Jegumas day 5 snowball fight @noblehouseofgay
Word count: 1170
Slight NFSW, nothing too explicit
The snow in the garden had gotten thick over the last week, practically untouched much to James’ delight as he pre prepared snowballs. He'd spent the most part of his afternoon off setting up for the most epic snowball fight he'd ever organised since leaving school. He'd used magic to help him create a battlefield with even deeper snow, complete with igloo bases and even trenches; now all their was to do was create ammo for everyone he'd invited.
Regulus was home first, coming out into the garden before he'd even changed from his work robes, he whistled lowley and the snowscape ahead of him. Taking his time to take in and mentally map out everything, James did suppose he and Regulus would have a slight advantage over the others knowing the landscape so well but as long as the other didn't figure that out he couldn't bring himself to care much.
For old times sake James had requested they play gryffindor vs slytherin, he'd had to pull strings and invite a couple extras to even the teams out but the two teams were perfect: the lions being James, Remus, Sirius, Peter, Marlene, Mary, and Lily which is a very strong team then the snakes were Regulus, Barty, Evan, Evan's younger brother Felix, Dorcas, Pandora (as an honorary slytherin), and Andromeda who was only a few years older than them.
The rules were explained in brief, essentially there was to be no magic to help with aim or targeting people and no friendly fire. The game was a simple mix of a classic snowball fight and capture the flag, if you got hit by a ball you'd be ‘stunned’ for 20 seconds (James had repeated to Barty several times that no real stunning was to occur) and the other team could capture and keep prisoners if they caught you while stunned.
The groups split off into the snow battlefield and the game began.
James was on defense at first, sitting with Remus in the HQ igloo with the small red flag planted into the snow. There was an eerie quiet around them that made it almost feel like a real battle - Regulus had said that he was taking this very seriously and his dignity was on the line. A few minutes passed in peace, James filled it with mellow conversation. Felix slid into the entrance of the igloo, snowballs in hand and pelting Remus - James threw one back leaving him ‘stunned’ and James took the opportunity to place him in the makeshift ice prison. Flag still safe despite the pout on Felix’s face, Evan followed shortly after demanding the return of his brother.
“Only if we do a hostage swap” Remus said dryly, James gave him a side eye that could've melted the snow around them. Evan groaned and called outside the igloo, leading to a very pissed off Regulus delivering a pleased looking Sirius back to Lion HQ.
The game went on until after the sun had dipped below the sky, the garden lit up faintly by the moonlight reflecting off the snow - there was a lull in the fight, everyone except James and Regulus exhausted and probably cold; not to mention most of them had been captured by the opposing team.
James left Sirius with the flag, armed with as many snowballs as he could carry, he slipped over no man's land - sneaking through trenches and tunnels until he had reached the other teams HQ - dug into the snow like a burrow in their trenches. Regulus was guarding the flag and Barty was taunting their prisoners, James skipped past their prison wing the best he could and slipped into the room with the flag.
He was hit square in the face by a snowball.
“Hello Jamie… I've been expecting you” Regulus said in a dramatic sinister voice, tapping the tips of his fingers together like some sort of Bond villain. James, ever the good actor, kept his stunned position while Regulus shoved a snowball down the back of his shirt with a smirk on his lips.
“I'm going to win, you know that right soleil?” Regulus drawled, James was counting seconds.
“Nah, I've won every snowball fight I've ever played in” James said confidently, he just needed to keep Regulus distracted for another 10 seconds.
“You've never played me” Regulus said simply, tossing a snowball idly between gloved hands. Taunting. “Eyes are up here James” Regulus laughed, throwing the snowball pathetically at James’ feet. James met his gaze, his eyes a deep green in the low light and shadows flickering over his face beautifully.
James couldn't have helped himself if he wanted to.
Not that he did want to.
It took a split second, James had pinned Regulus against the wall of snow behind him and connected their lips - Regulus had met him halfway, apparently equally as eager. To James it was no longer cold, all he knew was Regulus. Regulus against his body, Regulus’ hands on his waist. Regulus, Regulus, Regulus.
James split himself away from the kiss, using one hand to tilt Regulus’ jaw to the side to plant lazy kisses down his neck, occasionally scraping his teeth against the skin there or pausing for a second to leave a hickey. Regulus rolled his hips forward slightly, James slid his knee between his thighs lavishing in the whine it drew out of Regulus. James pressed his knee up again, loving the dazed look on Regulus’ face. Glassy eyes and rosy cheeks.
The hands on James’ waist travelled down, resting on his hips for a few fleeting moments before moving to the button on his trousers. “Fuck… James” he panted out the words almost desperately “I want to bang in your stupid igloo, what have you done to me?” Regulus muttered, shaky hands slipping the button undone and tugging clumsily at the zip.
“YOU FUCKING HYPOCRITICAL BASTARD REGULUS BLACK” Dorcas was shouting from the doorway to the small dug out base.
Why couldn't things ever go James’ way?
Regulus rolled his eyes, pushing James away and launching Into some argument about how it was all James’ fault while Dorcas yelled about some pep talk he gave.
Maybe one thing could go James’ way.
James, as subtly as he could managed, plucked up the unguarded flag and slipped away. Making a break for it as soon as the coast was clear, planting the flag on Lion territory he could help but shout “AND THAT, MY FRIENDS, IS HOW YOU WIN!”
Everyone was emerging from their places now, the snakes looking disappointed and James’ fellow Lions looking elated. Jumping and celebrating like when they used to win quidditch.
It was Remus who came up to James, pulling him into a close hug, and whispered in his ear “and why the fuck is your fly undone?”
James shrugged and winked, so while the others swarmed back indoors to warm up and have a drink James and Regulus went upstairs. No one would even notice they were gone.
Except maybe Remus.

