And here are the phobias again. Part 4, right? Yes. In general, I came across 3 phobias at once and they even somehow fit on one page. I came across Pepperman phobias from the authors: @firfirov (Evil Tower and Divine Tower) and @neocrash1101 (Days with P and FP). I was interested in reading and learning about how they got their phobias. PM from DWPAFP was simply created according to Neo's headcanon, telling about his addiction in the past (I rarely come across such stories, but I was pleasantly surprised by such a headcanon, considering how many different headcanons I've seen regarding PM). About Pepperman from the Evil Tower, there was a mini comic (I love him with all my heart), telling about his phobia of sleep. I can understand him, since I had a similar fear in my teenage years after one tragic incident. Now I'm not afraid to sleep and thanks for that. The only one whose phobia is not entirely clear is PM from Divine Tower, but I have a theory and I want to voice it. Maybe he's afraid of them, not so much because of their appearance, which he might not like, but because of stereotypes about mirrors. About evil spirits, curses, or about the fact that if you look into it for a long time, you will feel like the strength will be sucked out of your soul through the mirror. Perhaps I exaggerated, but everything is quite possible, after all, there is a myth about a broken mirror, symbolizing 7 years of failure (that's why I drew the mirror cracked). Expect more phobias in the future. And yes, thanks to all those guys who recommended phobias, or drew them and told something about them. You can't imagine how much I liked reading and watching such things. And considering that phobias are different and unusual, the interest only grew from this.

Unfortunately, I didn't show them all and didn't come up with the designs at all, but I tried to draw them in a different style (I don't think anything has changed). I didn't even add highlights, although I should have (And Gustavo wasn't supposed to be there, but... I decided to add it just like that)

Oh yeah, there's also a bit of a problem with the height, I didn't get my bearings, sorry

I'll think about the design of some more. Oh yeah, about telling about them... Unfortunately I can't tell anything today, sorry

This piece was inspired by both the Lord of the Rings by JRR Tolkien and the Dark Tower by Stephen King. Having just finished reading the latter, I couldn't help seeing the thematic parallels between the two journeys, but also the way the two diverge in their morals and endings. This piece is dedicated to the Hero's Journey, standing up against the dark looming monoliths that seem all-powerful until they aren't, and tackling one's demons along the way.

Ok, but Shen Jiu being Shen Yuan's father is so funny in a very tragic way. Shen Jiu is a ball of traumas and all types of issues and i truly believe there's not a single one that man doesn't have, so, you give him a baby!Shen Yuan, a little ball of life that depends on him for survival, cannot walk away from him and is culturally wired to pretty much love him and if not, to at the least respect him above all else, you cannot tell me that this man would be normal about him. Also, imagine Shen Jiu, who'd be the type of parent to project traumas the way only a mother could, having a child that looks like him but with a "sweeter" personality (which, by the way, is bullshit, they just have never seen that boy rip into a book he disliked but wouldn't stop reading) that has the effect on men Shen Yuan has, he'd lock that boy up in a tower to "cultivate" and consequently create a rumor about the Qing Jing's beauty who was so bewitching their peak lord father locked them in a tower because that's just his luck. Loving Shen Yuan wouldn't fix him, but it'd create a whole new set of issues that'd cancel out the other ones
