Making the Journey

   Well, here you are, stuck with a lingering frustration over something that affects you...Pretty typical huh? Whether it's something in your social, academic, professional, or political life, you're done settling for less. You are ready to overcome something...Or are you? Looks like it might just be the same exercise you go through where you jump through some hoops, then give up on this new-found hope for success. But, if you're determined, you can make the most of this new hope by making a better plan of action and reaching the finish line.

   First, reflect on your emotions. Do you feel driven right now? No? Maybe you're missing a dash of anger to fire your desire. Perhaps you need to remind yourself how something you're dealing with makes you sad. That way, you can create more anticipation for the light at the end of the tunnel. If you're set with determination, how now shall you maintain it? Analyze your day and think about what might have put you in this active mood. Also, consider what you need to avoid to create a better atmosphere for this mood to appear as often as possible. After all, hanging out with the naysayers will discourage you from doing things you know you can do.

   With strong emotions to form your passion, you must also have confidence in yourself. This means entitlement. You (or whoever you're helping) DESERVE better after all. Even so, in order to reach your goal, you may have to reboot your confidence at each major step of the journey, but be sure not to fall off the train. This can be helped along by hanging around more supportive types. But remember: They can't help you unless you communicate with them about the journey you're on. Otherwise you can pass off their advice as coming from just someone else who "doesn't understand what you're going through".

   Once you are confident with yourself and maintaining your passion, develop an understanding of your journey. No, you can't spend all of your spare time focusing on your troubles...Doing this might lead you to become your own depressing naysayer. No, you can't shirk your other duties to move forward...Too much of this will leave you stressed and burnt out. Instead, coming to an understanding with your goal means that you understand most of the steps along the way and roughly how long they will take based on your needs. Although this process can be tedious, consider your values in the matter and recognize that usually the greatest things in life don't come easily. Realize that a solid plan can lead you to a better tomorrow with more of a sense of purpose. And since we're all in this together, don't forget that other people will notice that passion and adore you for it.

This wonderful woman continues to selflessly devote her time and energy to helping others help themselves. The Soul Garden Outreach Centre based in Essex, offers a number of amazing volunteering experiences & projects, supporting the less-fortunate children in Bulgaria, providing them with a summer they’ll never forget. Changing Bulgaria The Bulgarian government has shown interest in strengthening children's rights. In 2010, Bulgaria adopted a national strategic plan for the period 2010–2025, which was designed to improve the living standards of the country’s children. It is now working hard to make sure that all institutions are closed within the next few years and find alternative ways to take care of the kids. This evening's meeting was all about reviewing the civil litigation costs process from the perspectives of cooperate entities, police, solicitors and the publics, both claimants & defendants. It was an honour to attend and speak up on behalf of my Mum & many others. Life and system's standards are more important than costs, however, it's all relative and provides a framework. All we can do is turn up & courageously contribute our experience to make a difference wherever possible. Don't suffer in silence, stand up for who and what you love and believe to be just and true! My solicitor in the centre image is the feistiest, funniest, wisest most diligent woman-what a God send she is, thank you for helping me and my family fight for justice in my Mum's name as intelligently as possible .
