I love Toothless so much as a disabled dragon. Literally some of the coolest dragon rep in any media ever and he's canonically disabled from almost the first moment we see him on screen. And he's a badass. And it's part of him (they don't ignore it! It's a big deal if his prosthetics aren't working properly!) and it just makes him cooler. Don't even get me started about Hiccup's prosthetics literally interlocking with Toothless's--

I love Anni’s Manwhore AU for EPIC with my whole heart but at the same time, as a Telemachus fictionkin, half the time my immediate reaction is “slay, dad” “NO FATHER-“

Hmmmmm something like (he/they?) genderfluid (kinda, because of the six human souls) color.

He probably deals with a lot of gender dysphoria. On top of that, possibly also species dysphoria—because not only were the souls human children with human bodies and when one is especially present, color feels more like a human than a monster, throw in dragonkin color and the body they have is just not it.

Given that his creator has drawn him dressing “masc” before (a suit), and has approved of him dressing more feminine (drawn in a dress), that could also come into play here.

He also tends to dress more for comfort than style, but things like baggy shorts/pants and shirts could also play into his discomfort with his physical form and its appearance; and gnc fashionista (potentially genderqueer) killer (who also deals with species dysphoria, especially cathearted angelkin killer and the general idea of dissociation and trauma causing a disconnect from one’s body), cross dressing epic, potentially trans cross, and genderless Kin and Beats from the Abyss Team, all gradually help color with these things.

Delta and Beta, with their connection from their absorbed soul, could also potentially experience species dysphoria when they’re particularly “blended.”

There’s also people on the outskirts of the friend group like he/they ink.

tbh I couldn’t for the life of me pick a color palette I liked And Render it so I gave up on color. Enjoy the half assery.

Tbh I’ve just been call it Ithacan Naga, but it’s objectively it’s a mix of snake, owl/bird, and human. So 🤷.

Tbh the wings are supposed to be white/gray-brown, cause owls & Hermes, while his scales are supposed to be an oscillating scale from sea green-blue to purple-tinted gray. Uhm. Evidently that sorta didn’t happen but also did. So.

The purple/grayer scales are gonna be more around with the feathers and wings.

Those fin colors are. Too blue and too bright but I love the colors themselves so they’re staying for now.

Uhm. That’s it for now, ig. I’m sorta on a timer rn and I’m tired so <3

A thing I love about Color and Killer’s relationship is that, due to the nature of the Multiverse and how Nightmare replaces Killers, you can have many different dynamics with them in a sorta linear fashion and it’d still make complete sense.

The only one who would remember and have lived these complete experiences—growing, learning, changing, progressing and regressing—would be Color, and the six souls inside him—and the ones who always see the effects and the aftermath being Color’s friends and teammates— Epic, Delta, Abyss, Beats, Kin, the rest of the Abyss Team, etc.

even if they don’t know the full exact details of how good or how bad things got or could get between Color, Killer, and even Nightmare—only seeing the aftermath, the effects on Color and the souls, never full details and only tidbits Color is willing to share or the souls urge him—if not make him—share. Especially if Color makes it a point to keep them hidden and out of it, for their own safety.
