hey another funny spoilery thing about ralph

he has been 22 times straight employee of the month, and has the silliest competition with totally not William afton, who's longest streak has been 17 times. But this confused me because phone guy has been working much longer there than 2 years.

Then it hit me, these idiots have been competing every month between the 2 of them and gone one month each, or two months one, one after the other , trying to get the better of the other, maybe once in a blue moon another employee gets it, but is generally one or the other and the streaks means when that they have beaten the other for employee of the month in a row. And they compete over who can do it for the longest.

And Dave's losing.

Man, I'm so sick and tired of fantasy worlds with "the ancient-long dead civilization with technology far beyond our feeble understanding"

I want a version of that world where, by this point all the old civilization tech has long since been dug up and reverse engineer, and by now technology has advanced so much farther that "the greatest technology from the great ancient civilization" is equivalent to what you can buy at world-equivalent Walmart.

Some concepts and ideas for Castor and Ronan’s story called Starchild. Some of these are… hard to get to drawing, specifically Ronan’s younger siblings, might redesign them, but they’re all very young. Ronan left to join a crew so he could make money for them while his parents physically can’t work, and he made sure that his 12-year-old brother is very helpful. Then some random character ideas. A first mate on Castor’s pirate crew, two important characters named Rigel and Esther, castor as a young boy, and random scene ideas I have.

There’s a lot of crap I’m rambling about under the cut so go there if you want to know more about the characters, lore, and spoilers

I also have an idea of a deity or something of the sorts. It’s bascially a “Star God”, something with incredible power that was given to them from the heavens, and it is responsible for the starchildren that have shown up around the world, hence why this series is called Starchild. The whole thing around the Star God is a mystery, but people do know it exists thanks to the star children. This is a little dark but some explanation on Starchildren:

Starchildren are born every few hundred years or so, it’s unknown how often a starchild is born, but people believe that starchildren are the star god’s children, and that when they reach a certain age, they are sacrificed to deal with all the problems the world is having. They believe that if a starchild is not sacrificed, demons from hell will arrive to destroy the world. I hinted at this on my last post, but starchildren turn into strange creatures, the main one being the Leviathan. There’s also the Kraken and the other one who’s name is so complicated I’m not even going to bother with it dhskdbsk.

Long story short, the whole thing is a lie. Starchildren have incredible power when they become adults and are “awakened” as Starchildren. They remember the person that gave them that power (the Star God) and their purpose, which is watching over the people. However, centuries ago, someone in high power believed that Star children were too powerful, and out of fear, he came up with an excuse to kill starchildren before they grew too powerful, because no one should be more powerful than him. So they killed starchildren when they were young and weak, hiding behind the excuse of it being a sacrifice to the world or something, using the blood to cleanse the world and keep the demons at bay. That way, if the starchildren escape, and inevitably take on the role of “deities”, people will believe that the demons have arrived to punish them for failing, and will try to kill the awakened starchildren.

Starchildren cannot escape their fate, however, because they cannot hide unless they are far away from people. They have blue hair that shines in the darkest fog, blue hair that cannot be hidden, and a star birthmark somewhere.

I suppose there’s no reason to hide this now, but Castor is the starchild of this era, originally called Orion, but he changed his name for safety. He ran away when he learned that he was going to die, trying to escape on a boat. The people almost caught him, but the kraken appeared, seemingly saving his life. As Castor tried to hide from people, he tried to hide his blue hair, but it constantly shines through whatever he hid it in. The best he could do was to wrap it up and put a thick hat on, which helped, but even so, you can see in his wrapping the blue hair. He tried to dye it, hide it in mud, even shaving it, but the blue cannot be covered up, so hiding in plain sight was nearly impossible to him. He left to sea to avoid people, but accidentally became captain of the pirate crew. He’s a very jaded man who is intimidating and skilled in sword fighting. People respect him as a captain, so he is in high status on his ship (obviously 💀). Problem is, there is a very, VERY high bounty on the star child’s head, so even the most loyal crew members may turn on him if he is found out.

Castor trusts no one, but he seems to have a soft spot for Ronan for some reason. Even when he eventually finds out that he is the starchild, he can’t bring himself to kill him. He’s just a boy…

Obviously, Esther and Rigel are starchildren as well. Rigel is an ancient starchild, who lived a good life before the starchildren sacrifices. He roams the ocean, punishing anyone who threatens the innocent or disrespects the ocean. There were a lot of starchildren too, but the creatures of starchildren were hunted and killed, leaving Rigel, Esther, and Castor the last three starchildren. Esther was a starchild who escaped the sacrifice, who is far more cruel and jaded than Castor, and when Castor is “awakened”, she goes after him to use him to punish everyone.

Rigel is that turtle Whale island thing, Esther is the kraken, and Castor turns into the Leviathan.

