the thing about tagging is never gonna work on this fandom. it's been zosan for ages, people know the ship by their ship name. and when the work (fic,art) is sfw, then what? you suggested using zosanzo but there's also sanzosan so there's that. another fandom with the same problem (and for them it's really a problem) it's de drarry one. the majority of the fics/arts are top harry bottom draco and it's still called drarry. those ships are just to damn old for any changes.

Is not that "the ship name is too old to change", the thing is ZoSan isn't even the original name lol if we going with semantics "ZoroSan" is the correct name, bc it came from the original japanese name of the ship ゾロサン　(zorosan in romaji) and THAT NAME specifically indicates that Zoro is the top, if Sanji is the top the ship name changes to SanZo (or SanZoro [サンゾロ] as the tag goes in Pixiv).

I'm not suggesting the use of zosanzo? Lol what i said tho is to not tag my stuff as SanZo bc that name indicates that Sanji is the top, which is not depicted in any of my works lol

ZoroSan/ZoSan: Zoro tops

SanZoro/SanZo: Sanji tops
