heya, I would really like a match up if it's not a bother! :3

I'm a trans masc polyromantic asexual who uses he/him pronouns and is questioning his romantic orientation. The only thing I know about it for sure is that I'm demiromantic.

Anyway, I'm a pretty open, creative person or try to be, even though it's pretty hard with my social anxiety. When I overcome my fears and feel comfortable with friends, I'm very energetic and loud with a very stupid humour XD I also play an instrument (the flute lol), like to practice art, read and write things like storys or poems and play videogames! The most current video games that I play are stuff like Stardew Valley, Minecraft, Animal crossing and Sims 4, but if I would have the money I would definitely also play doom or similar. Flaws of mine are my huge insecurities and me being a people pleaser who always puts others needs over his. I also have the bad habit of bottling up my emotions due to past trauma and mental illness, what lead to me being so distanced of emotions that I feel uncomfortable near highly emotional people.

I would like an significant other to be at least somewhat understanding and being able to deal with my abandonment anxiety and constant need for reassurance, they also should be able to laugh with me over the stupidest shit and open to just enjoying the presence of each other while both do their own thing, especially when my social battery runs out. Things I hate in people are arrogance, ignorance and not willing to communicate properly because I think communication is the most important thing!

Okay, I'm sorry it got so long, I'm almost done I promise ;-;

Deal-breakers would be not being able to communicate, overstepping boundaries and purposefull triggering, anything else doesn't come to mind :)

Since I don't know what pet peeve means because I'm not a native English speaker, I'll just skip that question lol

I also never thought about my future, since mental health is kinda bad right now, so, uh, I guess alive and somewhat successful? xD

I. LOVE. BIRDS. I swear to god even as a child I obsessed over them and I love every single one of them. On a close second place are rats, I have two that are named Frisk and Chara (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*.✧

My favourite food is ramen, especially if it's spicy! I live for spicy food and can barely enjoy a meal without it at least burning my tounge XD

I hope you can get somewhere with this vague description and I hope my English wasn't to bad, have a great evening/day :D

The choice was quite complicated! There's a lot of people you could have had : UT Sans, UT Papyrus, OT Sans or even Ink. But one got a better score with two more points and it's....

DISBELIEF PAPYRUS (Delta) !

He's also very creative, energetic and loud, despite being a little shy at first. He has bad social anxiety too due to past traumas and his entire relationship is based on communication. After what he lived with Sans, he has a need to know when something is wrong. Delta is a good listener too and his advices are usually very pertinent. He is highly empathic, sometimes emotional. He is kind, gentle, patient, and knows when he needs to shut up or give space to someone.

He's a very supportive boyfriend and loves culture. He doesn't like reading very much, but music is more his thing. He likes to give motivationnal tips to help you getting inspired, even if he can be a little playful if you're ignoring him for too long. He's a casual video games player, and matches your interests since he likes peaceful games where you can build things.

He always find the good words when you need reassurance or when you have insecurities. He tries his best to be here for you and he is happy when you're happy. He doesn't even ask anything in return, he thinks it's just a normal thing to do and he doesn't want to be a bother with his story.

He's not good with arrogant people either, so it's fine on this point. He can sometimes be ignorant, but he loves to learn new things and can get funnily really exciting about details. He's less close minded that the classic version on humor, and if you're really pushing him, he can let go really good puns too. He likes birds and spicy food, even if they are not his favorite, and he has things to make you discover too. However, he's really observant, and if you're really passionate about birds, he might surprise you with safaris and nice spots when you can watch them.

He's a nice peaceful guy and he will be happy to share some time with you!

“I’m going after Jakotsu.”

It was said with such confidence—the confidence of a man who had not just been struggling to keep himself from getting sliced to pieces by an undead murderer that kept trying to flirt with him—that Luna just had to wonder if it was really Inuyasha saying it. (It was, of course. She was just being sarcastic.)

“That’s funny, I thought I just heard you say you were going after that psychopath.” Luna said to the half-demon. She idly pulled her hair down from her ponytail and began to weave it into a loose braid.

“I am!” Inuyasha said, indignant. “He couldn’t have gotten far.”

