This is a line in the book and its making me soo 🥴🥴 Fadelbison dynamic is so compelling and I know we won't get to see them fuck nasty but they should. This is only partly fueled by the joongkhao size difference, I really am just into this type of relationship in general. Little dom Bison letting himself be bossed around by his big brother

When I think about the possible delicious ways that Bison could feel about Style and Fadel's relationship to Style, with whom Fadel tends to be rather soft after the initial chase my. head. explodes.

This entire dom thing as a wish fulfillment of where Bison wants all that ordering around redirected to. Of course, the sex preferences could be simply a control/power issue but oh my my isn't it more fun when it's a - well - a desire issue?

It's the this is how he thinks his brother will want him, when he does, aspect of it for me. it's the this is the closest he can get to having sex with his brother, by becoming him aspect of it for meeee.

What secrets do you keep from the one you love the most, Fadel? What do you hide from the person you trust your life with time and time again? What can you afford to hide from them? I need answers, Fadel!!!!!!!

Everything about Style is just driving me feral with want to have THK right now, immediately.

The way he's all big, bold gestures and confident swagger; the way his introduction includes a literal arms-wide-open welcome. The overalls unbuttoned until nearly the middle of his chest and how he's the only one in the main cast to be (literally) this uncovered (everyone else has 2-3 layers on).

I wonder if this hints to how vulnerable his character is, narratively speaking: how he potentially is the one that starts out with the least information (apparently Kant doesn't tell him who Fadel and Bison are when he makes that deal with Style?); how he may be the least physically familiar with violence because he's just a mechanic (vs Kant's background with crime/the police. Also the way in the trailer Style is constantly in shock when Fadel does something violent around him); how he chooses with his heart even after he finds out the full truth about Fadel ("You know I know everything").

When he describes his life, it's so... innocent? We get a snapshot of what he thinks his life is about and it's: fixing cars, collecting vintage cars, bowling and hanging out with his best friend. Every other character's answers are layers of subterfuge and double meanings but Style's answers create such a contrast by being so unfiltered. This is a character that (at least at this point) is guileless and without agenda.

I'm so excited to see Style pursing Fadel. I'm so excited to see Fadel try to remain stoic and unmoved in the face of Style's unabashed interest and enthusiastic flirting. I'm excited to discover why Style goes from attraction to being willing to risk it all for Fadel.

But also -- in a very different way than what Kant will doubtless be to Bison -- I'm excited to see how Style will become an escape for Fadel. Fadel, who just wants to sleep for 25 hours (he's so exhausted) and live a normal life, maybe open a restaurant that isn't just a front and a cover for the illicit job he maybe no longer wants, who enjoys solitude but wants to find someone to spend it with (he sounds so desperately lonely, my heart breaks for him).

Someone uncomplicated, who lives life fully, who isn't afraid to go for what he wants and who wears his heart on his sleeve.

In less than 5 minutes, this interview shows us the ways they could fit together like missing puzzle pieces, and I am so, so excited to see it fall apart and come together.

Alright, Fadel is already my favorite. I adore him. Look at this boy. He is the ultimate everything. Don't care, love him.

Adore him. On every level. Man answers the question 'What do you like?" and "What do you dislike?" with the same answer. Love this man.

I love how unconcerned with the whole police informant I slept with an assassin stuff Kant is.

All this undercover shit is just a convenient way to two birds one stone his criminal record and his relationship status.

The "what if I want to be your boyfriend" thing was not a bit, it was 100% genuine and he wants that answer bad. He's daydreaming about all the places he can get in Bison's pants again, and zero percent interested in getting any information beyond Bison's favorite positions.

He's down so bad, and I give good odds that by the time the informant thing comes up again, he'll have at least 75% forgotten about it.

He brought his unhinged bestie in to distract Fadel so he could properly smooch Bison in public, and didn't even mention the whole "beeteedubs he's a prolific assassin" thing, because he straight up does not care. (Not that I think the assassin thing would scare Style off, that man is cuckoo).

JoonDunk things from the THK cast reaction/interview with English subs:

They were all incredibly restrained in this reaction but can I just take a moment to draw attention to Dunk's sly and smug little eyebrow twitch at the 'SENSITIVE' line. xD He's having so much fun with this character and I am HERE for it!

Impossible to show in a screenshot, but there's a whole section when Dunk is getting flirty with the host and Joong literally cannot. sit. still. during it. He keeps shaking his legs, knocking his knees against Khao/Dunk and goes from being all smiley to this kind of subdued nervousness and I'm very entertained. xD

*yells in excitement* Joong said this is is his favourite scene and the one he was most excited to shoot. I'm hardcore anticipating this scene because it's the one that has Fadel pouring a drink into Style's mouth and I am OBSESSED with it. It probably says something about me that the first post I tagged as 'joongdunk' is this scene (with Style looking up at Fadel) and is what got me on the JoongDunk spiral in the first place. *U* Dunk answering with that grin/laugh is making me really curious about the comedic elements in/leading to this moment.

Joong commenting on the dynamics of how FirstKhao have to navigate the height difference during their sex scene has the same energy as that one time he got really passionate about explaining the importance of finding the precise angle to kiss Dunk when filming their kissing scenes. I love him so, so much. But also I think they implied that Joong had to straddle Khaotung at some point unless I'm mis-reading the translations and??? *O* Curiouser and curiouser!

Ohhh this!! Is going to be one of those scenes where I get really emotional about motivations and meaning I just know it! Because if Style talks with Kant first and then goes to Fadel and has this sort of conversation during a sex scene, it's either going to be thrillingly good or heartbreakingly bad and either way I'm going to have all the feels about it. *u*

I'm alive, just triple vaccinated, and a little out of it, but I can't comment on the colors in The Heart Killers because, as I've written before when Joong commented on the colors of the characters, this is a Director Jojo and Cinematographer Rath series, which means we're getting great lighting, but not necessarily color-coded boys in love.

In his interview, Joong said Bison was orange and Fadel was dark blue, but if anything, I think Bison will simply be red and Fadel will be black.

But, then again, this is a family business, so who knows?

Then Joong said Kant felt green,

But if anything, I would say yellow,

Which would make sense that he and Bison would be the warm couple (aka passionate from the start).

But in a show where everyone is pretending to be something they aren't, I don't think there are actual colors.

Maybe the clothing (and colors) are telling us something like Style is wild child.

And Fadel and Style will have the "colder" relationship.
