I'm rewatching Dragon Hunters and I'll never get over the fact that Lian-chu can't read but HECTOR can

like how did that happen? Obviously on Lian-chu's part he either just didn't care enough to bother, since it's not THAT important in this universe, or he just likes Gwizdo reading to him or something similar

but like

why DOES Hector know???

Did GWIZDO teach him? Did he teach himself? Did he just hang around Gwizdo and his contracts that he picked it up???

The fact that Hector can read is just the funniest thing(which is probably the point, to be fair)

Have you seen Dragon Hunters? It came out in 2008 and was my favorite thing for a solid month as a 10yo

I really really love this specific dragon from it. This is perfect. The other featured dragons were okay but this this is the best of the bunch.

I saw it a while ago and thought it was pretty Okay for what it is. I know it was based on a tv show that also had some really funky dragon designs. I think if I was 3-6 years younger I would have been completely obsessed with this franchise and HTTYD as a kid.

I don’t know too much about this series but Hector is really fucked, watching his own kind be slaughtered on mass and loyal to their killers. Treacherous being.

It's been a long time since I've posted any kind of ad, but after taking a well needed break I've decided to start writing again! I'm going to try and keep this short and sweet:

- third person, past tense, and can usually write about 500 words at minimum. I do enjoy doubling but it's not required.

- I enjoy darker themes and of course, nsfw themes in my roleplays. Because of that, I will not roleplay with anyone under the age of 18.

- I'm pretty laid back. I'm usually down for any plot, even the more outlandish ones.

A Court of Thorns and Roses: I absolutely love this series and would *love* for someone to write Rhysand against my OC. I have a couple of different ideas in mind and I'd be more than willing to write anyone in return for you!

Game of Thrones/House of the Dragon: I've seen the shows, currently working on the books. I'd love to write against Oberyn Martell, Jon Snow, Rhaenyra Targaryen, or Daemon Targaryen. I would also be interested in doing something OC x OC in this universe.

The Hunger Games: I'd like to write against Peeta or Finnick, but I would also be interested in OC x OC here! Maybe a mentor x tribute? or a tribute x tribute?

Vampires: I absolutely love anything vampires, especially in period settings. I have a vague idea of a vampire king forcing a woman to become his new wife for whatever reason and the drama that would follow, or maybe a vampire x vampire hunter situation? or vampire x human? If you've seen the show Castlevenia, I love the dynamic between Hector and Lenore and would love to do something like that as well. Anything is possible!
