Summary: A TommyInnit is Grian series in four parts. Mix of DreamSMP, Evo, and Hermitcraft with all the amazing watcher lore, BAMF grian/tommy, and some DreamSMP scenes but it's very understandable for someone who has never watched it

Sooooo I have never watched a single episode of BNHA, but I have read 50 works (>4 million words) about it through vibes and guessing plot points- That being said- Hawks is a great character and definitely not following my very predictable rules for favourite character. I love the baby hawks!

This fic is really well written, with lots of introspection by the characters- a style of writing that I find can be a hit or miss- but it really works here. Lots of healing by all characters involved with real growth over time. Hawks gets sent back in time by the commission and decides to rescue his younger self and wreak shit

DC (BatFam, John Constantine)

Lovely fic- really well written, plot points interspersed with time skips that never feel like you're missing something. John Constantine/Dick Grayson which is a ship I never considered but really works here. it's a series and all of them are great and really fun reads. It's funny and angsty and really well paced. Lots of hurt/comfort and familial fluff

Both John and Dick go back in time to change things when everything goes to hell, they remake the world

Marvel (Loki(TV), Avengers)

Loki/Mobius is an amazing ship, and while this fic doesn't have too much of it, it does have a lot of loki & avengers, and more specifically slow build trust between Loki & clint as reparations are made, which is my crack- I love fannon loki in general as well though Loki(tv) is great and Loki Agent of Asguard is the best comic I have ever read and I love everything about it.

After season 1 of Loki, Loki escapes the TVA and is determined to find 'his' mobius- he ends up camping out in new york, and making himself visible to Mobius can find him.- lots of slow build loki & avengers as both they and he try to trust each other and move on from New York Invasion. lots of relationship angst and just lovely overall

This one is more Fannon-Loki than cannon, which is great. Lots of BAMF loki, both in magic and time-travel knowledge, him being forced to invade New York by Thanos, and being a scholar/strategist.

It's mostly current Percy pov with some of future Percy, it's really well organized and I like the way the plot shapes up

Tim ends up in the past, and sets up in crime alley, accidentally adopting a gaggle of kids because the bat-genes run deep. It's an amazing fic and I love everything about it

Red vs Blue (Chorus Trilogy)

f/f? in red vs blue? i didn't know they had enough developed female characters for that. This fic is great and lots of fun, but it tends to skip over cannon scenes so it'll be hard to understand if you haven't watched the chorus trilogy. A great take on the plot and relatively compliant

Tex gets sent into the future from an issue with Wyoming's time travel unit and ends up on Chorus. Tex/Kimbal later on but it's not a big plot point in the main fic

Red vs Blue (Freelancer)

Honestly I was gonna reply to this ask yesterday but got caught up re-reading this fic, and if that's not an endorsement idk what is. This fic is really well written and just a lot of fun to read. Lots of angst and fluff, leaning to more angst at the end but there is a happy ending. Tucker gets too distracted with his own problems to realize the plot happening around him and that is cannon, actually.

After Tucker put on Maine's suit at the end of the chorus trilogy, he gets transported through time and becomes a freelancer, Agent Kentucky. Drama with other freelancers and time travel issues galore.

Also Poseidon!!!! He is...a weird guy. I'm thinking of what I can say that wouldn't spoil a potential comic.

He's very obsessed with the idea of being immortal and making others immortal. He doesn't want to be alone at any cost. He's always testing what potions he can create and their effects and well. often times it lead to mutations on others that he then observes.

Poseidon doesn't...Liiike to 'hurt' others in his view of hurting someone, but he will if it threatens his ideals. Unless it's mobs. he doesn't care about them at all.

I'm so happy everyone is talking about it in such a good light. The discussions about grief, moving on, love and "I'm getting there. I'm getting closer to my happiness."

The smp has ALWAYS been a shining light for me. I've loved storytelling all my life but this was different because of the people. DreamSMP was vocal about community. About the animations and the art, where the streamers wanted to take the characters and also a lesson in messiness.

Beautiful things were made from half formed ideas, storylines were cut off too soon in cannon and the community explored it deeper. I loved art made from throwaway lines and everyone's adoration for things the streamers hadn't considered too important.

