i really like how much depth your art has, do you think you could show how you break down bodies when sketching if that makes sense? it’s something i struggle with a lot in my art! 。゚(゚´ω`゚)゚。
ok apologies in advance, this is probably going to be a really long and tangential rant about art that may or may not actually help you in learning how to construct bodies. im just gonna put it under a cut to save everyone from seeing this huge text wall.
i dont think its gonna be possible for you to replicate my methods here, because theyre mostly just really specific shortcuts for finding certain proportions and reference points for anatomy, which i'm fairly versed in, but not as much as i'd like to be. the shortcuts you'll need will be different from mine. im glad you think my art has depth, that is something i am trying to seek very intentionally right now, and i dont think im even close to the depth of form i am actually aiming for. so like. this makes making a tutorial kind of inherently hard. nevertheless, i threw this quick sketch together after like 3 failed attempts. (i was doing those attempts digitally, ended up giving up on that and going back to traditional because its what im most comfortable with rn)
Tumblr media
i didnt get all the steps i took to get here because scanning that much would be cumbersome but ill try to explain how i got here. i start with the head almost every time.
Tumblr media
i use a lot of symbolic/graphic shapes when drawing heads and dont stick to using forms very often besides the circle at the center of the head, which i use as the base to form these graphic shapes around. think of it like "wrapping" the ball in various textures and masses. the eyes are usually "textured" onto the head, notice how the her left eye looks narrower then her right. of course i try to make sure her bangs sit along the curve of the sphere and her ears look like they sit on opposite sides of the head. its easy to forget that part, making the head look unsymmetrical. the particular masses of leica's head would be her snout, which is just a curve extended slightly outside the diameter of the ball, and her hair, which are two strange organic shapes that are quite hard to draw, two hair sprig anime antennae things (forgive me, i forgot the word for them,) and the back of the head, which i usually need to extend slightly. its a little too extended here, needs more on the top, i fix this in the final pass. this was a quick sketch, so i didnt focus too hard on the forms of the head beyond the most essential ones for her design, but i sometimes highlight the form of cheeks with curved hatching, or try to make the eyes appear more sunken-in as they are on human faces. i dont know how to proportion the neck and torso correctly until i draw the head, so i always do it first. next, i did the torso.
Tumblr media
so heres why i said that you probably wont be able to replicate this approach. you do kind of just have to practice anatomy, i cant just make it make sense because im not very good at explaining this stuff, but ill try to go through what i did here. so, i generally use simplified bone shapes to find proportions and reference points, as well as more complicated shapes like those of elbows and knees. i try to study fairly often because im not satisfied with here im at with this stuff yet. of course, i dont think i'll ever be. so i'll usually start with the ribcage, add a shoulderblade out the back to find the shoulder, the armbones come out of that, the bone in the upper arm connects to the ulna with a sort of three-pronged attachment, one big knurl in the middle, which forms the thrust of the elbow, two little ones on the side. i think those are part of the ulna but i dont remember. see, you dont really have to know what exactly they do as long as you know what they look like. the ulna does some goofy rotation shit i dont understand, connects to the wrist, and then we have a hand, which, i mean, im not good enough at hands to even be telling you how to do it, but i just have a big squarish mass and some little hotdog fingers coming out of that. you can see on her left hand that ill have a big circle forming the the area on the hand where the thumb attaches... theres more depth to the hands, i think you can easily find better tutorials then i could offer. anyway, under the ribcage theres the pelvis, represented with a box. ill get into that when i talk about the legs. i wanna briefly talk about the way i add the flesh and fat to the bones.
so, i really can't give a comprehensive crash course on anatomy, but i can point you towards the morpho series, which is where i get most of this stuff from. you can get very far with the volumes Simplified Forms, Fat and Skin, and Skeleton and Bone Reference Points. moving on, i just kind of have a feel for where the masses attach by now. the important thing to remember when drawing fat characters like this is that the fat should "hang" from the bones and flesh, drooping down slightly. leicas fat hangs substantially, so she's not very wide despite her weight. this is important to her character design i feel. i almost always draw characters naked first when doing serious drawings because it will come in handy knowing where the forms of the body are when i add the clothing. by focusing on the way her body looks naked, i can modify the impression of those forms when adding clothes, and when i add them later on in this drawing, leica will take on the distinctive boxy look i try to draw her with.
if you look at the arm, youll see that the place the line of bone sits is very high compared to the whole mass of the arm, the flesh and fat of the arm "hang" from the bone, and then the upper arm squishes against the bent forearm too. even if the anatomy in the arm is indistinct, it can still look convincing when the forms act realistically against one another. the elbow has much less fat connected to it, so its more bony then the rest. this isnt actually consistent on all people so like, think about that kind of thing when designing characters, like i was talking about before, fat can sit in infinite different ways. maybe if i was doing a more objective anatomy lesson i'd draw cath, because i do have a sort of vague understanding of muscle placement that doesnt come through here, but probably would if i was drawing a scrawnier character. let me know if you want that.
a word on the breasts too: they hang a bit lower then you'd expect, keep that in mind. the attachment point is also angled, as the line shows. the line starts roughly in the middle of the torso and ends around the armpit, but the form of the breast can go underneath the armpit or even connect around the fold of fat in the back. many things to think about. i love boob shapes. ok lets finally get on with it and talk about the legs.
