Trata-se de um acordo com a Vale para o fornecimento de sulfato de níquel para a produção de baterias, a partir de uma planta proposta pela Vale em Bécancour, Quebec, Canadá.

O acordo visa garantir um estoque suficiente do produto para que a empresa possa atender à demanda crescente de veículos elétricos na região dos EUA.

Short Backstory;

Prince Haul Ryder Bjorgman of Arendelle was born 6 years after the isle was constructed to Prince Consort Kristoff Bjorgman and Queen Anna Bjorgman of Arendelle, alongside his older brother, Aksel, and his reindeer friend, Oskar.

He spent alot of time in the mountains with the Trolls and in the Enchanted forest with his aunts, uncle, and their tribe, and in Arendelle and was homeschooled until 2nd grade when he started attending Auardon Elementary. There he was relentlessly teased and bullied by some of his more unruly classmates until he met a little girl named Jenny--Tarzan and Jane's daughter--who soon became his bestfriend.

The pair did everything together and spent all their time together. They were inseparable and she was one of the only people who didn't find his little quirks werid. She'd even talk to and for his animals, not saying anything bad about them or him. The next 3 years would be the best of Haul's life and the only ones he'd have that didn't have him feeling lonely-- and then everything changed.

Their families went to Neverland and Jenny got hurt, and died during a game of there's-- leaving Haul to feel forever gulity about what happened. The incident left him traumatized and withdrawn, and he didn't talk for months afterwards. Not even to Oskar. And to this day, he still fears those woods. Even the mere thought of Neverland sends him spiraling into a panic attack, so people tend to just not mention it around him.

He eventually did start talking again and he eventually did make friends but he still feels lonely and empty at times. And his family worries about him constantly, which only makes him feel even more gulity. No one knows what to do or how to fix this-- since they've tried just about everything to fix it. Which is where Hannah comes into play... and well, the rest is history so they say.

Sometimes Steven just might be so tired by the end of the day that his last class will be lucky to have the last 30 minutes or so free, so they’ll have time to do homework. Steven just sleeps and relaxes during that time

Kahoot is a battlefield, with Steven giving first place winner 10 or 5 bonus points on a test. However, the questions on it are hard, so it makes the competition even more intense, with everyone studying before the day kahoot is going to be done

Okay but like if Steven had an observer in the room one day, he’ll pretty much be giving everyone this look like he did in the ova saying “don’t be rude don’t be rude-” Observer is probably impressed by how well Steven teaches and how everyone behaves aha

K.K might be a history teacher, since I have the feeling she’ll hate doing literature or English. I can also see her being an extra curricular teacher and teaching p.e or being the coach of a sports team for the school 

That one teacher who if you ask about her son(s) she’ll just talk on and on about her kids aha

Will be a good teacher, but then she’ll be a kind of good strict (and also a bit of a scary) teacher

Nobody wants to deal with K.K when she’s angry, or especially if she’s angry at the whole class (minus the ones who always do what they’re supposed to)

She’ll be a pretty fun teacher as well too, letting her students do whatever they want when they’re done with work and allowing them to play games like jeopardy and kahoot

Abrams is the pretty eccentric teacher in school, and pretty much everyone enjoys his classes. I feel like he’d be a pretty cool history teacher aha

Over the summer Abrams would maybe go somewhere like a different country each year, and slowly over time he attains many different trinkets and all to show off to his classes. Sometimes he’ll joke around and say one of the things he got is cursed or whatever (no one knows if he’s joking or not since he actually looks like he’s serious though lmao 

Abrams would probably have one of the most fun classes, with all sorts of activities and Abrams telling some stories from his travels. Most students are amazed at most of them, with Abrams mostly exaggerating a bit haha

Leonardo is a good student, getting good grades and all. He’d be trying hard to get good grades and is pretty much one of the good students in the classroom

Zapp is his somehow friend when he enters high school, and he wonders why he’s even friends with him sometimes. Sometimes Leo has to tutor him on how to do somethings in a specific subject

His notes would be both neat and have some sort of organized chaos, but he pretty much writes down everything during lessons since he’s afraid anything that the teacher has up on the board will be on the test

During finals and exam weeks he’s dead inside. All he wants to do is rest and sleep 

All nighters are done frequently with tests and all the next day

I have the feeling subjects like history and maybe math would be his best. English is not his friend unfortunately 

Okay but what about him as a teacher when he’s older… he’d be teaching something like history maybe.

The really nice but also making sure that no one is class will misbehave or anything

Zapp is the student who some how gets good grades but is terrible with completing homework. He still tries though

He and Chain would be in each almost all of the other’s classes. None of them are happy with this

Test review games with prizes at the end such as extra bonus points on the test or whatever ends up with both Chain and Zapp trying to beat each other. The winner is either one depending on both of their skills, memory, and reaction time. Let the games begin

Zapp might get into a few fights in school, but there won’t be many. Most of the time its just the other person being a jerk and him getting irritated 

Wants and tries to study but he just hates doing that. Ends up cramming instead the night before an exam

He’ll hate every morning when he has to wake up to the sound of his alarm and crawl out of bed

As a teacher he’s be a really laid back one, but if the class gets too rowdy he just yells and everyone will mostly quiet down

