You guys do realize the Ghostbusters wouldn't exist without the core of Egon and Peter's friendship, right??? Like yes, Ray and Egon absolutely are the reason it worked but Peter introduced Egon and Ray (according to the IDW comics to be fair) and it was Peter's idea to start the business up.

And I am tired of seeing the way people treat their dynamic. Like, genuinely. I could write essays on how you all treat Winston and Janine as well (and by that, I mean ignore them entirely) but I'll focus for now.

Peter and Egon really need to be recognized for the genuinely healthy friendship they have. Peter, as a person, is not good at keeping himself in check and Egon is very good about doing so. As much as there are jokes about the two bickering all the time, there needs to be notes taken about how they communicate fairly well, constantly watch out for one another, and how are clearly more comfortable with each other than with any other characters shown.