Tumblr media
so, the really specific shape of the pelvis doesnt matter that much unless youre drawing a really thin character, so its just a box here. out from the sides of the pelvis, extending out more then you'd expect, is the femur, which ends in a similar joint to the arm. this shape helps me figure out the form of the knee. two masses on each side with a bunch of complex and weirdly shaped bones forming the kneecap, which i have omitted because i dont yet know shit enough to include them. i am learning though. so, obviously the feet are just scribbles here because im just gonna put her feet in socks anyway. you really dont have to do more then you have to. a few tips i can offer here, the butt should hang a bit too when drawing fat characters, i think the butt is supposed to start just below the pelvis if i remember, but take that with a grain of salt. i also didnt really do that here but its hard to tell because she's facing mostly forward. again, i dont think i can really communicate what's going on here. morpho has a lot of great drawings explaining the shapes and muscles of the legs, all things i might focus on more when drawing a scrawnier character. for this case, i regrettably don't go too hard on the legs. also i should note that legs would usually be much longer, leica is really short so ive exaggerated the proportions to communicate that. i may change my mind on that front in the future and give her more grounded proportions. the important thing to remember with legs is just getting a nice hierarchy of forms going. bigger thigh going into smaller calf going into smaller foot. it mostly comes automatically now.
Tumblr media
i added the clothing, shaped up her head a bit, added a bit of fur. i put her in her classic outfit, just a sweater and jeans. i enjoy the big thick folds that come out of these clothes, and big areas of white space too. its nice. i try my best to form all the folds around the forms of the body i drew earlier. thats one case where i really really have no idea what im doing and could never explain it in words. its just some fun intuitive play with loops and lines. this is at around the stage for a sketch where i'd do inks, or if it was going to be a finished pencil drawing i'd erase out parts piece by piece and replace them with nicer and more defined lines and tones.
i guess that's all i can offer , i hope that halped.

I am all about constructive criticism. I mean, how am I supposed to get better at writing/drawing if people won't be honest with me and give me tips to get better. I personally think that people who can't take constructive criticism aren't very bright. How are they supposed to get better at things if they don't listen to others who are just trying to guide them?
Also, I would love some more tips on how to make the shell better. If you are willing, of course. :)
I am horrible at drawing. I usually have to trace things to get a decent drawing. (For instance, I traced like five different things to make Mikey a pony.)
I'm so much better at coloring than I am at drawing. My writing needs work, too, but I'm getting better.
First of all, can I just say that you shouldnt worry about tracing art to improve your own (as long as u aren't posting it as soley your own but thats a whole other rabbit hole) I did too! It helps build ground work for a good understanding of anatomy and poses.
However there are a few holes in tracing. Forst of all it is quite limiting in the outcome of your work, as your art is stuck static in one pose. this can alkost hinder your ability to see things in '3D' and visualise objects for multiple angles. it can also lead to 'skin wrapping' , which i think is the hole you fell into here (and also a term i just made up now)
Tumblr media
with the shell, you only coloured it within Mikey's trace lines - this caused the shell to loose a lot of its mass - making it look, quite frankly, not like a shell.
a way to improve on this is to look at more references of Mikey's shell in the show and its shape from different angles. this can help you get a good idea of how it should look, and it is a good idea to practice drawing it from these angles. this will improve your ability to think in a 3D space, (which is so darn hard, but seriously useful)
however, and you may have noticed this yourself, when you add new additions to the figure, the line art just doesnt line up! the line quality is different!
This is because the line you have done for the addition is Your Line. And we love your line.
so lets make the rest of the traced lineart fit into your style, instead of you fitting yours into theirs okay?
You may notice that when you trace art, the line work is just not the same, the lines are shakier than the original and it just doesn't look as good. this is not a reflection of your skill.
It is because, usually, (at least when I did it) you follow the original line so closely that it turns out shaky, probably taking your pen off the page a few times to take a break from the oen stroke. while the original artist did that line in one sweeping stroke.
a way to fix this, and make the line arr cleaner and more you, is to instead use the drawing as a very close reference. for example:
Tumblr media
instead of tracing the exact lines of the art, merely trace the general shapes of the art. not only then do you add your own flair and gesture to the drawing, you are then more free to add more shapes to this sketch.
You can still use the reference drawing as closly as you want, but try to focus less on getting the exact lines copied, and more on the general shape. you linework wont be perfect the first time, it might be really messy compared to your usual tracing, and thats fine! you should see some of my sketches before i refine them!
But these will be your lines, theyll be smoother and more gestural, and overtime you will get better control over your penstrokes doing this.
Okay I cant really think of anymore to add here, I hope this helps! i think this was just one big word vomit lol. Keep drawing!! cause no matter what you do, as long as you are actively drawing you are always improving! dont be afraid to push yourself out of you comfort zone! who cares if it doesnt turn out the way you wanted it to? Its your art, You Created That with your Own Hands, and I think that is amazing.

I love your art!! I really admire your work and I love your deltarune fanart, especially how you draw noelle :) whenever I look at your art I always feel like you have such a firm grasp on anatomy and all your drawings feel like they really exist in 3d space, and i love how the characters in your drawings are shaped :0 do you have any tips for a learning artist?
well gosh, after you buttering me up like that, how can i refuse? (jk but in all serious, thank you so much this is SO sweet) anyway, let's see, tips..... (this ended up turning into a whole tutorial lmao)
so one thing you'll hear a lot of artists say is to start with a warm up first, but not a lot about what "warming up" actually means. some people take that to mean they have to start with a whole other drawing, personally i find that takes away too much energy and i end up spending way more time on it than i want to. i like doodling little cubes and cylinders, but if i have something to color sometimes i just do that to warm up. whatever works for you best, just anything to get your hand used to the motion of drawing.