“Yes, but Inuyasha,” Miroku interjected, “aren’t you worried about that poisonous gas?”

“Whaddya mean?”

Thoughtful, Miroku glanced off in the direction where they’d encountered the first of the Band of Seven. The cloud had almost entirely dispersed, but if you looked hard enough, you could still see wisps of the toxic smoke drifting into the sky. “Well, Jakotsu seemed to know something about it.”

“You’re right…” Inuyasha said, “You think it’s another member of the Band of Seven?”

“Could be…” Sango mused, “but didn’t Jakotsu seem to be in danger himself? Why would a member of his own team endanger him?”

“Infighting?” Luna guessed, running her fingers through the tangles in her hair. “They’re ruthless mercenaries, I wouldn’t expect them to be one big bloodthirsty family… Unless…” She tilted her head, trailing off in thought.

“Unless what…?” Kagome asked, looking at her sister in concern.

Luna paused another second, still deep in thought as she began to weave her hair into a loose braid. “I mean… If Jakotsu knows the guy? He probably knew that there was still time to avoid the poison. He did tell Inuyasha to get out of the way, remember.” Only Inuyasha, but still.

Inuyasha turned away from the rest of them, uncrossing his arms. “Whatever the case, I’m not letting him get away. You all stay here, and stay safe.”

“Don’t do anything stupid!” Luna called after him as he ran off.

“You’re one to talk.” Ai snorted, earning her a gentle kick from the Hunter sitting next to her.

Kagome stood from where she’d been rifling through her bag, holding a nearly-empty plastic bottle. “Ah, we’re almost out of water… I think I saw a well on our way over here, I’m gonna go fill this up.”

Luna arched an eyebrow at her sister. “Is going off on your own a good idea when there’s a bunch of killer zombies in the area?”

Kagome sighed, smiling back at her. “I’ll be fine, it’s not far. Shippo, why don’t you come with me?” Shippo grinned and jumped into Kagome’s bike basket as she got it on the road. “You should show Sango your crossbow, Luna.”

“Crossbow?” Sango asked.

“Ah, yes, I’m actually interested in seeing how it works up close,” Miroku said, “I saw you use it on Jakotsu, it was impressive.”

Luna smiled and shook her head. “Alright, be safe, Kagome.” She hoisted up the crossbow to show her friends how the arms unfolded, getting a little chuckle out of it when the two of them jumped.

“It does that all on its own?” Sango asked as Luna handed it over to her. She was unsure where to hold it for a second, but Luna showed her how.

“Yep, they’re spring-loaded, so they just pop out,” Luna explained.

Luna went on to answer all sorts of questions about it, and while Sango and Miroku (and even Kilala) seemed interested in the strange contraption, Ai had heard it all before, when Luna had first returned to this world with it. She stretched herself out, her tail fluffing itself out as she curled up against a warm rock. Mmm… warm… Her eyelids began to droop as she got comfortable there; it had been such an exhausting day already…

But as she was about to drift off, she took a deep breath, and a rancid smell hit her nose. She jolted upright with a disgusted hiss, trying to find where the smell was coming from.

“Ai?” Luna asked, “What’s up?”

Kilala seemed to pick up on the scent too—something foul was drifting in the air. The elder cat demon transformed into her full form, and Ai stood, hair bristling.

“Something doesn’t smell right.”

Luna picked up on the tension right away, and her thoughts immediately went to her sister. “God damnit, Kagome...” She hissed, going to her backpack and rifling through it.

“Kagome’s in trouble?” Miroku stood, worried.

“The smell’s coming from the same direction she went,” Ai said.

“And the smell could be that person with the poison,” Sango had already grabbed Hiraikotsu and was putting on her Slayer’s mask. “We don’t wanna take any chances—it’s too bad I only have one of these…”

“No worries, I’ve got these. Here, Miroku.” Luna pulled a medical mask out of her kit to hand it to her friend. “It won’t do much, but it’ll at least keep you from inhaling anything.”

“Thank you, Luna—what about you?”

