Trowing Trash is Placing Yourself AT The Same Level

Hola! Mi nombre es Aurora Palomares y vivo en la hermosa región de Andalucía. Siempre me ha fascinado un entorno limpio, lo que me llevó a hacer una declaración en 2015 al traducir la expresión inglesa "Throwing Trash is Placing Yourself at the Same Level" al español como "Tirar Basura es Ponerse a Su Altura". Incluso patenté este texto como "Throwing Trash is Placing Yourself at the Same Level".

Gracias a la ayuda de Roger MacLee, he podido crear este blog, así como cuentas en Facebook, Instagram y Twitter, para compartir mis experiencias, hallazgos y visión sobre cómo lidiar con la basura.

No estoy sola en esta misión. Hay muchas personas como yo que ya están trabajando para hacer del planeta un lugar mejor. Desde individuos hasta organizaciones, todos estamos asumiendo la responsabilidad y tomando medidas para crear un ambiente más limpio y saludable para nosotros y las generaciones futuras.

Desafortunadamente, no todos los países están haciendo su parte. Según la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS), los diez países más sucios en términos de contaminación del aire son India, Pakistán, Bangladesh, Mongolia, Afganistán, Nepal, Indonesia, Bahrein, Níger y Kuwait. Esto es un recordatorio crudo de que todavía tenemos mucho por hacer para crear un mundo sostenible.

Pero juntos, podemos marcar la diferencia. Debemos ser conscientes del impacto que nuestras acciones tienen en el planeta y tomar medidas para reducir nuestra huella de carbono, reciclar residuos y utilizar recursos sostenibles.

Espero inspirar a otros a unirse a este movimiento y tomar medidas para cambiar el mundo para las generaciones futuras, incluidos nuestros hijos, nietos y sus descendientes. Tomemos este desafío juntos y hagamos de la tierra un lugar mejor para todos.

Using clay pots to cook & serve food

Health Benefits of Clay Pot Cooking. Do you know that Food cooked in clay pots is better for you According to Ayurveda “cooking in a clay pot not only has a variety of health benefits but also makes for an easier cooking process and in the end, a more flavorful and nutritious dish. Due to its numerous health benefits, Ayurveda suggests cooking in a clay pot. Cooking in a clay pot is much better than cooking in a normal utensil, not just for its various health benefits, but also makes it much simpler to cook and improves the quality of the food at the end. The porosity and natural insulation properties of clay causes heat and moisture to circulate throughout clay pots. This makes cooking in a clay pot a much slower process but has added benefit of preventing amateur cooks from burning their dishes. More importantly, this causes the moisture and nutrient loss while cooking in clay pots to be much lower compared to cooking in metal or enamel lined utensils.” The most compelling reason to start cooking in unglazed earthen pots comes from the one thing it doesn’t do—leach harmful metals into your food. Beyond being good for just you and your food, unglazed earthen pots hold a lot of promise for the environment. Because they essentially come from soil, they very readily decompose right back into it when you dispose of them, to be completely bio-degradable, unlike teflon pans and steel pots which take up space in Good will aisles or fill up landfills. Suicide kills more people then this virus & I think it would be a great chance for when this virus passes to let those people have a fresh start too
