#event shaymin

Hey, y'all. I know I've been quiet on here for a long time. But I'm getting back into Pokémon and hoping anyone on here can help me with something.

I'm playing Platinum for the first time. Now, I've beat Pearl and Shining Pearl, but I've never played Platinum and it's always been a dream to do that. And especially, I've always wanted to play with a shaymin in my party. Now, I know that the event to get a Toys 'R Us Shaymin in the US has been over for 16 frickin' years.

But Shaymin is maybe my favorite legendary. Is there any way to get a "fateful encounter" one on to my Platinum for DS? Any way at all to get this adorable bastard?? And so that it's possible to trigger receiving the gracidea flower from the character in Floaroma Town and therefore switch successfully in-game to sky forme??

Please advise. 😭 I have a DS action replay, but found that just getting Oak's Letter isn't enough without the matching wonder card?

If anyone has the knowledge of what to do, i would welcome and appreciate your help. 🙏🏼

"Thank you both," Miu smiled and tossed his hair. "Oh, it took weeks to make them- finding the right material, taking measurements, and don't even get me started on the patterns. My efforts definitely paid off, if I say so myself- the fabric has a very soft texture and a snug but comfortable fit, and my husbands and daughter have told me numerous times they look beautiful as well. All in all, I'm very pleased with the finished product."

Hero & Partner Week Day 4 - Festival

oh my god i just found out that meloetta is obtainable without an event in the indigo disk, which is great bc i adore meloetta and the way they're making previously event only mythicals available in other ways is nice. the best part tho is that it sings relic song, its got an animation synced to the song i ADORE this

We do know a few things about it though, there were these devices known as pokeballs that were invented and used, though any uncovered don't work, most are barely intact, and only a few were uncovered without their pieces being scattered about! You can actually see one of these in the museum right here in Lumiose! While the use is definitely frightening, it's extremely interesting! Able to store a Pokemon in such a tiny space! Though it is definitely fortunate that none of them work and scientists are unable to reverse engineer them, I can see that being abused real quick!"

Day three of soft resetting for a shiny Raikou in Ultra Sun. When I get it, I’ll have seven Legendaries from gens 1-6 left to get (Latios, Reshiram, Ho-oh, Tornadus, Groudon, Landorus, and Kyurem)

I was hunting for the two Nido lines at the same time in Let’s Go Eevee but after one shiny female after a chain of 300+ then passing over a shiny dragonite and chansey while chaining another 500+ (total chain of 850 some), I broke it for a spare shiny Ratatta because if it was taking that long I might as well restart the chain. I’m gonna take a break from the nidos to hunt Krabby, they’re being the most difficult for me so far.

I’m working on both my livedexes tho I’m only missing a few legends and event mythicals for the regular one, but for my shiny livedex I’m going to offer up my spare shinies for shiny trades if anyone would be interested in the future.

Hana eyed Kenji from afar for a moment before approaching him cautiously. "You're one of the ones who sent this letter, correct? I wished to thank you in person for the cordial invitation. My girlfriend says I don't get out enough these days and this seemed like a fantastic place to visit."

Her eyes slipped to the side for a moment as Hana looked towards some of the nearby stands. "You plan on paying for things, I assume, yes? Do you mind if I ask what currency they use here? I wasn't quite sure what they use these days, so I brought several but I'd rather not embarrass myself with one. And... just in case, is there a good way to go about acquiring some in a pinch?"

“It was no biggie, I’m glad you could come!” Kenji chuckled. “The mask festival is a lot of fun for all of us, especially Aya…I’m really happy she gets to share today with her friends as well!”

“Ah, um- yup! Everything costs a bit of money, but usually the prices aren’t too steep,” the Okidogi’s mood seemed to change once the topic of money was brought up. “I’m not sure what the currency is like where you live, but we have something called ‘poke’ here.”

After quickly glancing around, Kenji leaned down to Hana’s ear. “As for…um…obtaining some, the easier way is to, um…..take it,” he whispered. “There’s a few food and game stalls that don’t exactly pay too much attention to their money…but, um, I wouldn’t do that unless as a last resort.”