Julio’s Reverie
<prev next>
TW/CW: blunt discussions about OCs' sex lives, one teeny tiny death threat, emotional angst. But don't let the TW scare you, this is mostly fluff!
Julio had been with many men and women throughout his twenty-six years of life, especially in the five years he has been boss of Juicio Divino, but everyone assumed he would be just as much a boss in the sheets as he was on the streets. And sure, mediocre sex was better than no sex –probably, he guessed –but of all the bedmates he’d had, none of them could scratch his itch –no, his desire– for total submission, to just let go of the mask and be himself for a few vulnerable, blissful minutes. No one had been able to scratch that itch since Izzy Bautista (may that bastard rest in peace.) And over the past five years, Julio had begun to accept that maybe nobody ever could.
Then, Khaled came, and Julio finally found someone who could fulfill that long-neglected desire.
The young man was basically a virgin, despite how frequently and brutally he’d been abused over the years; he hardly knew what his own desires were, much less how to satisfy them or his partner’s. In the beginning, Julio had to guide him a bit –as much as Khaled would comfortably allow him to, that is –until they could establish a rhythm and truly make some music together. But once they hit their stride, well… Julio wasn’t much for clichés, but fuck it, what he and Khaled had was magical.
“You’re not going easy on me now just so I’ll go easy on you later, are you?” Khaled asked with a cocky grin as he dodged a hit from his left.
He completely missed the sharp jab to his right side and doubled over in pain. Julio smirked. “What part of this looks like I’m going easy on you, bro? Nah, you’re actually getting good!” The block and dodge Khaled executed to counter his next attack only served to emphasize his point.
It became a little routine, eventually. Fight, then fuck, fight, then fuck. Fuck, then learn one more tragic little thing about his lover that fractured Julio’s breaking heart. Fuck, then spoon, Julio behind him because he learned Khaled didn’t like to look at him when he told him his secrets. Fight, then fuck, then cuddle, then send him on his way, as if nothing had ever happened, as if the gnawing guilt didn’t chew at his guts every time he sent him back to the one responsible for all those scars and bruises.
So, while Khaled was with him, he became a bit protective of the boy. Well, a little more than a bit, considering he nearly gutted Crackhead Juan for grabbing Khaled’s arm the other day.
“Hands off my bitch,” he growled, knife gleaming, lips curled downward into a snarl. “I will not ask you again!”
“Excuse me?” Khaled piped up.
With Crackhead Juan quickly scared away, all Julio had to deal with was an insulted boyfriend. He explained he had a reputation to uphold, that he didn’t mean it, and that Khaled could have the most epic apology blow job he could give if he was still unconvinced. Khaled took him up on that apology blowjob and came twice down Julio’s throat as they defiled the backseat of a client’s Rover. Since then, Julio openly flaunted his claim over the Costa Mafia’s fuck hole to whomever would be looking, but only the two of them knew what happened behind closed doors. And one of them still wanted more.
“I still can’t believe we’re carrying on like this, man,” Julio drawled. The half-unlocked handcuffs dangled from his wrist as he raised his hand to light a cigarette between his teeth.
“There’s nothing wrong with carrying on ‘like this’,” Khaled shrugged, propping himself onto one elbow as he reclined on his side on the bed. The rest of Juicio Divino had asked –no, begged –their boss to have sex anywhere but in the garage or within earshot of the rest of the gang, which meant the two had to get a bit creative with locations the last couple of trysts. A seedy hotel? Classic.
“Fight, then fuck, fight, then fuck –I’m having a great time, aren’t you?”
“But don’t you want more than this?” Julio asked genuinely. “Sometimes, do you ever…want more…for us?”
Khaled’s blush matched Julio’s, yet the younger man could not meet his eyes. “No,” he lied.
“Say it like you believe it, and maybe I’ll believe it too,” Julio scoffed, a puff of smoke escaping from his mouth. He sighed and set the cigarette down on the ashtray. “I don’t know what I’ve got to do to get Costa to release his hold on you-,”
“Short of prying me from his cold dead hands,” Khaled muttered.
“-but there must be something I can do, right?” he asked, gazing sincerely into those soft brown eyes.
Khaled’s eyes met his for only a moment before they shifted down to the crisp hotel sheets.
“Please, Khal, cariño, tell me how I can make you mine for real! If I gotta die for you, I’ll die for you, If I gotta kill for you, just tell me who I gotta kill, and if I gotta buy you from him myself, just tell me how much-”
Khaled ceased his rambling by gripping his stubbled face in both hands and melding their lips in a kiss. Julio froze, but started reciprocating his partner’s advances. Khaled wrestled him back onto the mattress and kissed down his neck and chest, pausing to look down at him. “The best thing you can do for me right now is to make the most out of the half hour of rental time we have left. Now, lay back and look pretty, beanpole,” he whispered.Julio opened his mouth as if he were about to say more, but the metallic click of the other cuff locking around his free wrist and binding his hands to the headboard signaled the end of the conversation. He ultimately shut up and gave Khaled exactly what he wanted. He would always give him exactly what he wanted.

Mike Faist for Vanity Fair in Cannes 2024
Up on the rooftop of the Hôtel Martinez on the Cannes Croisette, Mike Faist is fighting back tears. He lost his father in December and his grandfather just three weeks later, and on Thursday, found himself deeply moved at the world premiere of Megalopolis, Francis Ford Coppola’s self-financed epic. This was Faist’s first day ever at the festival. “It could be [Coppola’s] last and my first—I don’t take it lightly, and I do not take my days for granted any more,” Faist tells me. “I’ve been having a little bit of a crisis for myself in the past couple of weeks, as Challengers has come out and I’ve been saying to people that, in the next, what, 5 or 10 years, we will probably be losing some of our greatest giants. And it really hurts. It’s very sad for me.” He gets choked up and pauses to collect himself: “I get emotional thinking about it.”
The evening before, there was Faist in a tux, a reel of his greatest screen work so far—from the aforementioned Challengers to his striking work in Steven Spielberg’s West Side Story—playing to thunderous applause before he accepted the night’s final Chopard Trophée, an official Cannes Film Festival 2024 honor bestowed to rising stars. It’s been a whirlwind of a weekend for the actor who’s just skyrocketed to a new profile with his red-hot tennis drama, costarring Zendaya and Josh O’Connor. He sees that movie’s theatrical success and Cannes’s promise of cinematic artistry as of precisely the spirit he’d like to carry forward in this industry: “It’s an inhumane thing to just sit in your apartment alone by yourself and just mindlessly click on whatever’s next on the streaming thing,” he says. “We have to bring people together in those shared spaces.”

