I love how it's literally established in the very first ep of House MD that the only person House ever listens to is Wilson. Like. The show OPENS with House only taking the patient because Wilson lies and says she's his cousin. He deadass doesn't even do it for his boss.

How do you open a show with the main character strutting(limping) up and going: "Aha. My boy best friend, Doctor James Wilson the Head of Oncology, your cousin has fallen ill and no one else can figure it out? Fine. I will begrudgingly solve this in 4-5 business days for you and she will probably live."

These fucking freaks are ruining my brain and I love them for it

Wilson would call him Greg and House would just call him Wilson (James on occasion, Jimmy to fuck with him)

Wilson is the fumbler and House is wayyyyy too untrusting to ever use pet names anyway. They could be married for 20yrs and House wouldn't even consider uttering a "sweetheart" like no WAY

My biggest problem with hilson is the idea that house would call Wilson “baby” or “honey”

He would just keep calling him Wilson
