Razorgate: an empirical, peer reviewed study*

So we all saw this right?

But after this bomb was dropped I began to get curious about the other slittenings. Did they use the same razor for all of them and no one had noticed? Do they actually own more than one razor? And if they don't, if this is truly the only phrazor, then I don't think I have to tell you that raises a lot of questions.

Firstly, I went back to where this all began, Phil's Birthday stream, to identify the razor that carved the very first slit and forever cemented itself as a part of herstory:

And it's a good thing I did double check because OP made a CRITICAL ERROR in their post! They claim that the razor in question is the Lawn Mower 4.0 when in fact it's the Lawn Mower 5.0 Ultra! Unlike the PUNY, PATHETIC, UNMANLY 4.0, the Lawn Mower 5.0 Ultra comes with an interchangeable foil blade, a USB port, and a more advanced spotlight!

How could OP be so careless? Dan and Phil would never own an outdated razor! They require only the finest in ball shaving technology!

So after spending far too long researching the intricacies of razors that shave an organ I don't even have, I now needed to check if it was the same razor being used in every slittening:

And considering the photo taken in the aftermath seems to show Phil holding the 5.0 Ultra:

“But,” I hear you shouting, “so what if Dan and Phil used the same razor for all the streams? They already said they only owned one razor so who cares?” Well this isn’t so much about proving that they’re the same razor as it is establishing a baseline. It’s hard to trust basically anything Dan and Phil say lately, what with piggate and the “pillow” bar and the fake view from the Phouse, knowing that they aren’t lying about only having one razor (to the best of our knowledge) is crucial in figuring out what exactly is going on. Remember, we’re doing science here.

And with that in mind: In my professional opinion, I can say that for all three slittenings, the Manscaped Lawn Mower 5.0 Ultra was the weapon of choice.

Sidenote: I went down a bit of a rabbit hole of Manscaped reviews during all of this and apparently Manscaped razors are kind of just a scam. This razor is $109 and they try to trick their customers into subscribing to their "Peak Hygiene Plan" which you don't actually need by offering a deceptive discount and hiding the terms where people aren't likely to see them. So yeah, fuck Manscaped and I for one think we should cancel Dan and Phil for not ethically consuming under capitalism.

But that's beside the point, we know that they indeed only have one razor and that that razor...is for balls. What does that tell us?

There are a multitude of conclusions one could jump to in the light of such a revelation, I shall display them in a convenient numbered list for your viewing pleasure:

Alright, so that whole exploration may have been a bit useless, it indeed only confirmed what we had already been told, but I spent literal hours comparing photos of ball hair trimmers and I'm not one to admit defeat. Consider yourselves peer reviewed, Dan and Phil, and maybe check out Beardscape instead! Apparently they have better, more comprehensive razors for the same price.

It's really crazy to me to see the hate Mae gets, like I was reading some reviews and I can understand not liking a character but as soon as they start with the name calling their opinion is invalid to me because they have no reason to be calling her a bitch, among other things, like it just reeks of mysogyny, (it's like they just want an excuse to call women names) and seeing it coming from other girls makes it worse like..

"Oh the girl was such a bitch why did she do that 🙄" ..is it really that hard to think for a moment about the circumstances in which mae was raised?? Do they need it spell it out for them?? Like, c'mon guys do you really think that the people trapped in a bunker for generations have anything nice to teach/say about the apes?? Wes Ball please give us Mae's backstory in the sequel!! Your audience needs it bc they are out there calling Mae the real villain and saying Proximus was right 💀 (when he was literally everything Caesar hated in an ape)

Look, I'm usually a polite person when expressing my opinions, but I'm fed up with the hate towards Mae, basically because the arguments people give seem incredibly basic to me, typical of people with little to no understanding. Sometimes I doubt if these people have watched the same movie as me or maybe they have some sort of cognitive dissonance, but seriously, I find them ridiculous. Either that, or they are basically the typical comments from misogynistic guys or women with internalized misogyny who can't stand morally gray and questionable female characters.