It was chaos but it was fun. It was beautiful while also flawed.

I enjoyed it in its prime and I've kept enjoying it long after it's gone <333

1. How many works do you have on AO3?

So if my calculations are correct I have 6 published works. It is not much but frankly if someone asked me 4 years ago how many stories will I ever post online I would laugh and tell them none because my anxiety is not fond of publishing anything. It's kinda crazy to see how much I actually ended up writing and how many people like those stories <3

2. What’s your total AO3 word count?

Oh crap, just let me grab a calculator ... ehm ... it seems that my AO3 word count is 417 452 words ... damn that's like 4-5 novels and it'd be even more if I counted the stuff that is on wattpad ... crazy

3. What fandoms do you write for?

Well my main fandom is DreamSMP but I also have a Tokyo revengers fic and a pretty promising draft for a Durarara one shot

4. What are your top five fics by kudos?

1. Monsters don't deserve hugs but you aren't a monster

By far my most popular fic. When I posted this I expected it to get like 50 kudos top but it blew up and it makes me incredibly happy to see more and more people read it and leave all those lovely kudos and comments. I have no idea what I did to deserve so much attention but I'm grateful with all my heart <3

2. Smiling masks and golden crowns

I'll be honest I didn't expect people to like Sam and Dream content so much but once again this fic exceeded my expectations, which I'm very happy about because I really enjoy writing it and nothing makes me happier than to know that I'm not the only one who loves it :)

3. Crow's nest

A lovely story I wrote together with @bleue-flora. It was super fun to write and unlike my other fics it's pretty cannon accurate (thanks to Flora ofc, I could never lol).

4. Haitani's little sister

The only non-DSMP story you will see here! This is my very first story and frankly it shows, it's quite terrible. Story vise I like this creation of mine but when it comes to the writing style and storytelling ... let's just say that once I'm over with school I might just completely rewrite it ....

5. Do you respond to comments? Why or why not?

I do! Sometimes I get a bit busy/overwhelmed with life but I do my best to respond to everyone who comments on my stories. Sadly sometimes the anxiety becomes too much but I try my best. My readers are very important to me and I want to let them know that I really do read their comments and appreciate them <3

6. What’s the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

.... I like happy ends so ... I don't really do angsty endings ... frankly I don't even do endings lol, yeah I tend to get a bit too wrapped up in writing and my fics are just getting longer instead of ending 🤦‍♀️But if I were to pick the one that will have the angstiest ending it would probably be Smiling masks and golden crowns. Mostly because I have a sequel planned for it that will cover the happy end I desire.

7. What’s the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

Again, other than Crow's nest none of my fics are actually finished but the one that will have the happiest ending will probably be Monster's don't deserve hugs but you aren't a monster

8. Do you get hate on your fic?

Thank all the gods above, no. I have no self-esteem so if anyone hated on my work I'd probably cry and be afraid to post for some time unless someone would be persistent enough to convince me that it's not bad and so on ... On the bright side, rather than hate it'd be just confirming my insecurities

9. Do you write smut?

..... ehm ... well ... you see ... I ... maybe ... might have .... Okay, yeah I do have one smut story on wattpad from a while back. I'm not updating it anymore as it wasn't really good and all but ... yeah, it happened once ...

I had some ideas but sadly I didn't get to write them yet

Yep! Someone is translating Crow's nest into Russian which is pretty amazing. A few people asked if they can translate Monsters don't deserve hugs but you aren't a monster, Smiling masks and golden crowns and Haitani's little sister but I never actually found out whether they did ... thinking about it I might try to check 🤔

13. Have you ever co-written a fic?

Yes, I had! Writing Crow's nest would not be possible without @bleue-flora! We had time limit and time zones made this whole project rather difficult but I'm very happy with how it turned out and I would totally be down to do it again it someday. Although before that I gotta get better so I can help Flora more 😅

14. What‘s your all-time favorite ship?

15. What’s the WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will?

Hmmmm .... well, I'm someone who has many WIPs but most of them are just drafts and/or a few scenes with close to no content so there are quite many of them that will probably never be finished or posted. From my posted ones .... well ... The tale of grief and glory is not getting many updates and Pathetic is ... I like the fic and I really wish to continue it but I kind of lost motivation after 'No rest for the wicked' by A_ghoul was deleted .... one day when I'll have more time I will certainly try to finish it but for now it's fate is rather insecure ...