The star god is no benevolent being, and is not a god at all. He’s a regular human who got magic from some meteorite, idk, there doesn’t need to be any specifics lol, and he grew immensely powerful. He resides away from the ocean, but he is not a good person. He’s greedy, selfish, and does nothing to help the innocent starchildren he “created”. He would love to have the starchildren to do his bidding, but if they die, it’s no matter, cuz he doesn’t need them. Idk maybe he’s not greedy lol. Either way the star god is not a good person, but I kinda want the star god’s role to be similar to Davy Jones in pirates of the Caribbean. There must always be a star god.

Anyways I hope that all makes sense 💀💀 Ronan is just there, being roped up into this nonsense, but he’s a good boy with a good heart and wants to help the starchildren, and he and Castor grow close.

i didn't draw much about but i have a bit of story lore for Icing's Mr. Puzzles

Mr. Puzzles or well know before, Pedro (idk Mexican name thing that lead me to make him Mexican) Hispanic Spanish Mexican boy, decided to move out to USA, hating his family who treated him like shit, he saved since he was a kid, so he had enough money for travel all alone, and form a life in USA by himself just at the age of 15 years old

since his 16 he got a boba tea maker, since then he got a good skill at preparing things, he no only prepares the boba, he can make pastries and food, working hard he could get a good position on USA...which his job allowed him to create a small technology corporation...very small

here where Kinito appeared, Kinito gave him some rivalry for a couple years, since both had good technologies for the decade (they was at the start of the 2000's (2001 to be exact), Esther when Kinito and Puzzles got rivalry she was pregnant 3 months of Icing (January 3rd, 2001) they had compete for around 6 months...until Pedro just disappeared for 7 weeks...where he cutted off his head and replaced all his body for be a android tv headed

Kinito went to the Boba shop where his rival usually worked, to see if his rival just gave up and was crying in work, the workers presumed he died...but they didn't know how, Kinito was surprised by that...and kinda worried, he didn't want reach those extremes of his rivalry ending on killing a poor person- but when he saw, both saw a TV headed man walk in, who was called now Mr. Puzzles! the name strikes on Kinito and recognized his rival after a few more weeks, the rivalry continued till...

June 23, Puzzles failed on the long 9 months rivalry with Kinito, which he no had no option more than go back to work on his old boba business- where Kinito and Esther went to get Boba with a newborn Icing on arms...and Kinito of course got a opportunity to laugh at his rival, who failed on beat his corp and modified his body for nothing-

and since that, everything just...passed by years...(will continue on Icing's lore (her childhood and teenages)

Esther's main character flaw - her desire for knowledge about any and all of magic - was inspired by the Icarus myth. Being gifted with the one thing she wanted the most, indulging too much in it, crashing and burning when she crosses the line, and dealing with the fallout of going to far. Over and over again in one way or the other.

It was innocent at first, her just wanting to find a way to cast magic - to finally join in the practice that her homeland cherished so - until all of a sudden she could. Before, Esther couldn't have lite a single candle with bring harm upon herself, now she was able to call forth infernos with ease. There was a bit of a learning curve since she was putting the same amount of force behind her spells she was before when she couldn't cast magic - leading to several incidents of property damage - but thankfully Warlic was there to teach her the fundamentals.

Then she started tempering with Chaos magic. On the surface, it was to gain a better understand of how to fight it, but deep down it was her curiosity driving her. There was plenty of safer ways to study Chaos corruption - going to the Sisters of the Dishpan or study the numerous monsters she had to fight - but she wanted a first hand experience with it. Not being corrupted per say - not at first - but to test what can be corrupted and what cant, what was the range of variation of mutations, was there a way to harness Chaos magic safely.

The only incident of Esther flying too close to the sun with her fascination with Chaos magic was the time she stole pure Chaos water from the Sisters of the Dishpan. Originally she was going to test it on things or see if she can make something to wield Chaos magic safely, but then got the idea to drink it. The only reason she didn't was because Drakath showed up suddenly and caused her to spill the water after getting jump scared - which she lamented the lose of (going to make a comic of this later).

And when she finally got to cast Chaos magic, it was in the Chaos Finale and it was something she didn't want anymore and fight against - willing to commit suicide before being corrupted to break the prophecy to open the gate. Watching Alteon slowly succumbing to his corruption and dealing with the fallout when he did - mercy kill him, burying a friend, watching the grief that encompassed the city - and the thought of being in the same position and the unthinkable aftermath of being a Chaos Lord terrified her.

This trauma influenced her approach or reluctance towards the EDoT magic following the Chaos Finale. Finding out she had somehow became a god after razing a place she came to call home, she was petrified of what she could do if she lose control. It didn't help that she was still corrupted and that bleed into her other magic and making them react in unpredictable ways most of the time. Esther would have stopped using magic all together if she wasnt trying to stop the QoM (still haven't played most of that bit, idk what happens).

This lead to her immediately jumping at the chance of learning Order magic in hopes to cure her corruption, and probably would have gone to extremes to do so if Mirror!Drakath wasn't the one who attempt it and who came to the conclusion that Order magic wouldn't cure Chaos magic.

Learning the truth about Malgor and how he was born of her despair and her magic didnt help with her lack of desire to weild the EDoT magic. To her, it was the Chaos Finale all over again - just someone else is causing the destruction. Esther was more relieved than anger when OWO opposed a ban on her use of the EDoT magic and access to the Timestream.

