🌻 note: i feel like marcille would have a very soft regression due to all the stress of the dungeons and her dislike for most of the things pertaining to it. she'd probably bake with senshi a lot but refuse to do any sort of cooking and is always asking chilchuck to help her braid her hair. someone free this girl of any stress!!!! (i can't stop giggling at the pumpkin in the image)

omg hai i was wondering if i could get regressor izutsumi and cg marcille? :3 more specifically izutsumi with an upset stomach while regressed

•Izutsumi clings to a soft, fluffy blanket that Marcille has enchanted to be extra warm and comforting

•She has a favorite plushie, perhaps a small cat or dragon, that she cuddles with when feeling unwell

•Marcille would stays close by, her calming aura and gentle demeanor providing a soothing presence that helps Izutsumi feel safe and cared for

•She softly hums lullabies or elven tunes, which have a magical, calming effect on Izutsumi

•Mama Marcille would uses her knowledge of herbal remedies to brew a special tea for Izutsumi’s upset stomach

•"I know your tummy hurts, but this tea will help soothe it. Take small sips, alright ?"

•She also prepares a simple, bland broth that’s easy to digest and infused with mild healing magic to help Izutsumi feel better

•Marcille strokes Izutsumi’s hair and rubs her back in gentle circles, offering physical comfort and reassurance

•She reminds Izutsumi that she’s loved and safe, and that her upset stomach will pass with time and care

• "Just focus on getting better. Everything else can wait until you’re feeling well again"

note: I'm using she/her for Laios and he/him for Falin here

3. why do they regress? is it trauma or stress related? do they regress to go back to simpler times, or to create new memories? what causes them to regress?

stress, and it relates to her autism as well. she tends to regress a lot when she's sick or when she gets to infodump about monsters! she finds it easier to regress when Falin is around, and has trouble doing so without him.

4. is their regression more voluntary or involuntary? do they ever regress without realizing it?

mostly involuntary. she doesn't even always realize it's happening, one moment she's a Big Girl and the next she's hyper and babbling.

7. do they have a caregiver? are they a caregiver/flip?

Falin is her caregiver! her and Falin are both flips and have taken care of each other since they were reunited. in the rare instance she regressed while away from Falin in the dungeon, Chilchuck and Senshi acted as babysitters for her :3

I imagine her regressing to be more kittenlike + mentally around 2-3

She's a beastkin so I imagine her kitty soul is extra strong sometimes. It helps her come to terms with the better parts of her kittyself & cope with the vague stress of life

Chilchuck & Senshi CG for her :3 she likes being independent as she can be but they make sure she's never alone, and taking care of herself