Tumblr media
for starting the actual drawing it really is important to begin with a line of action. think of it as a basic guideline for how you want to pose a character. it will help the pose flow better, trust me. (im going to draw noelle bc obviously im pretty used to that)
some artists start with just the line, i like to do the guide for the head first and then the line, whatever
Tumblr media
you dont absolutely have to follow the line for your pose btw its just good to have an idea of what youre doing before you do it
after that is when you start worrying about shapes, usually. an important thing to remember when drawing is that absolutely everything is made of shapes, first and foremost. humans, animals, objects, drawing anything starts with shapes. circles squares and triangles. this goes for drawing from life too! it's why you want to start with a light pencil or a sketch layer cuz this is the stuff youre gonna erase later, but it's essentially the skeleton of your drawing
Tumblr media
btw, i give noelle a very basic "average thin teenage girl" figure but it's good to practice other body types too and learn what shapes work best for drawing those
Tumblr media
you mightve heard the advice to "draw the person nude first and then draw the clothes on top of them" and that's only partially true- it's good to know what the shape of the body is before you dive in with the clothes but you dont have to do like, a whole nude model first. you just need enough to understand how the fabric is going to fall on the body
Tumblr media
also, and this is sort of off-topic, but when it comes to clothes its good to understand how different fabric works and how it's going to react to a body underneath it. some fabric clings, some is very loose, some is thin and some is thick. basically what im saying is that you dont have to shrink-wrap the clothing to the body, especially when it comes to a character with breasts or anything else that sticks out. thats a mistake a lot of beginner artists make. in this case, noelle's robe is very loose but i still want it to conform to her body a little bit so the pose isn't totally lost
Tumblr media
aaaaand there ya go! after all that is when im ready to actually draw the dang thing. you can tell if you look close that i didnt totally follow the guidelines i made for myself, and that's okay. for example i tend to almost always draw the head too small and then have to enlarge it afterwards. one of the perks of being a digital artist is i can make mistakes and not have to re-do the whole drawing to fix them.
one other thing as to how to get better at actually drawing the body right in the first place- FIGURE DRAWING! as cliche as it might sound it really helps. it's best to draw from life, but if you can't get into a class for it there are plenty of websites out there with good photography of nude models. i also reference a lot of my poses from those websites, or sometimes from videos of figure skating or ballet if i think the situation calls for it.
this is a good website for figure drawing practice- it lets you set a timer so you can practice getting a pose down quickly or spend a lot of time on one model, your choice
also, yknow, always make sure you're having fun and dont stress out too much about whether what youre drawing looks good. the more you draw, the better, and don't think you have to post everything to social media if you dont want to. draw for yourself first and foremost and observe from life and artists you admire what you WANT to draw and want to get better at, and what looks like fun. that's the most important part

Hii so hope you have a lovely day. Would it be possible to perhaps write something about a Male teacher and female student where the teacher notices how horny the student is during the lesson ans keeps them afterwards and asks whether the student knows how to fix it. The student it then like no and he goes and like guides them through doing it themself and then he joins her to finish it? Absolutely love your writing so dont worry if you cant do this
word count: 1, 825 warning, contains:
- 'little girl'
- not forced but ..... innocence play
- public (kinda)
I wrote this quite literally as the sun came up so please don't judge my spelling and writing abilities :) you're welcome.
Each year the school demanded that sex education was taught to every student above the age of 16 and, most of the time, this task landed on the awkward shoulders of the too tall sports teacher who willed to be anywhere else. Each year it consisted of 30 kids sat behind tiny desks. Some laughing every time he said the word 'penis’ or made any reference to sex and others folded over their work to make the time pass quicker and speed up their eventual escape. It was always last period on a friday, one of the worst classes for a teacher to attempt to get the rowdy teens to listen. This time however, as the man stood at the front and repeated the same spiel he gave every year, he noticed a small girl at the back who shifted in her seat. Her legs crossed and held tightly together as she focused on his hands. His gesturing wide and dramatic across the space of the projected diagrams, her cheeks flushing bright red even in the dark room when he changed to female anatomy.
At first, he ignored her. Putting it down to embarrassment or confusion, perhaps boredom. But, each time his fingers graced what would have been a sensitive bundle or nerves, she seemed to stop breathing or gasp for air. His focus now pulled from the entire class to just her movements, catching her eye as he continued to teach.
“So from here we see it connect to,” he watched her hand disappear underneath the desk and the previously crossed legs uncross, “it uh connects to that and then .. so yeah.” The class around him ignored his fumbling words and continued the same faked attention they had every lesson, writing down random notes and passing others between themselves. The girl at the back of the class now entirely too distracted to be just embarrassed. One hand working at an unexplored area beneath the waistband of her mid-thigh length skirt and the other bend to lean against the desk, covering her mouth in an attempt to hide her reactions even when her eyes screamed it across the room. He continued watching as the rest of the class threw their workbooks at the front and disappeared to a bell he hadn’t heard. Her reaction delayed and hesitant, slowly untangling herself and standing on shaky legs.
He gulped, moving behind his own desk to hide excitement that grew more and more evident in his pants.
She approached the desk slowly, biting her lip and avoiding his eye, only to have her hand caught by an equally shocked teacher. His actions reckless but purposeful all in one.
“Stay after class,” he stated rather than asked before letting her hand drop to her side. The two final students behind her giving her odd looks of confusion as they dumped their work and rushed from the growingly tense room. The air so thick that they both swallowed as if their saliva drowned them.
“Did you enjoy the lesson then?” he asked with a confidence he didn’t realise he had. His arms planted firmly apart on the desk, body leaning forward to close some of the large desk spaced gap between them. Her arms wrapped around her tiny waist as if it was holding in a secret only she knew.