16. What’s your writing strengths?

Strengths? What are strengths? ... For real though, I don't really know, whether I see my writing I feel like there is nothing outstanding about it, nothing to capture the audience and yet ... Perhaps, if I squint real hard I might consider my ability to side track a strength? It's not the best and in essays it's the absolute worst but when it comes to fanfics ... I don't really know whether I'm right about this or no but I would say that all those side plots help to make my fic be different from other fics? Because ... overall my ideas are not the most creative ones - Monsters don't deserve hugs but you aren't a monster? The core idea of this fic is so basic it hurts. But ... then I messed around with it and ... I dare to say that it managed to be different from the other fics featuring the same story. At least I really hope so. I'm not going to pretend that it was a plan, actually it's quite the opposite, I struggle to keep a single line of thought and even if I do have some plan for the fic I'm rarely able to follow it flawlessly. More often than not I will just stray from it and do something extra that just came to mind

17. What’s your writing weaknesses?

... literally everything. I struggle with world-building, my dialogues are trash, the pacing is messed up and those sideplots I mentioned before are a double sided blade ... but the thing that bothers me the most is grammar. I'm not a native speaker and, in spite of what my english proficiency test says, my english is certainly not very good. Especially when it comes to grammar and spelling I need to improve. Sadly this shows in my works and I'm really sorry about it. It is a little bit better now that I got a beta-read (God bless @bleue-flora, I'll never cease to be grateful for all the time she spent editing my chapters so they are a little bit more readable)

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic?

I never really had to do this in my fics so far but if I were to write a dialogue in a different language I'd probably put a translation. If the character speaks different language I think it is good to use that language but I absolutely hate it when people don't include translation.

*looks at all my fics* I hate them all equally, I srsly can't pick one. But ... well if I had to pick a favorite it would be either Monsters don't deserve hugs but you aren't a monster or Smiling masks and golden crowns. Those two are currently the most fun to write and ... dunno, I just like the story I guess. But then again I'm emotionally attached to all my written babies. I spent so many hours (that I should've spent sleeping) writing those, it's hard not get attached.

Dear…whoever the fuck finds this.

My name is TommyInnit, and my Pact Spirit’s name is Nokia. Funny name, I know, but he chose it and I wouldn’t change that. We made a Pact to make a world habitable because I wanted a place for my friends and I to have fun, enjoy ourselves without our parents worryin’ about us bein’ okay. And things were doin’ pretty damn good. Even had Speedrunner Legend Dream Wastaken come by to practice for his Manhunts there. Well, I invited him and he took a practice run to see how good the place was.

But, instead of askin’ for a permanent whitelistin’, he saw Wilbur murder me and take enoungh of my Pact to bind Nokia to him.

Dream took my body after Wilbur left, gave up his eyesight to create his own world and hid my body in a place no one could reach to make sure Wilbur didn’t finish the job.

This worked for about a year. Then Wilbur glitched himself into the DreamSMP. Yeah, Dream knew it was unoriginal, but he was in a hurry at the time of makin’ the world, so…the name stayed. Wilbur, he somehow figured out how to use Nokia to influence people to listen to him. Made them his sentient peons and turnin’ them against Dream, accusing him of makin’ a prison, or destroying L’Manburg.

Both of which Dream had nothin’ to do with and I know that for a fact. I was his seein’ eye ghost, and we didn’t even know about a prison or what caused L’Manburg’s destruction. We were busy tendin’ to a rupture in the coding that called itself the Egg.

But…Wilbur did finish the job in the end, but with Dream, instead. And, because of that, we truly lost everything. Our world’s deterioratin’ as I write this, only thing left’s the Altar.

If anyone finds this letter, please, please remember our lesson and our warning. Sometimes, the best things come with a sacrifice. Dream gave up his eyes, I gave up my wings, Hell, Xisuma gave up his own damn skin! But for our worlds, we would do it again to see people have a home and be happy. We just wanted to make people happy.