And well, having said that, I'm going to present my doctoral thesis on this topic:

One of the things I've seen the most is people saying that Mae is evil, the true villain, or an ungrateful traitor to Noa. This argument seems quite incomprehensible to me because, even though we don't have much data about her, I believe there's something very important that explains why she acts as she does: the Proximus apes killed the people in her group, including her mother. I mean: her damn mother. If we add to that the UNDERSTANDING (I mean, you have to be very short-minded not to assume something so obvious) that she has been raised in an environment where they've probably told her all her life that the apes are the reason for all the evils of humanity and the main reason why humans live in shitty conditions, I think anyone with half a brain has enough information to understand why she does what she does.

Yes, Noa is a good guy, but he's not helping her. Noa and Mae have a common goal and decide to ally themselves momentarily to achieve that goal, which is to reach Proximus. As much as they've formed a bond throughout the story, it's not yet strong enough for Mae to set aside what she has worked for so hard. Mae not only bears the weight of humanity on her shoulders but also emotionally carries the idea that she, as the sole survivor of her group, must complete the mission at all costs. Are those who criticize her telling me that if they truly thought that with certain actions they could not only save their species but also honor their loved ones who have been killed infront their eyes, they wouldn't do them? And that they wouldn't do them for someone they've just met, no matter how much they like them? That's just not realistic, it makes no sense. We would all do the same as Mae in her situation. I mean, I have no doubts.

Another thing I love is when they say she's the "true villain" as if it weren't clear enough that she feels bad every time since she forms a bond with Raka and Noa when she does something that she knows may harm them. She feels pain for Raka's death and clearly, you can also see the conflict and remorse when she detonates the bomb. It's not something she enjoys doing, but she HAS to do it. In the final scene, even though she's carrying a gun, you can also clearly see her in conflict with herself. Clearly, she doesn't want to kill him. Clearly, she has nothing against Noa, and this is evident when she finally accepts the necklace and they even shake hands. You can't tell me that's the attitude of a villain, narratively it's not presented as such, and seeing it that way is to have understood nothing.

Mae is a complex character whose life is based on survival, she's no different from the characters we're used to loving and idolizing in other post-apocalyptic series, the difference here for me is that she's human and humans have to be bad by default and also that she's a woman. Because female characters always have to be the support, the romantic interest, or the unconditional friends of heroic male characters, and Mae is none of that. Mae is a character with her own story and ambitions that go beyond Noa's plot. Mae has her own plot, and it seems that's something that bothers people a lot.

I'm sorry, but the hate towards Mae seems very similar to the one people had for Sansa Stark in Game of Thrones, which basically stemmed from people being misogynistic and hating complex and imperfect female characters, combined with how much they hate seeing protagonist characters with such human and real characteristics that they can't bear the idea of seeing themselves reflected in them.

Okay, I just have to say it to anyone feeling isolated or picked on or like the Main Character standing against Amazon's Wot-Show wrongs: nobody is mad that you don't like the show. People have different opinions! Different expectations! In a series this long there's dozens of things people will disagree on in terms of importance and that is normal!

The condescending, holier-than-thou attitude of some individuals who don't like the show who have decided that It Is Actually Bad And Terrible and anyone who likes it is Wrong.

People who I'm sorry to say don't seem to understand that there's no one way to adapt a series. Think of it like the works of Shakespeare and move on with your day.

The way I'd do it is going to be different than the way you'd do it, which will be entirely different from the way a third person will do it. That doesn't make any of us wrong - and YET you get mad when reasonable people point out that when you say the show is an Evil Bad Wrong No Good Bad Adaptation Without Question you are discounting those of us who think it's honestly not bad.

And then those same people wrap themselves up in a mantle of hurt and victimhood because everybody is being mean to them! Nobody understands!

