She would do anything to convince you to do all the possible Tik Tok trends with her that involve kisses and lipstick together, not that she really needs much effort to convince you, you'd probably be up for anything this girl suggested. That being said, you would do all the trends, all of them, I think her favorite would be the one where you mark your entire face from your kissing partner…but the two of you would probably get carried away with it, which would result in Gwen COMPLETELY marked with lipstick, from head to toe 😭😭 it takes you so long to wipe off all the lipstick afterwards and she probably still her skin was a bit reddish (George had so many questions for this girl)

SPACE CAMP REVIEW!!

(honest, in-depth)

Shipping took about a week and a half but it arrived in perfect condition and undamaged

-packaging is super cute! not super complicated/over the top, but also not overly simple. my order came with a valentines day postcard and a silver "space camp" logo sticker.

-right off the bat, i can tell these are definitely bigger than any other lip balm i have ever used. they also have a higher quality feel to them.

-i think the "pocket safe" turn wheel is super unique, not something i've ever heard of before! it definitely does help protect the lip balm from damage when not in use.

-the jumbo size tubes allow for more surface area coverage when applying to the lips, making application quicker and easier

-all lip balms apply super smoothly, and feel soft and moisturizing on the lips. there is no "waxy" feeling left behind on the lips as with other brands.

Wild Cherry

-smells exactly like a cherry lollipop i would have eaten when i was younger. its not sickly sweet or overpowering, but you can definitely tell what it is.

-the cherry taste is very mild. i can almost taste the beeswax/sunflower oil a bit more than the cherry, but by no means is the taste bad!

-other cherry flavored lip balms (chapstick, burts bees) tend to make me feel a little nauseous for some reason? but this flavoring did not give me that effect.

-overall really good, but i would've liked to be able to taste a little more of the cherry flavoring!

Frosted Mint

-smells exactly like mint ice cream, just as advertised. im not always a big mint person, especially if it is a stronger scent. this scent, however, is just enough without becoming overwhelming.

-the taste is also exactly like what mint ice cream tastes like. i really enjoyed this flavor, its not one that i see super often as a lip balm flavor so it was very interesting to try!

-it leaves a slight cooling feeling as well as a mild tingle on the lips, which is not my favorite. its nothing like if you were to use a lip plumping gloss or anything like that, but i know a lot of people could dislike this, especially if you tend to be sensitive to certain sensations.

-i think this is a really great flavor! i was happy to discover that it does really taste and smell exactly as it was promoted. once again, i would not recommend this flavor if you are sensitive to cool or tingly feelings on your lips.

Juicy Watermelon

-i am not exaggerating when i say that this smells HEAVENLY. i had a feeling going into this that it was going to be my favorite flavor, and it did not disappoint. if i could hold it under my nose and smell it all day, i would. its the perfect amount of sweetness, almost like candy. i wish i had better words to describe it, i feel like my explanation wouldn't give it justice.

-if you can imagine biting into the most perfect, red, juicy, sweet slice of watermelon, that's how this flavor tastes. i have tried other watermelon flavored lip balms in the past, and this one is by far my favorite.

-i honestly have no complaints about this flavor. literal perfection

Do I recommend?

currently, they are only available to purchase all three as the Launch Pack, set at $36 + shipping (USD). my shipping was only $6, which is significantly lower than some of the other shipping costs i have seen. so in total, i paid $42 for the three lip balms (about $12 per tube).

taking into account that they are USDA organic and significantly larger than most retail lip balms, i do still feel like the price is a little steep. if there was an option to purchase individually, i feel like this would help that issue. to be fair, Nick did say this option will be available in the future.

if you are willing to pay for it, i would say its worth it. the quality of the lip balms definitely reflects the price, so its not like you are paying for low quality product. however, if you are somebody who does not want to pay at least $36, or if you already know you wouldn't enjoy one or more of the flavors, you are better off passing on this, or waiting for a future launch with different flavors and the ability to purchase individually.

i am personally very happy with my purchase, and i don't regret it at all. there are obviously things that can be improved on, but you have to take into account that this is a new brand that is still working out the kinks.

im super proud of Nick, and im excited to see what the future holds for Space Camp Wellness!

lip balm: my ride or die is the glossier balm dot com in berry, but you really cannot go wrong by picking up eos/burt’s bees

lip oil: the fenty cherry treat kathryn put me on, which is hydrating + makes your lips SO glossy and soft !!

lipstick: my nars dragon girl lipstick is my favourite ever, classic red lip!! and then i also really like the makeup by mario supersatin formula (i wear shade rockefeller) and the charlotte tilbury lipsticks (picked up a mini set around the holidays, highly recommend finding the pillow talk that works best for you)

lip gloss: i don’t tend to reach for this but when i do it’s the fenty one, especially the red gloss has such a lovely pigment

lip glaze (i guess!): i bought my sister the haus labs launch for her birthday and ended up stealing it all the time because it’s just so good. great pigment feels nice and looks lovely

lip liner: i use the nars lip pencils to line and it works great for me, but i want to try more !!

WHOO perpetual dried lips club, fist bump me dude<3 I think that’s probably a big reason as to why I prefer lip gloss to lipstick lol just as a heads up if ur someone who hates lip gloss texture this isn’t really for you (I personally don’t mind it at all) but there are some that are less sticky/tacky than others on this list!

