Adam turns away from Elsa, trembling. His shoulders shake, and he can barely keep his breath steady. Elsa, noticing his distress, reaches out to place a comforting hand on his shoulder.

"Adam?" she asks softly, her voice filled with concern.

In an instant, Adam roars, "Don't touch me!" His voice is noticeably gruffer, sending a shiver down Elsa's spine. He peers shakily over his shoulder, revealing wide, fear-filled eyes. A fanged tooth protrudes from his lips, and small curved horns jut from his head. Overwhelmed by fear and shame, he turns and bolts down the hall.

Elsa follows him, her heart aching at the sight. As Adam reaches the west wing, he slams the door shut with a force that echoes through the castle. Elsa stops just in front of the door, taking a deep, steadying breath. She knows she must reach him, must show him that he is not alone.

With a gentle resolve, she begins to sing softly through the door, her voice carrying the weight of her emotions:

"Every inch of me is trembling, but not from the cold. Something is familiar. Like a dream, I can reach but not quite hold. I can sense you there. Like a friend I've always known. I'm arriving, and it feels like I am home. I have always been a fortress. Cold secrets deep inside. You have secrets too, but you don't have to hide."

With each word, she pushes the door open a little further.

"Show yourself." She sings, stepping into the room. "I'm dying to meet you." She takes another step closer, her voice a soothing balm in the tense air. "Show yourself. It's your turn."

She approaches him slowly, her eyes never leaving his trembling form. "Are you the one I've been looking for, all of my life?" She sings as she closes the gap between them.

Adam is huddled on the ground, clutching a mirror close to his chest. He avoids her gaze, his entire being radiating fear and vulnerability. Elsa kneels down beside him, gently lifting his chin. His face is a mix of human and beast, but she focuses on his soft blue eyes, seeing the frightened child within.

"Show yourself." She sings softly, her voice filled with compassion and love. "I'm ready to learn."

Adam's clawed hand gently wraps around her wrist as she tenderly strokes his chin. In that moment, a silent understanding passes between them. They are not alone—they have each other, and together, they will face whatever comes.

There was something about her. 

Something that had wound Jimmy up so tight; his heart gave a squeeze every time he saw her. He knew he was in too deep, too deep for a gal that he’d have to leave in a few months, but there was just something about her.

One that twinkled so bright, it had blinded him. So, really, could anyone blame him when he decided to lay the flirt on nice and heavy one summer day? 

“Hey there,” he said. 

“Well, hi,” you replied, a slight lilt in your voice. You leaned forward on the podium, resting your elbows on the painted wood. 

Jimmy grinned a lopsided smile and leaned against the edge of the stand. 

“What can I getcha’?” You asked, innocently. His heart thudded in his chest. There she went again, just living and driving him crazy. 

“Well,” he started, scratching the side of his face with a conjoined digit. That was another thing, he didn’t have to hide himself around her; she accepted each member of the troupe with open arms, treated them as if they were normal. She was kinder to him, to everyone, than most girls ever were. “I’d like a lemonade… but most of all, I just came to talk to you, baby.” 

You couldn’t help but feel your cheeks flush at the mention of baby, your heart fluttering desperately in your chest. Every interaction you’d had with Jimmy Darling had been viewed through rose-tinted glasses. You were enamoured with him and his undeniable charm. You licked your bottom lip and leaned back a little, questioning his response. “Talk to me? About what? Lemonade?” 

“No…” He trailed off, looking into your eyes. 

Thud-thud. Your heart skipped another beat and you had to fight to control your breathing. 

“Then– then, what?” 

“What’re you doin’ tomorrow… before the show?” 

“Oh, I don’t know. Nothing, I suppose.”

Jimmy swallowed hard, his Adam’s apple bobbing in his throat. He had to just come out and say it, it was now or never. He’d mustered up the courage and if he waited any longer, he’d lose it. “Wanna’ have a picnic?” 

You clasped your hands together, your eyes glittering with excitement. “Who is going to be there? I can bring cherries… I just bought some from the mark–” 

“No, baby. I mean, you can bring the cherries, but nobody’s comin’. Just you n’ me.”

“Just you and me…” You repeated, trailing off. “Jimmy Darling, are you asking me out on a date?” 

“What if I was?” 