Honey, we understand talking to you about the show right now is like talking down some drunk guy in a Denny's parking lot who is screaming at the curb. You aren't making rational points. You are Big Mad and trying to make it the problem of anybody who doesn't think the way you do.

Overview: Soap loses a leg in a 1987 IRA bombing (a real life incident which the SAS was actually involved in). He's now working as an independent contractor reviewing security tapes. It's boring as shit, but disability benefits don't go that far, and it helps pay the bills.

He's got a casual fwb situation with Gaz, who is a bartender at a local leather/gay bar that is owned by Gaz's boyfriend/Daddy (sexual, not literal) Price.

Gaz mentions that Price is looking to commission someone to do some designs for merch for the bar, and encourages Soap to stop by and talk to him about it.

Soap is closeted outside of his close friends (his family is very Catholic), and he usually avoids places he might be seen and outed, but he needs money (and he's kind of curious) so he goes.

He shows up on their weekly bdsm night and sees a large masked man doing a scene demonstration and, well... 😏 He is intrigued.

I've got the whole thing loosely outlined and time-lined. At least a dozen chapters, I think. Every chapter is titled after a song. Yes, I have a playlist. My older friend who frequented leather bars in the 80s/90s has been helping me curate it. 😅

I don't care what anyone says, I actually really enjoyed the movie and thought it was good. I recommend watching the movie for yourself and making your own opinions before watching any reviews or jumping on bandwagons.

It was simple, sweet, and magical. Very reminiscent of Disney's classic movies like Snow White or Cinderella (not to be confused with the Renaissance era). This movie features almost everything everyone has been asking for in a Disney film for years, and surprised me with a few things I didn't even know I wanted (like the movie opening on a storybook). Although I will agree the story needed a solid romance, and various other things could have been handled better; it genuinely was not as bad as I thought it'd be. I feel like this movie is a prime example of getting criticism confused with hate, and people's inability to enjoy movies anymore. Disney has been making a lot of horrible decisions lately regarding their movies. Especially when it comes to soulless remakes and lackluster sequels. However, I don't feel like this movie deserves all the hate it's getting. This movie is a MASSIVE step in the right direction for the studio, and I worry people don't understand the consequences of not supporting this film. We can cry all day about wanting originals stories, unique art styles, genuine villains, and classic fairytales. However, money speaks volumes in this industry, and if this movie bombs, we most likely will never get a movie like this again in a very, VERY, long time from Disney. The studio will likely be more willing to embrace themes featured in this film more heavily in the future if this film does well. Was this movie not up to the ungodly standards being held to it? yes. However, was it the worst film ever released in the history of ever? absolutely not. This movie lands in a pretty happy medium when it comes to classic and modern Disney standards. If we want Disney to lean more into the classics, this movie must succeed. Do you want more soulless remakes of your favorite classics? Or do you want more original fairytales? Unfortunately, one is making more money than the other. Disney is a money-hungry company. Always has been and always will be. If soulless remakes make more money, maybe that's what the general public actually wants. At some point, you will have to make up your minds and support films you actually want to see more of. ALSO THIS MOVIE WAS GOOD! It wasn't hyper "woke," lazily made, or uninspiring. Wish spoke to my inner child and reminded me of what made me love Disney movies to begin with. I find myself thinking again on the r/systemscringe post announcing the targeting of public figures. Some of the points I've already responded to. Others are vague enough to not bother with. They think I'm spreading "misinformation" for providing peer-reviewed academic sources that support endogenic plurality. I think they're spreading misinformation for trying to disprove RAMCOA by relying on an ableist Satanist apologist group that doesn't believe dissociative identity disorder is real and wants to throw trauma survivors under the bus in their effort to debunk the Satanic Panic.

(Nothing against Satanism overall. I just don't think Doug Mesner should be treated as a reliable source on psychology.)

It's subjective.

There's little sense in arguing their spin of the facts, as absurd as it may be.

This is something I'm pretty confident never happened.

