hey so. so. i know i have brainrot but listen. listen. you know when adaine was going through aelwyns head and most of what she was seeing was memories of their childhood and aelwyn hating herself for not protecting adaine and aelwyn being terrified of their parents. and then later on in the finale when aelwyn is in the forest with their parents brennan points out that she was still physically fucked up but in high spirits when she left, but when adaine got summoned was just extremely quiet and kind of broken. i. was their dad the one going through aelwyns head in the tower?? did he see all of that??? because aelwyn doesn't remember the tower and i don't think she would have known but. when their dad showed up in the forest how would that have changed things after he saw that. like she's clearly very afraid of him by the time adaine gets there. im. just. thinkin thoughts. Thinkin Thoughts yall