“Well, I suppose I’d have to say yes.” 

“Yeah? You would?” 

“Yeah… I would.” You leaned forward on the podium again, your eyes flicking towards the empty field. A few cars were pulling in, arriving early for the show. “I’d love to.” 

So, Jimmy had performed that night with an unusual energy in his step. Eve noticed. Paul noticed. Elsa noticed, but didn’t care enough to speculate why. Performers… a fickle bunch. He’d spotted you in the audience, at your usual spot at the entrance, with your arms crossed over your chest. He’d winked, and you’d blushed. 

The next morning, Jimmy was up early. No earlier than he usually was; Ethel was a hard worker, and was usually up with the first birds and Jimmy had inherited that habit from her. Today however, he had a reason. He’d showered, and was in the kitchen tent, making chicken salad sandwiches before the sun had even started to warm the tent. 

At around 9:30, he’d knocked on your trailer door. You, too, had already been up, your nerves making it impossible to sleep past 7:00. By 9:00, you’d done your hair and makeup, and sat on the edge of your bed, picking at your manicure. The bowl of cherries sat on your small table, along with a few Cherry-A-Let’s, as a treat for afterwards. You’d made an extra pitcher of lemonade the night before and stored it in your trailer. So when Jimmy’s big knuckles rapped on the door, you bolted towards it, smiling wide. 

“Hi Jimmy,” you cooed, dreamily. 

“Hi, baby…” He had a folded, checkered tablecloth tucked under his toned bicep, and his hand was wrapped around the handle of a basket full of sandwiches. There it was again – baby. He had a real habit of making your heart go berserk underneath your rib cage, causing it to hammer against the bones like it was trying to escape. 

The walk was a short one, but the summer heat still coated you in a thin layer of sweat as you walked, carrying the pitcher in your arms. The ice had long since melted, but you hoped it would still be refreshing. The field was surrounded by long, slender trees, and up ahead, you saw another clearing. It was smaller, and a large Willow tree provided some shade. Once you were upon it, Jimmy dropped the basket, shook out the table cloth and laid it on the ground. 

“Sit.” He demanded, walking you towards the fabric. You set the lemonade pitcher down next to the tablecloth and sat, smoothing your dress out as you did. Jimmy made quick work of laying out all the food, and got you and himself a sandwich from the basket. He pulled a radio from the basket and set it down, using his thumb to twist the knob until a clear station came in. Music floated on the warm air, and you began tapping your toe against nothing in time with the beat. 

“You take all the girls up here, I bet…” You took a bite of a sandwich and set it carefully on the tablecloth. 

He cleared his throat, readjusting his position. “Would ya’ believe me if I said I didn’t?” 

“I don’t know. I see the way you look at all the pretty girls in the audience, Jimmy. I’m no fool.” 

“Yeah, well… none of ‘em even hold a candle to you. And I mean it, this is uh… where I come to clear my head. Only Eve knows about it. She found me up here once.”

Your gaze softened at his confession. Whether or not it was true, the sincerity in his voice had you believing every word. You reached for a cherry, before popping it in your mouth. Your teeth punctured the flesh and the sweet juices flooded your mouth. 

“Lemme’ have some of that sweet lemonade you made, would ya’?” 

You reached for the pitcher and looked around, a disappointed expression muddling your features. Jimmy furrowed his brow, wanting to know what had upset you.

“Oh…” you said sadly. “I forgot to bring glasses… how foolish of me!” All that prep, and you had no way to drink the lemonade. Suddenly, a lewd idea popped into your head. I got the idea for this Disney crossover ship while playing Mirrorverse and came across the return of their Beast of Intentions event, that app game got me to make a collage on Belle x Sulley, so why not do one on Elsa x Beast as well. Similar to the collage I've done on Aladdin x Hercules during later year's Pride Month, the top images of the collage are of Elsa and Bests' canon selves and at the bottom I used official crossover images that are of the characters in question; as for the middle images I decided to use their Kingdom Hearts counterparts with it being a crossover franchise the two are apart. Even though they didn't appear in the same KH game like Rapunzel and Fred did, and yes I know their paths didn't cross in canon. This crossover ship has been given the titles of Enchanted Heart, Frozen Rose, and Cursed Gifts.

offering to take adam to and from his sugery was the dumbest, yet funniest thing you could have done. he woke up from his sugery only twenty minutes ago, and you finally got him into your car. “y/nnnnn i want to go home!” he whines, meanwhile adjusting the passenger seat into the weirdest positions possible. you sigh and clutch the wheel tighter, “adam babe, just sit back and relax. we’re only a half and hour away okay?”

