For those looking to enjoy the great outdoors at a more civilized George Eliot-era pace, look no further than equestrian adventures. Many cities and towns feature a number of horseback riding stables that cater to all experience levels.

Families can enjoy a 1- or 2-hour horseback trail ride that extends over hundreds of acres of picturesque scenery and rugged terrain.

Advance your riding skills with lessons at Courtesy Stable located at Wissahickon Valley Park. The family-friendly horse stable also offers boarding and horsemanship programs for children. Schedule a barn day or sign up the kids for one of the horsemanship summer camps.

You mentioned Spoiled Rich being one of Mistral's Scientists, and tbh, she seems like the type of person who would be okay with giving up her own daughter for the 'Greater Good'. Maybe once Rarity and Twilight disappear, they try to find a new 'Princess'. Then again, there's not enough time before Mistral's 'fall' for her to do that. But imagine Diamond 'disappearing' one day, her father heartbroken and searching desperately. Until he comes across an oh so familiar Orphan.

Spoiled Rich is a terrible mother and a bitch, but she knows the chance of Diamond Tiara being able to withstand being a host for a Tantabus is very, very slim, especially since she already has her cutie mark (aka she’s currently in puberty). That makes her unstable for becoming an Orphan and just a tad too young to become a Guardian. So she’s actually safe from becoming a plaything for her mother in that aspect.. at least while she’s still in puberty. Once that’s over though, she’s up for grabs again, but thankfully the Fall of Mistral occurs way before that happens.

Finding a new “Princess”, an adult that can survive the Tantabus, isn’t gonna happen again after Rarity, simply because they don’t have the time or desire to pool so much into finding another candidate when all they could do is find her and steal her back (not to mention how hard it’d be to convince the people that the new one was Rarity reincarnated. They’re cult-crazy addicts but they aren’t stupid).

Back to Diamond Tiara and her father though, I think it’d be interesting how they adjust to living in the Equetrian Wastes after Mistral’s fall. Would Spoiled be there?? (I’m gonna assume she either dies during the whole fall thing or she escapes, but doesn’t escape with her fam ‘cuz screw them apparently) How would they survive, where would DT and her pops wind up? Is this what makes her into such a bully, because she’s having such a hard time adjusting from literal riches to rags, or does she not become a bully at all in this AU? So many possibilities. o:
