I just watched many of my friends graduate. It makes me sad knowing I wont get to do those things. But I am so excited and happy to be an exchange student!

I'm going to miss graduation but I would rather miss it than miss a year in Germany!

the archaeologist i work for has a son who quite frequently joines us on the site bc apparently he enjoys it a lot. funny thing is that he just started studying medicine so like i find it surprising that he manages to skip one or two days every week without dropping out. i thought that medicine students cant afford to skip so many lectures... i though that they dont even have free time like at all

anyway turns out that he plays pokemon go. he told me that we can add each others on instagram or snapchat to exchnage our id numbers. bruh xD i hate instagram but i know that unfortunately its more popular than anything else. but snapchat? do kids use snapchat nowadays? i used to be kind of addicted to snapchat in middle school but it was a long time ago. i thought that snapchar died literally ages ago??

CAS creativity & service - student exchange program

Thanks to the school, I was able to participate in a student exchnage program with students from India. This project will help me broaden my horizon and learn about the diffrent cultures from outside of Europe. Before it began, me and Maja wrote an intruduction to the program for the school facebook.

And here's the thing it not that I'm not scared for the next year. It's quite the opposite. But I know in the end this will make my life so much better

Moving to a foreign country with a language barrier is fucking terrifying.

And its hard to explain. I'm scared. But I will be brave and take each day as it is.

Seoul Fortress

Seoul, 20.09

Sarah and I went to hike up the Fortress Wall of Seoul. 

The Seoul Fortress wall was built in 1397 as protection from invaders and show the boundaries of the city, surrounding Hanyang in the Joseon Dynasty. At that time, it was called Hansung. The wall stretches 18.2km but most of it has been destroyed over the years during the Japanese invasion and Korean War. The government is currently trying to restore most of the wall. (Wikipedia)

You have to bring your passport and fill out a form since the wall is a kind of militarized zone. 

It is a strenuous walk and after a couple of hours of climbing stairs Sarah and I went back, with our legs shaking when going down hill again.

It was a really beautiful and hot day, and the landscape was incredible.

In my time at university, I’ve noticed there tend to be two types of first year: the ‘fuck it this year doesn’t matter lets party’ first year and the ‘if i don’t do school related things every moment of every day I will fail so I feel guilty for taking care of myself’ first year

i was thinking about switching accountss like changing from tumnlr to wordpress to blog. its an actual one lol i would just trnasfer some posts there and everything im still not sure yett.. ill update if i do. but your opinions?? want me staying on tumblr or not or dont care?? lol