The 1965 Lotus-Ford that Jimmy Clark drove to the 1965 Indianapolis 500 Championship.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Jim Clark was a 2 time F1 World Champion and Indy 500 Champion
Jim Clark died because he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. On 7 April 1968, Clark should have been at Brands Hatch giving the DFV-engined Ford F3L its debut in the BOAC 500 sports car race. But he had been double-booked that weekend, and instead spent it at Hockenheim in Germany for a big European F3 meeting where Lotus was fielding its works team, to oblige sponsors Firestone.
Clark was a sheep farmer from the Scottish Borders who had started competing in sprints in his Sunbeam Mk3 saloon in 1956. He won his first event. He raced friend Ian Scott Watson’s DKW Sonderklasse and Porsche 356 1600 Super before graduating to a Jaguar D-type run by the Border Reivers team.
In 1958 Scott Watson bought one of the first Lotus Type 14 Elites, and at the Boxing Day Brands Hatch race meeting Clark had Lotus founder Colin Chapman in his own Elite all but beaten, until a backmarker spun in front of him.
Clark’s smoothness and mechanical sympathy meant he could often get a Lotus to last a race distance where other drivers could not
By 1960 Clark was a Lotus F1 driver, and he won his first championship race at Spa in 1962. It was one of three wins that year, leaving him in contention for the world championship at the final race of the season in South Africa – but his Lotus failed him, and BRM driver Graham Hill was crowned champion.
There was no mistake the following year. Clark won seven of the 10 races in 1963 – the most any driver had won in one season – and took his first world championship win in dominant style.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Chapman was renowned for building cars that were as light as possible, but often their reliability was suspect. Clark’s smoothness and mechanical sympathy meant he could often get a Lotus to last a race distance where other drivers could not, but it didn’t always work out: in 1964 a strong of retirements robbed him of the chance to defend his F1 title. He was back in 1965 with the new Lotus 33, and six race wins guaranteed him his second world championship.
Graham Hill joined Lotus for 1967 – typically, Clark insisted they were both paid the same salary – and carried out much of the development work on the new Cosworth DFV engine. It was obvious that the DFV-powered Lotus 49 was the class of the field at its debut race at Zandvoort, so Hill and Clark tossed to decide who would win. Hill won the toss, but his car expired, leaving Clark to win – in a car he had never seen before that weekend.
Clark had immense natural ability: he often struggled to understand why other drivers couldn’t keep up
Arguably his greatest race came in the 49 at Monza later that year when he suffered a puncture while leading. The pit stop to change the tyre left him a lap down but he fought past the leading group to unlap himself, belying some commentators’ opinions that Clark wasn’t a racer, and was only any good when controlling a race from the front. He lapped faster and faster, caught up an entire lap, and passed the front-runners again to re-take the lead. But the epic win was not to be: the Lotus ran out of fuel with a couple of laps to go, and John Surtees won in the ‘Hondola’ RA300.
Clark had immense natural ability: he often struggled to understand why other drivers couldn’t keep up. When he had a big enough lead he would keep himself amused by setting the car up in a big slide for the benefit of trackside photographers. His feel for the car was legendary: driving the Lotus 49 for the first time at Zandvoort in 1967 he was convinced something wasn’t right with the car, though there was nothing obvious amiss. But when Team Lotus tore down the car overnight they found one of the wheel bearings was just starting to fail.
Tumblr media
Clark won the first F1 championship race of the 1968 season in South Africa, where he beat Juan Manuel Fangio’s all-time record of 24 world championship Grand Prix victories. He was well-placed to win more F1 races and maybe become champion again in 1968, but then came Hockenheim…
His Lotus 48 F2 car was up against a strong international field and Clark was running eighth after the first four laps. On the fifth lap the Lotus headed uphill out of the stadium section of the course and into the woods, was seen to twitch, and flew off the road into the trees. Though the cause of the accident was never established beyond all doubt, it’s likely that a rear tyre failed, possibly due to debris from a previous incident. The Lotus hit a tree, and Clark died from a broken neck and fractured skull. He was just 32.
The whole motor racing community was numb. At Brands Hatch the news was announced to a stunned crowd. Colin Chapman was so destraught he considered giving up motor racing for good. Chris Amon, one of the greatest drivers of his era, summed up the general mood among the drivers by saying if this could happen to Clark, “What chance have the rest of us got?”
The shockwaves from his death were felt not just in Europe, where Clark was a superstar in F1 and touring car racing, but also in the US. Clark had been denied victory in the Indy 500 in dubious circumstances in 1963 but returned, and dominated the race, in 1965 – becoming the first F1 World Champion to win at the Brickyard.
But for a few quirks of fate, Clark could have been F1 champion 1962-1963-1964-1965-1968 and might even have gone on to race and win in the slicks-and-wings era of the early 1970s, which brought two world titles for the Lotus 72. He was, without doubt, one of the greatest drivers ever to race in F1.
Family and community meant a lot to him: his gravestone in Chirnside lists his occupation as ‘farmer’ before ‘World Champion motor racing driver’.

The Mosley Review: Moana 2
Tumblr media
I know I'm not in the only one that remembers the days when Disney would release a sequel to their highly successful animated films straight to VHS and DVD. Don't get me wrong, there were a couple sequels that actually deserved a theatrical release, but instead became cult classics. The Lion King II: Simba's Pride, An Extremely Goofy Movie and Aladdin and the King of Thieves were among the best and one of their songs is always in my head. On the other hand, alot of the major Disney Classics received the sequel treatment that didn't need to it and ended up getting a lesser quality film. Well, this film is a mixture of both circumstances. It was great to revisit the main two characters and although their accompanied by a few great songs, the qaulity of storytelling has taken a dip and it needed a little more time on the fire. The plot may have been straight forward in the beginning, but half way through it loses focus and becomes over crowded with characters that really don't add to the growth to the main heroes. At least the acting from the leads continued to be fun and dazzle.
Tumblr media
Auliʻi Cravalho continues to be a powerhouse of a performer as Moana. Her strength, comedic timing and heart once again shines the brightest. Her connection to her family was always at her core and her scenes with her little sister Simea, played wonderfully by Khaleesi Lambert-Tsuda, were the sweetest moments. Aside from her fully developed adventurous spirit, I hate to say that there really wasn't that much more of a growth for her. Sure she gains a bit of a new ability, but that’s about it when it comes to the challenges she faces. Dwayne Johnson returns as Maui and he was just as fun and action driven as you'd expect. He sort of loses a bit of intelligence for me because of his unwillingness to learn from his past mistakes, which he makes again in this film. You can be the fun loving action hero all day, but at some point you gotta learn to negotiate a bit more instead of fighting everyone first. The chemistry between Moana and Maui is still electric and reaches a new emotional depth by the end. I just wish the film just focused on them on the waters again. Hualālai Chung was good as the fan boy artist of Maui, Moni. He had his moments to shine comedically with some great art. Rose Matafeo was energetic and a bit annoying as Loto. I loved her ever creative mind in building the best ship, but man did she need to stop cutting everything. She was more destructive and clumsy than helpful. David Fane was good as the grumpy old man, Kele. He was a sour grape for the majority of the film and honestly didn't add much than just cynicism to journey. They all join Moana's crew and I honestly stopped carrying about them shortly after they got on the boat. Awhimai Fraser was great as Matangi, but I felt her character was all over the place. She was a mysterious villain that could've been more sinister and manipulative, but she comes off as a new fun possible ally. It was disappointing as she has a great aesthetic, but no real depth.
Tumblr media
The score by Mark Mancina and Opetaia Foaʻi was great, but this film was really missing the magical collaboration that Lin Manuel-Miranda brought to the first film. The musical numbers were good, but weren't as memorable. Moana and Maui both get to shine in their respective moments, but Moana's new anthem, Beyond, was outstanding and fulfills that same energy that How Far I'll Go produced from the original. Visually, this is one of the most gorgeous animated films of the year as the color pallete is varied in epic proportions and the animation of the water was magical. Overall, the first film remains prestine while this film was lacking the same polish and focus. Its a safe sequel that doesn't really go anywhere in character growth and falls into the trap of over crowding the film with useless side characters. There is a mid credit scene that could have potential if they actually focus on a singular goal. Let me know what you thought of the film or my review in the comments below.