Learning Doom magic echoes a lot of what happens when she wanted to learn Chaos magic. Wanting to learn more to better combat it and find a way to heal Gravelyn (her motivation to even touch doom magic), keeping her meeting and lessons with the Mysterious Stranger a secret from those around her despite the dangers, and the possibility of the ruinous fallout if she looses the tiny bit of control over it. She's still scared of going to far again - from her own experience with tempting with forces she shouldn't and using the tale of Sepluchure as a warning call - but she still has the desire to understand Doom magic in it's entirety.

These two surprisingly met in the burrow market! They're the same type of moth-man guys, so most would have thought they'd find each other in neighboring colonies, but Erythros colony was pretty reserved, just like himself, and on top of that they were SUPER small so in contrast to Esther's Giant Ass Colony, they never managed to pass by each other. But they did in the burrow! Erythro in particular was already working with Craftwood when they met, and was being introduced to the burrow when they both happened upon Esther-- who was about to enter the burrow completely by himself. which is NOT safe to do.

since Erythro recognized Esther as another moth like him, he was pretty quick to ask Craftwood if they could save him from an unkind fate, and she was more than happy to indulge him hehe!! Esther was super thankful for the help too bc he just wanted to sell his inks and didnt realize how dangerous it could be HELP......... but they very quickly bonded over mutual interest, and it took off from there!

As for Esthers interest, he was really just looking for new types of canvas that had never been considered before! He already had a pretty good niche in carving ink blocks, but he definitely wasn't the only artisan doing that, and with his introduction to the burrow he was presented with a lot more non-typical arrangements for art. This was also around the same time that Craftwood paid Erythro with a Light egg, and since Erythro at the time had no use for the egg, he offered it to Esther as a gift with their budding relationship coming on.

Esther was INSANELY hesitant with this because following my egg lore, naturally occurring eggs formed purely by the elements are RARE and highly valuable in the egg trade-- which is something the burrow market participates in quite frequently. So, he didn't want to devalue something like that. But. his curiosity got the best of him and he started carving. After completing it, he showed it to craftwood, and it turns out he hit yet another niche market with what he creates! again per my egg lore, eggs formed by elemental magic are unlimited sources of said magic when left alone and can help heal dragons themselves or entire environments. And some of these collectors didn't like plain ole eggs! Some have very specific aesthetics, or the eggs are used for very specific rituals or ceremonies, so they want a specific look for these eggs. So, after successfully selling the first egg for a shit ton of gems, Esther began very downlow customizing eggs for dragons willing to pay for it, and began producing these carved/painted eggs for Craftwoods fighting ring as a winner prize.

So he just got extremely lucky and leaned into that niche, however morally ambiguous the more religious dragons of the burrow deemed it to be, and found it to be just as fun to do as carving ink blocks!

TVD Thoughts - Season 3, ep 1-13

Ok so I'm half-way through s3 and omg... It's sooo good!

1. Rebekah!!! Ughh what a Queen! Love her! It's very obvious to me that she needs a sister. (I can only imagine what it's like to have four older brothers!) Like when Elena told her about Klaus killing their mom and she broke down crying all alone? Yeah I wanted to give her a big hug. 😟😟 Love that moment when she woke up she stabbed Klaus out if anger and frustration (can't blame her, he can be quite annoying)

Claire is drop dead gorgeous, and so talented ughh. Also loved her in H2O, one of my fave childhood shows! 💖💖

2. Stefan is pissing me off! I know he acted like that initially cause Klaus compelled him but even after he was free he continued acting like a douche.

3. Ok so Mikael was this big bad apparently even worse than Klaus but he dies after like 5 episodes... Maybe he comes back idk

4. The entire time I was thinking "where is my man Elijah? I miss him!" And then at the end of ep 12 he comes back! Ughh finally!

5. Episode 13 is excellent! The end... Even better. I know Kol is gonna be a menace purely cause of Klaus's reaction to seeing him. And once their mom came in, Klaus just turned into a little baby. You can see it on his face he was scared!

She says "i want us to be a family" and Idk if I should trust her like I just know she has some motive!

Anyway so far so good, I know it will be only better from here.

WHY DID THE ENDLESS ONE TELL KENNETH TO TAKE ESTHER?

The Endless One wanted to take Esther as a means to block part of the prophecy from coming true, expecting Esther to be the child who would interfere. It planned on consuming her.

When it turns out she wasn't, the Endless One was conflicted on what to do with her. As a result it gave her back to Kenneth to raise, as (imagine for a moment there weren't a bunch of Travis clones and he only had one kid) Kenneth would not have a child that it felt he would see as "fit to continue his bloodline," it saw that Esther could possibly be. Even if it wouldn't be his true bloodline, it figured that she would be a more "satisfactory" heir to him.

Since it saw no point in the senseless killing of her (even it will not just blindly, carelessly kill) it decided to repurpose her.

And it's been that way ever since.