So please. Please remember us. Don’t cry for us, pity us, or try to help us. By the time this finds you, even the Altar’ll be gone. Just remember us. That would honor us enough.

Lucid’s hands tighten on the paper that had been tucked inside the envelope.

This might not be the usual way he learns of a death, but he’s no stranger to the weight of knowing that there’s one less person in the multiverse.

It had been hard to come to grips with the fact that sometimes, there’s nothing he could possibly do to help. Even if he did know about any given reality before a death– which he almost never does– he, personally, can only tell the T3 about it.

His nature as an admin means that he’s bound to his server. He’s stopped even attempting to step foot outside of it– by now, too many people need Sanctuary. The duty he has to those who arrived here by way of divine intervention, often with nothing more than the clothes on their backs, outstrips any personal interest he might have to roam.

Not that he should have been doing that in the first place. The scant few hours he could manage left him feeling like shit for days afterwards. His connection to San would feel fuzzier, too.

In the end he decided that the costs were too high to be worth it. So now, all he can do is live vicariously through those who can freely leave.

…Or, not live, as the case might be.

He exhales softly, feeling the nudge of his server’s concern. The phantom taste of licorice and salt is one he knows all too well.

“More names for the memorial,” he tells them. San’s response is sorrow in the form of the way a wither rose smells and the gritty, exhausted feeling that remains after you cry.

The memorial is where L’manburg once stood. The crater its final cannon death had left behind had been painstakingly sculpted by nearly everyone who had been living here at the time. Leaving it as a giant, gaping hole had been a non-option as far as the Reformation Team was concerned.

It hadn’t been intended as a community project, but it became one anyway. There had been a real catharsis in everyone working together, block by block, to help the wound become a scar. Not gone, but healed nevertheless.

But its current purpose came later on. By the nature of how bad things needed to be for the T3 to decide that there needed to be a rescue, the bulk of Sanctuary’s current residents have had more than their fair share of trauma and grief.

It had been Atlas, actually, who suggested putting up a memorial; a large stone statue that read simply, “To what has been lost.”

The site is a place to grieve for not just people, but the ideas, places, and whatever else might have been ripped away. Even if they may, technically, still be around…the people who live in Sanctuary will likely never see it again.

Carving them all into something is impossible, even before getting to the logistics of it. How does one differentiate several dozen people who all share a name? How does one explain that they want to add that they’re mourning being able to sleep soundly at night, or their ability to see a crimson forest without having a panic attack?

So the solution is, instead, to add new things to it by standing there and willing it to be there.

Not everyone wants to speak of their traumas out loud, for a host of reasons. That’s fine; their grief doesn’t need to be public. Those who want to say it can, and those that don’t can leave that matter between themselves and the gods.

Usually, any additions are done by those that seek refuge in Sanctuary. But on the rare occasion that there isn’t someone to do that– when there isn’t anyone personally connected who can do it…

Well. In those cases, there can be a few people who step up. The T3 are the ones who most often do it; they’re the one who are most likely to learn about something to mourn. Day in particular feels a duty to make sure that there’s proper respect given if he’s had to be the witness to a world where there’s no hope for saving anyone.

It almost never happens that Lucid is the one who is made aware of a loss in the cosmos. But, the letter was given to him, not to one of the T3 or the Reformation Team, nor the Orientation people.

As someone who has committed himself to making a sanctuary for those who need it, he wouldn’t be able to look at himself in the mirror if he rejected such a blatant call to action.

When he stands in front of the towering stone monument, he reaches out to brush its well-worn surface. Countless hands and the weather have smoothed it even further than it had been when it was first put up; countless more of both will smooth it even further.

“To Tommy, Nokia, Dream, and all those who are gone,” he says, “You are remembered. I’m sorry that’s all we can do for you.”