“half hour?! that’s so long!” he yells, startling you. you groan, but let out a little chuckle. you love your boyfriend, but him doped up on drugs is truly testing your love. he babbles on about random things he sees on the side of the road, and occasionally messes with the seat again.

“y/n, why can’t you give elsa a balloon?” he asks you. you chuckle before asking, “why not?”

“she’ll let it go!” adam states, and immediately sends himself into a fit of laughter. “adam you’re so weird,” you chuckle to yourself.

“i’m so silly,” he says, which sends you into a fit of laughter. never in your laugh have you heard your boyfriend say the word silly, especially when talking about himself. you continue to ignore his weird babbles, but when he starts singing along to the maroon 5 song on the radio, you can’t help but laugh hysterically. you grab your phone and videotape him while stopped at a red light, and it’s only when he turns to face you that he notices. he opens his mouth so widely that the gauze in his mouth nearly fall out. he lets out a sharp gasp, “stop video taping me! this isn’t funny!” he shrieks, but you only laugh harder.

suddenly he begins to pat his pockets until he spots his phone in the cup holder. he grabs it and starts sticking his camera in your face. “adam i’m driving! you’re gonna kill us!” you swat his hand away.

he starts giggling at his phone, and you already know it’s a bad picture of you. “adam don’t you dare post that!” you plead.

“no!” he yells like a baby, and you flip him off with one hand, making sure to keep the other on the wheel. he gasps when you do that, and turns away from you with his arms crossed.

who knew adam fantilli would throw temper tantrums after getting his wisdom teeth out?!

ur glee au... oooooooh, the thoughts are thinking...

now i have to know what songs everyone sings and what they sound like!!!! i personally think emma frost would sound like holly and sing turning tables (i know she wasnt in the og post but i know it in my heart this is her), and then scott is totally finn singing losing my religion. and all of the boys can sing man in the mirror (such an underrated performance, again scott is finn).

i literally cant believe this hasnt been done before. youve just opened a realm of possiblities for shitposts.

Ahh, this is a lot of fun. I just had to answer this one right away. Let’s see.

Warning: this is a very long post. If you don’t know anything about Glee, it might not make sense. I didn’t include every single X-Men, as I can’t really imagine what they’d sound like. If you come in here and say, “where’s (blank),” I will put thumbtacks in your shoes.

If you have your own ideas, I’d love to hear them.

I feel like this goes without saying, but this is only focusing on the voices and performances, not the characters themselves. There would be some crazy comparisons, if that were the case.

I can see Emma sounding like Holly. If she was in Glee, she’d probably be a Cheerio, or a substitute teacher like Holly. Turning Tables is a good fit for Emma (definitely singing it about Scott or something like that). I can also hear her as Cassandra’s voice. She’d kill the Americano/Dance Again cover.

Yeah, I imagined Scott sounding like Finn, or maybe Blaine (only for his Cough Syrup performance, which I think fit Scott). I mostly imagine Finn because Jean probably sounds like Rachel, and Rachel always overpowers Finn in duets. That makes sense for Scott and Jean.

Following that line of thought, Jean’s song is definitely It’s All Coming Back To Me Now. But actually… Jean could also have that slow jam voice that Shelby has (Jean sounding like Elsa from Frozen is so funny to me). I just think I Dreamed a Dream fits Jean’s character so well. And also, Shelby ate Rachel up in Poker Face. Not my favorite cover from Glee at all, but Shelby sounded nice in it.

Warren would definitely be a Warbler. Hunter’s voice is very underrated, and I can see him doing Live While We’re Young. This may be controversial, but I actually kind of enjoyed the Whistle cover. It’s fun. Warren could pull it off. I can also hear him sounding like Elliott in my head. I never thought I’d hear Adam Lambert sing Marry The Night, but here we are.