As Car Companies Pledge To Go All-Electric In Coming Years, Designs Are Getting More Stylish by Doug Dunbar | CBS 11 NORTH TEXAS (CBSDFW.COM) – On a recent sunny Saturday, a local car show was buzzing. Just a battery-powered motor to push them down the road. We talked to quite a few people who are all-in with electric cars, and one of the elements they absolutely love, is the instant power. Lloyd McMaster has been a Tesla owner for a few years now, and for him, it’s not just the style, but the power behind the looks. He told me when you want to go, you hit that pedal and you “really go!” Hang with the EV crowd, and you’ll find an energy that is sparking perhaps the biggest transformation the auto industry has ever seen. The dashboards are often pretty dazzling, so too is the amount of money an owner might save. One owner told me he can drive a thousand miles, for what amounts to about four dollars in electricity. Buzz Smith of Fort Worth, who describes himself as the EV-angelist, is a former gas and oil man, who fell into the electric revolution nearly a decade ago. He’s also sold cars for a living, and he says that when it comes to maintenance, it’s a whole new world. In all-electric vehicles, there are no oil changes, no spark plugs, no transmission fluid. That great-looking car, and those that came after for Tesla came at a sizable price, and that’s where Nissan jumped in to help round out an affordable side of all electric. They brought the Leaf to the market, and soon after, Chevy was here with the Bolt. Both still selling well today. So many wonder about charging. The basics? You can charge at home in the very same outlet you use for your cell phone. That charge will get you about four miles per hour on the batteries. Install a 220 outlet like what you’d use for your dryer, and then you can charge your vehicle at home four times faster. As for charging stations across the country, Tesla owner Lloyd McMaster told me their Tesla basically maps out places they will need to stop to fill up on electricity, on the very same map they’re using to navigate where they are going. He says there is no fear of going cross country. For manufacturers, the only fear now is getting left behind in the all-electric revolution. If you take any electric vehicle for a test drive, no matter the price point, you’re going notice two things right off the bat. First thing, is the silence. Quietest thing you’ll ever drive in. Second, is the insane acceleration. I drove the Ford Mustang Mach E for a couple of days, and the acceleration was like nothing I’d ever been in before. The reason for that incredible acceleration Buzz Smith told me, is the fact that the electric motor delivers 100% torque to the wheels, instantly. There is no lag. GM has promised to go all-electric by 2035. Huge promise and commitment. Their new truck is months away from hitting the market. They will be coming out with the Hummer pick-up truck and Buzz says that truck, will accelerate zero to 60mph, in just 3 seconds! But watch out for the ever popular Ford F-150. They have an all-electric F-150 that is going to his showrooms by next year. But other trucks are competing for attention in the EV market soon as well. Rivian is aiming for this summer to push out its r1t truck. And Lordstown in Ohio plans to bring its endurance truck to market soon. The Tesla Cybertruck is on the way, as is the very tactical looking Bollinger B1 and B2. Buzz feels the tidal wave of battery-powered cars taking over the roads is building as we speak, but he feels that once EV trucks hit the market, sales of some of the most popular vehicles we drive in America, could tip the industry forever. Ce sont de jolies maisons, à dire vrai, elles coûtent cher et disposent de tout le confort nécessaire. Certaines ont même des piscines. Pourtant, vous n’habiteriez ici pour rien au monde.

Personne n’est revenu vivre ici, après les événements. Les super-héros qui occupaient le quartier, bien protégés dans ces enclos qui n’en avaient pas l’air, ont préféré recréer leur vieux village, partir à l’autre bout du monde pour d’autres aventures… Ou bien fuir sans laisser de traces. Et vous les comprendriez presque ! Il flotte sur ce quartier un parfum de rien, un immense vide de sens et de vie qui aurait sûrement dû les alerter plus tôt. Les intérieurs sont désespérément blancs, synchronisés à l’extrême, estampillés partout de la marque d’une Agence corrompue ; nourriture, boisson, mobilier, jusqu’au poisson rouge qui tourne en rond dans son bocal, copie miniaturisée de la vie en vase clos qui a été celle des super-héros, pendant près d’un an.

À voir cet environnement aseptisé, vous seriez tenté.e de vous interroger : comment n’ont-ils rien vu venir ? Comment ont-ils pu exister si longtemps dans cette prison sans en remarquer les barreaux ? Mais c’est plus facile à dire a posteriori, avec du recul, quand on sait déjà tout ce dont les supers du passé n’avaient pas conscience. À force de faire les cent pas dans ces maisons toutes blanches, affublés des éternels mêmes survêtements gris, vous finissez par être contaminé.e par les murs… Alors, dans ces conditions, remplacer vos amis par des clones, ça passe forcément inaperçu.

Dans la maison vide que se partageaient John et Klaus, rien n’a bougé. John n’a pas remis les pieds ici, il n’a même pas récupéré ses affaires. Quand on ne fait que fuir de place en place, on ne possède rien d’important, de toute façon. Ce qui importait le plus, c’était sa famille ; Mary. C’était ses amis ; Klaus, Doug, et tous les autres. Il n’y avait rien, dans cette maison blanche, qui puisse le faire revenir. Et vous, y trouverez-vous des indices ? Klaus n’a sûrement pas osé repasser par là, il a dû se douter que l’Agence gardait toujours un œil sur le quartier, même après le départ de tous ses occupants. Par acquis de conscience, vous faites tout de même le tour des pièces.

Dans la cave, vous trouvez un tabouret, là où Kelly de l’Agence a sans doute été attachée par Klaus et Duco ; vous avez entendu l’histoire. Dans la chambre des héros, comme prévu, leurs maigres possessions sont encore là, éparpillées partout comme ces matins de départ en mission où vous êtes sûr.e de rentrer le soir. Dans la chambre de Klaus, des posters de Conan le Barbare et d’autres héros de fiction tout en muscles placardés sur tous les murs, comme un adolescent le ferait. Mais ce qui attire votre attention, c’est surtout cet objet, inhabituel pour le lieu, appuyé contre le mur… Cet objet, Klaus a emménagé avec, lorsque l’Agence les a forcés à se rabibocher, John et lui. Drôle d’objet, mais ça collait parfaitement avec le personnage. Mais, quel est-il ?