I looked through some of my old posts about it just to see if I might have reblogged someone calling to review bomb them and couldn't.

I also checked this petition I posted and found nothing about encouraging people to leave bad reviews here:

I suppose it's not impossible that I reblogged something that slipped through the cracks and I forgot about. I mean, this was drama from a year ago they decided to resurrect and if they scoured my blog for reasons to justify attacking me and putting me on their hit list, maybe they found something I forgot.

But I REALLY don't think so.

I don't think I would have pushed for anything like that at the time because, by the time I found about and responded to the harmful video, McLean had already taken steps to remove it from their official Youtube. I had to watch it through a mirror. In my mind, that was admittance that they messed up.

It seems to me that u/Goat_Alter and the other mods of the hate subreddit just decided to accuse anyone who criticized the video and wanted it removed of review bombing. Something which is obviously absurd.

Which makes me wonder then about the other people they accused.

Like I've said before, I've never watched DissociaDID, but I figured maybe other people in the system community did. Does anyone know if DissociaDID ever actually encouraged people to leave false reviews about McLean Hospital because of the video, or are the r/systemscringe mods lying about them too?

SPOILERS FOR THE GRANDEST GAME!!!!

This is a Brady hate post, because what I said in my review of the book is not enough to express my feelings about him

Looking back, he was acting much older than he was and treated Gigi like a child, despite being only 3 years older than her, which makes the "relationship" weird. And he touched her stomach like that? Even when I liked him, I still found it weird. Knox's reaction was amazing though "She's 18 and I'm 25, I can't see anything"

He kinda took advantage of her skills, she solved most of the puzzle but he still had no hesitation to accept the second chance, even when he barely did anything the entire game. I want to point out how Odette, who we know notices everything, probably saw that Gigi deserved the chance the most and offered it to her first. And even though I think she should've accepted, because she deserves it, I still love how she knew that she didn't earn it like the other teams and denied. That's fair play over here, which is something Brady didn't do, because he actually wasn't even good enough to deserve to stay in the game, he wouldn't have made it without relying on Gigi, therefore kind of cheated his way back in.

He shamelessly lied to Knox and Gigi about his mom being sick to manipulate them in a way, especially Gigi, who took it upon herself to carry them through the game because of this and OFFERED HELP EVEN IF SHE DIDN'T WIN! That's a good person over here!

He also told Knox about their mentor and father figure's death out of the blue? Imagine the shock in Knox, like wtf was that announcement?

PLAYING WITH GIGI'S FEELINGS!!! He got her into him, told her all the things she wanted to hear, just to drop the bomb that it was all a lie? And that he's still in love with Calla? That was such an asshole move of him and I know for a fact that it worsened Gigi's insecurities about not being enough, not having anyone to love her and being too much even more! He was too good to be true and I hate how I fell for his lies along with her

Some of this might be over exaggerated and maybe I'm too blinded by the betrayal but I don't care! I hope he doesn't have a redemption arc and that she doesn't actually end up with him, because he sucks so much that I somehow ended up rooting for the kidnapper. If you know one thing about me, I DESPISE the kidnapper x kidnapped trope and any dark romance trope in general, which shows how low I'm getting for the sake of my girl's happiness and how low Brady set my standards.

WE ARE FINALLY BACK Y'ALL WITH SEASON 2 EPISODE 1 (or episode 26) of the Spy X Family anime!! 😆

AND WHAT AN AMAZING EPISODE IT WAS!! 😆 I'm so happy to finally see the date chapter (or Extra Mission 2) animated after all this time, it was totally worth the wait...!! 😁 I mean, everyone finally got to see Agent Anya in action!! 😎

I'm so glad that CloverWorks and WIT STUDIOS decided to save this chapter and adapt it for season 2's first episode because it's definitely the perfect place to start things back up...!! 😊

I could probably gush about how good this episode is all day, but I don't always have that kind of time, so on to the difference, changes and additions that I noticed...!! 😁

