A dragon-scale dice bag as a Christmas gift for my sister! This turned out absolutely gorgeous- I’d had this pattern saved since before I could even crochet and was so excited that my skills were now up to the task. This yarn is beyond lovely- and you can’t see too well in the photo but the glittery inner lining makes it look magical when it shows through the scales.

Yarn: Malabrigo Rios (not sure of the shade), gold lining and accent is Rico Luxury Magic Mohair in gold- which seems hard to find; I’ve had it forever so it may be discontinued.

Summary

pride themed dragon scale dice bags I crocheted today! featuring transgender, aromantic, genderfluid, bisexual, and non-binary pride :)

to make all 5 it took about 11 hours from learning the pattern to completion. I’d like to start an Etsy shop so I’m doing practice runs and tweaking the pattern a little bit with each new bag before I start trying to list and sell any <3 I plan on gifting these ones to friends!

variations in the bags include hook size used to make it, drawstring length, and the height of the top of the bag

Dragonscale dice bag! I love this pattern so much, I was so excited to use it again!! In this colour it kind of looks like a giant sparkly pinecone haha - which is appropriate since I’m planning to use it for an upcoming game of the Root RPG!

Yarn: Tragically I have absolutely no idea :( I’ve had this stuff for probably 6 years at this point and it’s been knitted and frogged a couple of times and long-since lost its label! It’s absolutely gorgeous though so if anybody recognises it and thinks they know what it is PLEASE let me know! The lining is scrap brown DK held with the last of my Rico luxury magic mohair - so pretty but so sticky, I’m honestly happy to have finally used it up!

I'm back again with more random crochet stuff: Dragonscale dice bag! I kinda combined two patterns to do it, and the holes are big enough to let dice out if it's jiggled furiously enough, but soon I'm probably going to line it with fabric to fix that. I'm really proud of it! (Total transparency: i don't have the drawstring i want in there yet, that one may or may not be a phone charger cord)