Code of Ethics - Chapter 17 - Hyperarousal
Tumblr media
The last few days have been a bit more stressful than anticipated, which actually worked quite well to create the emotional payload for this chapter, but due to the distractions of preparing for my kiddo going into surgery (scheduled, we've known this was coming for over a year), I'm not entirely sure it's up to my usual quality. Hopefully, this lands well and I won't have to redo it later:
Diane finishes the task of driving off the slavers while her team rescues the slaves. The aftermath promises to be an emotional roller coaster of epic proportions.
Preview below the cut, and same warnings as last chapter, gore tag applies:
Diane felt like she’d chugged an entire vending machines worth of energy drinks.
Katrina had directed her to a four-way corridor junction that, sure enough, was where two main arteries of traffic converged. The halls were wide, which gave her plenty of room to maneuver even if they provided absolutely no cover.
Twenty bodies later, she’d barely been nicked by one lucky shot once the slavers got smart and began using cover. That was okay, though, because that gave her the chance to figure out an interesting feature of the rifles; they had a function that turned them into low-yield grenades.
Sure, it would normally have been a waste of a perfectly good rifle with a nearly full charge...but thanks to the moronic first charge of the security grunts she had twenty more rifles to play with.
A little bit of instruction from Katrina once she’d discovered the user’s manual in the slaver’s ship’s database and Diane had managed to trigger the safety release on the explosive feature and lobbed the weapon down one of the corridors and just past the corner the guards were hiding behind. She heard a gruff voice bark a swear word over the whine of the overcharging power cell just before it detonated, eliminating one group of guards and letting her focus on the second. She turned and sprinted in the opposite direction of the corner she’d just blown up and stooped on the run to grab up another rifle. Pulling the trigger a couple times to ensure it was working, the two bolts she’d fired splashed harmlessly against the deck paneling down the hallway where she’d aimed it. Ignoring the test shots, she increased her speed until she judged she was close enough to the junction of corridors and leapt into a baseball slide. It wasn’t a perfect slide, her coat was so matted with blood by this point it was more of a sticky glide that left a trail, but it still did the job of getting her close to the cluster of guards around the corner and opening fire, peppering them liberally with energy shot.
“You know, Kat,” she said as she picked herself up from the trail of gore she’d left behind, “If it weren’t so sticky, this would actually be kind of fun.”
“Gotta love what you do, boss. Careful, you’re going to run out of slavers before your team manages to get all the women and girls off the ship.”
Another spike of rage lit her insides as the assistant confirmed multiple children were being sold into slavery and her claws came out almost of their own accord. Just then a crew member rounded the corner, one carrying a significantly bigger gun than the previous guards had, and before he even realized she was there she’d slashed him belly-to-neck and made an extra effort to rip out his throat. He hadn’t even had a chance to cry out before she gutted him.
Once again she found herself absolutely feeling like the coolest person on the planet as she simply...grabbed the larger rifle out of the guards hands as he fell. She didn’t have time to do more than feel impressed with herself as two more guards followed behind. With one hand occupied she acted mostly on instinct and jammed her fingers into one guard’s neck with a knife strike and lunged forward and sank her fangs into the other’s neck.
It wasn’t the taste of blood or even the warm fluid in her mouth that snapped her out of her near berserker state, it was when some of the liquid splashed down her windpipe, forcing her to cough that shook her hard enough she more on accident shredded the man’s throat in her paroxysms. She leaned forward, one hand on a knee while she used the un-investigated long gun as an impromptu cane, jamming the butt against the floor as she hacked and sputtered.
“Why the FUCK did I do that?!” she exclaimed as soon as she was able to draw enough breath, spitting alien blood from her mouth.
“Maybe expectorate later, boss, you’ve got incoming, looks like they’re taking you seriously, too. 34...no, 38 goons on their way to take you down.”
Grumbling, she straightened and inspected the weapon she’d grabbed off the dead guard. It seemed to just be a bigger, more dangerous looking version of the rifles she’d been taking off their person and realized they’d been using carbines for their standard response team carry. That made more sense than this thing, which had a much longer barrel and a bigger battery...until she spotted a fairly heavy looking casing that she couldn’t immediately identify.
As she started moving, she asked, “Kat, any reason I shouldn’t ditch this in favor of the carbines?”
“Two phrases, two words each,” chirped Katrina through the comms panels nearby, “Dual rails and auto-aiming.”
Katrina’s pronouncement made her realize she wasn’t holding an energy rifle, she was holding a railgun. A double-barreled railgun at that. Auto-aiming would be nice, but if it had fully automatic capability... “Kat, find out how we can get more cartridges for this thing,” she said as she slung it over her shoulder to carry it on her back, “Idiot who was carrying it clearly didn’t realize you don’t bring a long gun to an urban combat setting.”

