the thing about horses is that they know what it means to sin and they revel in it. horse heaven exists yet it is barren because all horses knowingly gallop into the fiery pits of hell when their time comes. they welcome it with open hooves

#Today has been so long 😭😭😭 I've been out the whole day studying and when I came back I spent more than one hour to cook my probably gone–#bad chicken (and rice and spinach) and then I couldn't even eat it because it was my turn to clean the kitchen at the dorm (which is the–#third following day I'm doing) (worth mentioning I'm running on 5 hours of sleep)#And I was goofing around with my friends but while doing so I. made fun of the landlord. And then one friend told me “hey girl he's right–#outside” and like 😭😭😭😭😭😭 I hope I die painfully. I need to be back next year and he already makes my life hard enough and hhhhhhhhhhh #I wasn't even like. Serious. It was just to joke around with my friends I don't have anything against him (except for the things I do)#hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh #And now I feel so embarrassed I have no appetite at all + the chicken (which I had to bring home through one hour walk in summer which–#probably wasn't good for it. the last time I cried this much over a piece of fiction was legitimately back when adventure time ended and I had been watching that show since I was 5 years old and this is more devastating than that. I am not joking !!! I am going to Find You and Get You !!!!!!

Jokes aside the chapter was phenomenal as always and the pacing was brilliant- such a great way to cap off the ending

as for mephisto ohh he misses that kiddo like a grandmother misses her grandkids. outside of the newspaper club that's his best friend (though to be fair, ik is many a being's best friend), so whenever he's idle he just bombards her with messages because he can't go bother the exchange students under their lunch tree anymore

sometimes he sits there under the tree on his own and 'broods' for a bit, but that generally only lasts for about half an hour before alecto finds him. one time levi joins him and they sit there in silence for a whole lunchtime

(side note i'm especially glad that the pacing worked out because that was my no.2 biggest issue after deciding what was actually going to happen! no. 3 was satan's poem, which took up a disproportionate amount of time for something that i completely spur-of-the-moment decided to include)

#answering asks #whensam #little extra: satan originally chickened out of actually submitting his poem to the newspaper and accidentally left it behind #lucifer found it in the council room and took the liberty of submitting it for him #unseen sequence: satan deciding that even if he doesn't submit it to the newspaper he wants ik to read the poem #and completely panicking when he can no longer find it in his bag #only for lucifer to nonchalantly give him a copy of the newspaper the next morning and say 'the poem in the messages section is very sweet'#satan did want to kill him a little bit but he liked the title lucifer gave it so he conceded #unbeknownst to him lucifer ALSO chickened out of submitting his own farewell half poem half cryptic letter #except HE locked his somewhere in his office so that no one could find it #!mistoffelees

#yeah sure slap some honey on those instant ramen why not #trying some honey toast with pepper too i heard thats an interesting combo #i can already see it I will not survive uni if this is the standard i set for myself #i don't even like honey i think it's a bit too sweet #the combs are great though but you know this honey on toasted bread thing i can get used to this is actually pretty good #would be interesting to see how thus would wprk ob actual bread abd nit the tiadt stuff #toast stuff*#but overall genuinely 8/10 nithing special but very enjoyable nonetheless #the pepper didn't do that much except making me want to caugh but i think it's the ratio of it all #because tastewise they should work together there were some good notes there #look at me being a little food reviewer all fancy as if I don't frink like three cups of earl grey a day and practically live off of chicken #my carnivorous behind could never be a vegetarian #and my milkloving front could never be vegan I think I'm everything that movements tries to avoid
