truthfully… i don’t talk with as many ppl on here, but i’ll list out some of my fave blogs!! @hoosierbi (tho, possibly more? the pacific), @buck-compton, @eugenesledge, @cajunroe (aka the 1st person i followed here haha), and like. jeez this is hard.

(big suggestion, when u reblog something, check who that person rb from and just start following a lot of ppl and then u can always cut it down once you start discovering more ppl!)

"Snafu" e "Sledgehammer", apelido de Eugene dado por Snafu, interpretados respectivamente por Rami Malek e Joe Mazzello na minissérie da HBO, The Pacific, foram fuzileiros navais que lutaram no front do Pacífico na Segunda Guerra Mundial e que conseguiram sobreviver aos horrores da guerra. Eugene contou sua experiência no livro With the Old Breed: At Peleliu and Okinawa, uma das obras que serviram de base para a minissérie The Pacific. O livro tbem fala da sua amizade com Shelton em Peleliu e Okinawa.
