Something that blows my mind

the inescapable proof that there are things that have happened in my life that i have experienced that have no logical explanation, that would freak someone the hell out because there is literally no way to logically explain the things when i tell what happened.

which includes the fact that in a dream once, the Doctor in his 11th regeneration, a regeneration that looked close to the show version but not quite, was at my childhood home, aliens had showed up, me and him started running into the woods behind my house that in waking reality, i always went into to leave notes for them and others they know and he literally said, either ***"You need to remember me Clara!"* or instead of need, he said that i got to or have to.

And it was just me and him in the dream. And countless times in my life, i have had seen, heard, and experienced way too many instances in which i am seeing and hearing the name Clara, ravens, the aspect of living so many lives, being 'impossible', etc. Like am I Clara or is Clara me? Is Clara a false identity and it's actually me with my name? So confused. Also the forgetting thing? This would imply that instead of the show version where the Doctor forgot Clara for a time, that in reality if i am Clara or Clara is me that instead i forgot them and either a previous regeneration before the 12th is telling me early through my dreams to try and prevent it from ever happening or stop it themselves as if it had already happened and i just don't know it.

And then all the countless dreams, and everything in waking reality with proof and experiences through sight and hearing, of being a time lady known as The Protector, who seems to closely be in the lives of not just the Doctor and the Master, but the Rani, Jack and Torchwood, the companions, etc. like am i really this Protector?

so which one is it, Clara or the Protector? The same person but two different name aliases/identities? lmao, like which is it?

I want to read books I want to write more I want to play the piano I want to sing in key I want to delve into fashion history I want to travel I want to publish research papers and I want to become a surgeon and I’m supposed to do all that in this one wild and beautiful life

#doctor who #tenth doctor #martha jones #david tennant #freema agyeman #(good god. without even meaning to I went into 'psycho stream of consciousness tagging' mode. whoops)#always thinking of that one post #where OP mentions how the writing tries to make it seem like Ten looked right through Martha/etc #which is a good concept for demonstrating his grief. but also isnt what we really see throughout S3 #(not saying he wasn't a grieving MESS because he was. but he's a multi-faceted character and he can grieve AND value Martha simultaneously)#but we see such fierce protective instinct+trust; a bond between them that obviously isn't some one-sided affair #+ his clear intent to impress her/be admired and respected by her (apropos the post that inspired this sentiment)#but RTD obviously isn't the most infallible of writers #*cough* [list of reasons I cut down b/c long] *cough*#He can make Martha say “he's not seeing me/he doesn't look at me” but then you just watch with your eyes and you get a different story #It's like the opposite of when Moffat tries to make you believe someone is super important through bold claims without showing his work #instead RTD tries to make you believe Ten is functionally blind to Martha's existence while showing numerous examples of the contrary #then bring in the novels+myspace blog+cartoon that he all signed off on. Which tie together to create a canon backdrop #basically I said all of that to say this—#it's the whole reason I had to make this blog to get this sort of stuff off my chest (even if it's just for me sometimes)—#Ten not only SAW Martha—he trusted+respected+enjoyed+adored her. And it's a good thing #it doesn't cheapen his grief. I feel like people must think it does which is why I constantly see bad unnecessary takes about them #it just means that Martha was SO important to him and it's ok. they had a killer friendship outside the unrequited minutiae and it's ok #there's even a comic where 'someone' makes him believe she's Martha and he makes her change her appearance because “it's still too raw”#Just saying you don't say that sort of thing about someone whose existence you're all blasé about #Martha already gets fucked by the narrative in enough ways without people totally missing her significance in the Doctor's life #you don't have to ship them to appreciate them on a deeper level #anyway. fuck. if you actually read all of these then I'm so sorry #creating this blog has taught me that there are only like two people who feel the same way about tenmartha matters and it’s fine 😂#but if I didn’t give myself an outlet it would probably form a tumor SO there we are then

The funny implications that Bridgerton (in Doctor Who) is broadcast across the universe, means that in that universe netflix (and probably other subscriptions we have now) is available to be watched by aliens.. so what about shows about aliens, that would be pure comedy in their perspective.

Organizing & contamination OCD Will Solace 🤝🏼 OCPD Annabeth Chase friendship forever in my head.

#🌞#See. The point is that I think Will has severe issues with anxiety-tied organization & possibly contamination OCD (as a stretch of being #a doctor) so his behaviors mostly include anxious overthinking of organization and attempts to quench the OCD need #with rituals and compulsions. But at its core it is an anxiety disorder and I do think it's pretty much canon that Will is an anxious guy #who has his shit together because he has healthy coping mechanisms (in his idea of healthy).#Meanwhile Annabeth seems to have a strong trauma surrounding the need to fend for herself and take care about herself since she comes #from a way more unstable and hectic household than Will does. Childhood neglect and parental issues with 'Beth could easily result in #anger-tied personality disorder such as OCPD. Where the need for perfectionism and 'JUST LET ME DO IT' come not out of irrational #anxiety but rather out of a existing traumagenic personality disorder that convinced you that YOU are the only person who can do #something right.#Ultimately Will is OKAY with others taking care of things but he gets anxious when he handles things bc he overthinks.#'Beth does not overthink but she cannot handle having others take care of things bc she fended for herself her whole life & is traumatized.#But yeah also they're friends.#I am definitely not projecting bc I have organization&contamination OCD and i know how it feels.#rrverse #pjo #will solace #annabeth chase

It's got some stuff talking about it could be formed and whatnot but honestly to me it just feels like something the 7th Doctor would do. XD

So i read it and I kind of thought for the moment that i don't see how any Doctor regeneration, let alone the 7th could cause anything like a question mark in space, especially because of it being there in a way as if it had already been, naturally but also because of how they described it could have happened or most likely the cause of BUT

as far as i know, I am human so obviously i don't know everything the Doctor is capable of {though i have countless ideas} so who knows, it does seem like something the Doctor, especially his 7th regeneration would do. Definitely interesting and cool bottom line, however it happened.

so not to pour fuel onto the 'the Doctor doesn't caconically have children/we never see their children or hear anything about them so Susan might not be their granddaughter at all but they assumed they'd one day have kids bc timetravel' thing but. the Doctor does canonically have a daughter. who was basically loomed from their DNA. who took a spaceship and left for the stars. like, I know next to nothing about the doctor's family but if we're going purely new who then they do have a child and she could be Susan's parent. and Jenny did show up during rusty's time...

People love ragging on Catholics on this site (fast free and easy like river water socks) but I think it’s extra funny y’all seem to think Catholics are some sort of sex prudes. Like, if a Catholic man does not give his wife an orgasm he is failing his sworn duties as a husband. I did not endure polite insinuations that my parents fucked often and well to have as many kids as they have for you to act like any self respecting Catholic is a celibate virgin. Laypeople have sex in this denomination Kaitleign. What are we, Calvinists? Jansenism is soooo 17th century Protestant Reformation-informed heresy.
