking into looting and fighting the Guards. The commonfolk at least didn't dare to attack the werewolves, keeping their distance from those as instructed. The white-wrapped assassin spun so quickly it was almost like a dance. Their swords spun as well, like blades that chopped off anything that tried to come close - ears, noses, paws. "Hiding behind your werewolves will not do you any good, Queen," the assassin said, leaping nimbly up the walls of the building until they reached the rooftop. Immediately they produced a bauble from their wrappings and cast it downwards. The burst into a bright glowing white powder that obscured and brightened everything - which of course only added to the chaos, Guards and werewolves and people crashing into each other, into buildings, destruction abound. Through it, the Assassin managed to get a sword close against Bellamy skin - possibly close enough to cut Bellamy - but the Assassin was unable to complete the task, as werewolves leapt onto them, knocking the Assassin so hard that they Assassin went through at least five buildings away in a loud, destructive crash.
The light hurt but the wolves were determined to protect their Queen. Loyalty to her meant the protection of their home. If she fell then there was no human representative of their land, it would be taken and over run. It was her who kept Kingdom's at bay through her own actions, her worship of the darkness or her direction of them. Bella could barely react, blood loss taking over as she muttered blessings to save herself, the light blade cut her, burning her flesh as it had Bastian's but fortunately not going deep enough to kill her before her wolves descended, tear tearing the assassin into small pieces, devouring him like they would a squirrel or deer. The journey to Bluesprings had been long, they needed to feed. As they did however Bella fell into the pool of her own blood, muttering blessings still.
And just like that, it was over. The white powder dissipated bu the sounds of slavering and crunching of flesh and bone echoed through the twisting side roads of the Lower City. The powdery smoke cleared, and the destruction was everywhere - not just from the Assassin, but the werewolves as well as they rushed to protect their Queen. The smell of blood permeated everything. Injured people groaned and moaned for help along a stretch of space from the Gates of the Upper City down to the clutch of houses where the Queen of the Dark Words herself knelt, muttering words. Words that to the commonfolk, sounded like spells and chants, rather than prayers, because they couldn't imagine prayers coming from the mouth of a creature so unholy. And this....thing, and her werewolves - this Dead Queen was a part of the right and just Inquisition?
Bella's eyes began to roll back into her head, mutterings fading away the more blood fell from her. She had hit her arteries, as it was easy to do when hitting such a major area, so for all the blessings she summoned it couldn't mend something like that. Her wolves who did not identify as being even remotely human, did not even conceive of switching back to their human forms to help her, but fortunately guards were duty bound and whatever had happened she was a guest of the High Raj, before his passing, and a member of the Council, so they mustered up the courage to venture in the direction of her and the wolves that were scattered about to grab the woman. She would need whatever physician was available in the keep.
Iann stalked through the Great Hall, catching sight of Danian as he passed. "Have you looked outside, son? Something's happening at the gates of the Upper and Lower City..." Iann walked past, heading up some curving stairway to take him up to a higher balcony, to get a better vantage.
Danian "Wha--?" Danian was caught off guard when Iann suddenly stalked through the Hall and grabbed their attention. They took one look at Faye, a quick 'I'll be back.' Though, of course, there was nothing to keep her from joining. "Something's happening? What kind of something?" They asked the prince as they hurried up after him.
Iann hadn't seen Lady Faye there, or else he would've addressed her as well. But once he reached the balcony, he squinted, and efficiently opened his spyglass, raising it to his eye. "....There--!" he handed the spyglass to Danian, but his own gaze was affixed on the white glowing powder floating up into the sky, his gaze like a hawk. "Werewolves, it looks like? But something else as well..."
Faye was just about to rise to follow Danian for their walk, but then the prince was there and they were speaking and leaving the hall in a rush. Faye frowned, the urgency in the princes voice and the look on Danians face enough to make her follow.
The wolves cleared whatever path was needed for the guards to make their way to the keep as quickly as possible, less destruction than they had initially caused but not none by any means, the stone pathways and a few windows were torn up or broken. When they finally reached the gates the wolves stopped, all bar one with greying fur that tore a guards sword from his hands with snouth and threw it to the ground, insisting entry. Unable to stop him the guards allowed the lone aging wolf to follow, rushing the Dead Woods Queen inside.
