Narratively speaking, Viktor and Jayce switched places:

Jayce compromised on his principles to save someone else, and Viktor was angry. Now, Viktor compromised his principles because he sees he can save others, and Jayce (perhaps for the first time) refuses to compromise on what he believes is right.

Where once it was Viktor on the outside of society, stumbling around, while Jayce rose in power with a cult of personality behind him, now it is Jayce, emaciated, vision blurred, fighting through, while Viktor sits at the head of a literal cult.

Jayce brought Viktor back with hex-tech and Viktor was confused and angry, unable to integrate the new sensations he was experiencing, newly joined to hextech, leaning heavily on a staff transformed by the same magic. Viktor brought Jayce back from wherever he was with magic, and Jayce came out confused and angry, unable to integrate the sensations he is experiencing, newly joined to magic (the gem now embedded in his wrist), and leaning heavily on his hammer, now transformed by that magic.

Viktor leans on a shepherd-like staff, going to do healing (questionable though some of it may be), while Jayce leans on his hammer, and goes to commit violence (whether or not this is a "evil" act)

They even have matching leg braces.

The problem with a lot of traffic life interpretations in my opinion is they don't understand character foils or don't employ them in their writing. Grian-Martyn and Scar-Ren are genuinely pretty good character foils for a series that is not really scripted or planned out like a book is. I could go on and on about how they parallel each other and the similarities between them. Even the smaller details between the four usually match up

Thinking about how aggravating it is that fandom boils down a lot of really fascinating Ace Attorney ships to "oh, so we're copying narumitsu's homework again, are we?" --as though the only reason that someone might find plausibly these ships (romantic and/or platonic) interesting is surface-level similarities to the fandom juggernaut pairing and not like the compelling characters and their established bonds in and of themselves.

These were meant to be colored but alas. Faulty art supplies. Still like these sketches though! They’re lifted from the OG comic book. The idea was to only use direct poses and scenes from the source material and try to infuse some more productive character design into them.

Focus on status of a given character (and changes in it) and some stronger air of historical reference, kept as far away from my own personal head canons of the characters and their backstories as possible.

dude with the stink i saw everyone in the comments throwing about cyrus's death i thought the ruling on chromatic orb was what killed him. but it wasn't, it was getting attacked by the giant fucking spider afterwards. and like you can make the argument that "well if the chromatic orb hadn't hit he wouldn't have gone down" like y'all. the party was up against a literal god. "it was unfair blah blah blah" yeah that's the point. when mortals tangle with the gods they lose. the DM had so many tools at her disposal to get the outcome she wanted, one stray hit did not make a difference.

My V's ending will always be becoming a Legend at the Afterlife since I. Do not like any of the p.hantom l.iberty endings very much nor the cast or plot of the expansion too much

I feel like the Tower ending tries too hard to be too sad. It almost feels like a punishment for the player for wanting something good for V? I didn't want my V to survive anyway but still!

But, on a selfship note, Ash and V.iktor actually break up in that ending! It's really sad and Ash is absolutely broken. Whenever V first calls after the coma, she laughs and says that she's hanging out with V.ik since she doesn't want to hit V with it all so suddenly.

Ash has her own tattoo place in the city that V visits in that ending. Ash is just so broken, even if she is trying her best to smile and tell V that she'll always be here for them.

Whenever V walks away, you hear a punch at the wall and a "FUCK!" from Ash. Hell of a time!

Hi! I’m here suffering from lack of good Archivist!Sasha content as well 😭 On that note, do you have any fic on that topic you would recommend? Or just good Sasha fics in general, (or Jonsasha, if that’s your cup of tea)? Thank you in advance 😊

Tragically, I think there is a general dearth of good Archivist!Sasha content (and just about none of it Jonsasha content, as far as I can tell (and not only is Jonsasha my cup of tea, but the ONLY thing standing between it and the #1 OTP spot (currently occupied by JE) is the fact that the Jonsasha that I desperately crave exists in my brain and nowhere else)). Admittedly, I haven't looked very far into her tag yet (I should rectify that at some point tbh) but I've dug around the Jonsasha tag when I first got into it, and I know at least one fic where Sasha drifts towards Beholding through an interest in office gossip.

In terms of Jonsasha Ao3 has:

This very good Sasha lives fic where Jon shows up to Georgie's with an unconscious Sasha and everyone involved is very confused.

These two fics are cute also. The former is by @/suttttton and is them getting together, the latter is established Jonsasha from @/dickwheelie.

Eyevatar Sasha might actually be thinner on the ground (outside of fix-its where she solves everything and her canon reckless curiosity is completely ignored). Ao3 has:

This fic, which is Jongerry with outsider PoV Sasha. Just barely has the implication that she might be shifting towards the Eye (via prying into the lives of her coworkers) but gets a mention through sheer force of Excellent Sasha Characterization. I read this and I feel like I'm reading a fic from a Sasha Understander.

There's also this fic, which looks very promising but which I haven't actually gotten the chance to read yet, so I can't speak to its quality.

Unfortunately I've only gotten into Sasha fairly recently (especially as compared to Jon, who my brain latched onto in a deathgrip from the start), so I haven't gone through her tag yet. A scroll through the Archivist!Sasha or Beholding Avatar!Sasha tags pulls up a lot of fix-it and J//mart, which isn't really what I'm looking for from the concept. I'm sure there's more out there, and if/when I find them I'll come back to this ask probably, but I lucked into Reverse Nighthawks (I was on a Jongerry kick).

But god every day I wish that I could write romance and/or longfic, because about a year ago I read a Jonmichael fic that, when discussing alternate universes (where Jon ended the world) it's revealed that he once did an apocalypse out of love for his Archivist, Sasha James. And it was one (1) single line, but it struck me so hard because god. A perfect concept I think. The potential dynamics of Archivist!Sasha/Assistant!Jon are enthralling to me. Jon destroying the world (or helping her destroy the world? Cute date night I think: bringing about armageddon with your eldritch monster partner) for Sasha... anyway mostly I mentioned that one because My God if I have to live with that tantalizing AU rotating in the background of my mind 24/7 so do the rest of you.

just rewatched 15x16 and i feel so conflicted about it. kind of a forgettable episode considering i had very little memory of it... (i think) i understand what they were trying to do with it but so close to the finale i can't help feeling it was a waste of an episode. everything they did with that episode probably could have been done another way...

i get the "sam & dean's first hunt" angle and yet... i also have the feeling for the first time since starting my rewatch of s15 that it has started to go off the rails a bit, or that it was in there to replace something that had been taken out
