My Brussels sprouts, cheese and chicken salad with fresh strawberries 🍓🍓🍓

The tastiest way to eat Brussels sprouts!!

Peel off the Brussels sprouts leaves, blanch them in boiled water for 10 minutes. Rinse in ice water and drain. Mix with cooked chicken, cut strawberries crumbled cheese and a dressing of apple cider vinegar, olive oil and sugar. 🍓