“I guess,” she muttered. His eyebrows instantly raising in disapproval at the answer.
“What was that?” he prompted, wanting her to answer properly when she was spoken to.
“It was good,” she said only a touch lounder, barely satisfying the man that pushed away from the desk to stand back and assess her. The hands wrapped around her midsection beginning to fiddle with her shirt and backpack straps as he stared into her, eyes tracing every curve and slope of her as if judging if she was worth it.
“You seemed busy back there,” he concluded after too many moments of dead silence. Her fidgeting only growing worse as she again, subconsciously, shifted her thighs together. Her mind stuck on the image of his hands all over her, touching and exploring in ways she would likely never know. Not when he was her teacher and she was only some student. “Tell me why,” he said. She looked at him blankly, eyes wide and innocent as they gazed up at him. “Why were you so distracted?”
“I wasn’t.. distracted,” she said slowly, only to have him scoff at her. “I wasn’t,” she cried out clearly flustered and embarrassed. The man almost pitied her at the sight, eyes starting to become watery and distressed when he moved around the large wooden desk with long strides. Hands landed on her cheeks to cup her face as a single tear slid down her cheek. “Poor thing,” he muttered, wiping it away with his rough thumb, caressing the smooth skin of her young face “You’re lying.” Tears of embarrassment and shame slid freely down her face now. “I watched you, little one. Your eyes on my hands,” he rubbed her cheek softly again, as if caring, “I watched your hands slide up your skirt. I saw your bright red cheeks, shaky legs, glossy eyes. You think i don’t know that look?” Her only response was a weak shake of her head. “There’s no need to hide it,” he re-enforced with a soft, smile that didn’t reach his desire filled eyes. “Don’t be shy, it’s ok to feel that way. That tingly feeling you get down there, the overwhelming urge to rock in your seat, to touch yourself in any way you know how.” He watched her gasp softly for air between quiet, shameful cries. “But you don’t know how do you?” She shook her head quickly and let her face fall into his hands, hiding her from his view until he pulled her head back up with a tap on her chin.
Without a word, he dropped his hands, leaving her stunned and hurt for only a second before lifting her like a child. His steps fast and giddy as he pushed them out of the classroom door and into the wide, locket lined hallway. The office only a few doors down holding the couch he aimed for, crashing through the doors into the room where she lands with a thud.
Her shock still written on every feature, tears stopped from the sudden movements, as he locked the door and settled himself onto the floor next to the low rise, fabric couch she laid on. His hand working its way into her tangled and messy hair to calm her racing heart. Waiting and waiting as his erection grew painful at every thought of what he could make her do.
Eventually he whispered, “take your tights off for me,” hot in her ear. Shivers spread through her body as she did, stripping them to the end of the seat. “Now the panties little one,” he commanded softly into her skin again. Her fingers grazing the skin on her thighs as she stripped them from her body.
“Good girl, doesn’t that feel better, hm?” She nodded shyly, the same embarrassed tears threatening to return as she turned her head away from him to hide her violent blush. His hand only moving from her hair to her chin to pull her face rather roughly back to face him, leaving a brushed light kiss on her cheek as he did. Tasting the salty distressed tears on his lips.
“Give me your hand,” he murmured, taking the hesitant and dainty hand in his own. Her entire hand nearly enveloped by only his palm. Moving both of them down to her exposed thighs, his hand helping hers to trail just the tips of her fingers up the closed inner thigh, stopping mid way to push them apart lightly as he kissed her head. Her heard pounded as he trailed her touch up higher, meeting only more and more exposed skin until she felt the drenched core between her legs on her hands. Fingers already coated and dripping from the wetness.
“You are so good, just do what i make you,” he said before moving them again. Her laboured breath and soft sniffles filling the room until a whine broke free from her throat. His hand guiding two of her fingers over the same bundle of nerves she had watched him tease on the board from class.
“Do you feel that?” he asked knowing the answer, but she nodded anyway. “Good.”
He moved her to slide through the silky slit, teasing her virgin tight hole before weaving back up to her pounding clit. His erection beginning to leak and twitch in his dress pants, restricted too much by the stiff fabric. Speeding and slowing her hand as her gasps and whines turned to whimpers and shy moans. Her hips moving to meet their touch on her body, pushing them harder against her, resulting in an unhinged cry for more. The new feelings of pleasure taking over her body and flooring her veins. The need and desire rolling off of her in waves, her eyes met his with new as she moved in shyly to kiss him. Her lips clumsy and unpracticed against his perfected motions. Her breathing becoming more and more erratic as they deepened the kiss, his hand dropping hers to the side, replacing the soft skin of hers with a rough and fast touch of his. Every one of his circles and flicks of her clit aiming to grow the knot he had no double was tangling in her stomach. The heat and smell of sex drenched the room as her body arched into his and shook before she grew shy again and shifted her hips away from him. New sensations and levels of excitement sending her mind into a spiral. The rough cushion under her rubbing on her bare skin, adding the overwhelming sensations and orgasmic feelings she was drowning in. A growl erupting from his throat but soft words quickly following.
“Stay, love, it’s ok. I know it feels like it's all too much. Let me make you feel better. Just stay still.”
She complied, the knot she feared in her stomach tightening more and more and she struggled to remain under his hand, his fingers working in fast, tight circles over her nerves until it exploded and her mind stopped. Her back arching and breath ragged, moaning and whimpering his name as she came, clenching tighter and tighter as the waves of pleasure rocked her to the core.