bl\gl with what plot would you like to see? fm this is a detective story, a thriller, asexuals \ aromatics
OH THIS IS SUCH AN INTERESTING QUESTION!!!!!!
i actually agree with all the ones you listed and in general i'd say i would love to see more plotty shows with grown up characters. we're definitely getting more variety these days, but i really want both BLs and GLs to keep branching out and trying new things (though i do think GLs should be allowed to give us all the highschool and office setting shows they want since we're only just now starting to get some consistent content for the genre). anyway here are some ultra specific shows i would love to see one day!!!!!
(just as a quick note, when i put BL/GL is because i'd like to get that show for both of them)
heist BL. GMMTV made this spot for the LOL fan fest and i've been obsessed with the idea ever since. except you know.... love all these dudes but i actually want women in the cast too. just give me a dozen random characters with weirdly specific abilities coming together to pull off the heist of the century and ending up becoming one big found family with multiple queer pairings!!!!
police procedural BL/GL. you know all those crime shows where the main characters are often two dudes who at first deeply dislike each other so of course they get paired up together and by working together they eventually build an 'epic bromance' (god i hate that term)? YEAH SO WHERE IS THE SHOW WHERE THEY ACTUALLY SMOOCH IT'S ABOUT TIME THAT HAPPENS ME THINK.
revenge plot GL. i don't really have a specific story in mind, i just think female characters should be allowed to commit some crimes, especially if said crimes are carried out against people who wronged them in the past. and while they're busy taking revenge they also find a girlfriend. OR!!!!!! group of girls murders someone and years later it comes to bite them in the ass so they have to cover the thing up and then they all kiss (aka what i wish could have happened in p.s. i hate you).
merman BL. FRANKLY INSANE TO ME THAT THERE'S NO MERMAN BL TO DATE. we could have got this with 49 days with a merman but they didn't make it a BL in the end which is a pity SO YEAH I DEMAND ONE (my dream would be to have forcebook playing this but i'd take anything at this point).
historical BL/GL. i know we're getting a couple of historical BLs this year, but it's so funny to me that both i feel you linger in the air and love upon a time are gonna be about a character from the future traveling back in time. i mean, don't get me wrong, time travel is one of my weaknesses, but also i'd just like an historical show where BOTH characters are from the same time period.
BL/GL with a teacher who doesn't get paired up with a student. sadly this is one of my limits: i don't really get the appeal of teacher/student, especially when we could have teacher/single parent (I NEED IT SO BADLY) or even teacher/teacher (i personally think it would be really interesting to get a university BL/GL but from the point of view of the teachers).
BL/GL exploring other sexualities and gender identities. pretty self explanatory, like you said just give me ace main characters, trans main characters, non-binary main characters, ALL THE DIFFERENT QUEER MAIN CHARACTERS!!!!!!!

If you like

Then try,
Tumblr media
× the way to protect the older brother of the heroine ×
Description
I accidentally took possession of someone in a 19+ reverse harem novel.
The problem is that I became Roxana Agriche, the older sister of the sub-villain. My damn father kidnapped the heroine’s brother. Now, is the only thing left to meet a terrible end from the vengeance of the heroine?
But what if I can avoid that horrible development?
“I’m also interested in this toy.”
“I’ll protect you until you can get out of here safely.”
The heroine’s brother, Cassis Pedalian, will definitely be able to pay me back later.
My note : if you like medea then you will like Roxanne. They aren't totally alike but they give the same vibes.
Tumblr media
All Charlize Ronan ever wanted was to bring honor to her family. But instead, she is forced into becoming a “living sword” — a mere tool for the emperors. It is from this hell that she prays for justice… and awakens in her former body. Now, determined to tear down this horrible empire, Charlize seeks out the young prince, Dylan Blade. She will put him on the throne, not as an honorable ruler, but as a tyrant. It is time for Charlize to tame the one who will bring forth her revenge
My note : I am personally pretty divided on the main couple. They are very dysfunctional, But the female lead is smart and tactical.
Tumblr media
× Resetting lady ×
It is also known as a epic mystery series stuck in a time loop. It's been claimed that every character is important and there a puzzle you have to figure out with our MC.
She has to figure out the reason why she keeps reliving her death over and over.
She does go on a rampage to kill everyone after her 100 death because she tired of being killed. She figures if she kills first and doesn't get killed afterwards she can figure out the murderer.
If it was only that easy.
It always start out in the garden on a raining day but she always die within a year.
However if she killed while holding on something in her hand she carries it with her to her next restart.
Raymond is the only one who has never try to kill her out of all those lives. The MC thinks he must be the main character but after dying so many times she has given up on him as he can never recall their past lives.
Our MC started out with a stutter and painful shyness but now is off her rocker after 100 years of pain. With her painful decision to start killing people the future is finally going on a whole new route she has never been on. Can she now break her cruse and become happy with the one she love?
My note : she is one of the most tragic villianess female lead I have ever seen. She has died, been betrayed, tortured and broken more then 100 times.
She gets to murder everyone. Ya know as a treat.
Tumblr media
× Untouchable lady ×
DESCRIPTION:
“Please, Hilise. Please die in place of Gabrielle.”
My always dignified brother begged me for the first time. He wants me to die for our stepsister, whom we don’t even share a drop of blood with.
“For the first and last time, I ask you this.”
I’ve always been miserable, and there is no exception this time. The seventh time that I was betrayed and killed, I was completely free of lingering feelings.
“I’m glad that you’re a scumbag until the end.”
I won’t be swayed by love anymore. It’s my turn to abandon them first.
My note : by far my favorite female lead. Just like the previous story, she has been broken and died multiple times. Her getting revenge on her father, dumbass brother and whiny sister gives me happiness.

Stature vs. M.O.D.O.K.
I love this fight. My two favorite characters in the movie go at it. It's short and it's silly and yet weirdly poignant nonetheless.
Darren, up to this point, has been brought up a couple of times as a bogeyman of Cassie's past. She vividly remembers the Yellowjacket fight in her bedroom when she was a kid and it haunts her. She doesn't make much of a thing about it but it's clear she's carrying that memory around.
And now she has to fight him. She has to face this spector from her past.
But this isn't a dramatic fight. Rather, it's a ridiculous one. Darren is a ridiculous man. A pathetic little worm unworthy of the years of trauma he inflicted on a little girl. Cassie confronts the ghost haunting her past and she finds out that he is made of paper. He always was.
He's not a monster. He's not an epic villain. He's just a dick. That's all he is. It's all he ever was. By the end of the fight, he's literally begging her to define his self-worth. He has no power over her.

