It would be easier if there weren’t just one stack of hay, one blanket, and seven rock trolls living in his head who keep trying to fix him up with a woman who’s engaged to someone else. Or, an alternate meet cute where Anna wanders into Kristoff's cabin instead of Oaken's and the rock trolls live in Kristoff’s head instead of the Valley of the Living Rock.

For those who don't know, the Yuletide Exchange is an annual event for Frozen and Beauty & the Beast fans to create and gift fan works to fellow Frozen and/or BATB creators. This means writers, artists, mood board enthusiasts, etc. How it works: everyone who would like to create/receive a fan work will sign up on AO3, stating what kind of gift you'd like to receive and what kind of work you'd like to create. More details to come!

Happy 1st Anniversary to the Frozen Hearts Worth Melting Discord Server!

To celebrate this momentous occasion, some of the server members have written fanfics of about 1,000 words. The only requirement was that they must include the words "frozen," "hearts," "worth," and "melting."

The Frozen Hearst Worth Melting server is a server for Frozen and/or Beauty and the Beast fanfic who are dedicated to the transformative power of love. You can DM me or @thefamilybruno if you want to join the server.

Disappeared with no trace @PirateoftheSouthernIsles @pirate-of-the-southern-isles (Frozen, T) Anna was invited to the Southern Isles to discuss an incident that happened almost a year ago - and, most importantly, the progres in fixing it.

She Didn't Have Time @flowerinherhair/@glassslippers-n-cowboyboots (Kristanna, T) Down on her luck, single mom Anna gets a flat tire which leads her to meeting a handsome mechanic named Kristoff.

Rules for Beauty and the Beast Week 2024

Here are the rules for participating in Beauty and the Beast Week 2024.

Your work must include at least one character from one of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast productions (the 1991 animated film and its sequels, the 2017 live action film, the Broadway musical, or any other Disney BatB shorts, TV specials, etc.). Any non-BatB characters are allowed in addition, if desired, including crossovers, OCs, and reader-inserts.

Any ship is allowed. No bashing of others’ ships or characters.

Any rating, content, and kink is allowed, just tag appropriately. If posting mature content directly on Tumblr rather than AO3, also use its community labels function and/or hide the content under a “keep reading” link.

No AI in art or fic. We will not reblog anything with AI involved.

We’re happy to accept late entries! We understand that life happens, so just tag us when you’ve posted it and we’ll reblog it, though it may not make it into the master list post at the end of the event.

Ok, so I am on a Discord server and we had a small event and we've decided to write little ficlets on the occassion, containing words "frozen", "hearts", "worth", "melting" and I've finally set up a new Ao3 account and couldn't stop myself from getting on an angst train, so here we go:

~ 1200 words, queen Anna being THE Queen Anna with Westergaards (she's to be feared) and also having a truly golden heart.

Prince Lars being himself.