“Good girl,” he kissed into her hair as she laid there, sweaty and exhausted. His movements slow again when he removed his touch from her clit and stood, lifting her from the couch and sitting himself down on the now wet seat. Placing her in his lap. The feeling of heat over his lap enough to drive him wild but the want to comfort her already crying eyes larger.

‘less weird hairs,’ pics of me, real life questions, seasons thoughts, kpop stuff, ‘are you a boy’ erhdfnv, tutorial questions, edits, ‘safe’ cc, and umm yeah never go camping in the actual woods ok
Anonymous said: Can you do Less weird hair? I Like how good Mesh You make but all styles look Really Weird I never Would use them. I just want Usual hair? Thanks you
Firstly, thank you for the meshing compliment, but tbh I think I make pretty simple hair styles? Like I don’t do many crazy things especially recently? Idk, I hope you like some of my hairs and can find something that fits in your liking :/
Anonymous said: Hi I really love you content and I was wondering if you’d ever do a “goddess locs” hairstyle?
Ok I am gonna be super straight forward about this, making hairstyles like this is really challenging for me. I have tried a ton of times and I just can’t get the meshes to work out the way I like. UV mapping is a pain in the ass, making the hairline match well, and making sure none of the mesh strands are broken is next to impossible for me. Most creators that make hairstyles like this do them from scratch or spend a long time working on them for them to look right. I’m not saying ‘no’ because I am going to try to play around with some seasons meshes (I have hair ideas) but no promises :(
Anonymous said: BLACKPINK COMEBACK
i know omg jennie snapped, I wasn’t planning on buying the physical album but I ended up caving in and getting the pink versions ;-; I hope I get Jennie or Lisa photocards
Anonymous said: i know your theme is by gukthemes, but what is it called?

Anonymous said: You play pokemon go still?
Yes! I collected cards/figures growing up and watched the show before school every morning. I’m not a ‘game’ fan but the mobile app is fun. Actually I played the Wii U Pokemon tournament game but it was boring so :/
Anonymous said: are you going to buy seasons? do you think it is worth it?
I got it from CDkeys for $25 lmao, so yes :P I can’t run the live mode so I kind of am just getting it for the new CAS assets :/ but I think the pack looks really good. Everyone always says ‘it looks like the best EP so far’ every time something new comes out so I’m not gonna say that but we will see :D
Anonymous said: whats ur skin blend called?
Fruitpunch! You can get it here
Anonymous said: when are you going to be done camping?
I am back home now lmao I assume you sent this when I posted about not having service there :P but I was camping for 3 days? I know it was 2 nights at least refdbv also omg some camping stories:
► I didn’t have my voice for the entire trip bc I got sick with laryngitis, and now koby (the guy i shared a tent with) has it too erfdbvc
► It was blazing hot like omg I was dying, there werent showers, bathrooms, anything with AC. The tents were boiling hot, the ground fucking hurt, and it was just hell ok this isnt even a story I just need to complain.
► There was a racoon family outside the tents the first night, and we thought it was a bear bc we were literally in the middle of the woods, like it wasn’t a campsite with other people, it was the forest ;-; anyways we were legit so freaked out and up for 2 hours just listening to them walk around the tents and god it was so scary rfbdv
► As I said, I had no service so I missed the larvitar community day in pokemon go -_-
► I suck at cornhole so I was the cheer leader for a team UwU
► A deer jumped out right in front of the fucking car like RIGHT IN FRONT OF IT omg we were so close to hitting it like... it was fucking scary
► We went walking on a trail that was down a mountain and once we got down we discovered that the chairlift up was CLOSED so we had to walk back up and it was a nightmare bc we had all just drove like 30 minutes to shower in crappy no pressure no heat showers and we were all sweaty again by the time we got back to the top ;-;
dont go camping

LMAO why? It isnt meant to be sexual or scary?
@achinghearts88 said: I really love Sims 4 cc but I constantly struggle with finding safe sites and have accidentally downloaded a virus trying to get cc before so I'm kinda frightened now. What advice do you have for getting safe cc? Thanks!
Hello! I use an adfly skipper + adblock, and if both of those don’t work then I just don’t download the cc. For some creators (nolan-sims, simduction, isjao, ivo-sims, and others) I will turn them off because I know these creators aren’t ones that use the sketchy adfly stuff, but for others that I don’t know well I leave it on. I use: U Block origin and adfly skipper (both on firefox)

@chocooosims said: hey, I love your cc, you are such a good creator! :) I'm not sure if someone already ask you that, but have you ever considered making a tutorial where you show us how you create maxis match hair? I mean, I know that I can already find on Internet  tutorials about frankenmeshing hair. But the thing is that you are one of the only creator who do more than simply merge 2 EA's hair together. So, I would really love to see a tutorial of how you are creating your cc! :) Thx for your time!!
I am making a BIG tutorial right now of me making a hair from start-finish and it is around 3 hours not speed up. My guardian angel is going to edit it for me tonight and then I will try to have it posted next week sometime

thank you lmao I wish it were true, stan loona or be beheaded
Anonymous said: r u a guy or girl or non binary etc. also are you lgbtq+ at all? not to judge, just wondering :)
uuh, I’m a gay guy lmao idk about all the other terms like cis/bianary ;-; i like the anatomy exclusive to the male body
edit: rip so someone messaged me asking what I meant by “anatomy exclusive to the male body” and I was like ?? bc I meant i like d**k, and i explained that i didn't like using cuss words on my blog bc my account got shut down/deleted/reported last year and was completely gone for two days while I emailed my butt off to get it back. Also, I was trying to be funny by sounding proper and using big terms like anatomy/exclusive instead of just saying “i like penis” bc that just isnt as fun to say imo. My anatomy teacher never used words like v*gina/p*nis and would say stuff like that, and I always found it funny and I guess that was another reason I worded it that way. Anyways if you think I was being transphobic, I apologize. I hope you don’t think that I am transphobic bc of that? If you want to message me and talk to me about how I can word stuff better then I am around 24/7 mostly, but I’m not going to fight with anyone who is just looking to argue because that is childish. I am sorry to those that got offended but I got one message about this so if something like this happens, message me like this person and ask what I meant so that it isn’t blown out of proportion. Again, I did not think that it would be taken that way and I am sorry if you felt that I was making fun of a trans person. <3

Anonymous said: hi! i installed your non-default eye recolors but i'm having a glitch with them. my female sims lose their face in cas and it's just like an empty spot where the face should be. i have the default eyes installed too so i know it's not an issue with a missing mesh but i'm not sure how to fix it.