Total Eclipse of the Heart
Lest you think I am a Bonnie Tyler fan due to using 2 of her song titles in the past 8 months, well I am sort of but today is such an epic day how could this blog be called anything else. All you have to do is watch the news to see this is possibly the most important day in our lifetime (not counting the other Eclipses we had the most recent being four years ago) and the consequences of today could be life changing. (wow that was a mouthful)
They say an eclipse can cause people to lose their minds and if the pre-hype is any indication I have to believe them (They?) CNN has an all afternoon coverage planned, and remember these are the same people who just last week during the slight shake they had in New York told viewers that you can't feel earthquakes in the air so they must have important information to pass on to us.
While I am not completely buying into the hype I have altered my personal conduct. Usually I have sent in my income tax by now but I am holding off just in case anarchy ensues and there is no government to collect from me. If nothing happens along those lines I still have 3 weeks to submit (dammit).
The entire process of the eclipse is to last 4 minutes and 18 seconds so naturally biblical scholars have looked it up and Luke 4:18 says 'the Spirit of the Lord is upon me...' There is more but that is all they need to terrify their congregations into giving more money.
Experts are also giving great advice like how to look at the eclipse without looking at it. They say there is a way to hear the eclipse but I imagine that would be as exciting as watching an orchestra with no sound. They offer many ways to do it but it appears that politicians can avoid direct viewing because their heads are up their collective butts all the time so there is no danger of them seeing anything but their own colons.
Back to the scientific, observations of animals in captivity show changes in their habits. Last eclipse baboons and giraffes galloped around in circles. Tortoises looked up to the sky and Gorillas, well they went to take a nap because it was dark. Are these activities caused by the eclipse or do the animals do this every night and we just don't bother to watch them? In any case the gorillas are my heroes now and I might take a chapter from their book.
So what should you do during an eclipse? Here are some plausible pass times.
Play speed hide and seek. Whoever is it only has 4:18 to find you. (The time not the biblical quote)
Some couples are involved in a group marriage ceremony. This might be a good time to slip that sheep you have been eyeing into the mix.
Looting seems to be catching on. This seems like a good opportunity to hone your skills.
Put on a devil costume, carry a spooky looking lamp and terrify people. The minutes of fun for you will give people years of therapy.
Hold the world Marco Polo championships.
Wear that outfit in public your wife hates.
Mimic the gorillas and take a nap at work.
Wherever you are remember that the big ball of fire in the sky will be back shortly.
THOUGHT OF THE WEEK: We can't always control what happens in the world but we do have the ability to control ourselves no matter what comes our way.

Thumbprint Tag
Rules: look back on your work, both past and present, finished and unfinished. What are five to ten narrative elements or tropes that continuously pop up in your work? Give a list of these things!
@on-noon don't mind if I jump on your open tag. I can get soooooo weirdly specific with this...
Oh yes, and I am going to carry on the open tag. Anyone that wants to join may.
Read More because oddly specific requires lots of words--
A female character from a very disadvantaged background (see political prisoner, indentured servant, peasant, enslaved person, poor etc.) who has an unlikely meet cute with someone (male) who turns out to be extremely privileged (see royalty, crazy rich etc.). They become friends. One day she has a really rough day, ends up sick, and he takes care of her (like makes her meals, rubs her shoulders, holds her hair when she throws up etc.). They don't end up dating until a while after this happens. If I had a nickel for every time this shows up in a story I'd have dollars by now.
Two or three female characters that my straight-ass spends years trying to ship with every palatable male character in the story to see if I can make them date. After years without success I finally realize that these characters are lesbians and they were made for each other. When their story arcs get finalized into canon they have an epic friends-to-lovers slow burn romance.
A main female character that, in hindsight, should have been my clue that I had ADHD. Re: talks too fast, says the most random shit, won't shut up, sits weirdly in chairs, really good in a crisis, always waving her hands when she talks, sensory issues galore, no eye contact, last minute queen, always has a song stuck in her head, can list 50 digits of pi but can't remember why the fuck she just walked into that room, and most importantly, me saying about this character, "I feel so relaxed when I write/daydream about her. It's like a release. Like, I can finally be myself and do all the things people think are annoying, but everyone in her life thinks she's funny and likes her energy." Like, you might as well have written MASKING ADHD directly across my forehead.
A monarchy that becomes a republic by the end of the story because I want to write about attractive princes and badass queens/empresses but I am also an anti-monarchist...
A character who was based off an irl friend that lost relevance in the story and got written out, only for me to eventually drift away from that friend or discover that they weren't the friend I thought they were.
Long rants about whatever topic I am learning about in uni at that time (assigned to a particular character for plot reasons). This week's rant was on Populism...
A couple that I decided could never be a couple because the power imbalance and political nonsense was too problematic, who ended up becoming a couple anyways because I have no self-control and them being together was just so *feels*. When all is finalized into canon, these couples get a glorious enemies-to-lovers slow burn that lasts several years and plenty of denial (in homage to my own feelings on the subject).
That moment when a character takes off their disguise and reveals that they are, in fact, a princess, goddess, secret agent etc. in order to save someone's life.
Idk what some of these say about me. idk if I want to know...