Glossier Lip Glosses -> Okay. I know it’s bold to start with Glossier considering they’re..well. everything about them. but the ONE thing that’s good from them is their lip gloss. My personal favorite is the red one but I also really really like their sparkly one. Perfect tint of color, super super long lasting, moisturizing, and also surprisingly not tacky at all? Also if you get their sparkly one it is NOT gritty at all? I have no fucking idea how. The white sparkly one has a pink glitter reflex and it looks sooooo good with just some lip liner or by itself. I heard that Glossier’s reformulating a bunch of their products but so far I know they haven’t touched their lip glosses but I’m like a little nervous dog about it because this is THE best formula hands down.

Fenty Lip Glosses -> At first I really did not like these?? And then it grew on me and now I love them lol?? The scent is vanilla-y and very strong so if you’re not into that, don’t get it because the scent really does not dissipate lol. Much thicker and tackier than Glossier but it’s really really really gorgeous. Also long lasting and moisturizing. I have Cheeky (the reddish color — if there’s one thing about me is that I love red lip gloss) and I got Fenty Glow from my friend bc she hates lip gloss lol. The latter is their best selling color I’m pretty sure and it’s normally not something I gravitate towards but it’s almost elegant?? There’s just something about it lol.

Dior Lip Glosses -> I have one of their sparkly ones. Definitely not super long lasting and they also smell like vanilla. Surprisingly not gritty at all but I think the color I have is Princess which is.......i think maybe i just like the idea of having a lip gloss called princess more than anything lmao.

Dior Lip Maximizer -> These are their plumping lip glosses. I hate plumping lip glosses by virtue bc I HATE the feeling. I got this as a gift and it’s pretty but don’t bother unless you want to really treat yourself and you like the sting. (I remember the Buxom lip glosses to also be plumping but I last had them in like. high school so idk anymore)

Dior Lip Oils -> OK..these are all over social media and like…they’re so so so pricey but they’re SO pretty. The color is not very strong but it leaves the most beautiful glossy clouds reflected on lake water sheen. I wear mine a lot in winter and it’s long lasting, SUPER moisturizing even when I go out in Chicago winters, and super comfortable. I have the reddish one and I can put it on without a mirror. The doe foot is really big but it’s just really easy to swipe on. Personally my fav lip oil.

Kosas Lip Oil -> Got one of these for my birthday this year and it’s def pretty? VERY VERY oily, feels almost like grease on your lips. I have the red one and it’s very pigmented but the oil feeling dries down fast and I find the color also fades faster than a traditional gloss or lipstick. Not really worth it imo.

NARS lip gloss -> Got one of these from my mom and it’s in a pinky nude color (orgasm) which is…not really my thing usually but it’s SO incredibly beautiful on. Very comfortable, not tacky, nice and reflective, and if I remember there’s not that strong of a scent? I like it for my days when I’m wearing a really colorful dress and want something a bit more pared down.

Not really a lip gloss or anything but I got the Laneige Lip Glow Balm in Berry as a congrats-on-surviving-your-first-year-of-grad-school-gift and it’s REALLY moisturizing. New favorite lip balm, nice smell without being sickening, and when you put it on it, it gives your lips a nice sheen. Like the sweatpants of lip gloss.

I'm a libra!

As for lips, mine were cracked and really dry and for quite a while I had to use doctor dan or whatever intensive lip balm just so I could open my mouth without my lips hurting, but it worked like a dream and now I only get occasional dryness and dead skin. For that I use St. Ive's juicy watermelon scrub and gently rub it until it's smooth. Again. Only when needed. Smith's strawberry lip balm for everyday use and usually I don't have any makeup when I go out, but I apply it throughout the day.

When wearing makeup, then usually I use a clear gloss or oil on them, my favorite is nk makeup pure lip oil which I got at burlington. When I want to use color I prefer a gloss over a regular lipstick because those dry me out and usually are too matte for my face. Urban Decay is my favorite brand, so I have a ton of their vice lip bond, and raw footage is my favorite because of how dramatic it is.

For eyeshadow I use a white base to make it show brighter, haus labs hy-power tint in white which is made for eyes, lips and cheeks, though I've yet to use it on either of those but will try and tell you guys what it's like. There's several palettes that I use, mostly cheaper ones, including a cheap one from target that has a hundred colors for blending and regular use. Bebe Celestial brights for special occasions, it has a lot of pretty colors and sometimes I sneak it in for regular stuff

the glossier balm dot com has to be my absolute favorite lip balm that's out right now. it has always kept my lips nice and smooth, and on those cold winter days when your lips are chapped it will clear that up right away! it comes in different scents and one unscented version, but my favorite has to be the mint and swiss miss one due to the small tint it gives.

and lastly, the award winning laneige lip sleeping mask. this product is so versatile as it can be used as a lip mask and a gloss as well! it takes care of your lips so well, almost immediately will you see results of unchapped soft lips! I will admit, some of the scents can be very sickening like the berry scent but some like vanilla are amazing! I definitely recommend.

So I really like trixies nighttime realness. But I think I also might pick up a lip product. Do you have any favorites of the trixie lip products?

Junebug is a real rockstar, as is Red Scare.

I'm starting to like Stacy more (I'm not usually one for the bright pink lips but it's growing on me and it would pair well with the Nighttime Realness blue shades).

With the lip glosses (which can sometimes be almost as full coverage as one of the lipsticks) I love the metallic green Creature (not sure how well it'd work with Nighttime Realness though) and any of the pinker shades (so Baby Woman, Pink Slip, Floral Fixation, Mellow Drama, Cream Puff, Snow Cone, I'm Baby, Marcia Marcia Marcia, Vegan Agenda, or Truth or Dare, and maybe Angel Cat and Prism) would probably pair well. I don't know if it's still available, it might be sold out, but How Rude is also a good one.

I've never tried them but I've heard good things about the lip oils and lip balms.
