Am I going to have a seizure or is my body/brain jsut fucking with me? I thought I was done with seizures 15 years ago.

Moments of lucidness which are followed by

Vertigo, turning my head left or right makes me dizzy, black spots in vision, splitting in vision, head pain like an elastic band around my head or being hit with a bat, pain in eyes when blinking, leg pain, a stabbing pain that moves around and takes my breath away, ringing in my ears, 5 second episodes where my stomach drops and I get the "passing out" feeling but as soon as it comes it goes, rushes of blood to my ears, fizzing in hands and feet, lack of appetite, extreme fatigue and brain fog, irritable

And I'm supposed to remember how to human?

It's stressing me out and weighing me down. Even though I know it could be so much worse, this is enough. I've just had enough of it at the minute. I need a day off from it. To just feel like me. But I don't know me anymore. To be able to do something for myself would be 👌🏼👌🏼

Yet I'm stuck constantly deconstructing symptoms "just in case" I can't take a day off "just in case" it's exhaustingggggg.

"you should speak to someone" "get help" are the most belittling phrases when I'm seeking the right things but lists are LONG, years long, my Neurologist is on holiday, my GP just wants to throw pills, the little family I speak with say what I should be doing despite my limitations, the undertones of "you're making it up" or "it isn't that bad, I could push through it"

I'm just.. Ugh fuxkkk