Luna held up something from her bag: her own mask. It was a military-grade gas mask with a clear face shield, modified to fit a Hunter’s needs. “This one’s mine. It’s made specifically for Hunters like me,” She said as she slipped it over her head. She was well aware that to the locals she might look like a demon, but fuck if she cared; her sister was in danger. The first thing in hand was her crossbow, and she grabbed her ammo bag as she was taking off running.

As it turned out, they were right to call the masks, but Luna certainly didn’t expect to find an entire village choked with poison like a deadly mist. It was barely past lunchtime, and they’d already seen so much death—it was disheartening to see bodies strewn everywhere. But through the mist, they could see Shippo rolling on the ground and coughing, Kagome crouched on her hands and knees, and some weird little figure looming over her. (Well, maybe looming was a strong word. The guy was like three feet tall.)

Sango didn’t hesitate to swing Hiraikotsu; the first swing shattered the poison bottle in the creep’s hand.

“Stay back!” Shouted the little toad of a man.

“Like hell I will,” Luna snarled, aiming her crossbow at the poison master. “Step away from my sister. Now.”

Shippo was finally able to scramble to his feet, and, unsure of what else to do, proclaimed: “I’ll go get Inuyasha!” and took off running.

“Ai, go with him!” Luna said to her friend. The Bakeneko hesitated a moment, worried, but then shifted into her full form and took off after the young fox demon.

“He had to be the one behind the smoke,” Miroku said, of the poison master, “Which means he must be another member of the Band of Seven!”

The laugh that exited the little man made Luna want to vomit. “Yes! I am Mukotsu, Poison Master!”

“Then tell me, Mukotsu, someone must have resurrected you all,” Miroku continued. “Is Naraku behind all this?”

“Hehehehehe, couldn’t tell you! You’ll have to ask the Captain…” He trailed off, reaching back into the little box he was carrying on his back and quickly retrieving another bottle of poison. “Should you survive, that is!”

Luna wasn’t about to give him another second to unplug the bottle. She tried to step toward her sister again, but she only got to fire once before her vision was blocked by powerful black smoke that ejected towards them. Kilala—completely unaffected by the poison, it seemed—jumped in front of Luna to block the bulk of it.

“NO!” Luna shouted, trying to see around the giant Nekomata, “Kagome!”

Luna felt the crushing weight of helplessness almost immediately. That was her sister, helpless and about to pass out, and she couldn’t help. She couldn’t see, couldn’t move, couldn’t do… anything.

It was less than a minute until the smoke cleared, but it felt like an eternity. When she could see again, it only confirmed what she already knew: her sister had been taken. She knew her mask would’ve filtered out whatever the poison was made of, but her legs were still shaking. Not with pain, not with shock… but with pure, unbridled anger. Her lungs could only draw in sharp, furious breaths.

Lock it up, she told herself. She focused the energy buzzing around in her head on keeping herself contained—as best she could. Her face was solid as stone, and she snapped into work mode. She needed to make sure Sango and Miroku were okay—she could just see them again through the dissipating smoke. She looked them both over quickly, trying to make sure they hadn’t been affected.

“We’re alright, are you okay?” Sango asked her, “Where’s Kagome?”

“Gone.” Luna said flatly. “Let’s move. That little freak couldn’t have taken her far.”

“We should go back to where we were first,” Miroku suggested. “I have a feeling we are going to need the rest of both of your supplies.”

When Kagome regained consciousness, she was in a completely different place. Her vision was still blurry—all she could make out was a wooden floor beneath her, and a hearth a few feet away. She tried to reach up to rub her eyes, but her arm wouldn’t move. She blinked, but her eyelids were so heavy. That was the only movement she could manage, and it was like trying to lift blocks of concrete.

My body… I can’t move…! She could feel her heart pounding in terror. She was trapped, in the worst way possible.

That guy—the “Poison Master” guy—he was a member of the Band of Seven. He’d done something… She could hear him, a few feet away from her, cackling in a way that made her stomach turn.

“We’re surrounded by a barrier of poisonous gas,” He uttered as he moved closer to her, “no one can disturb us!”

