I've finished my school quarter. I have no homework, no responsibilities, no impediments to my fun. I'm free to do whatever I want.

That's how I thought it'd be as I was finishing my exams and final projects. It's certainly true now, but I must add a qualifier: "no external impediments to my fun."

During the quarter, I had to postpone many projects, stop playing many games, and couldn't properly deal with the stress of asking people to hang out (also they're busy with school). I had work to do, and any second not spent completing my tasks was spent stressing over their incompleteness. Now that I have all the free time in the world to write, game, and talk, I find myself doing none of these things.

I just forget. I forget all the shit I wanted to do. That story I wanted to write? No inspiration right now. The things I wanted to tell my friends? Kinda just forgot. Games I wanted to play? I want to do something else.

The important part is that I never find that "something else" to do. I always keep looking, and nothing seems satisfying enough. I know from experience that I have to keep doing something for hours straight to get passionate about it (like my most recent work, check it out here), but that's still hard to get into, especially if I don't start out with that passion.

Long story short, I haven't done what I wanted to, because I no longer feel like I want to. This happens every break I get, whether it's summer break or a normal weekend. I just want to have fun. I kind of need it.

so the rune the Jayce of this timeline/world gets is the Acceleration rune which is perhaps why he goes to the future instead of going with Heimerdinger and Ekko which gave him the idea to build the Hexgates to transport things quickly over a long distance

and that Ekko uses to build the portal home and his time machine watch

So, if they're using this acceleration rune, even if outwardly nullified by the inversion of Ekko's device being thrown at them, maybe the boys at the end aren't sacrificing themselves...

Can I take away Mu Qingfang and Shang Qinghua...? Only them. And we'll leave their works to their head disciples and the rest of the sect, because those two deserve a vacation! We'll all go on a vacation, to a beach or something, and run into the sunset, like Might Guy and Rock Lee, and it would definitely be a youthful experience! The poor guy needs his rest, he probably hasn't slept in a while, nor has he had the time to relax and have a vacation! He must be really tired from treating reckless Bai Zhan disciples, or idiots who keep landing themselves in Qian Cao. And so does Shang Qinghua, because logistics and business can't be easy, what with handling the 12 Peaks! Not to mention, he's probably exhausted from the paperworks and with how much work needs to be done, especially repairs or works on and from Bai Zhan! Poor Mu Qingfang and Shang Qinghua...someone has to scold Liu Qingge to tone it down, and for him to stop making them suffer!

Emergencies can happen that their disciples cannot deal with on their own… plus they chose those positions (except sqh didn’t really have a choice) but yeah