Fluffy snow covered everything the eye could see, a light breeze moved the tree branches, barely any snow falling. A couple of cabins lay in the midst of a clearing, warm lights lighting up the snow and melting the ice on the windowsills. A few crows slept in their nests hidden under the porch, and a horse grazed on a small patch of grass that was protected by the above roof. Inside one of the houses you could see a piglin moving about the kitchen, seemingly mixing something.

the first time you had lost you first life was completely an accident. You and Tommy had figured out that you had inherited wings from Philza. Being the curious and impatient kids you were, you wanted to go and try to fly with them. Asking Philza for permission to go to the top of a mountain and try to fly down he of course said no. That hurt you and Tommys feelings. But you understood the dangers of trying to fly for the first time without guidance or instructions so you said okay and just forgot about it. Tommy didn't. He didn't like the fact that Philza said no and that they couldn't try it out. Tommy said he didn't understand that they were excited that they could finally be special like their brothers. So he convinced you to go with him anyway. You were nervous, you never went against what dad told you before, nothing this major at least. You trusted Tommy though. He was your big brother, he would protect you.

So there y'all stand, at the top of a snowy mountain. The wind breezing lowly as you look out onto the open flied below. Cows and chickens roam around carelessly. Sheep’s eating grass and baaing as the water trickles slowly in a nearby lake. It is truly beautiful.

“Okay y/n, shall I go first?” Tommy says spreading his golden colored wings wide. He takes a step forward. Your quick to put a arm in-front of him before he accidentally kills himself.

“I don't know tom...” You say hesitantly, retracting your arms to pull them in-front of you, hugging yourself. You didn't want him to go. What if something happened?

Tommy turns around slightly, looking at you from over his shoulder. “What nugget? I’ll be fine! Im strong big man! I got this.” He gives you a smile and faces the field once again. “Count me off from 5.”

You hesitate to count. Tommy has always been brave but what if this hurts him in the long run-

“y/n? hello? You good lil one?” Tommy goes to stand before you. Grasping your hands into his slightly bigger ones. “What’s the matter?”

“Nothing tom, I’m okay.” You lie looking towards the floor.”Go on i’ll start counting.”

He’s not convinced.“If you worried that something going to happen to me then don't! Don't tell Philza but...I’m done this before without asking. Im kinda a pro.” He cheeky announces receiving a light punch to the arm from you. “Hey!?”

“Thomas!” you scolded “something bad could have happened to you and no one would have known!” You huff

“Hey! But I’m fine now aren't I? Now count me off. I got this.” He stands a little ways from the cliff so he can get a head start.

“okay...” you take a deep breath.

Tommy readies himself, preparing to run

He takes a deep breath shaking out his hands and head

He bounces on his toes, spreading his wings wider

He breaths once again starting to jog.

He takes off and once he gets to the edge of the cliff he jumps. He falls straight down.

“TOMMY!” you scream running to the edge of the cliff to try and find him in the midst below. You wait another second “Tommy..?” you croak, tears starting to form in your eyes.

Theres a scream and the sound of leaves forming around the mouth of the cliff. Theres a rush of wind blown into your face. When it clears in-front of you floats a disheveled Tommy, shirt practically falling off his shoulders as he cackles, hands rested on his waist.

You laugh in relief as you stand up.

“Gosh Thomas! don't ever do that agin. You scared the soul outta me! Now get down so I can hug you.” Tommy once again floats to you, landing on the ground with a ‘hmph’. Once he’s grounded you pull him in a tight hug.

“B-big L.I c-cant bre-breathe.” He wheezes out, trying to pry your arms off of him.

“oh,” you let go, moving back giving him some space “sorry tom.”

He dusts himself off with his dirt stained hands “No no, you’re good. Now,” he claps his hands and points to you “your turn.”

You look back down off the edge of the cliff, its a long way down. You probably shouldn't have done that. Fiddling with you overalls you say, “I’m scared Tommy..what if it doesn't work. What if I fall off the edge?” You take a step back further away from the edge.

It was probably a good time to tell Tommy you were afraid of heights. Oh well.

“You won't, I promise.I’ll keep you safe monkey. If you fail to fly I’ll swoop in” He says mimicking someone falling with his hands, “and grab you and bring you back to the surface.” He makes his ‘person’ fly up and level. “No problem.”