There was quite a few awesome additions, but my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE ONE has to THIS:

You see, when Extra Mission 2 originally released, Bond was not introduced or apart of the family yet, so fact that they added a scene in the anime with him makes me SO HAPPY!! 😄 (Even if it was just a small scene...!! 😊)

Some other additions include a visual of all of Loid's date plans coming together and then falling apart...:

As well as adding Franky and Anya to the different locations in the date montage!! 😁

And speaking of the date montage, the only location that was cut from it in the anime was the bookstore:

Another small difference that I noticed was that Anya's trench coat didn't have the lines on them like in the manga:

But, I guess that one doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things...! 😅 I just like showing the differences that I can remember off the top of my head to anyone who might be curious about it...!! 😁

Lastly, I don't think this is a change per se, but in the manga, the explosion of Anya's peanut bomb looked a lot more... DEADLY, in my opinion...!!: 😵

But anyway, the was episode 26 of the anime!! Next episode has the scene I've been waiting for to be adapted, so I hope it is done amazingly...!! 😏

This is literally my brain when it starts overanalyzing:

Anyone else like that? My brain won't stop thinking about Jikook in February-March. It has decided to go into overdrive on the Jikook chronology of those two months and the only way to appease it is to obsessively obsess.

Let's review: back when Cedric Murac of Calvin Klein posted on his Instagram story that he was on his way to Seoul on January 29, we all got excited, and then what?... crickets.... Then we had the audacity to be angry at Calvin Klein for using Army for clout hahahahahaha. We didn't know!! Who turned out to be the clowns? We were skeptical up until the first images dropped of Kookie's bare abs.

We have no idea exactly when the CK ads were photographed but the one big clue we have is JK's hair. Jungkook emerged from deep hibernation at the beginning of February. His hair was long, long on Feb. 3 and a week later on Feb. 11, he had bangs and it had a lot of waves in it when he was working out at Coach Tommy's gym. Much like the way his hair looks in the CK photos.

We saw JK on Feb. 27 and his hair was long in the back.

Not relevant but, in a way, also relevant: on February 28, Jungkook deletes his Instagram account. We are shooketh. At that moment I thought for sure there will be no ambassadorships for him, the whole point of having a large social media following is to harness those followers and turn them into cash money.

Ok back to the task at hand: We saw both Jimin and Jungkook on March 3 and JK's hair still looked long in the back. By March 14, JK had cut some of the length off the back.

My brain also wondering: when did JK's visit to Jimin's rehearsal happen? between Feb. 3 and March 13 when Jimin left Seoul to go to NYC to tape the Jimmy Fallon show? Or that week AFTER when he was rehearsing for the Korean television music shows? That would have been the week of March 20-27? The car live where he told JK it was ok that he didn't come to one of the pre-recordings was on March 28.

My brain on a tangent: what is JK doing there at work to begin with? During this Bangtan Bomb he was already decked out in a CK ball cap and CK denims and not dressed for a workout or rehearsal. Who knows, maybe he was there for his own meetings, fittings, reviewing photos, or other activity. Yelling at my brain to FOCUS on the topics already being discussed!

March 15, Jungkook posts his ramen recipe on Weverse and he and Jimin proceed to have a back and forth convo with Jimin who says he needs to head to JK's house when he gets back to Korea.

March 19, Jimin returns to Seoul from New York after his Tonight Show filming and his feature video for Vogue magazine.

Mar. 23 at 3:06 a.m. Jungkook wants a midnight tuna/chicken goulash snack.

The next night, Mar. 24 at 12:58 a.m., Jimin does a Weverse live in the car on the way home following Music Bank taping.

On Mar. 26 at 9:39 p.m., Jimin does another live in the car following MCountdown taping.

On Mar. 27 at 2:53 a.m., Jungkook sits down with us to watch Suchwita with Jimin, a Jimin MV, a fan-made Jimin compilation video and more Jimin, Jimin, Jimin.

