(a Roman limestone relief) [3rd century AD] - Christie's A wolf- (or dog-)headed deity on this Roman limestone relief from the 3rd century AD, depicting some form of offering scene. A syncretic, hybridised deity, taking up characteristics from different deities: a wolf head, crowned with sheaves of wheat, and holding a key, the snake-like legs perhaps more an indicator of the cosmic warrior god Abraxas (but Abraxas is usually represented with the head of a lion or cock, together with sword and shield) the rest of the god is human, clothed in animal skin; in his right hand, he holds a key, and in his left hand, a caduceus and sheaves of wheat (the caduceus is an attribute of Mercury, together with the ram depicted on the left), and also some 'poppies' (healing quality? pain reliever ! hypnotic !). A bearded man kneeling at the right, presenting a loaf of bread on an offering table, its support with a lion head and a feline paw. Finally we do not know what kind of deity we are dealing with here: wheat, key, caduceus, poppies,... - does seem to be rather benign: fertility and prosperity? and the offering is also rather harmless: a load of bread. Napoleon Bonaparte reorganized the European world in many respects… Back then, the Neoclassical “style of the Revolution” and the decorative Empire style spread all over Western Europe well into Russia. The moral concepts developed during the Enlightenment called for an aesthetic inspired by reason, which met the taste of an increasingly powerful, self-confident and educated middle class, and influenced all areas of culture – starting from architecture, painting, furniture, garments and jewellery all the way through to literature and music. The visual arts were expected to lead to the emergence of an intellectual aristocracy to break with the tradition of hereditary aristocracy. Over the course of Napoleon’s imperial reign, the Empire style unfolded its representative splendour to perfection.

Made some designs for Xipe Totec.

He didn't come out perfectly, I didn't have enough references at the time. But I think he came out pretty decent.

He should show up in The Purple Star, once I have more god designs to go with him.

Awe thank you for drawing hairy Artemy!!! 🌾 Why do people insist on drawing Daniil super hairy but not Artemy?? Just because he's blond doesn't mean he doesn't have as much if not more bode hair than Danya!

I'VE PUSHED IT ON THAT LAST ONE (made hair longer & more fur-like than i usually give him) BECAUSE HE'S CREATUREMODING BUT o7 DOING MY PART... from what i've seen people either draw daniil with a carpet of hair (🥳 🎉 🎊 🎊 🎉 🥳 🍾 🍾 🍾 🍹 🍸 🎉 🎉 + as he should [with eyebrows like those you won't look me in the eye and tell me he doesn't because i won't believe you])) or hairless as a shaved seal because they're really intent on honing on that mischaracterization of No. Shan't Say actually.

i always give burakh body hair i always will if you don't see if it's because i forgor. he's an adult. he's gonna have body hair. i have spreadsheets on whose body hair looks like what in my mind's eye. i don't often get to post burakh's on main because well. he stays clothed on here. but i know his hairiness to be true. i know his hairiness to be drawable + writteable about. those who read me know this. do i personally think dankovsky got more? well i do. thicker and darker hair on the head and the brows translates to that. in my mind's eye. but still burakh. is a grown man. i've pushed it on the last one because he's creaturemoding but i know for a fact. evidently he does. adult man. evidently. when i write "fic hungry feed her paragraphs of combing through each other's hair" i mean it. so profoundly. don't often show it on here because well. he wears clothes. he does. on here. what was i talking about and why is it so long

Scorn(formerly Malt) and Millet!

Malt was always jealous of her sibling, even when they were young. Millet had these weird, 'prophetic dreams' as they called it, and he always felt.. left out. Barley and Raven showed him as much love as they could, but Malt left, finding BloodClan, and changing her name to Scorn, and lives with them now, but is slowly regretting his choices.

As for Millet, they care deeply for their sibling, and dearly miss him. Their prophetic dreams are actually prophecies! Eventually, they take to WarriorClan, and gives the prophecies to Petunia and MonkeyStar!