There was smoke rising over the lower city as Faye reaches the balcony. At least it looked like smoke. The call of werewolves - gods above - had her heart skipping a beat as it leapt into he throat. Faye couldn’t see them, but she watched regardless, a feeling of dread in her chest.
Danian had been scanning over the city from the balcony as they reached it, but Iann's spyglass was far more effective than their own eyesight. Werewolves. He was right. They had seen Queen Bellamy's one at the Quiver of Houses, but there were so many! Like Iann, however, it was the white powder that caught their eye. "That's strange..." they mumbled, partly to themself as they squinted even through the instrument. "It doesn't seem natural to me. Clearly not snow. Doesn't seem like ash..." Pausing, they handed the spyglass to Faye and pointed out the mysterious feature for her to inspect. "Any thoughts?"
"No thoughts needed - look," Iann pointed grimly directly below them, at the Gates that opened into the Keep itself. Guards marched in at a rapid clip, and on their shoulders they bore none other than the Queen of the Dead Woods herself, who looked almost completely black-red with blood. "Kraken deep," he cursed, as the maesther scurried out, looking at the Queen before calling for his apprentices to guide the Guards to his physician's temple. One wolf stood outside the gate, grey fur matted with blood.
His expression cold and unfathomable as the ocean, the Prince pressed his lips together. "I have to go." Iann took his spyglass first, swiftly pivoting on his heel and leaving the young Ward and the Lady alone once more.
Faye took the glass and after a moment of adjustment took a look at the rising smoke. “It’s... shimmering. Could be... some sort of alchemical reaction. The wind is taking it out to sea though.” She turned as the prince took his spyglass back, frowning before glancing down at the creature at the gates. Faye’s blood ran cold, but it just stood there, watching the bloody body of its queen pass through into the city.
The wolf did not snarl or bite once inside, keeping his jaw shut firmly, eyes moving with more clarity than the previous one to watch over her had shown. He would remain at her side as Prince Cardero's physician's worked on her throughout the day and into the evening, stoic and strong. It was at the stroke of midnight the Queen arose, weak and bloody, the old wolf crawling onto the wooden table she rested upon and gifting her comfort so she knew she was safe to rest. "My King," she let out hoarsely, falling almost immediately back to sleep.
Danian tore their eyes away from the white powder to look below them, leaning partially over the railing as they did so. Their eyes widened at the sight. "By the Gods, Bellamy??" The shock on their face was clear, but shifted in an instant. One second, shock; the next, a withheld, though not invisible, fear. "If Her Majesty is there, then where's... I don't see Octavia with her." Danian suddenly felt a twist in their gut, bolting back down the stairs on instinct. They may not have known the knight extremely well, but she was a fellow Northerner, and one Danian felt compelled to protect, in some capacity. They guarded her secret. A secret that called for vengeance, rightfully so. Danian hoped for her to regain what she had lost. But if she had been in the midst of the fray below, her chances of having survived it didn't seem very high. With the Queen injured, they weren't able to inquire the knight's whereabouts from her at the moment. It seemed Danian would be exploring the Lower City today after all-- only the atmosphere was far from that of the escape they had planned.

MultiCrossover- An invasion is going to happen, can the supernatural save it. As she collided with him, their impact could have been heard for miles. He an immovable object and her an unstoppable force, love and lust colliding as one. Their passion could last days or weeks at a time. This was the only time that he could let go of his emotions. Suck at intros.
This fic includes a lot of different fandoms. I have not come accross many that uses more than three fandoms. In the beginning things will jump around as I introduce the different character. Hopefully I can get them to blend without too much difficulty. One way to think of this is as a soap opera or TV show that has many characters in it.
Feedback is welcome.

It was late when you stumble upon Adam as you walked out of the party, Faye had decided that she wanted to throw a party despite everything that you had but you were never really one for parties so you went out to get some fresh air and found that Adam was out there too "Oh I didn't realise that there was anyone else out here." You said as your hand flew to your chest in surprise.