If she could move her face, she would have winced in disgust. This guy was creepy to the extreme—she knew in the back of her mind that if Luna were here, she would’ve kicked the absolute crap out of him. Kagome wanted to, too, but…

The Poison Master—Mukotsu, that’s what his name was, wasn’t it?—he kept chuckling as he grabbed Kagome’s chin. “Such a rare beauty—I’m so fortunate getting married to such a pretty girl~”

MARRIED? Kagome felt sick.

“You see, believe it or not,” Mukotsu reached up to remove the cloth mask covering most of his face, “there are some that find me unattractive.”

And no wonder, she thought as she was able to take in his full visage. He looks like a toad!

Kagome had no option but to physically abide by the “bridal preparations”; she felt like a ragdoll. It was humiliating. Surely her friends were coming—lord knows Luna would tear the countryside apart just by herself to find her, and if Shippo went to get Inuyasha? Kagome knew she was going to be okay, eventually, but she wasn’t about to just sit here and let this creep treat her like an object.

I have to find a way out of here, she thought, resolute. But how…?

She couldn’t move her head more than a little, but as Mukotsu was trying to dance her around for a “Marriage Ceremony” (gross), she caught sight of something glinting in his neck.

That has to be a Jewel Shard! If I can just get it somehow… Now she had to figure out how she was going to do that. Thankfully, the Universe provides. Mukotsu returned her to the floor after their “marriage dance”, this time directly facing the hearth, and she saw her opportunity: sticking upright out of the ashes was the fire poker. Now if I can just grab it...

Then, like a miracle, help finally arrived. “Arrived”, meaning “crashed through the roof”, but her friends and her sister arrived all the same.

“Kagome!” She heard Sango’s voice first, right next to her. Her friend helped her roll over, and from there Kagome could see her sister and Miroku: Luna had her crossbow ready to fire, pointed at Mukotsu—and she had on this odd-looking mask. Something from her arsenal, no doubt.

“Kagome, are you alright?!” That was Miroku.

There was a click as Luna drew back the crossbow’s string, ready to fire. “Get the fuck away from my sister.” Her voice was gravely steady—she almost didn’t sound like herself.

“How dare you interrupt our wedding ceremony!” Mukotsu grabbed one of his poison jars.

“Oh, so you wanna die, then!” Luna snarled.

Sango stood, quickly drawing her katana and brandishing Hiraikotsu like a shield. “Luna, leave him to me! Get Kagome away!”

No time to argue. Luna growled and stooped to grab her sister, just as Mukotsu unleashed the contents of the jar. Kagome watched Sango and Miroku stagger back, before Luna rolled her out of the way.

As the poison billowed around the room, Kagome felt her fingers regain some motor control. As her sister pulled up the hood of her flannel shirt to try to shield them from the cloud, Kagome managed to tug on it.

“The Shard…” Kagome managed to utter. “In… his neck…”

She saw the realization in Luna’s face, and the older girl nodded. “Got it, aim for the throat. Try to hold your breath, sis, I’ll have everyone out of here in a sec.”

“Those masks of yours won’t help!” Gloated the Poison Master, “This poison enters through the eyes and skin!”

“God damnit!” Kagome could only watch as her sister swore and staggered. Sango and Miroku had already fallen to the floor, and Luna was clearly not going to last much longer, either.

I have to help! Steeling her resolve, Kagome forced her hands to move. Come on, body… move! She pushed herself up just enough to grab the poker from the fireplace.

Luna refused to crumble. She stood between her sister and Mukotsu, stumbling and shaking but still able to raise her crossbow. But with her arms getting weaker by the second, aiming steadily was getting pretty damn hard. Still, if she could just hit the bastard…

She was only able to let off one bolt, and the force of it sent her staggering backwards, until she stumbled into the wall and hit the floor. She felt sick; she doubled over onto her hands and knees, her vision drifting between blurry and straight up red. She was not going to be defeated by this lowlife.

You keep fighting, kid. No matter what happens, you keep fighting.

The voice echoed in the back of her mind, a voice she knew all too well. Her arms couldn’t hold her up anymore, but as she watched Mukotsu get closer to her sister again, she pushed herself away from the wall. Tears in her eyes, she struggled a few feet across the floor on her stomach to grab her crossbow again. She saw her sister, finally getting her strength back, stab the motherfucker in the throat. She wanted to cheer for her, but that would have to wait.

