He's literally a skeleton with nothing but magic and the ever so slight will to live holding him together

One strong gust of wind and his head can and will fall off

Les has taken some of the bones from Jack's hands and hid them before because Jack pissed him off and it took Jack 3 HOURS to figure out why he couldn't move his hand