"Faye parties always seem so much more lively than any others." He answered but he didn't look back at you instead you walked towards him leaning against the railing next to him. "Yeah I never really liked parties but she insisted that I came to this one." You shrugged. "Why?" He asked. "I don't know." You answered grip tightening on the railing a physical response to your lie, you knew what she was doing, she often liked to make sure that she wasn't the only one suffering and that was why she had invited you that night, she was hoping that Cassie and Adam would have been together but it seemed that wasn't the case. "You lying." He said as he finally looked at you. "What are you talking about?" You asked. "Your hands." He answered, "we've been friends since we were kids and you always grab onto something when your lying." "It's nothing don't worry about it." You answered. "But it bothers you." He pointed out and you nodded. "Yes but the fact that you still call me your friend means that there's nothing we can do to change it." You explained and he frowned for a second before his eyes widened and he moved quickly to stop you from getting too far away from him. "Please let me go, I think I should go home before she realises that she got what she wanted." "How do you know that she got what she wanted?" He asked as he pulled you closer wrapping an arm around your waist to make sure that you couldn't move away from him. "You haven't let me talk yet, the truth is I've been calling you my friend because I thought that was all that you were going to be." "Huh?" You asked, he leaned forward and pressed a kiss to your cheek. "I guess I was never very good at reading you." "Reading me? You like me?" You asked. "Mmm." He hummed as he turned you and pressed you against the railing and leaned in "and from what I can understand you like me too, so you won't mind this." He pressed his lips to yours in a kiss you were never going to forget.
Trouble came the next day though when you walked into the abandoned house, you didn't realise that anyone was there but then you heard her talking "Adam I saw you yesterday with (Y/N) and I have to tell you this before it's too late but, I was thinking about us, I think that we could work that we could be together." Cassie explained, your hand moved to your mouth before you steeled yourself deciding that it was best to continue with what you were doing, there was no way that he was going to chose you after wanting Cassie for so long, you were in a losing battle so instead, you decided to pull away. When they came into the main area you were flipping through a book and looked at the potion instruction before turning to grab everything that you needed. "(Y/N) I didn't know that you were here," Adam said as he walked over, you smiled and shrugged. "I heard you guys talking didn't think that I should interrupt." You answered as you turned back to place everything that you needed on the table. "Do you need help?" Adam asked. "No I'm fine you can go with Cassie if you want." You dismissed him as you started mixing everything. "Are you coming Adam?" Cassie asked, you waited to hear him accept her invite and your dismissal, it caused you to hold your breath as you desperately looked for a way to get out before you heard him actually say it so you pulled out your phone pretending there was something that you needed to do before heading out the door ignoring Adam as you did. You didn't actually get too far before he caught up with you grabbing your arm before you could get away from him. "Are you going to listen to me now?" Adam asked. "You don't have to tell me, I know that the kiss yesterday was a mistake." You said your eyes cast to the ground. "I never said that." He reminded you and you looked at him "you really have a problem with assuming things, I said yesterday that I couldn't read you but it seems that you can't read me either." He took steps towards you until you were pressed against one of the trees. "That kiss was not a mistake." "You don't want to be with Cassie?" You asked. "I wanted you longer than I wanted her, I've known you all of my life, you think this developed yesterday night, I've always been there by your side, I loved you for longer than you know." He said softly as he brushed a hand over your cheek before cupping it and pressing another kiss to your lips more forceful than then the one you experienced the night before. "Now let's stop you from getting the wrong idea ever again, I love you and I want to be with you and I promise that nothing will ever change that."

Causing Problems
Adam Conant X Reader
Word count: 1717
Requested: Anon
Request: Can you make a one shot about jealously between Adam Conant and reader? Cassie and Adam aren’t together anymore but Cassie still flirts heavily with Adam which causes angst and worry that he will go back to Cassie.
You should have expected this when you got with Adam, you knew what his previous relationship was and you knew that both his ex-girlfriends were still in Chance Harbour and still working very closely with him. You were a witch that had moved to Chance Harbour after your parents decided that they wanted a change in scenery, you could literally feel the magic in the town and it didn't take long for you to track it back where it came from, the circle was surprised that you were able to find them and you had to work hard to earn their trust but once you gained their trust you became a valuable ally helping them to figure who they could trust and how to deal with whatever threat came to Chance Harbour. There was only one problem: you were never a part of the Circle so you always felt just a little bit out of place and that never changed when you started dating Adam. In fact it only seemed to get worse.
The latest problem seemed to be some young witch that thought they could buy their way to the top, upon realising that the officials of the town had no idea what was going on with the supernatural side he turned his sights to the circle who were strong in their choice not to entertain him and that left your family and he decided that the best way to get anywhere was with you, he decided to hold a party under the guise of getting to know the people that he was going to be living with but what he really wanted was to get closer to you and you took this information back to the circle in the hopes that you could all figure out some way to use this, without you having to actually be alone with him.