Mukotsu smacked Kagome back to the floor, which only fueled Luna’s rage. Her crossbow was ready to fire—but damn, she couldn’t see through the cloud of poison! It was starting to fog up the face shield on her mask, making it even harder to aim. But with the fucking creep trying to choke her baby sister out, she had to fight.

Dammit!

Luna took a deep breath, ripped the mask off, and got in position to aim—which was a tall order. Everything was fuzzy and she was mere seconds from passing out. She saw the light of the jewel shard (was that what that weird glow was?) and aimed for it. She only had one shot, it had to be enough. She hoped it would be enough. She let the bolt loose… and heard Mukotsu cry out.

She could barely see, barely breathe, barely move—but… wait… that glow wasn’t the Jewel Shard after all, was it? This glow was a sickly sort of green. And there was a lot of white behind it. Was she… was she seeing things? Was that….

“Kags…” Her voice was weak as she tried to crawl toward her.

“Luna…!” Kagome was still just as weak, but managed to shift toward her sister.

“Tell me, is Inuyasha here?”

Kagome turned back toward the powerful demon who stood over them, completely unaffected by the cloud of poison. Luna followed her gaze, and for a second she thought she was hallucinating; she could’ve sworn, even in her delirium, that she saw the bolt she fired buried deep in Sesshomaru’s shoulder. The end of it was letting off little sparks of purple light that quickly faded—but Luna’s vision was finally going out. She could hear her sister calling her name one more time before she fully passed out and crumpled to the wood floor.

May you tell what are you watching in the spring anime season 2020? (I can guess that it was hard to keep up with because of all the distance education and cancellations, but maybe few shows got their chance) btw I am hoping you will pass your exams and I am wishing everything good:)

Here we go:

1. Kakushigoto

Absolutely wholesome, cute, funny and has likeable characters and art style!

2. BNA

I think, I'm a furry now. The designs give me huge nostalgia for Little Witch Academia (studio Trigger, I know) and I love it! Animation, plot, characters, music 10/10.

3. My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom!

At first, I didn't even have faith in this anime. But, oh man, I was wrong. I'm enjoying it very much. (ﾉ´ヮ`)ﾉ*: ･ﾟMC doesn't even bother me with the fact that she can't see that everyone has a crush on her. She just has a more important issue to deal with... not to die!

4. Yesterday wo Utatte

It's so melancholic. It's relaxing but also gives anxiety of how all their relationships will end up. Also, Rou Hayakawa feels relatable (as an artist).

5. Kitsutsuki Tanteidokoro

It has some charm, but I can't say that I'm enjoying it as mush as other shows. Hope I'm not the only one who ships Ishikawa with Kindachi. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

New seasons:

6. Kaguya-sama: Love Is War (season 2)

I'm watching it with my sister and we end up laughing so hard. Love this show and the animation is stunning. o(>ω<)o

7. Ascendance of a Bookworm (season 2)

I was sold on this anime after Mother's Basement made a video about it. It's interesting to watch an anime about bookmaking (they did woodcut, will we see etching?:))).

8. Fruits Basket (season 2)

I didn't watch the old anime, so I don't have nostalgia for it. As a new viewer, I can say this show is interesting and has more chill atmosphere (even though there is drama, I'm feeling relaxed :')).

‘...Though the Spooktober month may have passed, some of us still got plenty of Halloween candy to finish...’

A belated Halloween squigglustration just in time for Spooktember featuring my favourite fox kwami, Trixx from the Miraculous K-SQUAD. Since I’m Trinidadian and Halloween isn’t really a national holiday or a big deal in my part of the world, that gives me the golden opportunity to celebrate it whenever I want, right? So I’m continuing the spooky fun in November.

I am quite pleased with how this turned out. Very pleased. It is one of the rare occasions where you start off with a rough concept and the end product is exactly, or even better than you originally envisioned. Another personal best ♥

As some of you who follow my ML squiggs might know, I sometimes like to cosplay the kwamis in costumes inspired by characters from other series. Can you guess who Trixx dressed as for this year’s Halloween? I’ll give you small hint. It’s not Renard Rouge but it is another fox-themed super hero from a popular magical girl series just like Miraculous.

