Hot take but western breakfast food is only fine. It doesn't deserve the hype it gets. Bacon is not the best kind of meat, pancakes and waffles are honestly a bit mid, hashbrowns are good but that's mostly because they're potatoes and you can't really go wrong with a potato, unless you dry it out when you cook it and I've eaten a lot of dry hashbrowns. It's just that it's a meal with salt and fats and carbs and sugars, so people can say they like breakfast foods without feeling like they have to feel shame about eating properly
