Morning study ft. Criminal law 📚

i did the big step - i send an abstract to a science magazine. this month i'll have my 3rd presentation about my research project at my university. i'm pretty excited to share what I did since the last one

autumn is in the prettiest stage right now and i'm enjoying it a lot ✨

i also had some good meetings, baked cinnamon rolls and spend quality time with my loved ones 🖤

Got a ton of stuff done today, such as working for 6 hrs and doing a ton of homework.

Homework completed (and one incomplete) today:

1. Finish psychoneuroimmunology notes 📝✅

2. Read article and take notes for neuropsych presentation 📚📝✅

3. Read and take notes for fundamentals of clinical interventions 📚📝✅

4. Work on neuropsych assessment report👩‍💻 ✅

5. Read for neuropsych 📚✅

6. Read for psychotherapy seminar 📚✅

7. Start on neuropsych presentation slides 👩‍💻🚫

Thank god for coffee ☕️ , am I right?? Now it’s finally time for bed. 💤

So, apparently in my town there is currently some kind of celebratory event happening right now commemorating people who have a doctorate in the medical field. What is important to note is that I live in Finland and when a person gets a doctorate in Finland, no matter the field, they also get a cool top hat and an even cooler sword. This means that there are currently about 150 people wandering around my hometown looking something like this:

What I am getting out of this is that in my close proximity the change of the occurrence of an epic sword fight has just drastically gone up. The probability might be miniscule, but it's a tiny glimmer of awesomeness that shall nurture my sense of wonder today.

Step 4: insist on both parties being called doctor

Step 5: Confusion for everyone else

Step 6: Pretend not to understand why people are confused

The University of Montana held its spring commencement ceremony for the class of 2024 at the Adams Center. The ceremony was highlighted by performances, special presentations and a commencement speech by UM Alumni Lily Gladstone who received an honorary doctorate.