Whats your opinion on the headcanon that bakugou is hard of hearing because of how loud his explosions are? If you dont mind my asking

I think I answered this q on this blog already? Maybe? But anyway, I don’t exactly mind it, but I can’t say I share the headcanon myself - for one, because I’m of the opinion that their bodies are built to withstand a safe use of their quirks (a bit like you can’t break a leg by simply walking, you know), so in general I’m not a fan of headcanons that include damages caused by simply doing what their bodies were born to do?

But also because generally, even under the assumption that his body isn’t made to hold up with his explosions, isn’t it awfully convenient how only his ears take damage in these scenarios? What about his eyes? How come he can still see with no problems even with the continuous exposure to the explosions’ light? How about his hair? How come he can stand so close to fire without it ever being damaged by it? His palms have thicker skin and we know that thanks to his UA file, but what about the rest of his body? How come he can stand smack in the middle of an Howitzer Impact without getting even slightly burnt? When you say “only his ears aren’t made to withstand his explosions” what you’re telling me is that his whole body is tailord to deal with his quirk but his ears, and that just feels unrealistic to me - by which I mean, when this is the scenario we’re talking about, you can’t give the fault of the damage to Bakugou’s quirk. It’s a problem his body has, not a natural consequence of having that sort of quirk. And imho with those premises you sort of end up with a different kind of story, you’re supposed to write it differently - that’s what I think, at least

Ah, this is also another reason why I’m not a huge fan of the headcanon - don’t get me wrong! If you like it then go on, I’m not trying to stop anyone from enjoying ideas and possibilities!! But personally I like Bakugou not having any reason to be loud-mouthed and rude, that’s just his personality and how the environment he grew up in made him, and lately I’ve seen the hc used to justify his behaviour more than I like? Bakugou being an asshole is just who he is, and I love it! I love that his life made him like that and I love that he’s working hard to fix that flaw, giving him an external reason, something he has no control over, to justify his personality changes the core of his character too much, and that’s not something I’d ever want to do tbh

And it’s also cool to think that he was somewhat genetically engineered to be better in a fight to compensate for a lack of earing (though again, why only his ears and not his eyes or his sense of tact too), but that goes to cut on all the hard work he put in becoming as good as he is, right? If that’s what you like than who am I to stop you! But Bakugou’s hardworking nature is one of the things I love about him, I don’t really feel like taking away from him all the effort and work he put through the years in becoming as good as he is now

Uh, well, it’s not like I “haven’t considered” doing it, but more than a collage it’s… just how I always draw? Only usually I cut the pics for each of them to be a different image so they’re easier to see, while yesterday I was too lazy to do that and left them all on the same canvas haha so I guess yeah next time I’ll feel like drawing krkm if you’d like I can leave the drawings all in one pic, that’s just less work for me after all lol

Off The Rails

I'm trying to not go from 0 to 60. It's being in this shelter that's making me lose all my marbles. They rolled off the corners of the earth in to the abyss 🕳️ that is of which is black, dark, empty pace. Lmao like my cold dead 🖤 heart. Okay okay I'm just being melodramatic. Being here is boring, being here has my anxiety through the roof, being here makes me depressed, ect.

Under so much stress here, if I go to a shitty job full-time job only to end up back here, there would be nothing of me left.😁 I had an easy job working from home. At the same time, I was playing video games and watching documentaries. 😊 I made little money but to find something like that is like hitting a gold mine. Being sick sometimes puts me in the hospital. Have already gone three times. *sigh* I'm terrified about this fall. Trying not to think about it but it's inevitable.

There's almost no point.

Maybe it's being here around negative vibing people that makes me so bitter. I was doing well at first and now on my fourth month, it's like I'm suffocating more and more. The things I really enjoy doing is limited because I don't have my computer, my cat, and my guitars. 😓 I should be grateful that I can at least use the computer lab and I have my art supplies but that's it. My patience is dwindling down to zero.