Listed: Violin Sect
Tumblr media
Formed in 1980 and disbanded in 1981, the obscure Welsh post-punk band Violin Sect left behind just one seven-inch, “Highdays and Holidays/Rivals,” documenting their brief existence. In fact, they’ve flown so low on the radar since then that they were even overlooked for the Messthetics compilations, the CD series that brought the sounds of the many forgotten and amusingly-named UK DIY bands of their time and ilk to a (relatively) wider audience. This started to change in 2019, however, when Sect bassist Steve Walker posted a couple of previously unreleased songs that he’d dug up to Soundcloud, where Minimum Stacks label head Joe Piccirillo heard them as his label was just getting off the ground. Fast forward to 2023 and we have the Vile Insect 12-inch, featuring all four songs from the band’s short life transferred from the original ¼" tapes. The result, to Andrew Forrell of Dusted’s ears, is a mix of “dubby rhythms, scratchy post-punk guitar, whimsy and skepticism,” able to stand with Scritti Politti’s “Skank Bloc Bologna” and Swell Maps “Read About Seymour.” And thanks to this release, it’s finally in a position to reach the audience it deserves.
Although Walker’s bandmates — Steve Jinks (guitar), Phil Rimmell (drums) and Hywel Pontin (percussion and backing vocals) — were unavailable to take part, Walker has assembled a list of some of his favorite music, art and literature from his 67 years on earth for Dusted. “A snapshot within a snapshot,” if you will.
The Raincoats
youtube
I was lucky enough to catch a London gig by the Raincoats in 1979 around the time they released their first single. This year Gina Birch (bass/vocals), also 67, has released her first solo album, I Play My Bass Loud, and it’s been worth the wait. Here’s an early one from the first Raincoats LP, though.
Mica Levi — “Lips”
youtube
I got the same sort of excitement when I first heard Mica Levi, together with their bandmates in Micachu and the Shapes. Their work has continued to grow and encompasses other genres such as film soundtracks (e.g., Jackie).
Sufjan Stevens — “Video Game”
youtube
I first became aware of Sufjan Stevens with the release of Illinois and caught him at the end of his UK tour promoting it at King’s College London with a pared-down (although still with those wondrous wings) extra gig. In later years he was in Bristol on the Carrie & Lowell tour. Sublime. Here’s a later track with fabulous dancing.
Saul Leiter — In No Great Hurry: 13 Lessons in Life
youtube
I’ve spent a lifetime as a specialist nurse supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities to maintain and develop their independence together with practicing as a part time psychotherapist for the general public, within the UK’s National Health Service. During this time, I’ve drawn, painted, made music but mainly taken photos (since I was a kid with a darkroom). Maybe there’ll be an exhibition of my own one day but, like Saul Leiter, I’m used to “postponing things and seeing no reason to be in a rush.” For me, his exhibitions and photobooks have a magical quality that validate and inspire all at the same time.
Ivor Cutler
youtube
Ivor Cutler always had my heart but here’s an epic that didn’t feature on his own albums.
Angeline Morrison — The Sorrow Songs: Folk Songs of Black British Experience
youtube
In 2022 Angeline Morrison released an astonishing album… I’m afraid that I can’t stop myself recommending it to people! If you get a chance…
Paul Wright — Arcadia
youtube
Arcadia is a short film that explores Britain’s relationship with the earth, its secret pasts, hidden histories and collective amnesia using old film and TV footage in an exhilarating fashion.
Wet Leg — “Chaise Longue,” live at the BRIT Awards, 2023
youtube
A performance from the here and now, incorporating the past with the present in a truly WTF moment at the Brits!
Gretchen Gerzina — Black England
Tumblr media
Books… so many books! So, here’s what I’m currently reading.
Anthony Gormley — Another Place
Tumblr media
Finally… if ever in Liverpool, visit Crosby Beach and experience Antony Gormley’s sculpture. It consists of 100 cast iron figures facing towards the sea, (gradually becoming encrusted with barnacles, etc.) all modeled on Gormley’s own naked body.

Bruce Wayne: Murderer/Fugitive.
Well, THAT was certainly an event. It’s odd. Part of it felt like it was dragging in places, but there was also a bunch of standout issues.
What worked for me? It rustled up a bunch of tensions inside the Bat family. It’s the first event since No Man’s Land that has Cass as a central part of the inner circle. It also spent some time balancing inner and outer circle concerns and concealing identities (though this wasn’t 100% effective - there were a couple of occasions you could completely read the situation as ‘Dinah knows’). People talked to each other (big proponent of this!).
We had some interesting team ups (Dick and Cass staging the break in together was the best of these; they were showing off very different detective skills of which both were needed).
It was also a MESSY event. It sort of slopped all over most of 2002, but there were essential parts that weren’t in listed books (why is Batman #604 not listed as part of the event? The final page is Bruce having his realisation “I am Bruce Wayne”!) and listed books that spent half the story continuing their own plot lines. (Also I didn’t care about the contaminated drugs storyline sorry)
Sasha Bordeaux’s sections were good but completely divorced from anything else happening. ‘Tec #775 was very necessary, though I’m going to chalk parts of it up to “Bruce is very good at lying/performing emotions in final moments” rather than his actual emotions.
Overall standout was Gotham Knights #26, due to it being the reactions of all those in the know about “did Bruce do it?”. Robin #99’s follow up was not quite as good but solid, as well as being hilarious in that anyone felt J. Devlin Davenport needed serious investigation as the culprit.
I also really loved Batgirl #29 and the crime reenactment. Just really clever, with specific payoffs once you know the solution to the mystery.
Batman #600 was also extremely cathartic as we all needed to yell at Bruce for being an idiot for the past, oh, year of comics since Officer Down. He’d totally been letting the rest of the family carry the burden since then and sulking on his own (Three events in a ROW where the investigation has been a Babs-Dick co-led investigation, Bruce. It’s like you’re not essential around here).
This was definitely an event that rewarded knowing all the idiots (affectionate) involved well. I would not recommend this as a starter storyline; while you get a lot of characterisation time about how various people feel about Bruce, it’s also got a lot of wider universe moving parts AND is hard to follow clearly (even in trades, from what I’ve read).
Also the three way Cain v Deadshot v Batman fight scene was epic in all the best ways for three highly trained men who have overlapping skillsets and EXTREMELY different priorities.
I do love the payoff that the only reason all this went down like it did was because the worst possible person was hired to do the frame job, and so the whole plot was the collision of two VERY different sets of priorities. Change one aspect (the original goal; who was hired; Bruce being the target) and it would have fallen out SO differently.
(Also I could write an epic about how Cass and David Cain’s communication and expression of love/family to each other is physical violence, but ah, I’m just going to happily sigh over ANOTHER scene where Cass just destroys her father and he lies there in defeat proud of her. It fucks me up inside every time)