Bobby probably wouldn’t be a Warbler, but I think Skylar’s voice matches him a lot. He’d have that bit of texture around the edges. My Sharona isn’t a favorite song of mine, but the energy has Bobby written all over it.

Okay, another Warbler one, I know, but a small part of me can hear Hank sounding like Sebastian (obviously, their characters aren’t anything alike). Part of me imagines Hank having a surprisingly soft voice, and Sebastian’s Want You Back performance is actually kinda good. But I’m going back and forth on it. I can can also hear him as Cooper Anderson. I think if we go with Blaine for Scott instead of Finn, he would do a great job duetting with Hank in Somebody That I Used To Know (one of Glee’s best covers, in my opinion).

Storm is 100% Jane. I can see her having a smooth voice that can easily fluctuate between soft and powerful, and Jane fits that so well. I don’t know why, but I like Glee’s Rather Be performance. I think it fits Storm a lot. That being said, she definitely pulls out the Tightrope performance at some point. She deserves it, it’s so good.

This might be favoritism, because Roderick is probably my top singer from Glee, but I think his Mustang Sally performance fits Gambit a lot. I really wish Roderick (and all of the season 6 kids) got more performances. I think Gambit would have a bit of that powerful soul sound and texture to his voice. And then he can sing Take Me To Church with Rogue as the harmony.

You know, Rogue can go a couple of different directions. I can actually see her being Quinn in Unpretty or Bree in Nasty, but maybe with a bit more twang. She’s a Cheerio in my head because Magneto would 100% send her to spy on Glee Club.

Kitty probably sounds like… Kitty. Maybe she’d do Everybody Talks with Piotr, who I’m back and forth on for sounding like Jake (if you can see the vision, Piotr would kill Jake’s Let Me Love You cover). But I can also see her being Britney in Me Against the Music, with Illyana as Santana. I can see Illyana sound like Santana, but also…

… Follow me with this. I feel like Illyana would be one of the top singers. She’d probably hide it, but she has a voice of an angel. And for that, she sounds like Mercedes in my head. I just think she has the ability to pull off that gospel sound and just chooses not to. Kitty would probably walk in on her singing And I Will Always Love You and be like, “bitch, you gotta join Glee club.” She’d kill Bust Your Windows, too. I just think Illyana has a lot of energy and power behind her voice.

I’m torn with Kurt. He could totally pull off Bryan Ryan in Piano Man or Dream On (it’s just someone has to be cursed with sounding like Will Schuester), but I kind of imagine him as Artie, too. If we go that gospel sound for Kurt that Artie has, I think he’d do something sweet like Isn’t She Lovely. But then he could be Rory in I Wanna Go Home. I feel like Kurt could hit some high notes. And he’s also a Cheerio at some point. Wanda convinced him.

Betsy is Santana. I will not elaborate. She just is. Betsy auditions with This Girl Is On Fire and kills it. She’d probably be a Cheerio at some point, too. And she can sing Smooth Criminal with Warren as Sebastian. Objectively one of the best Glee covers.

Jubilee… if she isn’t a joke character like Sugar, then I can actually imagine her sounding like Dani (yes, you heard that right, Jubilee sounds like Demi Lovato in my head… I just think her voice would be very textured). Jubilee would sound so sweet singing Here Comes the Sun with someone like Storm.

Kind of out of nowhere; Sue Sylvester’s Vogue performance reminds me of Moira. I can see Moira filling Ms. Pillsbury role in Glee, but her singing voice sounds like Sue in my head.

Okay, Wanda is either Madison or Tina. I think Madison fits very well, and she can even sing Come Sail Away with Pietro. But she might have a bit of that texture that Tina has. Her song would probably be Because You Loved Me if that were the case. Wither way, she’s 100% a Cheerio, since Magneto runs the cheer team.

Lorna has 2 different voices in my head. Like Wanda, I can see her sounding like Madison, but I kind of think she’d be great at ballads like Sunshine. She’d kill All By Myself, and then have a fun duet with someone in Telephone (maybe Wanda as Rachel, but let’s be for real, Sunshine ate Rachel up in Telephone). Sunshine just sounded so great.

Pietro in my head sounds like Mason. I’m not a bit Pietro fan, but I’ll bless him with the amazing performance of I Want To Break Free. You’re welcome, Pietro fans.