I'm sleeping more because I'm drained. 😔 Just to go down stairs feels heavy. Tried to talk with someone at the "smoke pit" but I felt dizzy and off. Prayed and it helped but had to go back upstairs anyway. Feeling just about everyone's bullshit freaks me out.

I'm afraid I am anemic and very low on electrolytes.

So I've been drinking a lot of water and started myself on multivitamins. I guess it takes time to feel better. To eat meat makes me feel gross. With the vitamins I don't need to do it. But I have to get more salt and water. I've not been drinking enough mostly because I hate the bathrooms here and tight spaces. 😑 Yeh, I'm definitely not cut-out for this homeless shit. Can you believe there are people who LIKE this shit? Some seem proud to have been to this very shelter more than once. Some rather save money on rent by collecting their ssi or ssdi and shelter hop! I'm not even kidding. Some really do wake up and say, "🙃Today is the day I go to a shelter!"

… Shit has calmed down a bit. This isn't to say the men here aren't acting like dogs, because they are. I guess somehow they finally got jobs or a life or some poor girl. Some douchebag pulled up next to me on my way back to the shelter this morning. I only go out in the morning or broad daylight. So he pulls up to talk to me and I kid you not. I said,

"Mommy told me not to talk to strangers, byeeee!"

And he still followed me so I told him to fuck off and gave him the finger. Seriously! This shit never happened in Coral Springs or any neighborhood close to the 75 where it's safe and not terrifying. I shouldn't worry about human-trafficking. These men are predators! I'm the kind that would be dumb enough to get in a car. If I was younger but I've learned quickly what happens. Ugh! I just had a flashback.

Cutie Reviews: Doki Doki 18 May 2017

Okay, this is the last crate review for May. Due to the change in mailing as of late, my Doki Doki crates now come the month after they were supposed to. Usually on the first or second. It really messed up my scheduling I figured out- but it can’t really be helped either.

This months theme: ....I have no idea! ╰(✧∇✧╰)

I would like to take a moment to apologize. I forgot to get the Suteki Crate pic and at the moment it’s kind of a bad time, so I can’t get it right now either. It isn’t anything too impressive this month, although as an avid video game and plush obsessor, it didn’t make me want it less ♡

With that, let’s get to the review (ﾉ´ヮ´)ﾉ*:･ﾟ✧

For times you go to be with nature, or if you want to feel fancy, the Antler Beret: Peach Deer. A very thin beret in a lovely peach color with the cutest little deer antlers ♡

The beret appears to be stretchy around the bottom, so it should fit most head sizes comfortably. The fabric it is made out of seems to attract hair and dust fairly easily though, so I would suggest keeping it in a safe place or in it’s packaging until you plan on wearing it. I like it, but with how light and flouncy it is I’m not sure I’ll wear it often. I prefer head wear that I don’t need to worry is going to fly away you know? 3.5 out of 5.

We also got some Aggressive Retsuko Stickers. These are based on Sanrio’s newest character, Retsuko, a red panda who is a successful business woman but is forced to tolerate her eccentric co-workers and burns off steam by singing death metal at the karaoke bars.

The stickers are slightly 3D, but I couldn’t really capture that with the pics. I looked up a little more regarding this series, and Retsuko is so cute! I can appreciate her and having to tolerate certain types of people (cause don’t we all?), and Cutie-chan enjoys a little metal now and then too (but she also likes all sorts of music ヾ（〃＾∇＾）ﾉ♪).

At the time I’m not sure these will have any use for me. I would probably only use the Retsuko ones cause those are pretty much the only ones I like honestly. 2 out of 5.

As of late I’m starting to think coin purses are trending. They have began showing up in all of the crates/boxes. I know I said I needed some, but I’ve gotten plenty now! And with the Higemanju Gamaguchi Coin Purse, I just got one more.

(Higemanju means “whiskered manju/steamed bun”)

It’s... cute. But I actually kinda wish it resembled the picture in the booklet a little more. The details are nice on it, and it’s pretty soft, but.. I don’t know, the face itself is kind of a turn off for me. I really don’t know why. 3 out of 5. It’s kind of on the small side, but the details are pretty good and it has a chain so it’s easy to attach to purses or keep inside.