Hello!! I don’t think this is my eyes because I’m not experiencing this glitch? Did you run a S4S batch fix over everything? I think that causes this glitch sometimes but I am unsure. Try repairing your game and if you have the “no EA eyelash” mod then redownload that and replace the old file.
@sephirajo said: I found your sims 4 mods and I love the hairs! They're so amazing and pretty.
thank you so much!
Anonymous said: In your collab with wildpixel, I F**KING love the Ivy hair; do you have any recolours of it or any of the other hairs in the collab?
all the hairs in that pack are recolored in the anathema and sacharinne palette :) and I reblog all recolors of my cc over on @aharris00britneyrecolors

stop being jealous and bitter!
Now i know you cant outright just throw away your jealousy in the art community. You see a really cool popular artist or just someone with absolutely amzing art and you think “wow holy shit their art is so good i wish that was me and that i could do that....” I understand that spite can be a good thing sometimes; it can be what motivates you to improve and do well, especially if the artist is well... not the best person in terms of personality. Great, that’s even more motivation to do well right!?
But when does all the comparing go too far?
----------------------------------------long post incoming------------------------------------------
Now i’ve had people very close to me do this. I’ve been told that im ‘popular’ which im honestly not seriously. They could probably be reading this right now, but this has been bothering me for awhile so i must get this out there. Let’s step into a certain mindset for a moment:-
You hate your artwork. You hate your current skills. Sure there are artists you like. But then there are ‘THOSE’ ones. You have very specific artists you follow just because theyre so good and popular they make you feel bitter and you still check up on them regularly to fuel that bitterness. You know good and well that they make you bitter and angry and peeved but you just keep going back.
Step back for a moment and think.... why on earth am i fucking doing this???? Comparing and feeling bitter about another persons skill or popularity and letting yourself stay sad and bitter isn’t good for ANYTHING, art aside. It’s good to want to feel validated at the work you spent time on but it WILL get tiring if you keep complaining that ‘your art is bad’, ‘your art isnt good’, ‘its shit’ or ‘garbage’. Your brain is just internalizing that and hindering your work and future improvement. It’s most importantly WASTING YOUR own time, YOU the creator. And not to sound snobby here, i really truly dont intend for that, but some of you know good and well that you keep belitting you work because you only just want people to compliment your art when youre only doing the bare minimum to improve! I can only tell you as a friend or an on-looker that i love your art so many times (as much i really do love it and hope for your improvement) if you continuously decide to still turn around and say you hate your work and tell me im wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why reach for compliments then! Why continuously turn them down?
And i’m not saying you cant ever not like your art (cause it happens) or decline a compliment, but to do it every single time....it leaves a bad image for your work. You either start to believe it, or the person complimenting you will get put off from your negativity!
It makes people feel bad, especially if theyre also artist AND also your friends. You can’t keep saying you prefer their work and still put down your own. It makes your artist friend uncomfortable. They might not know how to respond when you keep doing it. And im sure they wouldnt want you to keep making yourself feel bad. Personally, i wish all my art friends success and improvement, and i want them to love and feel proud of their work more than the times they hate it. We really need to uplift each other as artists.
Thanks.
What you think and say is what you become and if youre always negative and comparing youre gonna tear down both the person you admire and yourself. Ie, if youre constantly thinking ‘ill never be as good as this person’,’no ones ever gonna like my work’, ‘i cant color as well as they do’ or saying that your work is only ever garbage... newsflash asshole! your mind absorbs that negativity and makes you believe it! u fool!!!!! Because brains are stupid and can be your worst enemy at times!
Sometimes you just need to stOP looking at certain peoples work completely if it gets you that bitter or angry or sad. Unfollow them! Block them! Delete their name from your search history if you have to! Stop hurting yourself and forget about them, it’s like trying to think about an ex thats moved on. Pointless.
Negative emotions such as sadness and anger are our brains direct ways at trying to reach out to ourselves.
You: seeing cool art Your mind: remembering you dont have some of those skills or popularity + comparing = sadness/ anger/ bitterness at not being able to be at that lvl withtin the same timeframe or less
Your brain is trying to tell you to fix this! But you know you might not have the tools to gain that much popularity or become so good at anatomy, coloring , compositions or backgrounds overnight, so the only solution for your brain is to self-sabotage.
It’s just the same as suddenly feeling sad for no reason. It’s your mind trying to work out a problem you never resolved. Maybe your friends haven’t replied in awhile and you feel ignored. Or you subconsciously remembered a bad experience without really realizing. You’ll get sad. Your mind is is saying ‘Hey asshole im sad. I know it might be out of your control but I’ll stay sad about this one thing until you resolve it somehow. ’ (whether it be blindly distracting yourself on purpose or fully wallowing in the feelings)
So we realized youre feeling intensely about this persons work vs your own...then what exactly happened there? The answer is pretty simple. Some kind of information processing happened in your brain. The result of this processing made the your mind conclude that one of your existing problems (art in this case) can never be solved; whether conscious or unconscious, and this explains why your mood might change all of a sudden without any kind of warning signs (in relation to what you saw).
