Please don't stop taking about Palestine now that the strike is over!! Donate to Relief campaigns, charities and fundraisers if you can. By sharing posts and spreading the word about the occupation's atrocities, you are keeping the names of Palestinian martyrs alive. No action is too small, and the use of videos made by soldiers in South Africa's ICJ case proves that online documentation and awareness can absolutely make a difference.
I reccomend Pious Projects' Gaza campaigns- some are largely funded, while others have less than 10% funded. All of them are so incredibly important in preventing the forced starvation and deaths by infection of Palestinians, and in giving Palestinians a future outside of this genocide.

"We met hundreds of Rohingya survivors"
Rohingya families in Rakhine State, Myanmar are trapped in the middle of the conflict between the ethnic armed organization, the Arakan Army, and the Myanmar Military.
As the anniversary of the 2017 genocide against the Rohingya people nears, groups like Amnesty International are sounding the alarm that “increasing deadly attacks against Rohingya people in Myanmar’s Rakhine State bear a terrifying resemblance to the atrocities of August 2017.”
You can learn more about what families are experiencing here and here.
Warning: some content is disturbing.
Our Rohingya Community Health Workers (CHWs) have met hundreds of people who have fled to Bangladesh. Many have arrived wounded, with stories of relentless attacks and heartbreaking loss of those they love.
Our lead CHW shared what they are witnessing:
It’s very sad to share that we, the CHWs, met hundreds of Rohingya survivors who have recently arrived in Bangladesh, fleeing from drone and artillery attacks. We provided at least 20 people with medicine and dressed their wounds.
We met them when they arrived at our camp. We found them injured and physically very sick. Some had bullet injuries on both legs, arms, eyes, and across their body. They said that they had to cross the Naf River for at least 4 to 5 days to reach the Bangladesh side because the Arakan Army was present on the Myanmar side and border guards patrolled the Bangladesh side.
Many people lost their lives as the small boats drowned at night. It was mostly children and women who lost their lives.
Many people lost their lives as the small boats drowned at night. It was mostly children and women who lost their lives.
In the meantime, we helped them with emergency treatment, but they need further treatment and some need to be hospitalized and receive care from a doctor. There are many more Rohingya like these who are facing lots of difficulties.
We, the CHWs of Partners, would like to help them more…as they need emergency medical support and food.
This moment is an invitation to put love into action.
We were on the ground with Rohingya families during the widespread attacks in 2012. In 2017. And we’re there again today.
Because love spurs us to act and remind our friends that they are not alone.
We can’t do this without you.
Come with us to deliver rice, medical care, and meet urgent needs.
Send love and relief now.

Israel and I need your help. As you’ve probably heard, on October 7th 2023,
Hamas terrorists made their way out of the Gaza strip and into many kibbutzim in Southern Israel, they’ve killed peoples sleeping in their own homes, held them captive in their rooms, raped women, kidnapped babies, men, women, children and elderly. Families at a time.
This awful disaster has left hundreds of families torn apart and destroyed, which is where you can help.
Kibbutz Nir Oz, which was a beautiful quiet kibbutz in southern Israel was burnt to the ground along with many others. They have reached out to the people of Israel for help and I want their voice to be heard on a more international lense.
The money will go solely for repairing houses and property which is all lost and help them get back on their feet when this nightmare ends.
Everyone in Israel is heartbroken and overwhelmed. The truth is, none of us can save everyone. We can make a difference though.
Please donate. Make a difference for the people that have lost everything in the most horrifying way. If you can’t donate please dm me for the link and I would be more than happy to forward it onward.
Let’s help these innocent civilians that expected a calm Saturday morning with their families that ended up being a day full of bloodshed, heartbreak, and uncertainty.
They don’t deserve this. Nobody does.

Today I was able to help with an event where people were getting together donations for North Carolina.
It was amazing seeing all the people helping, across political, ethnic, and economic lines. It was amazing seeing all the trucks that got filled, from pickups to moving vans. It was amazing to see everything people donated, from camping gear to stuffed animals, to gallons of water.
Anyone in Western NC who may need supplies for a group of people, let me know, and I can try and give you the contact information!
Once I get my Internet back, I hope to post pictures.

Hi 🌟,
I hope you’re doing well. We’ve raised very little so far to support me and my family during these challenging times due to the conflict in Gaza. We’re still working to reach our goal and would greatly appreciate your help. 🙏
If you can’t donate, could you please share or reblog my pinned post? Your support in spreading the word would mean a lot to us. 💪

755,000 people face phase five “catastrophic” conditions in 10 states, including in Greater Darfur as well as South and North Kordofan, Blue Nile, Al Jazira and Khartoum.
Famine risk is real for 14 areas of Sudan amid ongoing fighting
According to the latest UN-backed Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC) initiative, over half the population in Sudan – 25.6 million people – face “crisis or worse” conditions between now September 2024, coinciding with the lean season. Learn more about famine and the IPC's five levels of food security in our explainer here.
Even worse, 755,000 people face phase five “catastrophic” conditions in 10 states, including in Greater Darfur as well as South and North Kordofan, Blue Nile, Al Jazira and Khartoum. At the same time, 8.5 million people – 18 per cent of the population – now suffer from phase four “emergency” levels of food insecurity.
Warring generals
In the more than 14 months since rival militaries – the Sudan Armed Forces and the Rapid Support Forces – unleashed their heavy weapons arsenals on one another amid rising tensions over a transition to civilian rule, the UN has repeatedly called for a ceasefire as the country’s capital, Khartoum, became a battleground and amid fears of atrocities in the Darfurs. Despite multiple calls for a ceasefire to Generals Abdel-Fattah Burhan, head of the Sudanese military, and Mohammed Hamdan Dagalo, who heads the Rapid Support Forces, senior UN humanitarians have warned that the situation is only getting worse.
Conflict leaves country reeling
“We have received news of people eating leaves from trees; one mother cooked up dirt just to put something in her children’s stomach,” said Justin Brady, head of the UN emergency relief agency (OCHA) in Sudan, in an interview with UN News. The risk of famine threatens residents, people uprooted by the war and refugees in no less than 14 areas covering Greater Darfur, Greater Kordofan, Al Jazira states and hotspots in Khartoum “if the conflict escalates further, including through increased mobilisation of local militias that further disrupt mobility, humanitarian assistance, market and livelihood activities”, the IPC assessment warned.