"He invited you?" Cassie asked. "Mm." You hummed from your place on Adam's lap, his arm wrapped around your waist. "So why don't you just go as his date?" She asked with a shrug, Adam's arm tightened around you but he didn't say anything to dismiss the idea. "That seems a bit dangerous," Diana spoke and you nodded. "I don't see any other option," Jake said and you looked at you "I'm pretty sure that you can handle it." "We can't know that, we don't know what he can do." You argued. "Well you're not going to be there on your own." Cassie shrugged. "Faye can go with Jake, Diana and Melissa can go as friends-" "And then there's you and Adam right?" You asked. "Right." She nodded a smirk on her face and you shook your head taking in a deep breath. "Whatever just tell me what you decide, I need to get some stuff ready for this plan to work." You stood up, you didn't turn to give Adam a kiss goodbye instead you walked straight, Cassie's voice ringing in your head as she asked Adam what colour dress he thought she should wear.
The evening of the party you had only spoken short sentences in response to questions that Adam had asked you and you had completely stopped talking to Cassie, Diana had assured you that she would be there should anything happen that didn't mean that you weren't nervous about everything, they were watching from afar but the new witch Quinn didn't seem bothered by anything. "-so I decided that the only way that we were going to make it out of there was if- Hey are you okay?" He asked as his eyes followed your gaze to Adam who was laughing and having a good time, they hadn't looked over to check on you once. "Who's that an ex?" "Mmm." You hummed in agreement as you turned your gaze to him trying to keep up the act. "First time seeing him with someone else since the breakup." "He's from the circle right?" He asked. "Yeah so?" You asked. "You could do better than that. You are far stronger than he is, you don't need him." He smirked as he stood behind you. "What do you think I need you?" You asked. "You haven't shown me anything to prove that." "Come I'll show you." He smirked as he led you away.
"Adam where's (Y/N)?" Diana asked as she walked up to the pair who were supposed to be watching you while she went off to the bathroom. "What?" He asked as he looked over to where you had been standing, eyes frantically moving around the room as he realised that you weren't there anymore. "She was there a second ago." "How long ago was that?" Diana asked. "I don't know... When you left." He answered. "That was over 15 minutes ago." She glared. "We were supposed to make it all look convincing we couldn't be watching her the whole time," Cassie argued. "Yeah, but you could glance over every 5 minutes." Diana glared before she headed off to see if the others had seen you.
Jake was the one that had seen him lead you out of the main area, he followed after telling Faye to find the rest of them and follow after, he said that he would leave small arrows on the wall helping them find their way to him, he became concerned when he heard the lock turn on the door that he had taken you through, Jake waited outside listening in on the conversation that you were having, the guy was cocky he didn't even have a spell to stop people from listening in he was so sure of himself that made it easier "you wanted proof that I'm as strong as you are?" He asked. "Mm." You hummed. "Well, I can't give you that." He answered, "I'm not as strong as you are but you can help me be stronger." "What are you talking about?" You asked Jake could hear the unease in your voice and started a spell to unlock the door. "This is a cursed object that allows me to take the magic from one thing and give it to another." He explained, "in other words, I want all the magic in your body and I'm going to take it from you." "What about me?" You asked. "Well I guess your ex works at that bar maybe you could get a job there and you won't remember anything about tonight you really shouldn't accept drinks from people, I'll pretend to help your friends find the new threat stealing all their magic, then I'll move on to somewhere that's a little more of a challenge." He explained and Jake kicked the door open forgetting about the spell, he figured that you had to be far enough away from the party that it wouldn't cause a scene, both yours and Quinn's head turned to the door, Jake moved to you quickly moving into a defensive stance as Faye, Diana and Melissa appeared in the doorway. "You're outmatched, you let us walk away and we'll give you 24 hours to leave if you're still here afterwards then we'll kill you ourselves." Jake threatened as he helped you stand wrapping an arm around your waist as he walked you out of the room followed by the girls.
Jake walked you through the main hall and that was when you finally saw Adam "(Y/N) are you okay!?" He asked as he walked up with Cassie at his side. "He drugged her," Jake answered as he adjusted his grip on you to give you more support. "I'll take her ho-" "It's fine Jake can take me home." You mumbled as you turned away from him. "Someone has to stay with you." Adam frowned. "Yeah, Diana can stay with me." You answered as you turned away "just have fun with your date."
