CAS action - rugby game

The first game in the Juniors team in the scrum was full of learning moments as it was the first time I played ion that position in this team. It was a intresting expirence that tought me that I still have a lot to learn.

This week we were visited by a trainer from france who helped us improve our scrums. It was a learning excpirence during which I improved my scrum ability greatly.

I once again took part in a senuiors match of rugby. It was a tough game as I played in the scrum for the first time hut I learned a lot. I expanded my rugby skills and knowladge and improved quite a bit,

CAS service - India embassy

As a part of CAS servicie I represented the school duiring the celebration of the aniversxary of Ghandi's birth in the Indian embassy. It was a intresting excpirence during which I learned quite a lot about the life of the father of the Indian nation.

CAS creativity - cooking

This time for cas creativity I decided to bake something healthy - oat cookies. I never tried to make them before but I think they tuirned out pretty well, the fgoal was to use as little suger as posssible while focusing on the the healthier side of the dessert.

CAS service - rugby refereeing

As a part of my cas service I returned to rugby refereeing for the young. Its always nice to look at future generations of players and help them improve while simultasly learning more about the rules of the sport that I play.

Once I left the IT part, my supervisor instructed me to work on the legal side of the department where I assisted in the re-writing of Polish traffic law. Seeing as after many court cases made decisions about ambigous rules, the department decided to clarify some of them and my job would be finding these court cases and matching them with the law they decided on.

CAS action - rugby tournoment

to kick of the new season I played my first rugby 15s match for the senior team. Not only that, I was chosen for the first squad and played the whole 80 minute game. While we did loose, it was still very impresive considering my size and age and I hope to only imporve my prefoprmance in the future.

The AI advice and my own sweat was not enough. I managed to write three iterations of AI that would respond to my questions quite nicely however they where unable to record these messages and had no way of learning from them making them essentialy a very smart search engine that would give answers instead of giving websites. I am still however very proud of this achviment and while I have not achived my goal it is still very impresive what I managed to do with no previous knowladge in programing.

On the internship I finally finished the AI model itself and it works almost flawlessly transforming ioncoherent messages into profesional statments and anouncments. my next task is to move that AI model from Chat GPT and program and implement my own AI in PyCharm. I am of course using the help of AI to do it as I have no previous excpirence in programing

CAS action - Katorżnik

As a part of CAS action, I took part in the Katorżnik run organized by the Polish army. It is a 2 km run through swamps, forests and bogs with moments where I had mud up to my waist. The whole ordeal took me 23 minutes and I came in 3rd place out of all the participants which was quite an achivment for me. The run was very difficult and left me with multiple scars however it was deffiently worth it and I will return next year.

My abilitya nd knowladge of AI has impressed my supervisor who has tasked me with creating an AI model which would transform a loose and almost incoherent message to the uninitiated into a elegant message ready to be sent to the public. It is a long process but the progress can deffinetly be seen. So far I am using simply Chat GPT's AI but i might upgrade to something else later on

CAS creativity - baking

This time I got back to baking browines and I remembered to add the leftover chcolate after baking while still remembering the changes to the recipie I made before. The brownie itself turned out as expected but I didn't think of the fact that just sprinkling the choclate on top would not make it stick and the peices where a bit too big. Next time I should try cutting the choclate into smaller pices and adding them halfway during baking.

CAS action - rugby match

As part of a exhebition in Łódź, a beach rugby tournomet was held and I was chosen as a represetetive for our team. It was a very intresting excpirence as I haven't played rugby on the beach for quite some time however after a couple of minutes I slowly got back into it. we managed to win the tournoment which is always nice but I am mostly glad I was able to play beach rugby again as it has always been my favorite form of that sport.

For CAS service I continued my work in the city traffic sector for the goverment. The last few days i was given a more important job, mainly making sure each aproved project for the city is officaly in the system. It is a difficult and sensitive job as this was offical goverment files I was allowed to edit and the number of projects where in the thousands. Fortnuently I did what was expected of me without mistakes and learned quite a bit about the computer systems used as well.