You take a breathe. Trust him. Nothing will bad will happen, its okay. “Okay,” you decide making your wings wide like Tommy did once before, your Sliver colored feather shine in the sunny afternoon. “ill do it.”

Tommy jumps in excitement “YES! I KNEW YOU COULD DO IT!” yells throwing both of his arms into the air. “Okay, do you want me count you off or...” he questions.

“Um..” You think for a minute. Do I? No, I don't. “No, I’m okay, thanks”

Bad decision.

“Okay, go whenever your ready!” Tommy takes a step back out of your way so you can get prepared. “You got this y/n! I have faith in you.”

You sigh and start jogging,

you’re at the end of the cliff flapping your wing to and from

you jump and descend downwards, the air leaving your lungs

you can’t steady yourself

“FLAP Y/N! FLAPP!” Tommy hollers from above

you try

but you cant

you try to calm yourself from having a panic attack

‘flap Tommy says, flap’ your eyes widen as you panic even more ‘but I cant’

“I bet on losing dogs Tommy,” you cry heading straight for a rock “this was a bad Idea,” you continue to descend downwards. This is it. This is how I die... there's only one thing left to do...

“I LOVE Y-” you hit a rock. Blood spilling down the side of your head as you lay there helplessly. Dead.

“Y/N! NO PLEASE!” Tommy flies down rapidly as he screams.

“no..” He lands next to your lifeless body as he picks your corpse up.

He moves the hair out of your eyes as you lay. Tears cascade down his face as he whimpers. “please..” he shakes you “PLEASE! wake up baby...” He shoves his face into the crook of your neck.

“my baby my baby..” he sings softy rocking you back and forth. “tell your baby that I’m your baby...” he couldn’t save you in time like he promised.

God.

As for the actual blackstone walls, Eret's vod is lost, but the blackstone of the walls was built on July 29th, 2020 (x) (x) and the top was modified to have the old black and yellow pattern on July 30th, 2020 (x) (x) (x).

It's a bit hard to pinpoint exactly where the agreement is, since Ghostbur goes around asking a lot of people to help revive him, but here is where Eret specifically says they want to help, and they remain in the call to help and discuss things until Ghostbur leaves the call after deciding on a revival date.

As for the shrine, this is another instance where Eret's vod is lost--However, we have clips for building the shrine (x) (x) (x), as well as Ghostbur's mention in the first clip that it's the first gravestone he ever got.

eret has a hidden past with foolish that we still don't know a lot about, and a connection to herobrine

Eret, THE EGG MUST DIE!!! (DREAM SMP LORE) (chilling later), March 27th, 2021 - 1:24:53 for the first mention of Eret and Foolish's past, though there are occasional mentions in later streams such as the mention of a party that I won't list.

Eret, I'M BACK!!!, February 21st, 2021, clip here for the herobrine connection if i remember correctly. There's also a more specific mention in Eret's twitter thread from March 1st, 2021 in which they say their character's white eyes are from a "relation with the one known as Herobrine."

do they know how eret cannot live past the betrayal? how it keeps getting thrown into his face again and again and again while others who committed worse get to move on? canon lives did not exist at the time of the betrayal so why are we holding it to that standard?

Now... This one. There is so much supporting this point that it feels almost pointless to try finding sources, but here are just a few.

Captain Puffy, Dream SMP - The Red Banquet... | (LORE STREAM), April 25th, 2021 - 35:32. 9 months after the betrayal, it gets thrown in Eret's face in the middle of threatening the Eggpire.

Eret, DSMP LORE! SAVING MICHAEL! AVENGING RANBOO!, January 29th, 2022 - 29:52. Almost exactly year and a half after the betrayal, Tubbo is throwing barbed comments at Eret about it.

Philza, Dream SMP ( LORE - Techno's Execution ), December 16th, 2020 - 1:33:00. A brief instance of how the "fuck Eret" line in the L'Manburg anthem, being the only thing Ghostbur knows about Eret, has caused him to believe that "we don't like Eret." You can see the impact of this line also elaborated on more in "My Own Judas," where Wilbur apologizes for essentially leading a smear campaign against Eret after the betrayal that led to people who'd never met her or hadn't been there for the war having a negative perception of her.