Later that evening you didn't know what was wrong with you but didn't feel much of anything, Diana had left after she made a herbal remedy that had pretty much fixed you up after your incident at the party, you had essentially broken up with your boyfriend and you didn't even feel like crying, the knock at your bedroom door surprised you and you flung your legs over the side of your bed and opened the door eyes widening as Adam pushed his way in hands coming up to move your face checking you over "Don't ever walk away from me like that again." He ordered. "I was so worried." "Mm." You hummed "I'm fine. What are you doing here, you were supposed to be with Cassie." "Cassie is not my girlfriend." He reminded you. "Does she know that?" You asked. "(Y/N)-" "Adam look don't worry about it, I know I was just a stop, I'm not even part of the circle, you don't have to smooth things over I'm sure Cassie is waiting for you, you can go." You dismissed him but he grabbed your wrist before you got too far away from him, he pulled you into his chest. "You really need to stop talking." He ordered before pressing his lips to yours. "I'm not with Cassie and I don't want to be with Cassie, I want to be with you. Tonight when you walked away from me I've never been so scared, no one told me if you were okay, where you were or even who was staying with you. Then I got here and your door was unlocked and there was no one here!" "Adam-" "I'm not done yet, I love you (Y/N) I promise you that and I know that I need to be better and telling Cassie to back off and I promise that I will just give me another chance to prove it to you." He pleaded. "Adam I never want to let you go but I don't think I'll be able to handle it if you walked away from me after this." You warned him and he leaned closer again. "Lucky that I don't plan on leaving you, starting tonight, I'm not going anywhere I'm all yours, come on there was a movie that you wanted me to watch right?" He asked pulling you towards your bed and honestly you never felt more happy in your life.

Too Close *Part 2*
Jake Armstrong X Reader
Word Count: 781
Requested: Anon
Request: Part two of too close please. It was the secret circle with Jake.
*Part 1*
Telling everyone was the easy part, everything after was the hard part, you thought that once everyone was in on the secret then you would be able to make a plan and then get out of this mess but when it came down to it you were all still kids and you didn't know anything about war. Jake knew everything that you didn't the problem was that no one trusted him, no one but you, if anyone had asked you, you would have told them that they should listen to him but no one asked you. Instead, they took everything into their hands and before you knew it you were knee-deep in witch hunter and your parent's disapproval.
"You thought it was a good idea to piss 'em off?" You asked as you leant against the doorway in the abandoned house watching Cassie clean up Adam's face. "We thought that we could get rid of them." She corrected and you looked at them and glared. "Oh well you didn't, you know you just led them right to us and put Jake in danger. Where is he by the way?" You asked. "I don't know." Adam shrugged. "I knew you wouldn't know." You dismissed him "I was talking to Cassie." "I don't know." She answered and you nodded. "So they talked to into blanking him even after you guys have basically put him on the witch hunters kill list too?" You asked and she looked at you. "Or was that what you were hoping for, see how many he takes out before they take him out?" "Wouldn't be the worst thing," Adam explained. "So you just want to let him die?" You asked. "You want to kill him?" "We're not killing anyone," Diana said as she walked into the room. "I think some of your circle members are fuzzy on that." You said as your phone rang, you looked at the caller ID and sighed. "Well, he's still alive." You pressed answer "Hello?" "(Y/N) where are you?" He asked. "I'm at the house with the others why?" You asked and you hear him sigh. "Stay there, make sure that you're with someone." He ordered. "Why what's happening?" You asked. "Isaac is here and he's looking for you." He answered. "Me? Why?" He asked. "Because last time we spoke you were the one that was getting in the way," Jake answered. "Getting in the way?" You asked. "Rude." "I was spending more time with you then actually trying to kill all your friends." He answered. "Okay well, where are you?" You asked as you walked to the windows of the house. "I'm on my way to you just don't do anything stupid until I get there." He ordered. "I'm not your girlfriend or your sister I don't have to listen to you." You informed him. "Just listen to me now please," He pleaded and you sighed. "Maybe." You agreed before hanging up on the phone, you looked at Adam and Cassie "you agitated them and now I'm on the list for kidnapping and you are all probably on the kill on sight list."