Inspired VS Jealousy When youre inspired youre working against yourself in a GOOD way. You’re feeling motivated to make something great! Youre feeling motivated to make something better than the last piece!! And honestly thats wonderful!!!  That is a lot nicer than being in art-block, comparison negativity hell.
YOU are the only one responsible for where you are as an artist. That goes towards every artist of every skill level! There’s always someone better than you and there’s always someone worse than you. People get better at art in different intervals depending on how much they take in or put into practicing. Some people just get some concepts and fundamentals a lot easier and quicker than others but that doesn’t mean they naturally had that ability from birth. They put in the work just as you should be doing instead of feeling so intensely negative! But when you’re jealous and negative all the time, that’s when it starts to go downhill. :/
Jealously is a very human emotion at its core. And im not saying its super easy to deal with and just suddenly get over, but there are things you can do to slowly help yourself do it at least a little less.
Here’s the best things you CAN do instead:- - Write down some of the things you find yourself feeling bitter over about, especially when you look at another artists work? Ask yourself why these specific things? If it’s something you yourself can work on in your own pieces then maybe uh do that?  - Find the time to practice your work. - Practice even more. - If it’s your style that you arent happy with think of the artstyles you like and set aside time to mimic the way that artist might draw something (hence adding that to YOUR style). Take a sketchbook page or two and just draw entirely in those styles. - Practice. I can’t stress this enough. I know artists say this a lot and it can kind of just be thrown around carelessly, but if you keep putting this off and saying you don’t want to practice or talking about how time is going by when you should be practicing things.... and STILL refuse to practice then???? I cant help you sorry. Time waits for no one, so sometimes you need to grab time by the horns and kick its ass for awhile. Put in that effort! - Please use references. Even better if you use it nearly EVERYTIME you draw something, especially yknow...if its a pose, body part or background that you know you have no idea how to properly express! Find a stock image or a variety of websites to use! Save poses that you like from online magazines, other artists and photographs you see anywhere online. I like to look at online magazines from other countries or photographers, and there are tons of places like pinterest or instagram and whatnot. - Stop comparing and being bitter. Ii cant say this enough it gets me so ticked off, but my stubborn taurus self refuses to fully go off until it all piles up and this post is the result lol. If you know you can’t let go hating on a certain artist (for no good reason) then dont hate-follow them! Don’t check up on their work constantly! Don’t even talk about them!!!!!!! Try to get them out of your head for goodness sakes. Majority of the time they dont even know who YOU are so why are you worried about what they’re up to. - STOP SHITTING ON YOUR OWN WORK. - STOP IT RIGHT NOW. - AS THE ARTIST SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO FORCE YOURSELF TO SAY ‘’hey, my work isn’t exactly where i want it to be at this point in time and it may never be but i can appreciate that i’ve gotten better at a lot of things and im better than where i was a few years/ a year/ a month ago/ even weeks ago.” - ”I’m proud of this piece and can’t wait to get even better.” - Art is a struggle that takes time, effort and a lot of work. There’s always going to be someone better than you and there’s always going to be someone worse than you. You can only strive to get to the level that would make you happiest, otherwise you will get irritated with it and feel absolutely miserable about everything you produce. - PUT IN THE WORK TO GET YOUR ART OUT THERE. Social media has been both a curse and a blessing to artists all around. It’s made it easier for us to share our work around and opened paths for making money online and at home and connecting with other artists, but competition grows everyday as more people post their work in the same market. (ie another reason why it can be hard to get your commissions out there) Also as artists we want that dopamine rush you get from people liking your stuff, i get that its gucci. -But if you aren’t tagging your works well, posting somewhat consistently, not really bothering to talk to people in certain art communities (even people in your fandom because hey potential friends and even partners on future projects), not adding your works to groups (a big problem i see with people on places like deviantart mostly), joining and sharing them in art group chats/aminos/discords, joining events to get yourself out there (such as zines/big bangs/gift exchanges etc), giving tips and advice or even little helpful tutorials to people then how do you expect to be noticed? How.  If youre not doing at least TWO of these things then hoW can you complain about not getting attention. :(
Of course you dont have to do ALL of this. Im just saying ...if you arent out there advertising how will more people know about you? This leads to you thinking no one likes your art (skill level excluded because even my cringiest old art would have a few comments or encouragements to see my future improvement, and i still want to hide when people like/comment/reblog said old art to this very day).
I understand mainly OC artists feel this way that no ones gonna like their characters, or it just doesnt get reblogged enough in general but thats understandable too. No one is ‘selling out’ if they only do fanart. No one is ‘snobby or scared to get themselves out there’ if theyre really enthusiastic about their stories and worlds. Otherwise we wouldnt have fandoms int he first place, theyre all someones work. And hell, good for you if you draw both. It really is just a matter of how you put yourself out there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It’ll take some time but there IS always someone out there that likes your stuff. And sometimes you just have to be content with making work for yourself, work that makes you happy. The online art world is tough especially when youre small but once you fall into the depths of bitterness its hard to rewire your mind...
This is how yall should be looking at your/others work majority of the time: You: seeing cool art  Your mind: omg thats beautiful! i wish i could draw and paint like that. i should practice more , try out some poses and anatomy or implement what they do into my work. i wanna make a cool ass piece like this too i feel so pumped to draw and work!!