The Calvin Klein campaign dropped on March 28 at 6:30 a.m. after being teased 24 hours prior. That would have been 8:30 p.m. KST.

Mar. 28 Jimin starts a live at 6:00 p.m. in the car (heading east by the way... my brain geez) after Inkigayo recording and Jungkook jumps in the comments. He had seen Jungkook's Calvin Klein teaser images by then.

Hello again! Thank you for your support <3 I hope you don't mind me using your ask to make my monthly post!

June, especially its second half, was easier for me than the nightmarish May and the devastating end of April. The number of Russian terrorist attacks on my city decreased, and I finally managed to recover a little, though some nights were still horrifying, and some people died despite Kyiv having a great air-defense system. But the horrors continued for Ukraine as a whole. Russia exploded the dam, flooding a vast territory, causing an ecocide and harming & killing so many living beings that it's impossible to count them all.

One night in June, Russian missiles hit a residential building in a Kriviy Rig city. 11 people died, which is a miracle, considering the damage. Many pets died as well.

That's one example of many of such attacks. Kramatorsk tragedy, which happened just several days ago - more civilians dead, including children. Kherson, which keeps being tortured daily on such a constant basis that barely anyone pays attention to it, even though people keep dying. Dnipro, Kharkiv - people die every day. Russia delights in causing pain and taking lives- literally, it's all over their official channels and social media. They are a caricature-like villain to the point where I wouldn't believe it if I wasn't witnessing it myself.

But, as always, everything isn't bad. Ukraine made some progress on the battlefield; I got to post my chapter and now I've left for my vacation. Initially, I wanted to go to Poland, but I had to change my plans because of my beautiful pigeon, who was sick at the time. She passed away since then, and I couldn't change my plans again. I'm very happy with my choice, though! I'm still in Ukraine, but I'm surrounded by nature. It's so lovely. Also, to my surprise, I got into a Batman/Joker ship, so now I'm exploring a new fandom :D It's always a delight.

So, I want to say something quick about Final Fantasy XIV that I hope everyone will listen to, not just my fellow FFXIV fans. I want this to reach all my friends, for those who might be considering playing the game, and for those who may be aren't but hear their friends considering playing the game.

The game is currently being review-bombed by transphobes, especially on Steam.

The main character NPC of the new expansion - Dawn Trail - is trans. I literally didn't know this until I was talking about this with my wives, because issues regarding her being trans have not been relevant to the plot. But it's something that's mentioned in supporting material, and it was important enough that Square Enix hired a trans voice actress for every language that had voice acting.

(Also, not to get into the minushae of gender representation in the game, because this is not the point right now. I think they're doing a great job on that front.)

There are so many reviews that say the only reason why the game is so "bad" is Wuk Lamat. So many of the reviews go into the ridiculousness of the series "going woke," questioning if trans people should be in a game that minors are playing*, and pretty much all the disgusting things we're used to seeing transphobes bring.

So. If you (or someone you know) is considering picking up Dawn Trail but have been hearing that it's been getting bad reviews. I would beg you to reconsider. It's valid to potentially wait to buy to avoid server congestion**, or obviously if RL is making it difficult to play games at all.

But please don't write off Dawn Trail because of supposed "bad reviews." These are bad-faith actors at work.

* - So, I feel like little children shouldn't be playing any part of FFXIV in the first place. I'm not going to say that I don't think minors should play, but I feel like this is something that parents/guardians should seriously consider. I would say minimum age should be 16, maybe 14 for a very mature kid.

But also, I don't think a character being trans is a reason to seriously consider not letting a kid play. There is some seriously dark content in the base game and every single expansion that should be giving a parent/guardian pause on when a kid is mature enough to handle it. Someone being trans is not one of those issues.

Also, I don't trust anyone who uses the "think of the children" reasoning. Its a dogwhistle.