You spent the better half of the afternoon making sure that everyone was in a good position to defend the house should they come looking for you, Jake joined you an hour in and it got the late evening before there was any sign of them, the fight started off slow, there were a few and before you knew what was happening they were coming from all sides and it seemed impossible for you to win but then you thought of something that was pretty dangerous if people didn't get out of the way. "Guys! We need to get to the stairs." You yelled before grabbing a bulb from a lamp and pulling Jake with you. "What are you doing?" He asked. "A spell." You answered as you kicked one of the guys away and pulled Faye and Mellissa up the stairs before you spotted Adam, Diana and Cassie a little ways back. "Guys get out of the house!" You watched them until they were out of the door "Imphatus Bannacd." You said as you crushed the bulb, the electric moved across the floor hitting everyone that was in front of you. "Woah." Faye laughed as she looked at all of the people on the floor. "Come on let's get out of here, he can't come back until we get rid of them for good." You said as you grabbed Jake's hand and stepped over to bodies to get to the door and you left, you all needed to get rid of Isaac before he got rid of you.

You Chose Someone Else *Part 5*
Adam Conant X Reader John Young X Reader
Word Count: 739
Requested: Anon
Request: Snap. Please part 5 of you chose someone else. It is a crossover of Secret Circle and Tomorrow People
*Part 4*
You started with an observation, after finding out which building they were working out of (which they weren't trying to hide) you took shifts keeping an eye on them and documenting who went in and out but it was Diana and John that saw Adam for the first time.
When you all met up that day Diana looked really angry "what's going on?" You asked. "We saw John?" Diana answered and you smiled. "So he's alive?" You asked, "that's good right?" "He's working with them," Diana answered. "That's what it looked like." John corrected "but even if he was Jedikiah is very good at talking his way into your head, he probably told him that you'd all be safe if he worked with them, that they only came here for me, possibly even told him a version of my story that he thinks is true." "That doesn't make it right," Diana argued. "It's going to be harder to get him out of there if he wants to be there," Jake said and you nodded. "Not impossible though," Cara spoke. "Is that so?" You asked as your attention moved to her. "Well, as far as he knows John is on his own so if you can distract him then we can get in and out with him whether he wants to come back or not," Cara answered. "But what if he doesn't want to stay? What if he goes back?" Cassie asked. "At least you'll get to hear that for yourself," Cara suggested and you nodded. "We can give him the choice, at least then we know what he chose." You answered and they all seemed to agree on that now you just needed a plan to get him out.
A couple of hours later you, John, Faye and Diana were in the car park hoping to get caught "John you should know better than to break in here." Jedikiah called from somewhere in the car park. "Just give Adam back and we'll leave," John answered as his eyes moved around you to try and figure out where they were. It was a split-second reaction, you saw them at the same time that he did and grabbed Faye pulling her behind the pillar, John grabbed Diana and pulled her out of harm's way. The gunshots contained to ring out as you covered your ears. "Are you two okay!?" "Yeah we're fine, are you guys?" You asked and he took a second to look Diana over and nodded. "When we get Adam back I'm going to kill him." Faye threatened. "Get in line." You mumbled before lifting your hand and mumbling a few words before their guns became too hot to hold and they dropped them, John moved forward taking out the first few agents and when everything seemed to be going in your favour there was a whistle behind you. "You're here for your friend, right?" Jedikiah asked. "And we're going to get him back, whether you let us or not." You answered. "What if he doesn't want to leave?" Jedikiah asked. "He's right, I don't want to leave." Adam's voice was heard before seeing him walkout from the elevator. "What?" You asked, "you really think that he's here because he wants to help people, he's just ordered his men to shoot at 4 teenagers, we're supposed to be your friends." "He's kind will kill us all," Jedikiah muttered and you looked at him. "His kind? You realise that this is no different than the witch hunters." You answered, "but if you want to stay here and run from your problems that's fine." You turned away from him gesturing for the others to follow.
Later that night you were all sitting in the house trying to figure out what your next move was when the door opened and Adam stumbled in "I'm sorry." He said softly but your eyes were drawn to his hand which was pressed to his stomach. "He's bleeding." You pointed out as you moved forward catching him as he fell forward. "I'm going to die," Adam said and you shook your head. "I'm not going to let you die." You promised as John helped you get him into the house and you called your mum to help you save him with one of your old family spells. Now you all waited for him to wake up so that you could get the answers that you needed.
