I feel like no one talks about how Maddie is only actually a rebel because her friends are, because if it was up to her, she’d follow her father’s footsteps no problem, but she saw her friends talking about how their destinies sucked and they wanted something better for themselves, and that’s what made her decide to join that cause, her love for her friends, and I think that’s awesome