And that’s that! Do yourself a favor and be happier you bastards! Its tiring being negative and sad all the time and i want tf out of it. Its so very tiring and annoying to be sad and bitter as shit!!!!! My goD
I can’t really think of anything else to add to this and the text may appear angry sometimes as i was very heated when i wrote this but tried to tone it down a lot hfkds. Im not some ‘art guru goddess with supreme skill uwuw’ but advice is advice! It’s always up to the person listening to take it or not.
I’m gonna end this with one of my favorite art quotes of all time from t h e Arin Hanson himself. Because it really is true.
Tumblr media
Get yourself out there, practice towards a level that makes you content and try to have more fun with loving your work.
It’s taken me a long while to post this, as i’ve been feeling this way for...at least a couple months??? but i finally put it all out there i just needed to do this lol.  Sorry if i mightve repeated info sometimes here and there?
This post is just as much of a call out to my own actions but more so @ those of you that specifically do this!

(sorry for the shitty quality) [I like her design]
Uh, so here’s my girl. I submitted her a while back but I changed her up so here’s the cool and new version!
Name: Faynix Nekrup (Faynix: Faunua/Satyr Nekrup: Necropsy)
Age: 6ish [I’m guessing sweeps?]
Gender: Female
Blood color: Indigo/Purple
Sign: Simplified symbol of Satyr (constellation)
Lusus: bipedal macabre billy-goat, very large
Description: Messy short hair and meticulously prepared face paint with white stripes under her eyes and little white eyebrows painted on. Her nose is also painted white and the paint extends down to her lip. She wears a light grey trenchcoat with her sign emblazoned on the breast pocket. She wears a purple belt and purple rubber gloves. She wears a knee length skirt most of the time, but wears slacks when she’s at home or at a FLARP scene. Broken horn from when she tried dissecting another highblood while they were still alive.
Personality: Always smiling! Whether it’s malicious or genuinely happy is very hard to read. It’s usually both. She loves her quadrantmates, and obsesses over good friends. She has no sense of boundaries, and cares very much about her appearance, trying to look clean, professional, and terrifying. She changes her clothes every day and washes her coat and gloves after each use. She really wants to be a Mediculler when she gets her Rites of Ascension. She wears face paint because all the other purplebloods do, and she wants to look as much as her ancestor as possible. [All this looks good!]
Ancestor: Amputeer The Amputeer was an intimidating Mediculler in a fleet of dangerous Subjuggulators. It was her job to fix up any of the clowns if they got terribly injured, or put on a sick show for the masses using her silver tools stained with dirty blood. The highest blood she ever dissected was a cobalt wriggler, probably 7 sweeps old, tops. [I dont think trolls that old are referred to as wigglers] She had stable quadrants, although her flushed and caliginous mates were very far away. Because of this, she usually hooked up with a midblood before the show began. She very much enjoyed her job, and published many diaries read by aspiring Medicullers. [We usually don’t see details about ancestors, so this was really cool to see!!]
FLARP: Faynix’s FLARP name is Mistress Vivisect, or Vivi for short. She wears pretty much the same outfit, though she wears a darker coat with purple pinstripes and a bloodstained rag in her pocket for extra effect. She is always a Mediculler and picks up the pieces after the session is over. She collects low-midblood bodies and brings them home for research and dissection. Anyone higher than Olive could get her in trouble if their corpse was missing. She used to bring many more corpses home when she was 5, but trolls have been getting better at not dying, and she doesn’t really need the information anymore. After she has dissected the hell out of the bodies or if they go stale, she feeds them to her lusus, who visits daily for feedings.
Interests: Dissecting, research, large spreadsheets pinpointing every piece of anatomy on each bloodcolor’s body (Save for indigo, purple, violet, and tyrian). Her quadrantmates, her close friends, planning meet-ups where she can not-so-subtlety check how her buddies’ limbs are growing and their overall health. Her favorite place to FLARP is on the beach or in the woods. She doesn’t like ocean FLARPing because she can’t swim down to collect bodies.
Fetch Modus: Used to have a Split Modus, where each item was split in two upon entry and sewn back together when fetched. After many broken husktops and pre-bisected bodies later, [Yeah that doesn’t sound like a good modus to use if you want to keep a laptop around.] she got a Macabre Modus, where everything put in must be maimed/dead or threatening. There is a sliding scale and only the most maimed or threatening things can be taken out. If the item she wanted was on the least threatening/maimed side, she wouldn’t have to empty out her sylladex until it was the most threatening. [That’s an interesting idea, although i don’t fully understand it.] She still thinks it’s stupid, but she feels cool and smart having the most complicated Modus out of all her friends.
Quadrants:
<3: a domineering blueblood girl with insanely long hair and a “thing” for whips and chains [Um, yikes] , visits often
<>: an anxious tealblood genderqueer who is very tall, tries to visit but spends too much money on magazine subscriptions to make the trip over most of the time
<3<: an asymmetrical olive boy who thinks dissecting is disgusting, not even scary, just gross. refuses to visit
c3<: none, much to the annoyance (and fear) of her kismesis
Strife Specibus: Sawkind or Bladekind, likes to change between the two depending on her situation. She always has multiple shiny bonesaws and scalpels on hand in case one breaks
Her trolltag is gruesomeEvisceration and she likes to “diss/ect her words very neat/ly.” (slashes through syllable breaks, prefixes and suffixes)
(She never plays SBURB so there’s no information about that)
Critique: [Any issues that i have are super minor. The general information is fantastic!]
Rating: [5 out of 5, Great job!]
