uhhh here are some oddly specific things i associate with some of my mutuals!!

sorry for all the tags! if i do something like this again and you dont want to be tagged/included lmk <33 (i'll probably make more of these, these ones are just off the top of my head rn)

@long-lost-soul - you remind me of a deer in headlights. she's a fawn, and she's not afraid, but curious. there's a nice sunrise behind her, and miles apon miles of beautiful scenery behind her

@frozen-waters - old gothic architecture or an old church. it's kind of hard to explain but you remind me of all the specific ridges and carefully placed details, the stained glass, and the rain that can be heard from inside the building

@nutluvs - the last petal of a cherry blossom tree. you'd fall to the ground and someone would carefully pick you up and press you in a book for safekeeping

@ercticisms - strawberry cake. i wish i could be more specific, but i'm super bad at explaining this one, but think of the really pretty cakes you see on pinterest

@gvmdisease - a stuffed animal in a thrift shop. its origin is unknown, but it's a black bear with a little plad bow. he's a little worn down, but that's okay. he's going home with a nice family soon, and he'll be so well loved

@anar-kid - a notebook, specifically a deep blue one with faded sharpie drawings on the cover. the notebook is full of writing, little doodles, inside jokes, etc. the notebook holds so many memories (there's even community references inside)

A trip down memory lane! Though the tower seems to have changed…

Celestial tower! Built during the direct aftermath of the Founding Unovan Civil War, it remains a cultural landmark in memory of those lost in the fire and storm.

Time has dulled the scars left behind by the twin dragons. Today, the tower is primarily used as a mausoleum (the preferred method of burial are urns) and, well, a tourism site. Legend says if you climb to the top of the tower and ring the bell, you can lay your ghosts to rest. But mostly? You can ring a GIANT bell.

Course, you gotta GET to that bell first.

Damian: [brushing his teeth]

The shadow hanging over his shoulder: [Gets its teeth dangerously close to Damian's shoulder]

Damian: [Shoves a toothbrush into said shadow move and starts brush]

The shadow: [Pauses before starting to let out a contented purr]

Damian then spits out the foam and washes out his mouth, then makes the shadow do the same and then picks out pjs.

Damian: [Currently decided if he should go with the cat, dog, or knife imprinted one]

The shadow: [Starts getting dangerously close to Damian with, toxic green spirals it calls eyes]

Damian: [Throws the dog imprinted one behind him at the shadow and takes the cat imprinted one for himself and tells the shadow to put it on]

The shadow: [Stares at the clothes before hesitantly putting them on before letting out a noise of distress]

Damian: [Turning around to find the shadow somehow stuck in the pjs, lets out a sigh, then starts to help them fit]

Damian then moves over to the bed, he points to one side and tells the shadow to go there. The shadow listens, laying down as Damian also lays down, grabbing the sheets and covering them both.

It barely took a few seconds for the shadow to fall asleep, and Damian stared at it. Damian wasn't quite sure why the shadow of his dead twin was following him, nor why it was even able to and seemed to hide itself from anyone who isn't Damian.

Nobody besides him knew about it, and Damian decided that he liked it. This could have been his younger brother, if the other had survived, and they would have probably been told to fight to the death to decide an heir.

At the very least, that won't ever happen.

Even if his brother was slightly unusual.

Danny did not remember much of the before, he remembered people with blurred faces and features, blurred colors. He remembered a lot of colors, then red, then white, then pain.

He doesn't like pain, he believes.

Then he remembered going to sleep, and then he woke up. It was dark and slimy and cramped when he woke up, especially when he realized someone else was in their with him.

Then he fell asleep again, then woke up to that same dark and slimy place, then fell asleep again, all in some weird cycle. Then, moving, and pain.

It hurt, and he was sluggish when it eventually stopped. Then came pain again, and he was asleep.

Then he woke up, again.

He didn't know what was happening, wasn't really aware of too. But he woke up next to the other who was in that dark and slimy with him, and decided he wanted to stay with them.

He wasn't aware enough for most of the things that happened when Damian grew up, but he still stayed regardless, and hide from everyone else.

Danny loves his brother, and he thinks his brother loves him too. Even if he was slightly unusual.

and meanwhile vader's just standing there with his hands full of Angry Bounty Hunter like, "unfortunately, i have decided this one is my Favorite :/"

one of the things that bothers me most about late seasons btvs is the lack of continuity in relationships. like main events seem to carry over for the core crew, and the general emotion is there, but sometimes it feels like there should be stronger foundations where there is just sand, and it's incredibly disorienting. this seems to especially happen with spike, where he will have consistently positive and impactful interactions with the main characters in ways that should by all means be changing their impressions of him, and then in the next episode it's like none of that ever happened. that's enemy #1 soulless evil unthinking spike again, even though one scene ago you were playing pool with him and clearly realizing he experienced emotions and would die for you. like ??? where's the emotional follow-through.

Hmm. I have never really been a doughnut person, but it seems like MisuDo is working to convert me specifically…...... Look at this!

I am not particularly knowledgeable about sakura, so I just now learned the four stages, which (from left to right) are:

Bud (蕾 tsubomi), represented by a pink sakura interior inside a brown kinako exterior.

Half-bloom (五分咲き gobuzaki), which is half strawberry dipped, with a cherry and red bean whipped cream filling.

Full bloom (満開 mankai), which has a sakura bean paste glaze with salted sakura petals and sakura chocolate flakes.

Dancing petals (舞桜 maizakura), which has red bean paste filling plus a half-sized decoration of sakura chocolate petals and a milk chocolate branch against a white chocolate background.

Wow. Actually, does anyone else find some of these........ kind of extra? Maybe it's my inner killjoy speaking, but there's just so much going on! I'm still trying to process the concept of a bean paste glaze, let alone a sakura bean paste glaze. Might still try it though.

Hi!! I don't know if anyone has drawn this before (sorry if they have!! I couldn't find any evidence of it) but I have recently been plagued with the question of "what if Machete and Vasco were in Bluey?"

Well. Now we know.

To my knowledge, the only Bluey dogs who wear clothes are the ones in uniforms. TECHNICALLY Machete's outfit could count, but I left it out because it's not typical of a main character. He must be naked 😔