Our favorite little Petit Lapin has returned! He is one of Doki Doki Crates most popular characters, and why not? He is precious ♡ This time, Petit Lapin has taken on the roll of an Eclair.

(for those who are unfamiliar with Petit Lapin, he is a fashionable little bunny who becomes the various french foods he eats!)

Petiti Lapin is very soft and round. One thing I don’t like is that all that seems to change about him is the fact he rarely changes. This one nearly looks like a recolored clone of the sandwich one from November, but with a different design on his top. However, the quality is always nice and he’s always so cute, and I’m glad to know everyone is so receptive over him too. 4.5 out of 5 ♡ cause how could you not?

And here we have yet another bottle for shampoo/soap I won’t be using. Why is that? Because while it is ultra-kawaii and big, I’m terrified it would mold and I’d have to throw it away. I mean I could be wrong, I really don’t know how that works. If anyone could assure me it wouldn’t mold that’d be great, because I would love to use this (and the Rilakkuma one I got from Yume Twins).

For now it’ll be a cute room decoration ♡ It’s also cat, my favorite Sumikko Gurashi character. However there is something confusing in the booklet. It’s description reads “Penguin or Cat which is your favorite? Penguin is a Sumikko Gurashi from the south pole! Doraemon is a time traveling robotic cat who is one of Japan’s most beloved characters.“

So basically, it sounded like you could only get penguin from Sumikko, or Doraemon. But I got the sumikko cat? Doraemon is a blue, ear-less cat, so I know for a fact this is not Doraemon.

In terms of rating... I’ll say 3.5 out of 5. I like it but I might not ever use it? I also don’t understand the confusing text in the booklet.

Our last item for today is everyone’s favorite Hoppe-Chan ♡ Here she is celebrating Children’s Day, a holiday in Japan.

I have admit, while Hoppe-chan always looks cute I’m kinda disappointed by how plain this one is. In the booklet, a really cute decorative one was shown and I kinda wish we got it instead. I do like the concept and idea, and Hoppe-chan is entirely handmade so I understand sometimes they take shortcuts to make easier ones, but it seems like lately they’re maybe a little lazy... 4 out of 5.

♡ Cutie Ranking ♡

Content - 2.5 out of 5. I like it, but I don’t love it. This one felt pretty lack-luster in comparison to the last one.

Practicality - I had trouble deciding this one. On one hand, several items are practical, I think all but maybe 1? But in my case, I don’t think I’ll be using any of these items in this crate. So for most people I’d say 4 out of 5. In my case... 1.5 out of 5.

Total Rank: 9 out of 15 Cuties (unless I suck at math, which I do, it might be 8.5?). I think this is the lowest I ever graded anything I got so far. I’m pretty shocked by it. I did like everything, but I didn’t feel that same, excitement I normally do for other boxes. I’m fairly disappointed, but I don’t know if it’s in myself or this box...

♡ Cutie Scale ♡

1. Petit Lapin - Always a winner. He’s precious and sweet, I could just eat him up~

2. Aggressive Retsuko Stickers - Just to be blunt, I only like the Retsuko stickers. Those are the only cute ones I’m counting here.

3. Soap/Shampoo Bottle - Cute. But it’s just a plain character overall. Nothing unique or all that special.

4. Hoppe-chan - She’s always cute... but it’s fairly plan this time.

5. Higemanju Purse - It looks like it tried too hard to be cute in my opinion. Maybe it’s an acquired taste?

6. Peach Deer Beret - It’s cute, but.. it looks less like hat, more like peach-colored flying saucer.

Okay Cuties, that dos it for another review. I’m so disappointed by my opinions of this box, I haven’t held any this low for Doki Doki since my very first box I got back in September. This is the lowest I ever ranked a box/crate too- at least I think it is. I guess it happens to everyone though, 1 less-good box doesn’t spoil the entire subscription in my case.

Meanwhile I’m still waiting for my next Tokyo Treat box, that is my favorite! Should be coming any day now. In the mean time I do have a candy kit I didn’t do yet, so that will most-likely be next, followed by NMNL.