** - One of the only criticisms I have about Dawn Trail right now is that sometimes it can take up to two minutes for the quest marker to appear above an NPC's head. But I also know that part of this is that the game just launched, and that it's not going to be like this later. I've seen some discussion that this might have been able to be avoided if the coding had been done different, but yeah.

I know it won't be forever, and also that Square Enix will take this criticism seriously. They put so much work into not having another Endwalker Queue fiasco, and the queues have been pretty good. The only reason that queues are starting to get worse now is that the game is being DDOSed. I have faith that they're going to address the issue and/or it will resolve when the servers are no longer so congested.

Can you explain the MC's relationship with Edward in GtW verse? Any headcanons, ideas, anything, please, I cannot get enough of them. I don't think they're in love or anything but I doubt you can have such intense relationship with somebody without placing that person somewhere in your heart? Or mind? I'm not exactly sure. Like when Edward agreed to let Crane test his toxins on her on her behalf, without her consent, is that something that they can go back to and discuss? Does she have a right to say no or if Edward says it will be done then it will be done? I don't know what the MC used to do before but, for example, can she leave that life behind and would Edward completely respect that and never contact her again? Does the MC ever get overwhelmed in her role and place in Edward's life? Especially after the events in the story because Edward said that he never shared her with anyone else before and he seems quite possessive too so did this new development affect her in any way?

I'll put my answer under a read more cause I've never really spoken about her and I'm probably gonna ramble for a bit.

My reader character in Greasing The Wheels has a very involved bdsm relationship with Edward that's been built over time. They met many moons ago and immediately clicked in how they wanted their dynamic to be as MC is a born submissive looking to give herself to someone who can make her into what she wants to he and Edward enjoys the challenge of an ongoing project.

Yeah, there's genuine affection there. When together, they essentially have a 24/7 master/submissive dynamic where Edward controls everything from her meals to how she dresses. She consents fully to it all and he has never once pushed her past her limits (a discussion which they review regularly). More often than not, he's the one who has to put boundaries in place to keep her safe as her determination to please him would lead her to neglect her own limits and needs.

She is essentially a live-in partner for him. She takes care of his cleaning, meal prep, and they have a healthy sexual dynamic which is constantly worked on. When Edward is work obsessed, he does tend to slack on her training and she is often the one to have to try and distract him to stop him falling too deeply into mania. She does have a life outside of him and her own office job, but she spends her downtime with him and maintains a very strict separation from his criminal life. He's never been caught in their time together but that's a hurdle they will cross if it comes to it.

In terms of introducing Crane to their dynamic. Edward is absolutely confident in her abilities and how well-trained she is to accept everything he throws at her and because of that, plus the fact that they both agreed that it would be hot to see someone else using her, they agreed to allow Crane to use her to see how it went. And since the first time went pretty well, they choose to make it a more regular thing.

Crane is a good choice because he's discreet and is also wise enough to know not to push past Edward's boundaries. Edward is also happy to use Crane because Crane is more overtly sadistic than him and can provide his little toy a different experience than he would naturally give. Plus he gets off on seeing just how well his training and mastery of his little toy is as she pleases others as much as she pleases him. His jealousy is a strange thing as he's fine with this type of sharing but if someone laid hands on her without permission he'd lock them in a bomb collar lmao.

They're very open in their dynamic and if she genuinely didn't want to be used by anyone else then Edward would respect that. The same goes for Crane using his toxin. There are some boundaries she has which can be pushed but he has no desire to throw away or break what they've worked hard to build. He is the dominant party but he's well-tuned to her wants and the needs that she doesn't sometimes voice for fear of letting him down. He's a surprisingly good dom.

I havent really shown it properly but there is a strong aftercare between the pair. Usually in the form of Edward being the one to wash and take care of her physically after a particularly hard session. Plus there's also a lot of non-sexual intimacy and touching and if Edward senses that she's hiding her feelings then it really irritates him so she's always better being honest. They're have a surprisingly healthy bdsm dynamic that they both get something out of.