My entry: "Unveiling The Guided Path: Tracing My Ancestry, Unraveling the Franks and Viking Blood, and Uncovering the Biblical Significance of the Number 12 and Revelation Chapter 13." - Aressida. 12.4.24.
"I am being guided as I discover my lineage, my heritage with the Franks, viking blood, and much more, then understand the significance of the biblical number 12 and the Book of Revelation, particularly chapter 13, as revealed to me by God.
Tumblr media
As a dedicated digital soldier, faithfully carrying out my duty, I found myself immersed in a whirlwind of events that unfolded since last February.
The enigmatic voice that beckoned me, like a siren in the night, led me deeper into the recesses of my mind. A sense of forgotten grandeur permeated the air, as shadows danced and played with my senses.
With each step I took into the darkness, my senses sharpened, heightening my awareness. In the distance, a mysterious light flickered, pulsing with an intensity beyond comprehension. It emanated from a beautifully crafted stone, hidden in the shroud of night. Its allure drew me in, as if it held a secret locked away for centuries.
As I stared, captivated by the stone's artistry, a profound sense of familiarity washed over me. It was as if I had encountered this object before, in a time long past. The question lingered in my mind, "Why does this feel so familiar?" Unable to resist any longer, I extended my hand, reaching out to touch its cold surface.
And in that moment, an electric surge coursed through me, sending a shiver down my spine. The word and image of the "Inguz" echoed in my mind, a symbol of new beginnings and growth.
After all this time, I finally understand the entire connection, I comprehend it now.
As I delved into the history and heritage of my ancestors, I became captivated by the remarkable qualities that have been passed down through a couple of lineages, qualities that shape who I am today and will be passed on to my daughters.
One such attribute that resonates deeply within me is the ability to cast out demons from humans and beyond, utilizing the power of the Holy Spirit. Through this extraordinary gift, I have come to understand my true calling, rooted in the legacy of my ancestors.
Tumblr media
Within me, I carried the unyielding spirit passed down through my thousand year ancestral bloodlines, tracing back to the famous Vikings, Allemagne, Merovingians, Normans, Montague, Montgomery clan, and Frankish predecessors.
As I reflect on the amalgamation of virtues, attributes, and characteristics that exist within me, I recognize the indomitable spirit of a true warrior. The impressions left by my illustrious ancestry, marked by mastery of the seas, thirst for knowledge, audacious expeditions, and fearless exploration, have deeply permeated my being. Their profound mythologies, decentralized political systems, and warrior traditions have shaped my identity.
But I did not stop there in my quest for self-discovery.
It was within my ancestry’s chivalric codes that I found solace, the values of loyalty, valor, and honor resonated within me. The knights of old, with their unwavering commitment to these chivalric principles, stood as shining examples of what it meant to carry oneself with dignity and integrity.
And then there were the formidable warriors and skilled administrators laid the foundation for decentralized governance, a rich tapestry of mythologies, the principles of chivalry, the flourishing of robust monarchies, and the ever-expanding reach of Christianity.
The whispers of my ancestral heritage grew louder, urging me to embrace the vastness of my lineage and embark on a journey of self-discovery over the course of time.
I answered the call.
Rooted in my unwavering faith, I heeded the call, knowing that I was but a small fragment within an infinite epic - a saga intertwined with the dreams, aspirations, and legacies of those who came before me.
Driven by an insatiable desire to inspire others and awaken the dormant potential within us all, both in our earthly ancestry and spiritual inheritance, I resolved to uncover the greater purpose God has laid before me.
Through these revelations, my understanding deepened, clarifying my responsibility to honor my heritage and the traditions that have shaped me.
Each step I take now becomes an unmistakable testament to the transformative power of unwavering devotion to the Christian faith, a solemn tribute to the noble lineage of my forebears.
I am grateful to God for revealing my heritage.
And despite all the discoveries I made, my exploration led me to stumble upon the biblical significance of the number 12 and thereafter, the Book of Revelation, specifically Chapter 13.
The increasing perversion of the political agenda in the world is troubling. It is important for Christians to recognize that these events are prophetically foretold.
The New World Order is a one-world system that many people, including our loved ones, may unwittingly idolize. All of this is foretold. The emergence of a single global leader with the power to create a global economy, government, religion, and military might has already taken place, and Satan is already quietly influencing and infecting them.
These things that are happening in front of us are proof that these predictions are coming true. It's been addressed and prophesied over.
Through this newfound knowledge, I feel I have gained a glimpse into what lies ahead. Therefore, I strongly urge everyone else to engage in this same pursuit of understanding. By delving into these texts, we can shed light on the future and equip ourselves with the knowledge we need to navigate the days to come.
“Dear Heavenly Father, We come before You today, humbled and seeking Your intercession. We lift up our hearts, minds, and souls to You. In these uncertain times, we pray for all people around the world. In the midst of this global crisis, help us to hold fast to our faith and trust in Your divine plan. Remind us of Your promises, that You are with us, even in our darkest moments. We ask for your healing touch upon those who are sick, providing strength and comfort to their bodies and minds. Provide them with the resources, support, and encouragement they need to persevere. Father, we also lift up our prayers for unity and understanding among all people. May Your love be a guiding force in our interactions, breaking down barriers and fostering empathy and compassion. We offer these intentions and prayers to You, knowing that You hear us and will answer according to Your perfect will. We place our hope and trust in You, our loving and merciful God. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.” "

Popularity poll predictions
The voting period was in August, so here’s my guess for how it will all go down
Number 1 will obviously be Bakugo. The voting was right when he was having an epic fight and then supposedly died, so I think he will definitely get first place.
Second and third are kind of a toss up for me. I feel like second will probably be Shoto simply because Deku wasn’t around enough to justify second place, and there was no anime to influence votes this year. Meanwhile, Shoto had done some cool stuff a couple months prior to the voting.
However, since this may be the last poll ever, it's possible that Deku fans will rally together and try to get him up there, but my gut it telling me Shoto will beat him. Deku is still the main character though, so of course he will be at least third place.
I won’t even try to guess the order of the other top 10, but here is who I think will appear (in no particular order)
Iida, Kirishima, Aizawa (because they are always there, regardless of what's happening in the story)
Hawks and Endeavor (because of their cool fight with AFO and because they always rank pretty highly)
Tokoyami? (because of the fight with AFO)
Someone really random
As for non top 10…
All Might will probably do quite well. Definitely not top 10 but probably top 15.
I think Dabi will place really highly, and like last year he may be the highest ranked villain. I wouldn’t be surprised if he cracks the top 10, but if he doesn’t I could see him in the top 15. The reason I’m not confident in him being in the top 10 is because had been a while between voting period and his chapters, so the hype may have died down when people voted. Then again, he managed to get 16th last year based on nothing but the residual hype from his reveal, so you never know.
I think Jiro will see a boost (because of AFO), but I don’t think she will make top 10 either. She would have had to garner a lot of fans really quickly to get that big of a boost.
Despite not appearing a lot, I think Uraraka will be the highest ranked girl by virtue of being the “main girl”. I don’t think she will make top 10 either though.
I could see AFO ranking really highly but I also don’t know what the reception for him has been in Japan. Like yes he had gotten a lot of screen time, but do people like him?
I have no idea what the reception to Shigaraki has been. He is technically not himself, but his past popularity may be enough to carry him to a somewhat respectable spot? I don't know. Like I said, I think Dabi will rank highest out of the villains this year. Shigaraki just… hasn’t been himself and I have no idea how Japanese fans have felt about that.
I hope Shindo outplaces Shigaraki by exactly 1 spot again because that would be so funny
