Ok, I lied. One more since people seem to like and want more of Ericka + Dennis.

I thought this would be a fun way to get the contrast out between Ericka and Mavis, with Dennis worrying about what would happen if his aunt amd Uncle never got fangs since mom was saying humans couldn't be happy at the hotel.

While Mavis desperately wanted Dennis to be human so he could fit in and not he "weird", Ericka has more of a pull to monstrosity. Plus, this place is her home. This is her family. To Ericka, fangs or not, there was no question her kids would grow up here. (Not that she'd have anyplace else to go, to be fair. Unlike Johnny, she didn't grow up immersed in normal human culture.) The fiercely loyal and family-oriented Ericka never did like the fact Mavis basically pushed humanity on the boy and nearly moved him away from the only family he's ever known to a place hurling Vampire microaggressions and thinking being picked on toughened kids up just because of Mike and Linda and her desire to give humanity a chance. ("Great-Grandpa and I HATED monsters, and we put more thought into creating a welcoming environment on our DEATH CRUISE than these two put in their WHOLE 'Welcome to the Neighborhood' party! Now, I get them not knowing these things like we would but the internet exists! And monsters were out of hiding almost 6 YEARS by then! Did NO ONE in this family bother to do their research or ask questions while putting together this 'Come live with us' party to make sure the guest of honor ACTUALLY felt WELCOME there!? That's not just basic manners, that's event planning 101!!") And Sure, Drac screwed up by sinking into Vlad's sink or swim attitude, but she gets why it happened. And she'll take sink-or-swim attitudes that need to be unlearned over being bullied and forced to live up to expectations any day.

Ontop of this, Ericka's also far less overprotective than Mavis or Drac too. She grew up in an environment where she was expected to handle danger, high pressure situations, and learn to protect herself. Life is risk, after all. And freaking out over every little thing a kid could possibly get into is silly and does little to help the situation. Of course, she wants them to be safe and feel loved and doesn't really likebthe way she was raised either. But she teaches them prevention, wants to give them freedom, and doesn't swaddle them in bubble wrap or push her own ideals on the twins.

Basically: She tries to find the middle ground between helicopter parenting and "Sink or Swim." Monster AND Human.

For the Drac Pack:

1. Probably Ericka. She's not nessecarily even trying, she's just a naturally friendly charmer and femme fatale. Not to mention Pan. Murray and Gryffin are probably second, although Drac's pretty good with rizz when he's NOT interested.

2. Probably Drac. He's the only one we know who cooks.

3. Probably Eunice. Mavis also has some knowledge of clothes being the human nerd and canonically having made her cape.

4. Probably Johnny, considering his quoting of Kung Fu Shaolin Monk Master, with Mavis and her human fangirling second.

5. Johnny and Mavis again. Johnny with Pizza and Mavis with candy. Frank gets an honorable mention for his large appetite.

6. Frankenstein is the tallest person. Tinkles is technically bigger than almost any of the pack.

7. Dennis. He's around 2' 4". He's smol. There's probably also Wolf pups smaller than him, and of course the Twins when they're little, but of the known ones, he's the smallest ones.

8. Ericka, probably. We all know how enthusiastic she is and how she loves to plan parties. Drac'd be second. We've seen how big a deal he makes out of Mavis' birthdays.

9. Frank, Wayne, Gryffin, Murray, Johnny, and Drac can all play an instrument and sing. Mavis, Ericka, Wanda, Dennis, and Winnie can also sing. Drac rarely sings in public since Martha died, though. But family get-togethers might be an exception. Van Helsing can clearly play a keyboard at least. Bonus: Simon can also sing and play the ukulele like his father, while Lucy can sing.

10. Probably Mavis. XD She'd be the one who actually finds out what Halloween really is and would fall in love with it. Ericka and Lucy would ALSO get really into Halloween too.

11. Probably Ericka. Not only is she the Christian and the richest of the main two humans, she's the most enthusiastic about joining this family and wants to show she cares. She gives no flying flips about Valentines day being a traditionally romance only event. The gifts may not nessecarily be stuff she bought, either. I could definitely see her being a penguin pebbler.

12. Ericka, Johnny, or Lucy kinda strike me as the type. Maybe Mavis or Griffin.

13. Wanda. She's definitely the most maternal one of the group and the one most likely to act as a mother figure for both Ericka and Mavis as well as her own Cubs. Ericka herself kind of also falls under this, being technically the matriarch and 2nd in command of the pack and clearly the most practical and level-headed one in a crisis. Not to mention one of the most intimidating and protective. She even naturally fits into this role by the time of Transformania ("Do NOT make me come back there! I will TURN this blimp around!") HOWEVER, due to her still having a feral gremlin side and Van Helsing stubborness, I don't consider her to be a traditional "The one with a braincell" mom friend. It's more of a "Somebody needs to be in charge, and right now, that's me." Or "When did a gremlin like me become the most reasonable one here, again?" Situation.

