people getting mad at me for drawing that furry inflation image being at a mcdonalds cuz we're boycotting mcdonalds. first of all mcdonalds is not on the bds boycott list rn. second of all do you think i could afford mcdonalds either way

#that shit is too much money!!!! and nobody is buying my actual furry inflation art which i WILL SELL BTW PLEASE DM ME IF YOURE LOOKING FOR T #txt #anyway authors intent question why do you think i used mcdonalds as the restaurant in that image #is it bc its the most well known fast food chain in america #and that the big mac has been a consistent staple of its branding for decades #and the price increase of that specific item is something a vast majority of people are able to recognize #partially because fifteen dollar mcdonalds hamburger was a hyperbolic claim of right leaning individuals about whatd happen if we raised #the minimum wage to fifteen dollars an hour #and if i had put just Hamburger or something #people would not register it as well because there are fancy hamburger places #that used to sell hamburgers for THE SAME PRICES MCDONALDS SELLS NOW