14. Vlad kinda has a more laid back and humorous if rough around the edges side to him than his son Drac, and acts as the father figure for Ericka. Drac CAN be a fun parent, but he's often a bit uptight and busy looking after everyone.

15. Dennis, later replaced by Simon and Lucy. Wolf Pups also go here, as Wanda and Wayne are near CONSTANTLY having more kids. All of them are pretty happy with their baby status.

16. Probably Ericka or Mavis. Ericka's good at sneaking around, while Mavis was shown to be pretty good against her legendary father at hide and seek. Though Dennis and Winnie do have an advantage in their size. Lucy would be another contender: mixing her mother's stealth and vampire abilities.

17. Dracula, Vlad, and Van Helsing of course!

Family Groups

OTPs are great and all, but can we take a moment to appreciate those family groups that form between characters? More often than not, few of them are actually related by blood, if any of them are, but they’re definitely family, if a little dysfunctional. 

Have a few questions for the squad:

Here's an oldie WIR-Verse idea I had!

Since Ericka's a later update character only really in half of her game, she has quite a not of free time during hours some days. Ericka often uses this to watch the others in-game, but sometimes she also game jumps, and she's sometimes in charge of babysitting her little Vampson when they're both off-screen.

This is one of those time, where Ericka and her Torracat, Kitty-Cat, occupies "Captain Blood" by sneaking into Sugar Rush with him during hours.

Lucy and Simon are twins, but they have a HUGE age gap with their half sister Mavis....by about 129 years. (Mentally and physically, it's probably closer to 18-20s thanks to vampire aging) The age gap between them and Johnny's a bit lower: only 32 years. They have a great relationship actually! Mavis and Johnny help Drericka raise the kids from birth. Mavis LOVES having little siblings around to mother, and Johnny's pretty experienced at being the chill big bro. Lucy tends to be closer to Johnny due to their similar adventurous and wild personalities. She kinda looks up to him and he also works as another willing partner in crime. Meanwhile Mavis and Simon tend to have a similar relationship. Both Mavis and Johnny help the twins get important human culture knowledge that Drericka can't give them themselves. And Mavis also learns from them too. Especially Lucy, who's not ashamed of her monstrosity and takes pride in it...and isn't afraid to call both her and dad out on their BS. Simon kind of gives her a chance to redo if Dennis never got powers without the pressure of Mike and Linda too.

Bonus: they also have a nephew of theirs that the kids play with and love almost as as a sibling due to their age gap: that's only about 10 years, although vampire aging makes it funky. Dennis has always been the chill grounded balance of the twins and has loved the idea of having a little uncle and aunt since before they were born: he'd read to them in the womb because he thought they might get bored and like to play in there. The twins also help bring out some of the boy's more monstrous traits that have kinda been repressed thanks to Mavis, and help him deal with the "Late Fanger" trauma. Also...Dennis greatly affected the way Simon was raised since he did not get fangs. Ericka and Drac wanted to make sure NO ONE called their son "A weak little boy" and Dennis helped Drac appreciate Simon's humanity.

This one was inspired by that ship dynamic post from @witchy-whimsical about the least powerful member of the group being determinedly protective when they have no business protecting. That made me think of Johnny protecting his monster friends and family. XD Johnny may not be the most powerful or skilled member of the Drac Pack. In fact...he's kind of the Adam Maitland of the group. But he has his namesake's bravery and willingness to take on powerful horrors for his family and friends...even if he has little chance of winning. He's the kid who stood up to Vlad, a 2000-year old vamp, simply because he insulted him.

So I figure he'd be willing to take on any jerk that talked smack about the pack even if they're worried about HIM getting hurt picking a fight for them.

Found out about this meme called "The Jack-O pose" and had to draw Ericka in it. Ended up adding Mavis, Lucy, and Dennis too. Of course, my asexual ass decided to go in a somewhat funnier and more wholesome direction than usual. XD

I figure Ericka was doing stretches and Mavis, Lucy, and Dennis decided to copy her. Ericka's super flexible and does it easy. Mavis of course has vampire flexibility, and Lucy - while smol - is blessed with both. Dennis on the other hand...well, the little guy isn't as much of a natural gymnast as the others, but he's trying. So Lucy tries to help while Ericka is busy being impressed by her step-daughter's flexibility. Drac of course has no idea what they're doing. (Though he'd probably still stop functioning seeing Ericka do this, I thought confusion would be funnier.) Johnny DOES, however, and snaps some pictures while trying to keep himself from giggling.

Just some goofy family antics meant purely for laughs, not really meant to be taken too seriously.
